The expansion of digital technologies in all spheres of human life determines the digital transformation of education. This is due to the fact that the digital transformation of education brings the educational system itself in line with the requirements of the technological revolution and allows students to obtain relevant digital competencies in order to be qualified personnel for the economic sector. In connection with the digitalization of education and the active use of information technologies in the educational process, the requirements to the faculty of higher education are also changing. This became especially noticeable over the past year, when universities worked in a remote format. Therefore, the authors of the article turn to the issue of digital literacy of modern higher education teachers. Based on the structurally functional theory of T. Parsons, the modernist concept of E. Giddens and the theory of determination of human behavior by A. Maslow, it is shown what competencies a modern higher education teacher has in the context of the digital transformation of education. Based on the analysis, it should be noted that digital competencies include competencies related to information literacy, skills for interaction in an electronic environment; the ability to generate digital content; ensuring the safety of the physical and psychological health of users; the ability to identify and eliminate technical problems when working with digital devices. Digital literacy of teachers is the mastery of a set of the listed competencies. In general, the digital literacy index of university teachers is quite high, but unlike young people, teachers trust technological innovations to a lesser extent, which reduces their willingness to actively work with the digital educational environment. In our opinion, modern teachers need to transform their attitude to digitalization with the help of high-quality training in working with a digital educational environment.

The article describes the prerequisites for the creation and implementation of an inclusive educational environment in higher education settings in Ukraine. Contradictions have been identified between the legal framework governing higher education for students with special educational needs and the lack of appropriate physical and psychological conditions for the realization of the right to education, and the contradiction between the existence of a tendency to integrate the educational process and the need to individualize the educational process. It is determined that the state of development of inclusive education in Ukraine is characterized by insufficient development of both social and acmeological mechanisms of interaction of key figures of the educational process. The types of inclusive education implemented by higher education institutions are described. The experience of implementation of inclusive educational policy at Lviv Polytechnic National University and the University "Ukraine" is considered. The author's development of the model of acmeological interaction of participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment is presented, and the criteria and indicators of evaluation of the interaction of the participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment are explained. It was found that a serious obstacle to the introduction of inclusive higher education in Ukraine is the lack of financial capacity of universities: there is no equipped environment, there are no special programs aimed at such education. Conclusions are made regarding the importance of acmeological interaction of participants in the inclusive process in an inclusive educational environment, which is not only to improve the situation of students with special educational needs but also to create positive aspects of social development in general.

Social networks have emerged relatively recently in human life, but have already become an integral part of it. Companies tell about themselves, their activities, innovations, promotions and events in their profiles. This helps increase audience coverage, tell more about your brand, products, services. People in personal accounts have the opportunity to share their lives and creativity through photos, videos and texts. Now it is not necessary to receive higher education to become an operator, director or actor whose talent is recognized by society. It is enough to start a page on the social network and start sharing your knowledge and creativity. To find out why people post photos, videos and write texts on their social networks, a pilot sociological study was carried out. The method of deep interview with active users of social networks was chosen to carry out the study. The interview allowed getting unique information, to learn the opinion of users about social networks, the impact of the new way of communication on their life, to identify the reasons why users start and maintain profiles. The respondents were 20 users of social networks between the ages of 19 and 22. Interviewees have profiles on the most popular Instagram and Vkontakte networks. As a result of the analysis of the interview, a tendency was revealed to differ in the perception of users of their actions on the social network and similar actions of other users. Their content is perceived by them as opportunities to be in sight, as a resource to form their social status and an element of influence on their reference group. And the same content published by others is perceived as boasting.

The ever-growing demand for digital IT industry specialists brings to the fore the task of developing effective educational programs that ensure a high qualification level of graduates. The result of such activities – the turn-out of highly qualified specialists will depend on how much more detailed all the components of the educational activities of the University are considered, designed and implemented. Therefore, when developing and updating educational programs, higher education institutions will have to clarify the composition of professional competencies that must meet both the needs for effective performance of generalized labor functions and labor functions fixed in professional standards, and many educational parameters fixed in the regulatory framework of Russian higher education. The purpose of this research is to develop innovative educational programs at the stage of digital transformation of higher education and the transition to practice-oriented project training of University graduates in IT areas. The research tasks include the following stages: 1. Development of a conceptual model of an intelligent integrated educational environment based on the interface of ontologies of professional and educational standards. 2. Systematization and organization of elements of the digital repository and on its basis, the development of algorithms for generating educational-methodical and organizational-administrative content of the intellectual integrated educational environment. 3. Testing methods for generating content in the intelligent integrated educational environment. This task can be achieved only by integrating all components of the educational process into a single information and educational space. The solution to this problem is seen in the development of methods and tools for generating educational-methodical and organizational-administrative content based on the digital repository of the electronic learning system through knowledge management technologies that ensure the adaptability of the educational process using the ontological approach. Such work is currently being carried out at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, including ICT areas. The analysis of professional activity of graduates of bachelor’s degree and master’s degree programs in terms of requirements of the Federal State Education Standards of Higher Education in the field of “Applied Informatics” has shown that these requirements with varying degrees of completeness correspond to a number of professional standards in the field of IT industry. As a result of the analysis of the factors for improving the quality of the educational process, the ways to improve training of bachelors in the field of “Applied Informatics” in the context of combining ontologies of professional and educational standards are outlined. The article also provides approaches to the development of an approximate basic educational program in this direction and reveals the method of its engineering, based on the interaction and composition of elements of the integrated information and educational space and, on its basis, semantic modeling and automatic generation of educational and organizational and managerial content. Thus, the proposed method will contribute to improving the efficiency of the educational process and meet the world trends in the development of science in this field of knowledge, which will bring the training of highly qualified IT industry specialists to a qualitatively new level.
