The curriculum is the most important element in the educational process. The curriculum is constantly changing in order to find the perfect formula to improve the quality of education. The change is not only caused by the development of science and technology, but social aspects or even a disaster can also be the factors for changing curriculum. Such as non-natural disasters, which have attacked Indonesia since March 2020, namely the COVID-19 Pandemic. The pandemic demands that education managers in each institution to innovate in compiling a curriculum that can be implemented effectively and efficiently. Such as the child-friendly curriculum implemented in MI Barokah At-Tahdzib. The study aims to explain the implementation of the child-friendly curriculum at MI Barokah At-Tahdzib during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The method used is a qualitative method with interactive model data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the child-friendly curriculum is implemented by 1) implementing offline learning while still paying attention to health protocols 2) Creating study groups consisting of a maximum of 12 children to reduce social and physical distance with a learning duration of 1.5-2 hours 3) Assessment Learning cognitive and psychomotor aspects carried out in a network via Whatsapp and google form, the cost of sending affective aspects is carried out by observation techniques when face-to-face group learning

The discipline of communication encompasses a broad spectrum of humanistic, interpretive, and social scientific approaches to studying public deliberation. Early work engaged Habermasian theories of the public sphere, and rhetorical scholarship has foregrounded the deliberative threads running back to the discipline’s earliest history in ancient Greece. The bulk of contemporary work, however, has examined the dynamics of deliberation, particularly in the context of face-to-face discussions and dialogues in small groups. These studies have revealed the importance of narrative and dialogic exchanges during deliberation, as well as the critical role of facilitation and the maintenance of deliberative norms. Research has also assessed the practical consequences of participating in deliberation. The discipline’s practical orientation has led some scholars to seek ways to optimize deliberative designs to maximize simultaneously the quality of their decision outputs and their civic impacts on participants.

Improving the efficiency of public service is an important area for overcoming the crisis in relations between the state, society and a citizen. Modernization of civil service of Canada is carried out in a number of ways. Changes were made in a recruitment order for civil service by means of expansion of the powers of persons competent to solve these issues in ministries and government departments. One of the directions for improving the quality of the civil service was an increase in the level of training of public servants. Coordination of the educational process in various government departments is carried out by the Canadian School of Public Service. The system of human resources planning has been introduced. The quality of public services provided is improved with help of timely providing them in compliance with all requirements of a particular government department, and taking into account the rights of citizens by achieving a balance between the services provided and the money spent for this purpose and regular monitoring and evaluation of the dynamics of the providing process of services. One of the areas of modernization of the public service is the introduction of strict control over of public servants’ ethical standards. Actions that lead to a conflict of interest are legislatively prohibited. Strict bans in Canada are implied regarding the employment of persons who replace public office after the end of their career. As a result of the measures taken to fight corruption, including a sphere that is largely susceptible to corruption risks, Canada is among top ten countries with the least corruption. Achievement of positive results in the activities of civil servants became possible due to the state’s special attention to the issues of its modernization.

The aim of this narrative review is to assess and present evidence on the mechanisms of action of probiotics in constipation, their effectiveness and their utilisation by patients and healthcare professionals. Chronic constipation is a common bothersome disorder that has a considerable impact on patients' quality of life. Probiotics have been increasingly investigated for their effectiveness in various disorders, including chronic constipation. Probiotics may affect gut motility and constipation through their impact on the gut microbiota and fermentation, the central and enteric nervous system and the immune system. However, evidence for the effectiveness of probiotics in the management of constipation remains varied, with some strains demonstrating improvements, while others show no effect. Despite the uncertainty in evidence and the fact that the majority of healthcare professionals do not recommend probiotics for constipation, an increased prevalence of probiotic use by people with constipation has been shown. Therefore, there is a need for public health strategies to inform the public about where strong evidence of probiotic effectiveness exist, and where evidence is still weak. Education of healthcare professionals on the increased utilisation of probiotics for constipation by the public and on current evidence for the effectiveness of specific strains is also required.

[MAINTAINING THE QUALITY OF LEARNING DATA PROCESSING PRACTICUM IN SUBJECT OF TRAINING DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION]. Online learning during the SARS-CoV2 virus pandemic is a necessity in order to avoid the spread of the virus. But in its implementation, it becomes a challenge, especially in practicum learning. The implementation of online training is a response to the situation and conditions in the SARS-CoV2 virus pandemic which forces classical training to migrate to online training. The purpose of this study was conducted to find out what factors support the achievement of learning objectives, in classical learning, e-learning, and whether the learning strategies that have been applied in e-learning can maintain the quality of training. The instrument in this study was an assessment of the evaluation of learning from participants for the facilitator, on 3 waves of classical PPJFP and 3 waves of PPJFP e-learning, with a total of 126 training participants as respondents. Data processing and analysis were carried out by simple regression analysis, to find out the factors that influence the achievement of learning objectives; as well as an independent sample t-test to compare classical learning methods (face to face) and e-learning. The results showed that the systematic presentation of learning materials and the ability to present the material were the spearheads in the achievement of face-to-face learning. In synchronous learning through the E-learning Platform, aspects of how the facilitator answers questions are important points in learning through e-learning; and e-learning at the syncronus stage is able to maintain the quality of learning.

The article reviews the scientific literature on the quality of distance learning. The forced temporary transfer of the educational process to a distance form is considered as an unplanned event to assess the quality of education, which allows us to assess the effectiveness of the management system in education for all participants in educational relations, as well as to determine the directions of modernization and development of the education system as a whole. The use of digital technologies in the educational process helps the teacher to more fully build interaction with students, improve their methodological and organizational skills and competencies, use visual formats for presenting various information, which, in turn, contributes to the development of cognitive activity of schoolchildren and students. Educational interaction in the framework of distance learning has a special specificity and special qualities that place increased demands on the professional competence and pedagogical qualifications of teachers, as well as on the personal and professional competencies of all subjects of the distance educational process. Distance learning now allows interaction between the trainers and trainees, but not fully appropriate to ensure the achievement of learning objectives, learning content of the subject and control assessment of knowledge, skills, competencies. Distance learning technologies should complement (and this is their significant functionality and potential), and not replace the already established traditional face-to-face forms of educational interaction, models and methods of teaching.

Abstract- Research primarily focusses on pursuing in-depth knowledge for the progress of the science and society. Publishing the work is crucial for its communication among the scientific community and to the public. Conducting the research demands extensive time and effort but the entire struggle goes futile unless the work got published in a reputed journal. A researcher confronts many such dilemma as the appraisal of his effort depends upon the quality of conducting and publishing the work. Current setting demands increasing publication for professional accreditation and upgradation of research profile pressurizing authors which results in many ethical lapses in their works. This paper intends to highlight such lapses commonly seen in current research practices. The match between the study design and the research objectives, various components like sample size, methods of recruiting participants against inclusion and exclusion criteria and allocating the subjects to different groups, time period for collecting data or conducting the study, enlisting the confounding variables influencing the results, maintenance of data transparency and arriving at conclusions without considering the alternatives have considerable impact over its credibility. Improper execution of the work could affect its replicability and such negligence in research influences its quality making the entire work insignificant. Summary - The current academic and research settings have forced the scholars and researchers to conduct extensive research for increasing their publications and upgrading their research profile. This led to many works with uncertain credibility, reflected in the execution of the study as well as with its publication. This article points out a few among such works from different aspects which could influence the result of the study. Such trends in research is making the whole resource and time futile and the entire work insignificant.
