Observation result in cell biology (CB) learning showed that most students assumed cell biology as a complex and abstract material. The level of conceptual understanding was still relatively low observable from inadequate test results. Misconception on cell structure as a dense and non-porous structure was reported; this can be seen from students’ drawing on cell membranes. One solution to overcome the above problem was to develop contemporary teaching materials in the form of e-module based on Edmodo mobile (based android) so that students can easily access them by their smartphone. The research objective was to develop an Edmodo android cell biology module. Research and development (R&D) method were applied in this study. The development model used was Thiagarajan 4D, which is defined, design, and develop. The instruments used were the e-module validation questionnaire by experts (material and media experts, practitioners) and the feasibility test questionnaire on 24 students. The result showed that Edmodo mobile on CB developed through Thiagarajan 4D has valid criteria. Thus, it can be used in cell biology learning.

This research aims to promote the development of the character of learning community at Madrasah Tsanawiyah of Bantul Regency Yogyakarta, and two problems posed to be addressed: why the character of community learning pattern does not realize as it has been expected, and how does the development of the character of learning community at MTs of Bantul look like? The research uses the Research and Development model that is consisted of four stages: exploration, development, tests, and dissemination. The data were collected by means of observatiosn, interviews, questionaire, and review of documentation. The results show: (1) the character of learning community at the MTs in Bantul Regency has not been fully established because the teachers were not active in preparing their lesson study, and they did not benefit from it. Also, they were too busy in fulfilling their obligations as teachers; (2) the development of the character of learning community at MTs in Bantul could be implemented through Classroom Action Research-based lesson study plans which are consisted of five stages: consolidation of lesson study concepts, explanation of Classroom Action Research as a form of scientific publication, planning, implementation of action, and reflection.

  This research aims to produce a final product in the form of a performance-assessment instrument on Cell Structure and Function experiment. The development model is ADDIE. Based on expert's judgment, the instrument was valid and can be tested in the field. Field-test results shown that the product performs high validity and reliability value on measuring student performance on Cell Structure and Function experiment. Therefore, it is concluded that this performance-assessment instrument theoretically and practically has a good quality for measuring student performance in both process and product performance on Cell Structure and Function experiment. Abstract Being in the industrial era 4.0, teachers as educators are required to understand technology more than their students. Teachers need to understand students' needs for technological developments so that classroom learning runs well. The development of learning media is one of the alternative solutions that can be used by teachers to meet the needs of students for technological developments. The purpose of research and development is to produce learning media products based on android applications from Microsoft PowerPoint on material for economic growth and development for class XI. This research and development uses the ADDIE model. The results of the research and development were obtained from the results of the feasibility test through filling out validation questionnaires with validators of material experts (lecturers), media experts (lecturers), learning practitioners (economics teachers), and test results with users (students) through small group trials and large group trial. The average result of the validation and testing as a whole obtained a score of 92.177 percent so that this research and development product is very valid and very feasible to be used as a learning medium. Abstrak Berada pada era industri 4.0 guru sebagai pendidik diharuskan untuk memahami teknologi lebih dari siswanya. Guru perlu memahami kebutuhan siswa atas perkembangan teknologi agar pembelajaran di kelas berjalan dengan baik. Pengembangan media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif yang bisa digunakan oleh guru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa atas perkembangan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan adalah untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android dari Microsoft PowerPoint pada materi pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi kelas XI. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan diperoleh dari hasil uji kelayakan melalui pengisian kuisioner validasi bersama validator ahli materi (dosen), ahli media (dosen), praktisi pembelajaran (guru ekonomi), dan hasil uji coba bersama pengguna (siswa) melalui uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba kelompok besar. Rata-rata asil validasi dan uji coba secara keseluruhan memperoleh skor sebesar 92,177 persen sehingga produk penelitian dan pengembangan ini sangat valid dan sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

<p>Modul adalah salah satu bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya, peserta didik membutuhkan modul pembelajaran biologi yang berbasis <em>contextual Taeching Learning</em> (CTL). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan modul yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian <em>Research and development </em>(R&amp;D) dengan menggunakan model pengembanan 4-D (<em>four D</em>) terdiri dari tahap define, design dan develop, sedangkan tahap dessiminate tidak dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan modul yang dikembangkan memiliki nilai rata-rata kevalidan yaitu 3,51 dengan kriteria sangat valid. Nilai rata-rata kepraktisan modul oleh peserta didik yaitu 3,49 dengan kategori praktis.</p><p> </p><p>Modules are one of the teaching materials that students can use in the learning process. Students need a biology learning module based on contextual learning (CTL) to increase their learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to produce a valid and practical module. This research was a Research and development (R&amp;D) study using the 4-D (four-D) development model consisting of define, design and development stages, while the disseminate stage was not carried out. The results of this study indicate that the module developed has an average value of validity 3.51 or on very valid criteria. The average value of the practicality of the module was 3.49 or on the practical category</p>

<pre><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to develop a serial storybook with the theme of altruism for folklore learning. This study uses a 4D research and development model which consists of four steps, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. This research produced four series of <em>Samas</em> books, namely (1) <em>Samas and the Three-Color Giant</em>, (2) <em>Samas and the Youngest Southeast Mountain</em>, (3) <em>Samas and Two-Headed Maleo Birds</em>, and (4) <em>Samas and Stone</em><em>-</em><em>Humans</em>. The results of the validity test show that the qualified product is feasible and ready to be implemented. Readability test results indicate that the product has a high level of readability. The effectiveness test results show that the product is effectively used in folklore learning.</pre><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku cerita berseri dengan tema altruisme untuk pembelajaran cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan <em>4D </em><em>yang </em><em>terdiri atas</em> empat langkah, yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan diseminasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan empat seri buku <em>Samas, </em>yaitu (1) <em>Samas dan Raksasa Tiga Warna, </em>(2) <em>Samas dan Si Bungsu Gunung Tenggara, </em>(3) <em>Samas dan Burung Maleo Berkepala Dua, </em>dan (4) <em>Samas dan</em> <em>Manusia-Manusia Batu</em>. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa produk berkualifikasi layak dan siap diimplementasikan. Hasil uji keterbacaan menunjukkan bahwa produk memiliki tingkat keterbacaan tinggi. Hasil uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa produk efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran cerita rakyat di SMPN 18 Malang.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to describe the results of the effectiveness and interest in reading the nonfiction enrichment book in elementary school. The research method used is research and development data analysis techniques namely quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The test results for the level of material, language, and design validation in the teacher's books were 88.23% and 87.7% of the students' books. Then the feasibility test results are 88,75% and the withdrawal test is 93%. The results of the effectiveness test before using the product are 59,23 %%, and then using the product that is 85%. Meanwhile students' reading interest depends on the lowest percentage value of 92% and the highest percentage of 98%.</p><strong>Abstrak:<em> </em></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil uji efektivitas dan minat baca terhadap buku pengayaan nonfiksi di SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu <em>research and development</em> dengan teknik analisis data yaitu kuanitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil uji tingkat validasi aspek materi, bahasa, dan desain pada buku guru yaitu 88,23% dan buku siswa 87,7%. Hasil uji kelayakan 88,75% dan uji kemenarikan 93%. Hasil uji efektivitas sebelum menggunakan produk yaitu 59,23%% dan sesudah menggunakan produk yaitu 85%%. Sementara itu, minat baca siswa berada pada rentangan persentase nilai terendah yaitu 92% dan persentase nilai tertinggi 98%.

This study explores Android-based mobile learning media design on electrical content. The Media is designed to contain electrical content that is abstract and can not be seen with the naked eye. The content is depicted in a tangible and easily understood by students. The methods used in the development of the research media are Research and Development (R&D), and the development model conducted in this study is the IDI (Instructional Development Institute) Model of research results shows that the media Learning on electrical content is considered valid and the media is easy to use for students and teachers in the learning process. The teaching and learning process is built on three interaction aspects such as the interaction among the teachers, students, and learning sources. To ease this process, the teacher can make their own teaching material that will be used in learning process. This research aims to develop weather theme students’ book by using Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD) method. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D). This students’ book consists of 5 sub-themes such as substance characteristics, interaction of organisms and their environment, temperature and heat, pollution and global warming. This book was developed by using 4STMD method through four stages such as selection, structurization, characterization, and didactic reduction. The feasibility test results show that the student book has complete material based on basic competencies and indicators, has accurate, actual and integrated material. Besides the student’s book that was developed also has aspects of legibility, language rules and language logic that is appropriate, presented attractively and has a layout and design that is feasible to be used. Overall the students’ perception on the usage and result of this students’ book development is positive. ABSTRAKProses belajar mengajar dibangun oleh tiga aspek interaksi. Interaksi tersebut adalah interaksi antara pendidik, peserta didik dan sumber belajar. Untuk memudahkan proses tersebut, guru dapat membuat sendiri bahan ajar (buku) yang akan digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku siswa bertema Cuaca  dengan metode Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD) dan menganalisis kelayakan serta persepsi siswa terhadap buku siswa yang dihasilkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Buku siswa ini terbagi atas 5 sub tema yaitu karakteristik zat, interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungannya, suhu dan kalor, pencemaran dan pemanasan global. Buku ini dikembangkan dengan metode 4STMD melalui empat tahap, yaitu seleksi, strukturisasi, karakterisasi dan reduksi didaktik. Hasil Uji Kelayakan menggambarkan bahwa buku siswa memiliki cakupan materi yang lengkap berdasarkan Kompetensi Dasar dan indikator, memiliki materi akurat, mutakhir serta terpadu. Selain itu buku dikembangkan juga memiliki aspek keterbacaan, kaidah bahasa dan logika bahasa yang baik, disajikan dengan menarik dan memiliki tata letak serta desain yang layak digunakan. Adapun persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan dan hasil pengembangan buku siswa, secara keseluruhan bernilai positif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengembangkan seperangkat asesmen kinerja pengukur keterampilan proses sains siswa yang valid dan reliabel pada praktikum momentum dan impuls. Penelitian  ini merupakan jenis penelitian research and development dengan tipe rancangan Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan empat tahap, yaitu:  1) tahap penelitian dan pengumpulan data, 2) tahap perencanaan, 3) tahap pengembangan, dan 4) tahap uji lapangan. Uji kelayakan dari pengembangan Performance Assessment untuk mengukur Keterampilan Proses Sains (KPS) memperoleh nilai kelayakan sebesar 81% pada validasi ahli, 72,22% pada hasil observasi, 67% dari hasil tes KPS, dan 87,78% pada hasil asesmen kinerja. Pengembangan Performance Assessment untuk mengukur Keterampilan Proses Sains mendapatkan respon positif sebesar 83% dari guru dan 81% repon positif dari siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan perangkat penilaian kinerja keterampilan proses sains ini layak digunakan. Kata Kunci: Instrumen Tes Keterampilan Proses Sains, Performance Assessment, Momentum dan Impuls This study aims to develop a set of Performance Assessment that measuring validity and reliability of students science process skills in momentum and impulse practice. This study is a “research and development” research with Borg and Gall design types. The research was conducted by three stages, namely: 1) The need assessment, 2) Planning, development, and 3) field testing. Feasibility test of the performance assessment set to measure Students Science Process Skills (SPS) obtained a percentage of expert validation at 81%, observation at 72.22%, the test results SPS at 67%, and the Performance Assessment results at 87.78%. Development of Performance Assessment for measuring Science Process Skills had the positive response of teachers at 83% and positive response of students at 80%. This research is taken from the lack of basic futsal technique that makes players tend to be fatigue in training which is given by the coach. Therefore, the development about basic training media, such as adobe flash player is necessary in learning process. This research focuses on the development of media in learning by using adobe flash player.This study is research and development. The development model of this research is adapted from the development model of Borg & Gall. Borg & Gall's development research stages are: (1) research and data collection, (2) planning, (3) product draft development, (4) first field test, (5) revise test results, (6) field test, (7) result field product test improvement, (8) field test implementation, (9) final product improvement, also (10) dissemination and implementation.This product contains material on futsal basic engineering practice. Media development using Adobe Flash CS6 Professional software. The material presented is (1) basic futsal technique, (2) brief futsal, (3) futsal rules, also (4) field size, line, goal and futsal ball. Based on the stages adapted from the development model of Borg and Gall then obtained the following results: Assessment and validation of the material experts showed that the medium of learning both with a mean value of 3.87. Assessment and validation of media experts showed that the medium of learning both with the average value 4. The results of small group trials showed very good result that is average 4.42. The results of large group trials showed excellent results with a mean of 4.55. In operational test and product effectiveness, pre test and post test of 2 groups were applied. The first group was given media influence, and the second group as the control group. Operational test results pretest value 73.92 seconds into the category enough, and for the average post-test value of 58.25 seconds into the category enough. The effectiveness test shows that the interactive learning media has significant effectiveness with t count value > t table that is 123,922 > 1,70329 and p value (significance) 0.000 < 0,05 meaning that the media is effective. As the final conclusion stated that the product proved effective. For the posttest average value of 58.25 seconds into the category enough. As the final conclusion stated that this product proved effective.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya model latihan teknik dasar futsal, sehingga pemain cenderung jenuh dengan materi latihan teknik dasar yang diberikan pelatihnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengembangan mengenai media latihan teknik dasar futsal yang tadinya bersifat konvensional menjadi media yang berbasis adobe flash player. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis adobe flash player. Konten dalam media ini berisikan pengembangan materi latihan teknik dasar futsal untuk pembina/pelatih ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA/SMK sederajat di Kabupaten Banjarnegara.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan Borg & Gall yakni: (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan draf produk, (4) uji coba lapangan awal, (5) merevisi hasil uji coba, (6) uji coba lapangan, (7) penyempurnaan produk hasil uji lapangan, (8) uji pelaksanaan lapangan, (9) penyempurnaan produk akhir, serta (10) desiminasi dan implementasi.Produk ini memuat materi tentang latihan teknik dasar futsal. Pengembangan media menggunakan software Adobe Flash CS6 Professional. Materi yang disajikan adalah (1) latihan teknik dasar futsal, (2) sejarah singkat futsal, (3) peraturan futsal, serta (4) ukuran lapangan, garis, gawang, dan bola futsal. Berdasarkan tahapan-tahapan yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Borg and Gall maka didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: Penilaian dan validasi ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran baik dengan nilai rerata 3,87. Penilaian dan validasi ahli media menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran baik dengan nilai rerata 4. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukkan hasil sangat baik yaitu rerata 4,42. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar menunjukkan hasil sangat baik dengan rerata 4,55. Pada uji operasional dan efektifitas produk, diberlakukan pre-test dan post-test terhadap 2 kelompok. Kelompok pertama yang diberikan pengaruh media, dan kelompok kedua sebagai kelompok kontrol. hasil uji coba operasional nilai pre-test 73,92 detik masuk ke dalam kategori cukup, dan untuk nilai rata-rata post-test 58,25 detik masuk ke dalam kategori cukup. Uji efektifitas menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif memiliki keefektifan yang signifkan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 123,922 > 1,70329 dan nilai p (signifikansi) 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa media tersebut efektif. Sebagai simpulan akhir dinyatakan bahwa produk terbukti efektif. untuk nilai rata-rata post-test 58,25 detik masuk ke dalam kategori cukup. Sebagai simpulan akhir dinyatakan bahwa produk ini terbukti efektif.
