Abstract: The behavior of human life can not be separated from its perspective on a concept or thought that it believes in. This study aims to explore thougts and arguments of Sheikh Nawawi and then analyze them in the framework of gender equality and Mubadalah relations in the life of husband and wife. Textually, behalf on Uqudullujain, explains that the position of woman is not equal to the man. The husband is allowed to beat his wife if the wife does not carry out the husband’s order, especially to make up and preen, refuse to be invited to sleep together, and the wife is also not allowed to ask for a divorce.Keyword: Gender, equality, womanAbstrak: Perilaku kehidupan manusia tidak dapat terlepas dari cara pandangnya terhadap sebuah konsep atau pemikiran yang diyakininya. Tulisan ini mengekplorasi pemikiran dan argumentasi Syekh Nawawi kemudian menganalisisnya dalam bingkai kesetaraan gender dan relasi mubadalah dalam kehidupan suami istri. Secara tekstual, kitab Uqudullijain menjelaskan kedudukan perempuan tidak setara dengan laki-laki. Suami diperkenankan memukul istri, jika istri tidak mengindahkan perintahnya untuk berhias dan bersolek, menolak diajak tidur bersama, serta istri juga tidak diperkenankan meminta cerai. Gender equality study is the study that will continously be discussed in human life. The study of gender examines the diverse roles of women and men in community life. The concept of <em>mubadalah</em> is of the new studies in gender equality. The concept of <em>mubadalah</em> is way of looking at two relations, namely man and woman, in which both of them as dignified human beings who are able to take advantages of all aspects of life for their good. Education is an important means of educating people who are knowledgeable and have noble character. Gender-based education is the foundation in creating a gender responsive young generation. This study aims to examine more deeply the concept of <em>mubadalah</em> and its implementation in Islamic education. This study used qualitative approach and the type of this research is library research. Data were obtained from various sources relate to the concept of <em>mubadalah</em> and Islamic education. The results show that the concept of <em>mubadalah</em> is one of the concepts of gender equality which can be used as a reference for understanding gender equality and equity that seeks to see women and men as servants of Allah swt. which is the subject of the texts in Al-Qur’an as well as in their interpretation. Education in an Islamic perspective becomes a forum for teaching gender equality through the design of a gender responsive education component.

Communication is one of crutial aspect in human life. When done right, communication certainly make relationship grows better and in harmony. In many occation, miscommunication happen when there is a failure in delivering messages to the interlocutor. Hence, the miscommunication could cause problem to married couple. Successful marriage is created when husband and wife could communicate well while holding on their religius value. Nonetheless, there always families which is not living in harmony. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to analyse marriage couple communication pattern, especially in different religion to create a happy family. This study uses qualitative approaches with descriptive research method. Researches interviewed 6 resource which consist of a married husband and have a different religious but still harmonized. The result of this study showed that husband and wife who had lived up many years and there is an attitude that relented and understanding of each other, as well as a variety way to maintain it.Komunikasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Komunikasi yang benar tentunya dapat membuat hubungan menjadi lebih baik dan harmonis. Sebaliknya kesalahpahaman dalam komunikasi bisa menimbulkan masalah yang serius. Seringkali dalam proses komunikasi terdapat kegagalan dalam penyampaian pesan kepada lawan bicaranya. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan permasalahan khususnya bagi pasangan suami istri yang sudah menikah. Keharmonisan suami istri terjadi hanya jika mereka dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dan tetap berpegang teguh kepada nilai-nilai agama yang dianut. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa di dalam tatanan rumah tangga menjadi tidak harmonis yaitu salah satunya adalah perbedaan agama pada suami istri. Maka dari itu penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pola komunikasi suami istri berbeda agama dalam membangun keharmonisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini peneliti mewawancarai enam narasumber yang terdiri dari pasangan suami istri yang sudah menikah dan memiliki perbedaan agama namun masih tetap harmonis. Hasil penelitian lewat kajian pola komunikasi suami istri ini memperlihatkan bahwa pasangan suami istri yang telah menjalani kehidupan rumah tangganya bertahun- tahun terdapat sikap saling mengalah dan pengertian antara satu sama lain, serta memiliki cara-cara yang beragam untuk tetap mempertahankannya.

In general, the majority of people only know the meaning of the iddah period to see the cleanliness of the uterus. This study aims to determine how the period of iddah of husband and wife after divorce. Iddah is the waiting period before a widow or divorced woman may remarry. This research is included in library research which uses analytical descriptive as a method and is equipped with a gender equality approach. The results of the study explain that the iddah period if is associated with the basis for identifying whether a woman is pregnant or not, then the meaning is irrelevant when viewed using science and technology which has different legal implications for the iddah itself. Cleansing the uterus is not an illat of the stipulation of iddah. Illat is something that can change the situation. Iddah has until now been considered as discrimination against women, which later gave rise to the opinion that iddah is a form of gender inequality. The concept of iddah discriminates against women because it is considered to limit women’s movement after divorce. The implementation of the iddah period for husband and wife is a solution so that gender relations between men and women are well established.

The article presents the essence and ways of the gender aspect of social development of future specialists in the socionomic sphere. Several legislative documents on the establishment of gender equality adopted at the state level in Ukraine are analyzed. The necessity of developing the gender aspect of specialists in the socionomic sphere is substantiated. Analyzed components: «gender» (one of the basic components of the social structure of society), «sociality» (acquired in the course of human life in society supra-individual structure of his personality), «hidden curriculum» (what is latently broadcast to students in parallel with the official curriculum). The components of the development of the gender component of human sociality (cognitive, value, emotional-personal activity-behavioural), which are formed based on the social experience of the individual, values of gender equality, subjectivity in gender construction, gender sensitivity, gender tolerance, empathy behavioural strategies. Theoretical provisions for the development of a safe and healthy educational environment are outlined. It is established that in practice the development of the gender component of the sociality of students of socionic specialities in the conditions of pedagogical higher education establishment becomes possible through the implementation of the following areas of work: organization of meetings with representatives of units concerned with prevention and prevention of discrimination; updating of programs and material of initial disciplines taking into account the leading principles of gender-sensitive approach; introduction of certain topics on gender issues into the educational process; promoting the self-education of student youth on the implementation of gender policy; creation of gender promotion centres in higher education institutions.

This study examines divorce in the perspective of fiqh, gender, and protection of women. The background of this research is the emergence of an understanding of some Islamic societies regarding the use of divorce rights in breaking a marriage bond. The assumption that divorce is the husband’s authoritarian right has resulted in the arbitrary treatment of the husband in bringing divorce to his wife. So that it is against gender equality and protection of women. This study aims to clarify about divorce in terms of the perspective of fiqh, gender and women’s protection. This research uses library research with a qualitative form. Data is collected through articles contained in journals, books and other library materials which are then narrated. The results found that divorce in the perspective of fiqh is regulated by verses of the Quran which implies that divorce cannot be used arbitrarily. Divorce in a gender perspective is interpreted as equal rights between a husband and wife in filing for divorce, such as khuluk and fasakh. While divorce in the perspective of protecting women can be known by analyzing the many verses of the Koran that give a signal relating to the protection of women in the case of divorce.

Communication is the main part of human life. Trough communication, people can express what they think and what they feel to some body else. They can also transmit message, persuade, negotiate and persuade other people. In marriage relationship communication plays an important role in maintaining a good relationship among members of the family especially husband and wife. A study reports that there were many couples aside having problem with their marriage due to their unability to build inter-personal communication between them. This paper argue’s that in order to have a harmonious family, husband and wave need to built interpersonal communication shill.

The slogan of gender equality and gender equality is constantly being used today and unfortunately it raises more objections to Islamic injunctions than to women's rights. Although Islam is a compete code of conduct for human life and its rules have taken care of human nature, so in the rules that apply to both men and women, the natural characteristics of both have been taken into consideration. Because of the development of various forms of media today, objections to Islamic injunctions in the name of gender equality are gaining strength. This article seeks to ascertain the validity of these objections and compares the specific provisions of Islamic criminal law regarding women with the existing laws of Pakistan. As a result of this comparison, it has come to light that on the one hand, in some cases, women have been given less rights than men, such as not accepting their testimony in the cases clearly defined by ALLAH (in Qur’an called as حدود الله) and the Diyat  (دیت)of a woman is equal to half of the Diyat (دیت) of a man etc. On the other hand, in most of the rulings, women are given precedence over men, such as in case of fighting in a war along with men, the renouncement of Qisas or any other charges from women, respite in stoning due to pregnancy, the renouncement of Qisas or any other charges in case of forced compulsion by someone else, renouncement of Diyat (دیت) in Qisamat and the condition of being with a Mehram (محرم) in exile etc., and even  where their rights are apparently less evident, there is a clear consideration of their nature in implementing of those laws..

This article discusses the skill of Didahmet Ashimkhanuly in revealing the character of the characters in his performances. The author showed that D. Ashimkhanuly is one of the masters of the word, continuing the traditions in B. Maylina and the Russian writer I. A. Bunina. One of the most important qualities and characteristics of Kazakh literature is its democracy. The works of Didahmet Ashimkhanuly are deeply psychological. The prose Didahmet Ashimkhanuly is a prose about the family, about relations between relatives: between mother and children, between brothers and sisters, between husband and wife, etc. Thinking about the aul, the philosophy of human life and happiness are given in the story “Zher aңsagan Saryatan” You bring the highest universal ideas about family, duty, homeland and home from the work of the modern Kazakh writer Didakhmet Ashimkhanuly.

Domestic violence is a disease in people's lives and is the responsibility of the government to handle it. The PKDRT Law was issued to deal with domestic violence issues, but in reality the PKDRT Law has not been able to resolve this problem completely. What is the cause of domestic violence in the community is apparently caused by the character of the community and this character is strongly influenced by the perception of husband and wife about the rights and obligations of husband and wife in navigating the household. The cause of domestic violence is more because they feel each party feels they have rights that must be fulfilled by the other party, while the other party may feel it is not their obligation. This happens because in understanding rights and obligations there is diversity so that it causes disagreement that can lead to disputes and violence. Religion is a guide to human life, about the rights and obligations of husband and wife already have concepts in fiqh

Justice is a principle that should be existed in every part of human life. It should be taken as a basic principle in human relation, such as in business, political, or private matter even in marriage relationship. How marriage relationship maintained in justice based, is justice still be existed when husband do polygamy, both are the issues that will be analysed in this article through philosophical studies. Marriege Law stated that husband and wife have the obligation to respect and stay faithfull to each others. Based on Aristotle, Thomas Aquinas and John Rawls theory, husband and wife positions are the same and in balance. These three philosophers stated that justice must be based on the equality (equality on position, equality on the right and obligation etc). Nevertheless, injustice founded in Marriage Law, first, the marriage law only give the chance to polygamy for husband, and second, polygamy prerequarement only focused on women physical uncompetency. There should be a revision to the marriage law to give equality rights between husband and wife. Abstrak Keadilan adalah sebuah nilai yang diharapkan selalu ada dalam kehidupan manusia, mulai dari politik, bisnis, sampai hubungan perkawinan. Dalam perkawinan, nilai keadilan harus menjadi salah satu dasar hubungan lahir batin ini. Bagaimana keadilan dalam poligami, apakah UU Perkawinan telah adil mengatur poligami, merupakan permasalahan yang akan dianalisis dalam artikel ini melalui kacamata filsafat. Undang-undang perkawinan menyebutkan bahwa suami dan istri mempunyai kewajiban untuk saling menghormati dan saling setia. Posisi suami dan istri jika dianalisis berdasarkan teori keadilan yang diutarakan oleh Aristoteles, Thomas Aquinas, dan John Rawls adalah sama dan seimbang. Ketiganya mendasarkan nilai keadilan sebagai sebuah bentuk persamaan hak dan kewajiban, persaman status, persaman kedudukan. Meskipun demikian ketidakadilan ditemukan dalam Undang-undang Perkawinan. Setidaknya ada dua hal terkait poligami yang menjadikan UU Perkawinan tidak adil. Pertama, UU hanya memberikan peluang poligami kepada suami, dan kedua, alasan poligami bermuatan gender karena hanya menitikberatkan ketidakmampuan atau cacat fisik istri. Agar adil maka seharusnya ada perubahan yang dilakukan terhadap Undang-undang Perkawinan, perlu ada kesetaraan antara suami dan istri.
