<p class="06IsiAbstrak">Stress is a very common condition. Where the heart will beat fast, the palms sweat, and the stomach flares up while under stress. This study aims to describe and analyze how the implementation of Quantum Ikhlas Technology for the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence (ESQ) to reduce stress. This research is a library research by studying the book Quantum Ikhlas by Erbe Sentanu. Data collection is carried out with documentation techniques. The results showed that: the increase in ESQ in the application of Quantum Ikhlas Technology using motivation methods, the story method accompanied by parables which contained lessons and advice, habituation methods, and visualization methods. ESQ enhancement through Quantum Ikhlas Technology is able to suppress one's stress because the goal praying training participants showed an increase in ESQ through electroencephalogram observation. Emotional intelligence is primarily able to control one's own emotions (lust) or takhalli, while spiritual intelligence in question tries to decorate oneself with praiseworthy qualities (tahalli), namely patience when having problems and gratitude for the gift of God.</p>

Online learning during a pandemic tends to overlook the affective aspects which are very important in the 2013 Curriculum. In line with the implementation of KMA 183 2019 in the 2020/2021 school year, jurisprudence learning in madrasas must also adjust. This paper aims to suggest ways of applying the affective aspects even in online learning as it is today. Because online learning is very dependent on adequate technological literacy, while there are still many people who are not at that level. This research is a library research with a descriptive approach and the data collection technique uses library materials. The results of the study from various literature sources are concluded to be an explanation for solving the problem. From this research it was found that there are various ways that can be used to maintain the affective aspects of online learning, one of which is when in Basic Competence (KD) about spiritual aspects, namely: "Living and practicing everything that has been taught for good things is as a form of gratitude for the gift of Allah SWT ", so to achieve this goal in online learning can be implemented using video media or film footage that explains and contains points to appreciate all the material taught in fiqh learners as a gift from Allah SWT. The variety of ways of learning can be epective depending on the teacher's strategy and what media or learning services are used in the online learning being carried out.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and examine between the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation to human resources performance in an organization. This research used purposive sampling with 131 people as respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study is questionnaires and interviews. Data analyzed by using SPSS 19 software with regression test to find out the determine of independent variable to dependent variable, independent variable to intervening variable and intervening variable to independent variable. Demonstrate that human resources performance can be improved by increasing the intensity of learning orientation, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. Learning orientation has a significantly positive influence on human resources performance. While emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significantly positive influence on human resources performance. So in this research, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation have a significantly positive influence on human resources performance.Keywords : emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation, human resources performance

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence towards the educators’ professionalism at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques in this study are observations and questionnaires which are then analyzed using the Alpha Cronbach formula, this is because the type of correlation in this study is multiple correlation, so to obtain valid and reliable results the calculation uses  the IMB SPSSP 20 with a significant level of 5%. The results found were the relationship between emotional intelligence and professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda was 0.750, and the relationship between spiritual intelligence and the professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda was 0.756, while the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence towards the professionalism of educators at SMP Negeri 34 Samarinda is 0.836. Thus all the existing variables are said to be related to one another.

Abstract The success of the transformation of knowledge from a teacher to a student is largely determined by the intelligence of three aspects, namely intelligence, emotional and spiritual. This study discusses the concept of teacher professionalism and its relation to ESQ. In discussing the above problems, the writer uses library research with qualitative analysis research methods. From the results of the study the authors conclude that teacher professionalism is a profession that animates a teacher in generating intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence of students, ESQ is the result of the integration of IQ, EQ and SQ through the principle of tawhid. With the awareness of monotheism, emotions will be controlled, so that a sense of calm and peace will arise. With this controlled emotional calm, the God spot or the door of the heart opens and works, so that divine whispers invite the qualities of justice, compassion, honesty, responsibility, care, creativity, commitment, togetherness, peace and heart whispers. other noble will be heard so that the potential for intellectual and emotional intelligence works optimally. Keywords: ESQ, Teacher , Profesionalism Abstrak Keberhasilan transformasi ilmu dari guru kepada seorang murid sangat ditentukan oleh kecerdasan dari tiga aspek yaitu inteligensi, emosional dan spiritual. Penelitian ini membahas kosep profesionalisme guru dan kaitannya dengan ESQ. Dalam membahas permasaalahan di atas, penulis menggunakan penelitian perpustakaan (library research) dengan motode penelitian analisis kualitatif. Dari hasil kajian penulis menyimpulkan bahwa profesionalisme guru merupakan profesi yang menjiwai pada seorang guru dalam membangkitkan kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik, ESQ merupakan hasil integrasi IQ, EQ dan SQ melalui prinsip tauhid. Dengan kesadaran tauhid, maka emosi akan terkendali, sehingga akan timbul rasa tenang dan damai. Dengan ketenangan emosi yang terkendali tersebut, maka God spot atau pintu hati terbuka dan bekerja, sehingga bisikan-bisikan Ilahiah yang mengajak kepada sifat-sifat keadilan, kasih sayang, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kepedulian, kreativitas, komitmen, kebersamaan, perdamaian dan bisikan hati mulia lainnya akan terdengar sehingga potensi kecerdasan intelektual dan emosional bekerja dengan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu. Kata kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to explore the effect of personality, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The study sample was 208 employees who worked at retail companies in Lampung. Data collection conducted using a questionnaire, and the data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results showed that personality, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has the most influence compared to personality and emotional intelligence. The suggestion of this research is to increase employee confidence, be able to think well in response to every situation, have a sense of tolerance to better understand coworkers 'emotions, and pay attention to employees' ability to manage their work plans so that maximize their work and completed on time. Penelitian ini mengkaji kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMA N 4 Magelang dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual SMA N 4 Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan penelitian di lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data, berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, yakni ROHIS sebagai lembaga yang ada di sekolahan yang memiliki kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan. Kegiatan tersebut berimplikasi pada pengembangan pengetahuan dan wawasan agama Islam peserta didik yang kurang tergarap pada kegiatan-kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam di kelas. ROHIS juga membantu siswa dalam menggali potensi diri, kreativitas, pengalaman keagamaan dan menguatkan keimanan.[The paper examines extracurricular at SMA N 4 Magelang in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. The study uses a qualitative approach in the field (field research). Data collection techniques, in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. The conclusion talks ROHIS as an institution in schools that have religious activities. These activities have implications for the development of knowledge and insight into spiritual faith students who have not been explored in religious worship with learning activities in the classroom. Spiritual intelligence is someone's intelligence in giving meaning. Spiritual intelligence is more important than emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. Because spiritual intelligence is a driving force for other intelligences. Therefore, this intelligence must be increased so that it can develop and can be a driving force for other intelligences. To improve spiritual intelligence, it should start as early as possible even since the child is still in the womb, this intelligence has begun to be planted. In this case, of course, the roles and skills of parents determine the process of improving children's spiritual intelligence. Because parents are the first educators for children. This study uses the library research method. The purpose of this study was to find out how the roles and steps of parents in improving children's spiritual intelligence and what factors are supporting in increasing children's spiritual intelligence. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to improve children's spiritual intelligence, parents are the main role. Both his role as an educator, as a role model, as a motivator and as a giver of love. Because in the process there are many obstacles and factors that affect children's spiritual intelligence.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. Prophetic values ​​loaded with character education in this era, especially related to religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendship, love for peace , likes to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility.
