WORKSHOP HIGHER ORDER THINGKING SKILLS BAGI GURU SMK DI DKI JAKARTA

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this Activity is to provide good quality HOT test quality training seen from: (a) Validity and reliability of the test (b) Grain analysis to see the difficulty index and Different power. Target Audience in this activity is the teachers of SMK in Jakarta, who really interested and have the potential to develop. The number of active participants is 25 vocational teachers. The participant will then transfer the training activities to the other teachers through each school. The type of activity material is this training theory and practice, with 20% theory composition and 80% practice covering aspects of data analysis techniques with computer assistance through SPSS program and ITEMAN program. Theory is given before engaging in practical activities or integrated during the direct practice by the participants. Based on the results of the exercises made some conclusions. There are two aspects of training materials provided to teachers in Jakarta, namely the technical aspects of HOT problem making skills and aspects of ITEMAN program use. Based on the evaluation that has been implemented, from the technical aspect, this training can be quite successful. Over 90% of participants mastered the material well, this training can be quite successful. Given the time of limited service activities. Nevertheless, in general, this service activity received a positive response from the teachers especially trainees, and schools in general. In relation to the implementation of this activity, suggestions may be made: (a) For the trainee's teachers, the knowledge and skills possessed should be developed on their own. The way that can be taken for example, teaching in a relavan. (b) For the implementing team of dedication activities, to be considered for holding the same training but with more in-depth material in the coming year. The goal is to achieve the desired end goal. namely to make the professional teachers in the field. (c) It is good that teachers continue to develop practical practices in schools. ABSTRAK: Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah Untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan kualitas tes HOT yang baik dilihat dari: (a) Validitas dan reliabilitas tes (b) Analisis butir untuk melihat indeks kesukaran dan Daya beda. Khalayak Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah para Guru SMK di Jakarta, yang betul-betul berminat dan mempunyai potensi untuk berkembang. Jumlah peserta yang aktif adalah 25 Guru SMK. Peserta itu nantinya akan mentransfer kegiatan pelatihan tersebut ke para guru yang lainnya lewat masing-masing sekolah. Jenis materi kegiatan adalah pelatihan ini teori dan praktek, dengan komposisi 20% teori dan 80% praktek yang mencakup aspek teknik analisis data dengan bantuan komputer melalui program SPSS dan program ITEMAN. Teori diberikan sebelum melakukan kegiatan praktek atau diintegrasikan selama praktek langsung oleh peserta. Berdasarkan hasil latihan yang dilakukan didapat beberapa kesimpulan, Terdapat dua aspek materi pelatihan yang diberikan terhadap para guru di Jakarta, yaitu aspek teknik keterampilan pembuatan soal HOT dan aspek penggunaan program ITEMAN. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilaksanakan, dari aspek teknik, pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil. Lebih dari 90% peserta menguasai materi dengan baik, pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil. Mengingat waktu kegiatan pengabdian yang terbatas. Namun demikian secara umum kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapat respons yang positif dari para guru peserta pelatihan khususnya, dan sekolah pada umumnya. Berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, saran yang dapat disampaikan: (a) Bagi para guru peserta latihan, bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang telah dimiliki ini hendaknya dikembangkan sendiri. Cara yang dapat ditempuh misalnya, mengajar dibidang yang relavan. (b) Bagi tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian, supaya dipertimbangkan untuk mengadakan pelatihan yang sama namun dengan materi yang lebih mendalam di tahun mendatang. Tujuannya adalah agar tercapainya tujuan akhir yang diharapkan. yaitu menjadikan para guru yang professional pada bidangnya. (c) Ada baiknya para guru tetap mengembangkan latihan-latihan praktik di sekolah.

The percentage of entrepreneurs is very small, it needs concrete efforts to grow and develop the entrepreneurial spirit in higher education which is expected to encourage students to be enthusiastic about entrepreneurship. The purpose of the Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) activity is to develop entrepreneurship at Mulawarman Universit. Socialization to students and until the end of the registration as many as 49 students / alumni registered. Implementation of entrepreneurship training activities via offline and online, training materials covering theory and practice as well as conducting field visits to advanced MSME entrepreneurs. Business proposal presentations were also conducted to determine the tenants who passed the selection. Business apprenticeship at an apprenticeship place that is in accordance with tenant business products, guidance and consultation are carried out periodically as well as assistance in the preparation of business proposals to be marketed through social media and E Commerce. The KDP website was created contained information on KDP activities and tenant products. Periodic guidance and consultation are also carried out through off line and on line as well as assistance in the preparation of scientific-based business proposals and product improvements to be marketed through social media and E Commerce

Fertilization is an action in plant care. Fertilization provides additional nutrients for the soil. Fertilization has a large influence on plant growth and production. Fertilization consists of organic and inorganic fertilizers. Both of these fertilizers must be balanced so that the nutrient content can be maintained properly. The use of fertilizers an organic fertilizer that is widely used, but the use of chemical fertilizers on an ongoing basis will reduce the level of soil fertility. This must be balanced with organic fertilizer. One of the organic fertilizer is guano fertilizer. This fertilizer is fertilizer made from animal waste, namely bats. This fertilizer has a very good content including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Knowledgethis fertilizer will still be low, so that an introduction and practice about guano fertilizer is needed. Therefore a community service activity was carried out on the development of the manufacture of guano fertilizer. Guano fertilizer development is carried out in the form of granules (granules). The targets of this service are vocational students who are related to agriculture. Vocational students are selected as the young generation to know about organic fertilizers and are able to contribute to the implementation of the agricultural industry. Community service activities were carried out with a presentation of the theory and practice of making guano fertilizer. As a result of this activity, students learned about organic fertilizer, namely guano fertilizer and its contents, nutrient content in the soil, balance in maintaining nutrient content in the soil, the practice of making guano fertilizer, and the creation of granule form from guano fertilizer.

ABSTRACT The Ngampon people in Mojosongo Village, Jebres, Surakarta City face diverse livelihood problems, most of which are factory workers with low income levels and the role of mothers as housewives. Therefore, it is necessary to have training activities to make agar agar fruit products as an alternative home-based home industry to increase family income. Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakan ini adalah agar setelah mengikuti kegiatan para peserta yakni pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan soal-soal. Materi pelatihan berupa modul penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar. Peserta pelatihan adalah para pelaku UMKM Jakarta Selatan. Analisis terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan skor terhadap latihan soal-soal yang diberikan kepada para peserta. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan efektif. Peserta mampu memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal secara cukup memadai. Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Laporan Laba-Rugi, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Perubahan Modal ABSTRACTThe aims of this community service activity are that after its completion the participants consisting of the entrepreneurs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) should be able to understand and prepare basic financial statements that consist of profit and loss statement, statement of financial position, and statement of changes in equity. The method used was training that consist of lecturing, discussion and Q-A, and exercises. Training materials were a module of the preparation of basic financial statement. The participants of this training were the entrepreneurs of MSME of South Jakarta. The activity was analyzed by scoring the exercises delivered to the participants. The results shows that the training is effective. Participants are able to understand and prepare basic financial statements that consist of profit and loss statement, statement of financial position, and statement of changes in equity in sufficient matter. ABSTRAKKeadaan latar belakang ekonomi para wali santri rata-rata menengah kebawah sehingga tidak semua santri mampu membayar iuran bulanan yang dibebankan oleh pengurus yayasan. Apalagi pada saat pandemi seperti sekarang, banyak wali santri yang tidak ada pekerjaan sama sekali. Sehingga, pengurus Yayasan Daarul Hufadz Al-Amiin tidak bisa lagi memberikan tunjangan kepada para guru. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kami ingin memberikan pelatihan budidaya cacing tanah kepada pengurus Yayasan Daarul Hufadz Al-Amiin, agar lembaga tahfizdul qur’an ini menjadi lembaga yang mandiri dari segi ekonomi. Di sisi lain, lokasi Yayasan Daarul Hufadz Al-Amiin ini berada tidak jauh dari pasar tradisional kecamatan pringgarata, sehingga banyak limbah sayuran yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan untuk budidaya cacing tanah. Selain itu, kotoran ayam petelur dari pengusaha ayam petelur di sekitar Yayasan Daarul Hufadz Al-Amiin bisa digunakan sebagai bahan pakan cacing tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari kegiatan pelatihan yang diisi dengan pemberian materi dan praktek, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Adapun peserta pelatihan yaitu semua pengurus Yayasan Daarul Hufadz Al-Amin dan para guru, para peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan karena bagi mereka pelatihan budidaya cacing tanah ini adalah hal yang baru. Adapun beberapa materi pelatihan yaitu mulai dari pembuatan media, pemberian pakan, perawatan, hingga tehnik memanen. Pelatihan ini diakhiri dengan kegiatan pemberian bibit cacing tanah lumbrecus rubelus dari pihak pelaksana PKM kepada pengurus yayasan Daarul Hufadz Al-Amin sebagai modal awal untuk memulai usaha budidaya cacing tanah. Berdasarkan data hasil kegiatan PKM yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan berbudidaya cacing tanah sudah dilakukan dan pihak mitra mampu melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut meliputi persiapan media, pembuatan pakan, perawatan. Selain itu, hampir semua pengurus dari pihak mitra menyatakan bahwa pelatihan budidaya cacing tanah ini bermanfaat. Kata kunci: budidaya; cacing tanah; pandemic covid-19; usaha alternatif. No longer at a pandemic time like now, many parents have no job at all. Thus, the board of Daarul Hufadz Al-Amiin Foundation can no longer provide benefits to teachers. therefore, we want to provide training on the cultivation of earthworms to the board of Daarul Hufadz Al-Amiin Foundation, so that this qur'an tahfizdul institution becomes an independent institution in terms of economy. On the other hand, the location of Daarul Hufadz Al-Amiin Foundation is located not far from the traditional market of pringgarata subdistrict, so that a lot of vegetable waste can be used as an ingredient for the cultivation of earthworms. In addition, laying chicken manure from laying hen entrepreneurs around the Daarul Hufadz Al-Amiin Foundation can be used as feed material for earthworms. This devotional activity is carried out starting from training activities filled with materials and practices, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The participants of the training are all administrators of Daarul Hufadz Al-Amin Foundation and teachers, the participants are very enthusiastic in participating in the training because for them this earthworm cultivation training is a new thing. The training materials are ranging from media making, feeding, care, to harvesting techniques. This training ended with the activity of giving earthworm seeds lumbrecus rubelus from the implementing party of PKM to the board of the foundation Daarul Hufadz Al-Amin as the initial capital to start a business of earthworm cultivation. Based on the data of pkm activities that have been done can be concluded that the skills of earthworm cultivation has been done and the partners are able to carry out such activities including media preparation, feed making, maintenance. In addition, almost all administrators from the partner side stated that this earthworm cultivation training is useful. Keywords: cultivation; earthworms; pandemic covid-19; alternative business.

This community service activity is continuously carried out to develop the creativity of mothers in producing innovative and attractive products. This activity involves training and assistance in preparing financial and marketing reports. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Sukolilo District and STIESIA Surabaya. MSMEs in Sukolilo District experienced several obstacles related to preparing financial reports, marketing that utilized social media, and other technical obstacles. After this mentoring activity, MSME managers gained several benefits, including having started compiling financial reports. Marketing training activities are carried out using Instagram social media as a means of producing products. In this activity, assistance was carried out to create an Instagram account, taking photos of products to be uploaded on Instagram, assisting in uploading product photos on Instagram accompanied by product descriptions so that they could attract consumers. This activity is carried out to improve the business carried out from the management aspect. The target to be achieved is that MSME players have financial reports that can be used to submit funds or capital to banks for business development, expand marketing networks, and increase sales.

Ilomata Village is one of the villages in Gorontalo District which has the potential of banana farming commodities, but it has not been utilized optimally. The aim of this community service activity are empowering the Ilomata Village PKK group through training activities for making various flavors of banana chips, simple bookkeeping training and product marketing training. The method applied is training and mentoring, whose activities include 1) Training in making various flavored banana chips; 2) Simple bookkeeping training; 3) Product marketing training; and 4) Mentoring in determining the name of the product, making packaging labels, and handling PIRT distribution permit. The results of the activity showed that the PKK group members understood and had skills in making banana chips with various flavors, doing simple bookkeeping and marketing the product. The availability of a banana chip product named banana chips I-Bas (Ilomata-Banana chips) with No. distribution license for PIRT 214750201001324 and has been marketed both offline and online. Thus, the empowerment of the PKK groups through banana chips entrepreneurship can increase the utilization of the potential of the banana commodity in line with the increased understanding and skill of PKK group members in making and marketing various flavored banana chips products.

The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work. The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

BackgroundPalliative care knowledge is essential in primary healthcare due to the increasing number of patients who require attention in the final stage of their life. Health professionals (physicians and nurses) need to acquire specific knowledge and abilities to provide high-quality palliative care. The development of education programmes in palliative care is necessary. The Palliative Care Knowledge Test (PCKT) is a questionnaire that evaluates the basic knowledge about palliative care, but it has not been adapted into Spanish, and its effectiveness and utility for Spanish culture have not been analysed.ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to report the translation into Spanish and a psychometric analysis of the PCKT.MethodsThe questionnaire survey was validated with a group of 561 physicians and nurses. The PCKT Spanish Version (PCKT-SV) was obtained from a process, including translation, back translation and revision by experts and a pilot study. The content validity and reliability of the questionnaire were analysed.ResultsThe results showed internal consistency and reliability indexes similar to those obtained by the original version of PCKT.ConclusionThe PCKT-SV is a useful instrument for measuring Spanish-speaking physician and nurse knowledge of palliative care, and it is suitable to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities in palliative care.
