Communication is one of crutial aspect in human life. When done right, communication certainly make relationship grows better and in harmony. In many occation, miscommunication happen when there is a failure in delivering messages to the interlocutor. Hence, the miscommunication could cause problem to married couple. Successful marriage is created when husband and wife could communicate well while holding on their religius value. Nonetheless, there always families which is not living in harmony. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to analyse marriage couple communication pattern, especially in different religion to create a happy family. This study uses qualitative approaches with descriptive research method. Researches interviewed 6 resource which consist of a married husband and have a different religious but still harmonized. The result of this study showed that husband and wife who had lived up many years and there is an attitude that relented and understanding of each other, as well as a variety way to maintain it.Komunikasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Komunikasi yang benar tentunya dapat membuat hubungan menjadi lebih baik dan harmonis. Sebaliknya kesalahpahaman dalam komunikasi bisa menimbulkan masalah yang serius. Seringkali dalam proses komunikasi terdapat kegagalan dalam penyampaian pesan kepada lawan bicaranya. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan permasalahan khususnya bagi pasangan suami istri yang sudah menikah. Keharmonisan suami istri terjadi hanya jika mereka dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dan tetap berpegang teguh kepada nilai-nilai agama yang dianut. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa di dalam tatanan rumah tangga menjadi tidak harmonis yaitu salah satunya adalah perbedaan agama pada suami istri. Maka dari itu penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pola komunikasi suami istri berbeda agama dalam membangun keharmonisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini peneliti mewawancarai enam narasumber yang terdiri dari pasangan suami istri yang sudah menikah dan memiliki perbedaan agama namun masih tetap harmonis. Hasil penelitian lewat kajian pola komunikasi suami istri ini memperlihatkan bahwa pasangan suami istri yang telah menjalani kehidupan rumah tangganya bertahun- tahun terdapat sikap saling mengalah dan pengertian antara satu sama lain, serta memiliki cara-cara yang beragam untuk tetap mempertahankannya.

Article 1 of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, marriage is an outer and inner bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife to form an eternal and happy family based on the One Godhead. One. In general, no one wants their marriage to end in divorce, different environments make the marriage untenable. The problem is the factors that cause underage marriage. The research method is sociological juridical with descriptive research nature. This study deals with family law. Based on the results of the research conducted, the factors causing underage marriage are a moral factor because married by accident, economic factors because their parents had arranged an arranged marriage with the following percentages, 40% experienced underage marriages because they were not mentally and religiously prepared, 30% Divorce occurs because they do not have a permanent job, and another 30% are due to arranged marriages and forced marriages.

Islam has arranged all matters relating to human life in the world, including economic activities. In carrying out economic activities must be in accordance with the purpose of life of a Muslim with its implementation is mashlahah on the activities of maqasid syaria. Maqashid sharia has five factors, namely guarding religion, guarding the soul, guarding reason, guarding offspring, and protecting property. Sharia Commercial Bank as a supporter of the community's economy in carrying out all its activities must be based on sharia provisions. Annual Report reflects the activities of Sharia Commercial Banks both financial and non-financial. Maqasid Sharia as an indicator of the implementation of sharia principles must be reflected in the Sharia Commercial Bank Annual Report. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Maqasid Syaria in the Sharia Commercial Bank annual report. The sample in this study is Bank Syariah Mandiri Annual Report. The research method used in this study is qualitative research that is descriptive research and analysis based on theories and other supporting sources. The results of the study are Bank Syariah Mandiri has implemented all aspects of the maqasid syaria as reflected in the Annual Report.Islam sudah mengatur segala urusan yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan manusia di dunia, termasuk aktifitas ekonomi. Dalam melakukan aktivitas ekonomi harus sesuai dengan tujuan hidup seorang muslim dengan implementasinya adalah mashlahah pada aktivitas maqasid syariah. Maqashid syariah memiliki lima faktor, yaitu menjaga agama, menjaga jiwa, menjaga akal, menjaga keturunan, dan menjaga harta. Bank Umum Syariah sebagai salah satu pendukung perekonomian masyarakat dalam menjalankan segala aktivitasnya harus berdasarkan ketentuan syariah. Annual Report mencerminkan dari aktifitas Bank Umum Syariah baik keuangan maupun non keuangan. Maqasid Syariah sebagai indikator terlaksananya prinsip syariah harus tercermin dalam Annual Report Bank Umum Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi maqasid syariah pada annual report Bank Umum Syariah. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Annual Report Bank Syariah Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dan analisis berdasarkan teori dan sumber-sumber lain yang mendukung. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Bank Syariah Mandiri telah mengimlementasikan seluruh aspek maqasid syariah yang tercermin pada Annual Report.

Dalam pranata pendidikan dibahas mengenai pendidikann informal dalam keluarga di masyarakat Sunda. Tuloisan ini menguraikan tentang bagaimana pendidikan informal diterapkan dalama sebuah keluarga dan mensosialisasikan nilai-nilai kehidupan kepada anak-anak mulai dari  masa kana-kanak melalui kegiatan ngasuh budak,  memasuki masa perkawinan melalui ngeuyeuk seureuh, dalam rangka mempersiapkan anak menjadi pasangan suami istri, dan pada masa kehamilan dengan serangkaian upacara adat kehamilannya, sehingga susmi istri siap dalam menghadapi masa kehamilan dan menjadi orang tua. Dalam perjalanan waktu, pendidikan informal pada keluarga mengalami perubahan seiring dengan perubahan struktur keluarga dan cara pandang terhadap pranata pendidikan.Hal itu dipangaruhi oleh tumbuhnya pranata sosial pendidikan sejenis pada masa kini, baik pada lingkup nasional maupun global.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara utuh dan mendalam tentang pranata pendidikan di masyarakat Sunda. Metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa pranata sosial merupakan himpunan norma yang mengatur kehidupan manusia secara bersama, tentunya dalam budaya Sunda memiliki beberapa pranata.        In educational institutions it is discussed about informal education in the family of in Sundanese society. This paper describes on how informal education is are implemented in a family and how to socialize the values of life to children ranging from infancy through ngasuh budak/childbearing, entering a period of marriage through ngeuyeuk seureuh, in order to prepare children to become husband and wife, and during pregnancy with a series of pregnancy ceremonies, so that husband and wife are ready to face the pregnancy and parenthood. In the course of time, the informal education on family changes along with the changes in family structure and the perspective of the educational institutions. It is influenced by the growth of similar social education institutions at the present time, both national and global. The purpose of this study is to get a full and depth picture of educational institutions in the Sundanese society community.The research method is qualitative method with descriptive approach. The data are collected through direct observation and interviews The result shows that the social order is a set of norms that govern human life together, and Sundanese culture has several institutions that govern human life in their society.

The similarity and / or balance between prospective brides is known as kufu or kafa'ah, which aims to realize a happy family goal with a heavenly nuance (Baiti Jannati). The materialistic (worldly) mindset also influences humans in determining the criteria for their life partner in marriage. Islam determines that religious considerations will better guarantee the achievement of the goal of marriage, among others, being a happy household with blessings of salih and salihah, because by religion it will be able to educate according to Islamic teachings. The applied research method is Content Analysis, which describes everything related to the subject of systematic research. The results of the study show that if a husband and wife are both sekufu agamaya that is understanding, understanding and practicing Islamic teachings in daily life, it will become educators who have strong religious competence and a good example to his family. In addition to the competence of the educator, it is also supported by methods, material / curriculum and environment.

Islamic religious education is one of the main components in shaping the character and personality of the nation. In this digital era 4.0 where particular communication has become universal, Islamic religious education must be able to become a spirit that directs technology so that it is always useful in human life. This study aims to find ways to integrate Islamic religious education with science and technology that can improve the character building of the nation. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method that describes the current conditions of Islamic religious education learning and its relation to the nation's character building. The result of this research is that Islamic religious education should not be monolithic but must be integrated with non-religious subjects as well as science and technology so that today's young generation are willing and interested in studying religion well and Islamic religious education can be of value. which colors every skill and profession of Indonesian citizens, so that the morals and morals of the nation develop well according to the example of the Prophet Muhammad and aspired to by the state.

Abstract Islam limits the pattern of interaction between men and women outside of marriage so that their respective honor can be maintained. In humans, there is a tendency of animal tendencies that have the potential to lead to prohibited cases (mungkarat or muharramat). Islam also regulates the provisions if a man and woman want a halal relationship as well as a reward value in the framework of marriage. An ideal marriage is generally defined as a marriage that is the result of one's own choice without any outside intervention, the two partners are never heard of fighting and arguing, and a married couple is supported by an established economy, such family conditions are considered ideal families. After several weeks or more, the news was heard that the husband and wife were divorced, even though at the beginning of the marriage they had received a prayer "hopefully they will become a sakinah family, mawadah, wa-rahmah and mate in the hereafter" could not prevent the intention to separate. The research method in this article uses a qualitative literature approach. The conclusion from the study and analysis of the text of the verses of the Qur'an regarding the concept of mate and the concepts of sakinah, mawadah, warahmah in the Koran is mentioned differently by Allah SWT. The concept of mate is said to use Arabic khalaqah, and the concepts of sakinah, mawadah, warahmah are spoken in Arabic ja'ala. The consequence of disclosing the concept of a mate using lafadz khlaqah means that something is the personal right of Allah SWT and humans do not have the effort to intervene, while the disclosure of the concepts of sakinah, mawadah, warahmah uses lafadz ja'ala, this means that human intervention is needed in building a family that is ideal.

After the consent is granted in the marriage of a husband and wife, the recitation of taklik talak takes place as part of a marriage agreement in Islam. This research is based on the consideration of the pros and cons of the Sambas Malay community, especially religious leaders regarding the marriage agreement called taklik talak in Islam. With a qualitative research method that is a phenomenological approach in the field, the author described how taklik talak exists as a marriage agreement in Islam and its application to the Sambas Malay community. The fact is that almost every married couple in the Malay community of Sambas does not say taklik talak by the husband to his wife after the consent is granted, only knowing it has been written or included in the marriage book without notification to the husband and wife. Although it is not obligatory to verbally express the taklik talak which is already written on the marriage certificate, once the taklik talak has been read out, it cannot be challenged again. If an agreement that has been agreed with a husband and wife is not fulfilled by one of the parties, then the other party has the right to submit the matter to the Religious Court to resolve it. The results in the study concluded that the pros and cons of implementing taklik talak as a marriage agreement in Islam were caused by a lack of knowledge of the Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974 Article 29 concerning Marriage Agreement and Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) Article 46 concerning taklik talak as well as the lack of exposure from the KUA through religious counselors and BP4 to premarital couples  in Sambas.

This study deals with Islamic Communication Pattern of Judges in Dealing Conflict of Muslim Families in the Religious Court Medan. The research methods used in this study is qualitative research. The results shows that the most important thing from the judge's communication pattern, namely the pattern of two-way communication or feedback (Two way traffic communication), namely Communicators and Communities to exchange functions in carrying out their functions, Communicators in the first stage became communicants and at the next stage alternating function. The pattern of Islamic communication as a strategy carried out by the judge is the selection of words or language that is good and a subtle tone of voice between the judge as a mediator and a married couple, so that they can feel comfortable when in the mediation process. The mediator is patient so that the husband and wife feel comfortable and easier to communicate. By providing Islamic communication to advice couples in different characters, various problems and other family interventions can provide the best solution for couples who are in the process of divorce, the judge also tries to make the husband and wife change their mind to want to revoke the divorce lawsuit and refer back.

Law enforcement in Indonesia is still not going well and is so alarming. The problem of law enforcement (law enforcement) always tends to be the imbalance of dynamic interactions between legal aspects in expectations or das swollen, with elements of the application of the law in reality das sein. The weakness of law enforcement in Indonesia today can be reflected in various resolutions of significant cases that have not been completed, one of which is the practice of corrupt corruption, but ironically the main actors are very few who are legally enforced. This fact is precisely the best compared to some cases involving small people. Judging from the study of philosophy, the reflection of legal philosophy is done to be able to know the irregularities that exist in the application of the law in looking at the value orientation of justice that concerns the view of human life. Because the code must always be returned to its original purpose to create justice, this study discusses Sidharta's conception of building and legal systems in examining the problem of law enforcement in Indonesia. The research method used in this paper is descriptive research, which aims to investigate law enforcement in Indonesia in terms of the study of the philosophy of law and law enforcement seen from the concept of Sidharta in creating justice law. Penegakan hukum di Indonesia masih belum berjalan dengan baik dan begitu memprihatinkan. Permasalahan penegakan hukum (law enforcement) selalu bertendensi pada ketimpangan interaksi dinamis antara aspek hukum dalam harapan atau das sollen, dengan aspek penerapan hukum dalam kenyataan das sein. Lemahnya penegakan hukum di Indonesia saat ini dapat tercermin dari berbagai penyelesaian kasus besar yang belum tuntas, salah satunya adalah praktek korupsi yang menggurita, namun ironisnya para pelaku utamanya sangat sedikit yang terambah hukum. Kenyataan tersebut justru berbanding terbaik dengan beberapa kasus yang melibatkan rakyat kecil. Dilihat dari kajian filsafat, refleksi filsafat hukum dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui kejanggalan-kejanggalan yang ada dalam penerapan hukum dalam menilik orientasi nilai keadilan yang menyangkut pandangan hidup manusia. Sebab hukum harus selalu dikembalikan kepada tujuan awalnya untuk menciptakan keadilan. Penelitian ini membahas konsepsi Sidharta tentang bangunan dan sistem hukum dalam mengkaji masalah penegakan hukum di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji penegakan hukum di Indonesia ditinjau dari kajian filsafat hukum dan penegakan hukum dilihat dari konsep Sidharta dalam menciptakan hukum yang berkeadilan.

Kegiatan dakwah ialah suatu aktivitas yang mendorong umat manusia untuk memperkuat keyakinannya kepada Allah SWT dan agar umat yang belum memeluk ajaran Islam juga dapat memeluk ajaran agama Islam dengan menggunakan cara yang bijaksana melalui materi ajaran syariat Islam, supaya mereka mendapatkan kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam ialah suatu kegiatan dakwah yang di pimpin langsung oleh sesepuh pondok pesantren azzayniyyah ialah KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. Pengajian kitab al-Hikam ini di dalamnya membahas tentang permasalahan kehidupan manusia seperti masalah hati (qolbu), akhlak, iman, dan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyampayan dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam di pondok pesantren azzayniyyah dan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam kitab al-Hikam. Landasan teori yang digunakan ialah teori M. Munir tentang dakwah bil-Lisan al-Hal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, ialah dengan menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam yang di lakukan oleh KH. Aang Abdullah Zein di anggap cukup berhasil, karena jamaah memberikan respon yang baik atau positif dan jamaah yang hadir setiap bulan slalu meningkat atau lebih banyak.Da'wah activity is an activity that encourages mankind to strengthen his belief in Allah SWT and so that people who have not embraced the teachings of Islam can also embrace the teachings of Islam by using a wise way through Islamic teaching material, so that they get happiness in the world and the hereafter. Study of the market of the book al-Hikam is a missionary activity led directly by the azzayniyyah boarding school elders is KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. This study of al-Hikam in it discusses the problems of human life such as the problem of the heart (qolbu), morals, faith, and Islam.  Thep of this study is to determine the delivery of da'wah through the study of the market of the book al-Hikam in azzayniyyah boarding school and to find out the messages of da'wah in the book of al-Hikam. The cornerstone of the theory used is M. Munir's theory about the da'wah bil-Lisan al-Hal. This research method uses descriptive, is to describe the actual situation through data collection conducted using interview techniques, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate that preaching through the study of the book market al-Hikam conducted by KH. Aang Abdullah Zein was considered quite successful, because worshipers gave good or positive responses and worshipers who were present every month always increased or more.
