<p class="Default"><em>This purpose of the study was to improve the ability to counting with long and short storage techniques with powerpoint for students grade II of SD Negeri Selomerto for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research was conducted in two cycles. Where in each cycle has stages that start from doing planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study : cycle 1 shows increase from pre cycle, 55% students complete and cycle two shows increase form cycle 1, 76% student complete from 29 students in the class. The results of the research that have been done show that the powerpoint media improves students counting skills, especially in adding long and short storage techniques in Grade II SD Negeri Selomerto. </em></p>

The purposes of this reasearch are 1) describing the efforts of increasing the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision and 2) analysing the increase of increasing the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision. The type of this research is School Action Research (SAR). The action of this research is class visitation. The place of this research is the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang. The time of this research is the early first semester of 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this research are the class teachers (CT) and the subject teachers (ST) in the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang, consist of six CT and three ST. The technique of collecting data is using nontest technique. The tools of collecting data are using the sheets of observation and documentation. The data of this research is including teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation. The data of this research are qualitative and quantitative. The technique of analizing data is decriptive comparation. The procedure of this research is using Cycle Model, consist of four steps: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of this research are 1) the efforts of increasing the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision are focussing on the coaching, 2) the efforts of increasing the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision are individually and participative and 3) the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision increased and included very high (A) category. Key words: Pedagogic, Teacher, Learning Motivation, Academic Supervision

This study aims to improve the result of learning tonnis for students of class IV in Elementary School 2 Gedong Karanganyar in academic year 2013/ 2014 through application of Teaching Games for undestanding approaches (TGfU). This study was action research or Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). The research was done on two cycle, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The researcher used subjects in this research. They are students of class IV in Elementary School 2 Gedong Karanganyar, which amounts to 22 students consisting of 10 boys and 12 girls. The data came from teachers and students. The technique of data collection was the observation and assessment capabilities in tonnis, learning activities and result of learning playing small ball in tonnis. Analysis of data used descriptive technique based on a qualitative analysis of the percentage. From result of analysis was gotten significant increase fro pra-cycle to first cycle and from first cycle to second cycle. In the first cycle of learning result of students playing tonnis reached 63,63% or as many as 13 students of the 22 students have completion criteria. In the second cycle of learning result of students who have the play tonnis completion criteria also increased to 86,36% or 18 students have the criteria and 4 other completely unfinished. The conclusion of this study is the use of approach to Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) can improving the result of learning tonnis in students of class IV in Elementary School 2 Gedong Karanganyar in academic year 2013/ 2014.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes motion coordination through the cooperative model of students of class III Elementary School No. 18 / IX Muaro 2018/2019 academic year the research method is classroom action research, consists of two cycles each cycle carried out 3 times a meeting, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection, The research subjects were 26 students in class III, 13 male and 13 female students, data collection techniques are observation, and formative tests, data analysis is comparing the average score, the successful evaluation is KKM of 68 individuals and 80% classical, The results showed that the pre-cycle completeness of three students or by 12% increased to 14 students or by 54% in the first cycle and increased again to 22 or by 85% in the second cycle, Observation of teacher activity by 68% in the category of "Good" increased to 83% in the category of "Very Good" Observation of student activity by 60% in the category of "Good" increased to 83% in the category of "Very good" therefore, it can be concluded that the cooperative model improves learning outcomes for the coordination of class III motion elementary school number 18 / IX Muaro Jambi in 2018/2019 academic year.

The purposes of this reasearch are 1) describing the efforts of increasing the elementary school of Turusgede teachers pedagogic competence at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year in opening and closing the learning by using the self assessment technique and 2) analysing the increase of the elementary school of Turusgede teachers pedagogic competence at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year in opening and closing the learning by using the self assessment technique. This research is School Action Research (SAR). This research is taken palce in elementary school of Turusgede, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang. The time of this research is the early-middle first semester of 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this research are teachers in the elementary school of Turusgede, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang, consist of twelve teachers. The data of this research is teachers pedagogic competence in opening and closing the learning. The techniques of collecting data are using nontest technique and test technique. The tools of collecting data are using the sheets of observation, camera application on hand phone and the form of self assessment. The technique of analizing data in this research is decriptive comparation. The procedure of this research is using Cycle Model, consist of four steps: planning, action, observation and reflection. Each cycle is going on one week. The results of this research are 1) the academic supervision with self assessment technique is previously sharing the form of self assessment to the subjects of this research, 2) self assessment technique is self assessment according to the next theme and matter, 3) self assessment technique is self assessment after the learning finish and 4) teachers pedagogic competence with self assessment technique is increasing and including good category (B) that according with the result of observation and including very good category (A) that according with the result of self assessment. Key words: Pedagogic, Supervision, Self Assessment Technique.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes of class VIII-C students of SMP Negeri 5 Tenggarong, academic year of 2018/2019, in writing fantasy stories using the Pakem method. It  was conducted in 3 (three) cycles and each of them consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the use of Pakem method in the learning of writing fantasy stories can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII-C students of SMP Negeri 5 Tenggarong in the academic year of 2018/2019.

<p><em>The purpose of this research was to improve the skill of writing poetry by applied DWA (Direct Writing Activity) Strategy for fifth grade students in SDN Munggung 1 Surakarta on academic year of 2018/2019.The form of this research was a Classroom Action Research which conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages i.e. planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research included teacher and 33 fifth grade students in SDN Munggung 1 Surakarta. The data collected by interview, observation, test, and documentation techniques. The data validity test were using content validity, triangulation of resource, and triangulation of technique.The result of this research shows the improvement of skill of writing poetry values from pre-action, cycle I until cycle II</em><em>.</em></p>

<div class="WordSection1"><p><em>The purpose of this research is to improve verbal communicating skill of performance result thru thematic learning in fourth grade students of SD Negeri in Sukoharjo Regency in the academic year of 2017/2018. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research  (CAR)  was  conducted  in  two  cycles.  Each cycle consist of four steps i.e. planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research data was collected by using several techniques such as observation, interview, test, and documentation. The data validity test was using triangulation technique and content validity. The model interactive of analyzing was used on data analyze technique. The assessment result showed both students’ verbal communicating skill and teacher’s performance increased continously. According to the result   of   this   research,   implemented   Gallery   Walk learning model can improve verbal communicating skilll of performance result thru thematic learning for 4th  grade students  of  SD  Negeri  in  Sukoharjo  Regency  in  the academic year of 2017/ 2018.</em></p></div>

Based on interviews and observations, the metacognitive skills of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Lamboya are still low. This is because the thinking skills have not been empowered in school. Need effort to overcome this, one way that is implementation of learning model study of Group Investigation (GI). The purpose of applying the Group Investigation learning model (GI) to improve students' metacognitive skills. This research is a class action research (PTK) consisting of 4 stages of Planning, Action, Observation, Reflection which is implemented in two cycles. The subjects of the study were students of class VII A SMP Negeri 4 Lamboya academic year 2016/2017 as many as 23 students. The results showed that the percentage of masakognitif skill resulted from (51.08) in cycle I to (73,52) in cycle II. The conclusion of this research is Group Investigation study model (GI) can improve metacognitive skill of class VII A student of SMP Negeri 4 Lamboya.

Mathematics learning for grade II of elementary students used to separate between learning and real life. This research is aimed to improve learning output of students by implementing realistic mathematics approach in mathematics learning. This is a class action research that consists of two cycles including four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subject of this research are 25 elementary students grade II SDN 11 Sungai Sirah Kecamatan Pariaman Timur Kota Pariaman. Data of research were obtained through observation, interview, and test. Obtained data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Learning output of students is improved in each cycle. In cycle I, average score of students’ learning output is 77.2. Meanwhile in cycle II, average score of students’ learning output is 88.2. Hence, it can be concluded that mathematics learning implementing realistic mathematics approach can improve the learning output of elementary students grade II.

This study describes the home visit program in minimizing the total of children stay in class and dropout at Elementary School, Semarang City. This study uses action research methods that use the model design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart whose devices consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and observation. Based on the results of the study, there are significant data on reducing the level of stay in class and dropout in Elementary School of Sampangan 01. In the 2017-2018 school year, there were 11 children stay in class and 4 children who dropout. In the school year 2018-2019 Because the total of children stay in class has been dropped to 6 and dropped out of school 0. From these results obtained significant results from the home visit program in reducing the dropout rate in children.
