The concept of the State's Right to Control over Land in Land Law (UUPA) and the Constitution are things that need to be clarified based on law. The type of research in this research is normative research, namely research on legal principles related to the concept of the State's right to control over land seen from the aspects of the Basic Agrarian Law and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The approach method used in this research is the statutory approach (the statute approach), the conceptual approach, which utilizes the views and thoughts of experts regarding the concept of the rule of law and the historical approach is carried out by examining what background. which underlie a development of the implementation of the right to control the State. The results of the study show that the concept of the right to control of the State which is regulated in the 1945 Constitution and the UUPA, is different from the legal relationship which is ownership between the State and land based on the Domeinverklaring principle which is regulated in the Land Law for the Administration of the Dutch East Indies Government which has been revoked in the UUPA. The principle of Domeinverklaring contradicts the legal awareness of the Indonesian people and the principles of an independent and modern State, especially in the 1945 Constitution which regulates State control of all agrarian resources which are essentially intended for the greatest prosperity of the people (Article 33 paragraph (3)).

This article presents the evolution of the light industry of the Republic of Moldova in the last 15 years, namely the clothing sector, by analyzing the image of the local clothing brands Iuvas, Maicom and Vasconi, reflected by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) indicator. Aiming to create an organizational culture, focused on gaining consumer loyalty and inspiring employees to increase company profitability, the NPS indicator is an effective way of measuring how a company treats the people it interacts with. None of the three brands scored positively in the survey, which shows a considerable increase in marketing efforts. With a negative NPS, a company must invest more resources in marketing activities to acquire new customers, which reduces its competitiveness in the market.

Corporate social responsibility is an ongoing commitment by the business community to act ethically and contribute to the economic development of the local community or the wider community, along with improving the level of workers and their families. Companies in carrying out social responsibility, should focus on three things, namely profit (profit), society (people), and the environment (planet). Attention to the community and the environment around the company can be done one of them by the way the company carries out activities as well as making policies that can improve welfare, quality of life, and community competence in various fields. By paying attention to the environment, companies can participate in environmental preservation efforts for the sake of preserving the quality of human life in the long run. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 47 of 2012 concerning Limited Liability and Environmental Liability Companies as a legal umbrella for implementing Corporate Social Responsibility is no longer voluntary or philanthropic that depends on individual morals, but rather an obligation which must be carried out because it is mandatory. The company's obligation to implement the Corporate Social Responsibility is conveyed to the community through community service activities with the target audience, namely the people of Pasrung Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. Education results from the synergy of village government programs with companies in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility, namely PT Kemas Persada Internasional has implemented Corporate Social Responsibility  with several forms of programs including land clearing for community access, recruitment of workers from the local community. But the people of Pasrung village still don't understand the objectives and the form of Corporate Social Responsibility. If the community understands compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility, then the community can participate in formulate programs to match what is desired by society itself. Mining corporation plays a role as surrogate state since it takes after the state in its development agenda. One of the biggest coal mining companies in Indonesia, PT. KPC (Kaltim Prima Coal), has carried out several activities other than mining ones. The activities are manifested in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs. An obligation to recover post-mining area by KPC is already implemented in a program called PESAT (Integrated Cattle Farm) which is one of the CSR programs. The farm in the recovered post-mining area is developed as a social program for people living around the mining area. My research was carried out with qualitative approach. Participatory observation and interviews with people in the village of Swarga Bara, Kutai Timur, East Kalimantan, were used in collecting data. The result shows that the people living around the KPC is an active agent in responding the corporate lives. The local people, in fact, depend on the KPC’s social programs since the programs are in favor of local development and welfare. Nevertheless, the local people respond negatively toward programs which do not meet their needs
