Abstract The success of the transformation of knowledge from a teacher to a student is largely determined by the intelligence of three aspects, namely intelligence, emotional and spiritual. This study discusses the concept of teacher professionalism and its relation to ESQ. In discussing the above problems, the writer uses library research with qualitative analysis research methods. From the results of the study the authors conclude that teacher professionalism is a profession that animates a teacher in generating intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence of students, ESQ is the result of the integration of IQ, EQ and SQ through the principle of tawhid. With the awareness of monotheism, emotions will be controlled, so that a sense of calm and peace will arise. With this controlled emotional calm, the God spot or the door of the heart opens and works, so that divine whispers invite the qualities of justice, compassion, honesty, responsibility, care, creativity, commitment, togetherness, peace and heart whispers. other noble will be heard so that the potential for intellectual and emotional intelligence works optimally. Keywords: ESQ, Teacher , Profesionalism Abstrak Keberhasilan transformasi ilmu dari guru kepada seorang murid sangat ditentukan oleh kecerdasan dari tiga aspek yaitu inteligensi, emosional dan spiritual. Penelitian ini membahas kosep profesionalisme guru dan kaitannya dengan ESQ. Dalam membahas permasaalahan di atas, penulis menggunakan penelitian perpustakaan (library research) dengan motode penelitian analisis kualitatif. Dari hasil kajian penulis menyimpulkan bahwa profesionalisme guru merupakan profesi yang menjiwai pada seorang guru dalam membangkitkan kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik, ESQ merupakan hasil integrasi IQ, EQ dan SQ melalui prinsip tauhid. Dengan kesadaran tauhid, maka emosi akan terkendali, sehingga akan timbul rasa tenang dan damai. Dengan ketenangan emosi yang terkendali tersebut, maka God spot atau pintu hati terbuka dan bekerja, sehingga bisikan-bisikan Ilahiah yang mengajak kepada sifat-sifat keadilan, kasih sayang, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kepedulian, kreativitas, komitmen, kebersamaan, perdamaian dan bisikan hati mulia lainnya akan terdengar sehingga potensi kecerdasan intelektual dan emosional bekerja dengan optimal. <p class="06IsiAbstrak">Stress is a very common condition. Where the heart will beat fast, the palms sweat, and the stomach flares up while under stress. This study aims to describe and analyze how the implementation of Quantum Ikhlas Technology for the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence (ESQ) to reduce stress. This research is a library research by studying the book Quantum Ikhlas by Erbe Sentanu. Data collection is carried out with documentation techniques. The results showed that: the increase in ESQ in the application of Quantum Ikhlas Technology using motivation methods, the story method accompanied by parables which contained lessons and advice, habituation methods, and visualization methods. ESQ enhancement through Quantum Ikhlas Technology is able to suppress one's stress because the goal praying training participants showed an increase in ESQ through electroencephalogram observation. Emotional intelligence is primarily able to control one's own emotions (lust) or takhalli, while spiritual intelligence in question tries to decorate oneself with praiseworthy qualities (tahalli), namely patience when having problems and gratitude for the gift of God.</p>

Spiritual intelligence is someone's intelligence in giving meaning. Spiritual intelligence is more important than emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. Because spiritual intelligence is a driving force for other intelligences. Therefore, this intelligence must be increased so that it can develop and can be a driving force for other intelligences. To improve spiritual intelligence, it should start as early as possible even since the child is still in the womb, this intelligence has begun to be planted. In this case, of course, the roles and skills of parents determine the process of improving children's spiritual intelligence. Because parents are the first educators for children. This study uses the library research method. The purpose of this study was to find out how the roles and steps of parents in improving children's spiritual intelligence and what factors are supporting in increasing children's spiritual intelligence. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to improve children's spiritual intelligence, parents are the main role. Both his role as an educator, as a role model, as a motivator and as a giver of love. Because in the process there are many obstacles and factors that affect children's spiritual intelligence.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance. This study tries to unravel the problems of street children related to character building, especially in the aspects of personal and social skills. So we need a model of character education that is considered suitable to be implemented in street children. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. The results of this study conclude that, Among the character education models that can be implemented on street children are problem-based learning models, emphasizing more on the application of problem solving methods or problem solving which by John Dewey consists of six learning steps as follows: 1) formulating problems; 2) analyze the problem; 3) formulate hypotheses; 4) collect data; 5) hypothesis testing; and 6) formulate problem solving recommendations.

This research is an attempt to know the courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran by Imam Nawawi. The question that is to be answered through this study is (1) how the courtesy to read Al-Quran in the book At-Tibyan, (2) How does the relevance of courtesy to read the Qur'an in the book of At-Tibyan in contemporary times? The research methods use library research. This study is conducted using data collection techniques by conducting observations on certain sources, seeking, studying books, articles, journals, theses or others related to this study. Data collection is divided into two sources, namely primary and secondary data. Then the data are analyzed using descriptive and contextual methods. The results show that courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran includes: Solemn, sincere, ethical, clean and holy State, facing the Qibla, start with Ta'awudz. While the relevance of courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran with the context of contemporary can be a solution in improving the manners of interacting with the Quran, especially in the face of today's characteristics or contemporary.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to predict the contribution of spiritual and emotional intelligence towards the purpose in life of OSF retired nuns. The participants were 39 nuns. This correlation study used purpose in life scale, spiritual intelligence scale, and emotional intelligence scale to collect data. The data was analyzed with partial correlation and linier multiple regression. Spiritual and emotional intelligence was positively related to the purpose in life ( r = 0,406 ; p <0,05).  The contribution of spiritual and emotional intelligence was 16,4%. It means that other variables such as sex, knowledge, motivation, age, family environment, and other environment contributing 83,6%. The researcher concluded that: First, the purpose in life of retired nuns can be predicted by spiritual and emotional intelligence; Second, spiritual intelligence supports the purpose in life of retired nuns; Third, emotional intelligence supports the purpose in life of retired nuns. Keywords: spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, purpose in life
