<p>This research is aimed to produce a marketing website for SMK's products to manage the production units in SMK within Solo area and introduce SMK's products to public. His research also aimed to determine the properness of this website. This research uses Research and Development (R &amp; D) research method by Sugiyono. This research includes 5 steps, they are potential and problem analysis, data collection, product design, product validation and product revision. The results of this study show that the website is very proper to use. Score for assessment of the experts system is 89.3% and it is categorized very proper. Assessment of both substance experts is 88.4% and it is categorized as very proper. This website has superiorities that are: 1) integrating the existing SMK production unit in Surakarta, 2) there is a messaging feature. For the weaknesses of this website are: 1) the design is less attractive, 2) the absence of transaction features.</p>

The purpose of this study is to answer the pandemic problem in MTsN 9 Jombang.With the help of data packages from the Ministry of Education to students and teachers, regulations related to online learning obligations are helped even though media problems and creative limitations in applying media are still haunting, young teachers who are creative in applying media are the potential of MTsN 9 Jombang.Especially in Arabic subjects that allow teachers to use learning video media to make the learning process easier.This research method uses development research which is usually abbreviated to R&D.This study adopted a model developed by Borg and Gall and the development procedures in this study include several stages (1) of potential and problem analysis, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design improvement, (6) product trials, (7) product revisions.The study was declared worthy with a percentage of eligibility from material experts of 74.05% and media experts of 77.14% with excellent student response with a percentage of 82.04%.

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. Prophetic values ​​loaded with character education in this era, especially related to religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendship, love for peace , likes to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility.

Abstract: This study aims to; 1) identifies the eligibility ladder snake game in Islamic learning IPA; 2) know the response of the students against Islamic ladder snake game in learning the IPA as a learning resource that will be developed. Methods in this study using the method of research and development (Research and Development) model Borg and Gall that have been developed through dimodifiksi; 1) potential and problems; 2) data collection; 3) product design; 4) validation of the design; 5) revision of the product; 6) free trial products; 7) revision of the product. Taken only up to seven steps because of the limitations. The research data was collected by using the sheet validation, the now and the response of the learners. The results of this research are; 1) game development ladder snake islami in IPA is well worth learning is used in learning based on the results of validation experts, namely 93.5% material experts, 80.5%, media expert and expert religion 100%; 2) on the response of the students performed at the three schools earn a percentage of the feasibility of an average of 93% with a very worthy category.Abstrak: Penelitianini bertujuan untuk; 1) mengidentifikasi kelayakan permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA; 2) mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA sebagai sumber belajar yang akan dikembangkan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) model Borg and Gall yang telahdimodifiksi yang dikembangkan melalui; 1) potensi dan masalah; 2) pengumpulan data; 3) desainproduk; 4) validasidesain; 5) revisiproduk; 6) ujicobaproduk; 7) revisiproduk. Langkah yang diambil hanya sampai dengan tujuh langkah karena keterbatasan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket dan respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1) pengembangan permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli, yaitu ahli materi 93,5%, ahli media 80,5%, dan ahli agama 100%; 2) pada respon peserta didik yang dilakukan di tiga sekolah mendapatkan persentase kelayakan rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat layak.

Dakwah discussing Islamic values are not only obtainable through religious lectures, television broadcasts, or certain book category. Dakwah could also be performed by using social media; a medium that is dominated by milennials. Dakwah performed by @indonesiatanpapacaran, is an example for dakwah movement in social media. This account is favored by individuals who pursue “hijrah” (hegira/hijra). Not only introducing the nurture of Islamic values, this account also has its profitable business going. Some religious narrations could function as commodity materials, both online and offline. In the end of the day, the capitalist could gain great benefit by this account’s movement. The objective of this study is to obtain an overview of commodification process performed by @indonesiatanpapacaran. Research method used is content analysis. Data collection was conducted by analyzing all contents posted in @indonesiatanpapacaran Instagram account. Some data including contents, values, and even narrations, are the highlight of the analysis. All contents in marriage principals could be seen as potential contents made use by Indonesia Tanpa Pacaran movement.

The use of media that is still low at the level of children's expressive language skills makes researchers create media that aims to improve graphic language skills of children 4-5 years old by making magazines as children's worksheets. The research method used is by using research and development methods with data collection techniques through data collection, product design, and produce results which are then processed into data which is then analyzed. Based on the study results, the expressive language skills of the students of Play Group PAUD Harapan Bangsa Cirebon Regency after the trial showed an increase of 22.50% with the outcome of 78.50%, namely in the very well developed category. Animated animal-themed quiz game contains animations (moving pictures), including sub-themes of animal types, animal characteristics, and animal food. Therefore, creating an animated quiz media based on animal themes can improve the expressive language skills of early childhood.

Abstract:The focus of this study is the translation errors contained in the subtitle film Upin and Ipin Terlajak Laris part one (Malaysian language into Indonesian. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are in the form of documents (translation results). Data collection techniques use document analysis. Data analysis techniques 1. Transcribe the conversations in the movie Upin and Ipin, 2. Group the languages of Malaysia and Indonesian 3. Analyze the incompatibility between Malay and Indonesian languages, 4. Conclude the results of the analysis. The results are 20 words that are not accurate in translation.

This paper aimed to study the effect of corporate image and service quality on loyalty by using trust as a mediating variable. This research uses quantitative data. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the type of judgmental sampling). The sample used in this study were 220 respondents. The research method used path analysis--data collection through a questionnaire. The results showed that company image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, the corporate image has a positive and significant effect on trust, service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust, and trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Kantor Pos Trenggalek is expected to improve the image of Kantor Pos Trenggalek so that customer perception will be better for the services provided and improve and develop the quality of services provided to customers and fix service problems.

AbstractThis paper contains a discussion of how to use the archive classification code at PT Semen Padang and the preparation of a guidebook for the use of archive classification codes at the PT Semen Padang Archives Unit. The preparation of this manual aims to assist employees at PT Semen Padang in using the archive classification code in accordance with their respective work units. The research method used in writing this thesis paper is a descriptive research method. Data collection techniques carried out by means of observation and interviews. The subject of data collection was through observation in the PT Semen Padang Archives Unit. Observation was carried out by looking at how the employee's understanding was in giving the classification code of the archive. Subsequently interviews were conducted with employees at the PT Semen Padang Archives Unit. The author conducts a question and answer session with employees directly regarding the use of the archive classification code, the constraints faced in using the classification code, and the solutions to these constraints. Based on these results it can be concluded that the preparation of the archival classification code guidebook is actually to assist employees in providing archival classification codes properly and correctly. In the archive classification code manual in the PT Semen Padang Archives Unit, it can be concluded that the steps in preparing the archive classification code manual are: (1) needs analysis, based on the needs of employees in using the archive classification code as well as efforts to overcome obstacles encountered. (2) product design, to find out what are the points that will be explained in the preparation of the archive classification code manual made in the form of a chart. (3) product compilation, the process of compiling the product manual is the use of archive classification codes. With the archive classification code manual in PT Semen Padang's Filing Unit, it can help employees to avoid finding errors in archiving and is easy to find again.Keywords: classification code, archive, guide book

Character education is very important to be implemented in daily life. This is because of the problems which occur in this country. The character of the young generation is at a very critical point. The morality of this country is out of norms, ethics, religion and modest culture. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the local wisdom-based value education model in the Sundanese Wiwitan community to improve the students’ character in SMAN 1 Kawali Ciamis, Indonesia. This research was conducted using the R&D (Research and Development) The steps of the R&D research method are (a) potential and problems, (b) data collection, (c) product design, (d) design validation, (e) design usage, (f) trial use, (g) product revision, (h) trial run, (i) product revision, (j) mass product manufacturing. The results showed that by using the local wisdom-based value education model in Sunda Wiwitan community in Susuru sub village, Kertajaya Village, Panawangan, was very effective and feasible to be applied through integration in historical learning so that the students were able to have the following character values: religious, social, mutual cooperation, tolerance, and care for the environment to be implemented in school, family, and community life.Keywords: Value Education, Local Wisdom, Sunda Wiwitan, CharacterABSTRAKPendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, hal ini karena adanya problem yang menimpa bangsa ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode R&D (Reasearchand Development) dimana metode ini menekankan pada produk akhir yang dihasilkan dari penelitian. Adapun langkah-langkah metode penelitian R&D adalah (a) potensi dan masalah, (b) pengumpulan data, (c) desain produk, (d) validasi desain, (e) pemakaian desain, (f) ujicoba pemakaian, (g) revisiproduk, (h) uji coba pemakaian, (i) revisi produk, (j) pembuatan produk masal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pendidikan nilai berbasis kearifan lokal pada masyarakat penganut kepercayaan Sunda Wiwitan di Dusun Susuru Desa Kertajaya Kecamatan Panawangan, sangat efektif dan layak untuk diterapkan melalui integrasi dalam pembelajaran sejarah sehingga siswa mampu memiliki nilai-nilai karakter sebagai berikut: religius, sosial, gotong royong, toleransi, dan peduli terhadap lingkungan untuk diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat.Kata kunci : Pendidikan Nilai, Kearifan Lokal, Sunda Wiwitan, Karakter

Learning legend is learning that provides knowledge to students about an event that is considered really happened in ancient times. Legend stories contain good exemplary values ​​such as religious, social, and cultural values ​​that can serve as examples to better shape student personalities. Therefore, important legend learning is taught to students at school, but the learning of the legend at SMP 2 Dawe Kudus is of less interest to the students. The problem is because of the teaching and learning activities during this run in conventional and not varied and less use of LCD facilities that have been installed in each class. In addition, the learning of the legend in SMP 2 Dawe Kudus using the material Legend Bulusan from LKS in the form of text that is less contextual. Therefore, innovation is required to develop a more creative learning media such as flash media in the form of animated films in order to increase student interest in learning. The approach used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) which conducted with five stages, including potential and problem analysis, data collection, product design, design validation, and product testing. The subjects of this research were teachers of Javanese subject, students of grade VIII SMP 2 Dawe Kudus, interpreters of legend story, material expert, media expert, and media user. Data collection used in this research is questionnaires, interview guides, tests, and observation. The data was analyzed in qualitative-descriptive. The results showed students the experimental class that performed higher learning outcomes than the control class.
