This study aims 1. To determine the effect of perception on the behavior of superiors , work orientation and self development towards classroom management abilities, 2 To determine the effect of perception on the behavior of superiors on the ability of classroom management, 3. To determine the effect of work orientation on the ability of class management, and 4. To determine the effect of self-development on the ability of classroom management.  This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study were all teachers in Diponegoro Dampit Education, which totaled 82 teachers. The sampling technique uses total sampling because all populations are used as respondents. Hypothesis testing results show 1. There is a perception effect on supervisor's behavior, work orientation and self-development on the ability of classroom management because of the analysis s data obtained a calculated F score of 11, 984 and the significance is 0,000 <0.05 which means there is an influence of perception on the behavior of superiors, work orientation and self-development on the ability of classroom teacher management,  2. There is a positive influence of perception on the behavior of superiors on the ability of teacher classroom management because of the analysis of the data obtained t count score of 5.686 and significance of 0.000 <0.05 which means there is an effect of perceptions on the behavior of superiors on the ability of classroom management of teachers,  3. There is an influence of work orientation on the ability of classroom management because of the analysis of the data obtained a t count score of 5.296 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05 which means there is an influence of work orientation on the ability of classroom teacher management, and 4. There is an effect of self-development on the ability of classroom management because From the analysis of the data obtained a t count score of 6.581 and its significance 0.000 <0.05, which means there is an influence of self-development on the ability of teacher classroom management

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality and physical environment on interest in revisiting directly or through consumer satisfaction as a media variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach (cause and effect). The sample in this study was 100 consumers of Café Gendhis 1928 Semboro which were taken using a probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression and path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 26 software. This study has seven hypotheses, six of which are accepted and one is rejected. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that four paths have a significant effect, namely food quality on interest in revisiting by 0.396 with a significance of 0.000, the quality of food on consumer satisfaction is 0.532 with a significance of 0.000, the physical environment to consumer satisfaction is 0.270 with a significance of 0.003 and consumer satisfaction to the interest of revisiting is 0.531 with a significance of 0.000. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that two indirect pathways show a positive influence, namely food quality on interest in revisiting through consumer satisfaction of 0.282 and physical environment on interest in revisiting through consumer satisfaction of 0.143.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to describe the contribution of Classroom Management to the results of Student Learning Department of Hospital Administration Faculty Health and MIPA at Muhammadiyah University of West Sumatera (UMSB). Type of correlational quantitative research, The sample in this study is the fourth semester students of Hospital Administration Department Faculty Health and MIPA. techniques collection data using questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis techniques consist of 1) description of data, 2) requirements test, 3) hypothesis testing. The results of the study illustrate that the management of classroom management conducted by lecturers is good enough category, there is a contribution of class management to the students' learning result of the Faculty of Health and MIPA (UMSB)</em></p><p><em>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kontribusi Pengelolaan Manajemen Kelas terhadap hasil belajar Mahasiswa Jurusan Adminstrasi Rumah Sakit Fakultas Kesehatan dan MIPA (UMSB). Jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data terdiri dari 1) deskripsi data, 2) uji persyaratan, 3) pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa pengelolaan manajemen kelas yang dilakukan dosen termasuk kategori cukup baik, terdapat kontribusi pengelolaan manajemen kelas terhadap hasil belajar Mahasiswa.</em></p>

This study aims to analyse the phenomena of classroom management and student learning behavior while in learning and to the level of understanding of accounting cycle XI AK SMK An-Nizam Medan. This research use associative method, and sample of this research is counted 100 student class XI academic. Data collection techniques used are: Indirect communication techniques and direct communication. The data collection tool are; Questionnaire research, Interview. The results showed that; (1) There is partial influence of class management on the level of students' understanding. (2) There is partial influence of learning behavior toward level of understanding of student of class XI AK SMK An-Nizam Medan with value of sig 0,036 0,050 siginifikansi value. (4) There is significant and positive influence simultaneously class management and learning behavior toward student understanding level shown significance value 0,002

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

<div class="WordSection1"><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT. </em></strong><em>As one of the peoples choice for traveling, "X" airline company </em><em>is </em><em>one of low cost carrier in Ind</em><em>o</em><em>nesia is considered to have poor service quality despite controlling nearly 60% of domestic market share. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of service quality on customer loyalty among "X" airline company. The method used is </em><em>causal comparative </em><em>quantitative research. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 250 people aboard with "X" airline company. Purposive sampling technique</em><em> </em><em>was used in this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between service quality on customer loyalty with regression value of 0.802 (p = 0.000). Reliability, </em><em>a</em><em>ssurance and empathy </em><em>dimensions are the</em><em> three dimension that have</em><em> </em><em>the most impact on customer loyalty (p&lt;0.</em><em>05).</em><em> </em><em>Based on the results, i</em><em>t is recommended that the "X" airline company continue to strive to improve the quality of services, especially in terms of safety and comfort to create a customer loyalty.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> service quality, customer loyalty, low cost carrier, </em><em>passengers</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK. </strong>Sebagai salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk berpergian, perusahaan penerbangan “X” adalah salah satu maskapai berbiaya rendah di  Indonesia yang dianggap memiliki kualitas layanan yang buruk meskipun menguasai hampir 60%  pangsa pasar domestik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen perusahaan penerbangan “X”. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada sampel berjumlah 250 orang yang pernah menggunakan penerbangan maskapai penerbangan “X”. Teknik sampling <em>purposive sampling</em> digunakan dalam penelitian ii. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai regresi 0.802 (p=0.000). Dimensi reliabilitas, jaminan, dan empati adalah tiga dimensi yang paling berdampak terhadap loyalitas konsumen (p&lt; 0.05).  Berdasarkan hasil, direkomendasikan agar perusahaan penerbangan “X” terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, terutama dalam hal keselamatan dan untuk menciptakan loyalitas konsumen.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> kualitas layanan, loyalitas konsumen, <em>low cost carrier</em>, penumpang</p></div>

This study aimed to determine the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on commitment and impact on the performance of employees of Sejahtera Sunindo Trada Company. The populations in this study were employees of Sejahtera Sunindo Trada totaling 100 people. The entire population was sampled, so that the samples were 100 respondents. No sampling technique for this study since used census study which all employees which the workshop became respondents.The analytical tool used in this research was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The first hypothesis testing showed there was no significant positive influnce between intrinsic factors and commitment by the t value was smaller than the value t table 1.274 < 1.96. The second hypothesis testing showed there was no with significant positive influnce between extrinsic factors with the commitment to the value of t is greater than t table is 1.973 > 1.96. The third hypothesis testing showed no significant positive influnce between commitment and performance and the intrinsic value of the t less than the value t table is 1.181 < 1.96. The fourth hypothesis showed there was no significant positive influence between intrinsic and performance with the value t was greater than t table 3.008 > 1.96. The fifth hypothesis was there no significant positive influence between extrinsic factors and performance by the t value greater than the value t table is 3.864 > 1.96.

Introduction: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) implementation is not optimal. There is no evaluation regarding CPD implementation by nurses in RSUD R.A. Kartini, Jepara Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of PKB by nurses in RSUD R.A. Kartini, Jepara Regency.Methods: This study used quantitative research design using descriptive studies. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with 169 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire containing 55 question items from Indonesian National Nurses Association.Results: Description of CPD by nurses at R.A. Kartini Hospital in Jepara Regency are as follows: professional practice activities (100%), scientific activities (94.67%), scientific development activities (26.62%), and community service activities (71%).  Conclusion: Based on the research results, nurses should optimize themselves in various aspects of the form of CPD activities so that it can fulfill the achievement of 25 credits in five years while increasing the self-development of nurses.

This is a quantitative research which is done to the twelfth class of Accounting competence program of Ten State Vocational High School Surabaya. This research aims at finding out the influence of ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching and Student’s Learning Achievement to the Student’s Profession Ethical Perception of the twelfth class students of Accounting Competence Program Department of Surabaya Ten State Vocational High School.The sample is taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The amount of sample is 89 out of 114 students of the twelfth class of Accounting competence program department of Surabaya Ten State Vocational High School students.The Research Instrument Test is done first before taking the data. It covers the validity test and the reliability one. The method of collecting data is documentation and questionnaire. Analysis Prerequisite Test which is done is normality test, multicolonirity test, and heterocedasticity test. The analysis done in this research is doubled linear regression one. The result of the research shows that there is  positive and significant influence of ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching to the student’s profession ethical perception. This is shown by t-count  as many as 5.133 with the significant score of 0.000 under the determined significant score standard of 0.05. While student’s learning achievement does not influence significantly to the student’s profession ethical perception. This is shown by t-count as many as 0.765 with the significant score of 0.446 above the determined significant standard as many as 0.05. However, there is positive influence simultaneously of the ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching and the student’s profession ethical perception.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer behavior in choosing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Kota Pariaman, which is limited to cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. The population in this study is customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kota Pariaman with a sample size required in the analysis of 50 people, where the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Hypothesis testing, performed t test, f, and r. The results showed cultural and personal factors had a positive influence on customer behavior in choosing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Pariaman City, while social and psychological factors did not have an influence on customer behavior in choosing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Pariaman City.

Classroom management is a conscious effort to systematically organize teaching and learning process activities that lead to success, which has a relationship with the encouragement of students to actively learn even though the implementation of the teaching and learning process is online. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant relationship between virtual classroom management and students' online learning motivation and how much virtual classroom management contributes to students' online learning motivation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalifa Nusantara for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of quantitative research uses systematic scientific research on the parts and phenomena and the causality of their relationships. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant relationship between virtual classroom management and online learning motivation of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalifa Nusantara. This is indicated by the virtual classroom management variable, which has a positive regression coefficient towards online learning motivation of 38.355, meaning that if virtual classroom management has an increase of 1 point, online learning motivation will increase by 38.355. It is also known that the count of 6.360 is more excellent than the table at a significant level of 5%, which is 1.693. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it is stated that the correlation of the X variable with the Y variable is significant. 2) The virtual class management variable (X) has a simultaneous contribution of 57.4 to the online learning motivation variable (Y), and the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.
