<p><em>This research was studied the enforcement of IPNU PC national identity character in Karanganyar towards personal resiliences members. The enforcement of character based on IPNU PC national identity in Karanganyar is useful in preserving the trust and solidarity of citizens towards the nation state. The research method used was qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Data analysis techniques used by researchers were open coding and axial coding. The results showed that the enforcement of IPNU PC identity character in Karanganyar toward personal resiliences members was done by internalizing Pancasila values in science and khataman assemblies, Makesta (Loyalty of Members), and IPNU PC National Post-Exam Guidance (BPUN) in Karanganyar. The strengthening of IPNU PC's identity character in Karanganyar toward personal endurance of members starts from the stage of understanding (understand the true), ngrasa (feel good), and nglakoni (must be implemented). The implications to be a confident human being and firmly adhered to the principle, citizens who were active in the responsibilities of society, solid citizen living in harmony and togetherness, being an open citizen on the basis of kinship.</em></p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Character, Identity, Youth Organization and Personal Resilience.</em>

the purpose of this study was to determine the Efforts to Improve the Performance of Educators through Monitoring and Evaluation at the Academy of Nursing at the Telkkt.III Teling Manado. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data Collection Techniques and Procedures, namely Observation, Interview, Documentation, while Data Analysis Techniques used in this study were based on what was developed by Strauss and Corbin (1990: 57) through several procedures, namely: Open coding, coding centralized (axial coding), and selective coding (selective coding). The results obtained from this study are as follows: Monitoring and evaluation can motivate educators to improve their performance; at the same time with Monitoring and Evaluation can be found out the way to prevent the occurrence of irregularities or mistakes by educators; Monitoring and Evaluation can increase the sense of responsibility for teaching staff in carrying out their main duties and functions as instructors. As an evaluation material for future improvement, in this study we can draw the conclusion that the improvement of performance and responsibility for the main tasks and functions for educators is the responsibility of educators and educational institutions so that deviations or mistakes can be avoided. In the study, we intended to analyze and study the causes of juvenile delinquency based on interviews with juvenile offenders of L City in 2018. The data was analyzed with the Grounded Theory for qualitative study, and the related concepts and theories were developed after the open coding, axial coding and selective coding of the information obtained from the interviews; The study showed that the disordered early family life was the key to adolescents' disorder of life, and the deviation of the life course was an important reason for their criminal offences. The “life order” is the key concept found in this study. A series of recommendations for social organizations and education departments to actively carry out parent classroom projects, implement active assistance to families and minors in trouble, and improve the personal resilience of early children in adverse environments.

ABSTRACT In this study, it discussed the development of youth in the Indonesian Alumni Paskibraka organization in planting the values   of national defense and its implications for personal resilience. This research was conducted at the Purna Paskibraka Indonesia (PPI) organization in Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study were  to knew and analyzed the formation of youth in the Full Paskibraka Indonesia in Bandung Regency in the cultivation of values   of national defense during the education and training process, and to knew and analyzed the implications of internalizing the defense of the Bandung Regency in terms of personal resilience the paskibraka and alumni. This research used descriptive qualitative research method, where the subject of the researchwas Purna Paskibraka Indonesia, Bandung Regency and the object of research was PPI youth in activities to maintained the values   of state defense and its implications for personal resilience. Methods of data collection used the structured interviews, observation, literature studies, documentation studies, and online page search. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that understanding the concept of state defense was a matter that must be understood and carried out by every citizen according to the guidance of the Act. PPI as a youth organization consisting of selected elements of civil society and special education, must took responsibility for the country’s defense efforts in accordance with the capacity of their organization.Purna Paskibraka Indonesia (PPI) participating in the state defense activities in Bandung Regency was carried out through four models of activities which also produced pillars of commitment. From this participation, it provided an understanding of the values   of the nation and state, which then gave awareness to the obligation to defended the country, and also stated its commitment to defended the country. The youth who became the Alumni Paskibraka Indonesia of Bandung Regency showed a strong sense of belonging to the nation and state of Indonesia, showing the pride of identity as an Indonesian nation, having good personal character and showing nationalism at a real level. Therefore, the internalization of state defense must be improved, so that personal resilience could be realized and helped to createdthe national resilience in Indonesia.ABSTRAK Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang pembinaan pemuda dalam organisasi Purna Paskibraka Indonesia dalam penanaman nilai-nilai bela negara dan implikasinya terhadap ketahanan pribadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada organisasi Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pembinaan pemuda Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Kabupaten Bandung dalam penanaman nilai-nilai bela negara selama mengikuti proses pendidikan dan latihan, danuntuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implikasi internalisasibela negara Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Kabupaten Bandung terhadap ketahanan pribadi para paskibraka dan alumninya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dimana subjek penelitian adalah Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Kabupaten Bandung dan objek penelitian adalah pemuda PPI dalam kegiatan untuk penanaman nilai-nilai bela negara dan implikasinya terhadap ketahanan pribadi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara secara terstruktur, observasi, studi pustaka, studi dokumentasi, dan penelusuran laman online. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep bela negara menjadi suatu hal yang harus dipahami dan dilakukan oleh setiap warga negara sesuai tuntunan Undang-Undang. PPI selaku organisasi kepemudaaan yang terdiri atas unsur masyarakat sipil yang terpilih dan telah menempuh pendidikan secara khusus, harus turut bertanggung jawab atas usaha-usaha pembelaan negara sesuai kapasitas kemampuan organisasinya. Purna Paskibraka Indonesia berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan bela negara di Kabupaten Bandung  dilakukan melalui empat model kegiatan yang juga menghasilkan pilar-pilar komitmen. Dari partisipasi tersebut memberikan pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai berbangsa dan bernegara yang kemudian memberikan kesadaran terhadap kewajiban bela negara, serta menyatakan komitmennya terhadap bela negara. Pemuda yang menjadi Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Kabupaten Bandung menunjukkan adanya rasa memiliki yang kuat terhadap bangsa dan negara Indonesia, menunjukkan adanya kebanggaan akan jatidiri sebagai bangsa Indonesia, memiliki karakter pribadi yang baik dan menunjukkan nasionalisme dalam tataran nyata. Oleh karena itu internalisasi bela negara harus terus ditingkatkan, sehingga ketahanan pribadidapat terwujud dan membantu terciptanya ketahanan nasional di Indonesia.

<p><em>History is a science that has a very big mission to improve human civilization, history provides many lessons about important concepts in facing the life to come. Multicultural education is a process of developing all human potential that respects plurality and heterogeneity as a consequence of cultural, ethnic, ethnic and religious (religious), economic, social, and political diversity. This study uses a literature study research method by collecting data from both document books, international and national journals, theses, proceeding articles, and websites related to the object of research then analyzed by text analysis techniques. As stated in the basic competencies in history lessons, it is implied to grow and instill multicultural education and national identity. Basically, national identity makes the hallmark of a nation which aims to instill character values and respect for the people in the culture and ethnic races that exist in Indonesia during the Free Learning era which is currently being implemented in the education system in Indonesia.</em></p>

This study aims to improve students learning outcomes in Civil Education Learning courses through Project Based Learning Model. The research method used is a mix method with Classroom Action Research Method and Kurt Lewin Model. The target of this research is focused on Civil Education Learning Lectures in the odd semester 2018/2019. The Research was conducted at the Elementary School Teacher Education Program, Fakulty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Islamic Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara. There are data collection techniques used in this study, namely observation, documentation and test. The data analysis techniques use descriptive statistic analysis. The result showed that the application of project based learning model can improve students learning outcomes in Civil Education Learning courses with indicator learning is learning outcomes of cognitive with increase in the percentage of learning outcomes on cognitive between cycle I and cycle II on 21% , affective on 35% and psicomotoric on 30%.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

The Talang Mamak tribe, one of Indonesian tribe, still practices the hunting and gathering of natural produce despite the fact that among them have chosen to settle permanently and doing farming activities. The aim of this research is to study the characteristics of the Talang Mamak house. The method used in this research is grounded theory method, based on the open coding, axial coding as well selective coding techniques. The method used to find the variation layout of the houses and then evaluate the characters and concept of the layouts. The conclusion of this study is that the core of the Talang Mamak house is based on the connectivity of four rooms namely: Ruang Haluan, Ruang Tangah, Ruang Tampuan and Pandapuran. The house has an open layout where all daily household activities are done without barriers. The social status of the owner is identified by houses furniture and staf

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

The objective of this research was to describes the morality contained in the novel Affairs at the Negeri di Ujung Tanduk the works Tere Liye. The research method used content analysis. The data in this research is a sentence containing the moral values ​​contained by the novel of the State at Ujung Tanduk Karya Tere Liye. Technique of collecting data using documentation technique and record. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data tabulation and coding, interpretation, classification, and conclusion. The result of the research shows that morality in Tere Liye Negeri di Ujung Tanduk novel is: first, human relationships with other human beings in the form of self existence, self esteem, self confidence, fear, death, longing, resentment, loneliness, maintaining the sanctity of greed, developing courage, honesty, hard work, patient, resilient, cheerful, steadfast, open, visionary, independent, brave, courageous, optimistic, envy, hypocritical, reflective, responsible, principle, confident, disciplined , and voracious. Second, human relationships with other humans or social and nature in the form of cooperation, acquaintance, hypocrisy, caring, hypocrisy, caring, friendship, smile, mutual help, and betrayal. Third human relationships in the form of God's menthidising and avoiding shirk, piety and pleading with prayers, prayers performed by human beings, as an awareness that everything in this universe belongs to God. The research objective is to increase the wealth of mufrodat through hypnoteaching methods. The research subjects were all fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observation formats, question sheets, field notes, and interview guidelines. The research method is classroom action research. Data analysis techniques are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results of the study are: 1) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the pre cycle before receiving hypnoteaching learning method treatment gets an average of 65.38. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who get a score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 23% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 77%. 2) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the first cycle after applying hypnoteaching learning method got an average of 72.3. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 61.5% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 38.5%. 3) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the second cycle gets an average of 90. The smallest value is 75 and the highest score is 100. With a Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 92.3% while students who have not yet reached Minimal Completeness Criteria is 7.7%. 4) The use of hypnoteaching method can increase the wealth of mufrodat of fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in 2016/2017 Academic Year.
