Garbage can be interpreted as a consequence of the activities of human life. It is undeniable, garbage will always be there as long as life activities continue to run. Every year, it can be ascertained that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing pattern of public consumerism. The landfill which is increasingly polluting the environment requires a technique and management to manage waste into something useful and of economic value, Bantas Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency currently has a Waste Management Site (TPS3R) managed by Non-Governmental Organizations (KSM ) The source of waste comes from Households, Stalls, Restaurant Entrepreneurs, Schools, Offices and Ceremonies which are organic and inorganic waste. The waste management system at Bantas Lestari TPS with 3R system is Reduce (reduction of waste products starts from the source), Reuse (reuse for waste that can be reused) and Recycle (recycling waste) to date it is still running but not optimal. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using SWOT analysis. This study produces a Waste Management Strategy which is the result of research from the management aspect, aspects of human resources and aspects of infrastructure facilities.

RRI Mataram is an independent, neutral and non-commercial Public Broadcasting Institution that serves to provide information broadcasting, education, healthy entertainment, social control, and maintain a positive image of the nation in the international community. In the digital era, which was the era of media convergence, RRI Mataram did not escape from efforts to remain in the midst of society. This study aims to determine the management strategy of LPP RRI Mataram in the face of the digital era. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with several steps, namely: Observation, interview, documentation, data analysis and conclusion. From the results of the study, the researchers formulated LPP RRI Mataram's management strategy using a SWOT analysis, including: understanding market share by presenting interesting and interesting shows to the community, maximizing and expanding networks of cooperation with various agencies, utilizing relations with the government, organizing programs for listeners, provide rewards for employees who excel, improve the quality of human resources by providing continuous training, conduct Joint Branding, add segmentation to program 2, improve program quality, and utilize other media as a medium to improve the existence of LPP RRI Mataram, and also complete broadcast systems with audio and video streaming, as well as fixing the RRI PLAY GO application, and minimizing technical problems with optimal device maintenance. Keywords: management strategy; radio; RRI Mataram; digital era

Purpose: In the past, marriage was a matter of self-preparation. They become a committee that works to cook, design wedding decorations, receive guests and prepare everything for the wedding. Not to forget, the host is also bothered with a lot of work, especially the event management on the wedding day itself. However, things were different now. Many hosts are so busy with work that they can no longer afford to design their wedding ceremony. Then, comes a wedding organizer as the best solution and become one of the best-selling businesses in the market. Mostly, current WO services are limited to coordinating everything that is needed for a wedding. They offer services to customers through certain packages to choose from for weddings. Indeed, for some people who have sufficient budgets, it is not difficult to adjust the wishes contained in these packages. However, this is certainly different for groups of people who have a minimal budget. Most of the budget is a problem in itself for couples who will use WO Services. With this background, a strategic business plan is carried out by facilitating the prospective bride and groom as customers to plan their wedding according to their respective budgets through IT-based wedding portals and a container in the form of a "marriage bank" to finance the marriage. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a qualitative method that aims to describe and analyze social activities that happened. There will be several stages of research, including the first stage of the researcher starting to collect various materials that can be support research and be able to provide adequate information. Further analysis is carried out to the business environment and IS/IT environment external and internal using business environment analysis, SWOT analysis, and so on. Findings/Result: This study seeks to map the Business and Information Technology Strategic Planning of Smart Bank Wedding Organizer. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment, SWOT analysis, and so on, the IS/IT Business and Management Strategy which consists of finance, employee, IT/IS, stakeholders, customers, marketplace, and operational activities can be mapped according to their respective needs. By mapping the IS/IT Business and Management Strategy, it is hoped that the planning, development, and running of the business will run well and sustainably. Paper Type: Conceptual Research.

Research of strategy for water use management at The Imam An Nawawi Islamic Boarding School in supporting water conservation in Kulim Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City has been completed. The purpose of this research is to see the behavior of water use, the policy of the management of the boarding school, to analyze the economic impact due to the behavior of water use and to design a water use management strategy in the Imam An Nawawi Islamic Boarding School in supporting water conservation. To find out the behavior and policy was carried out through interviews and field observations. The economic impact is calculated by comparing the volume of water used against the water use standard. The resulting strategy is compiled using a SWOT analysis. The behavior of the santri in wasting water is still quite high (55%) and must be supported by a policy from the management of Islamic Boarding School. The economic potential of water use behavior can be reduce of PLN payment costs up to 65% of the total PLN cost of Rp. 3.6 million per month. With the SWOT analysis, 9 strategies can be implemented in water use management to support water conservation.

Rujehan, Matius P. 2018. Potential and management strategy of floral biodiversity in the coastal areas in East Kalimantan,Indonesia. Biodiversitas 19: 1130-1137. Some issues such as land clearing and mining activities often arise in the coastal areas of BukitSoeharto Forest Park, East Kalimantan, Indonesia that serves as a water catchment area. The latest land cover in this area was dominatedby bush or shrub and forest cover was reduced. This research was conducted in Tanah Merah Coast and around Samboja Reservoir inthe coastal area of Bukit Soeharto Forest. The purposes of this study were to determine the potential diversity of flora in the two regionsand to develop management strategies in order to maintain or even to improve the diversity of flora. The method used in this researchwas a survey using vegetation analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the species of saplings and trees dominating theforest area of Tanah Merah Coast was Nauclea orientalis, while Cratoxylum arborescens was the most prominent species of seedlings.On the other side, the forest around Samboja Reservoir was dominated by Campnosperma auriculata for trees or adult communities,Ficus retusa for saplings and Dyera costulata for seedlings. Both species diversity (H') and evenness index (E) of these areas werecategorized as medium. Management strategies needed to maintain and improve the diversity and evenness of existed flora consist of S-Ostrategy that aims to improve the ecological functions of the area that can provide economic benefits, S-T strategy proposes cooperationwith local communities to develop alternative economic activities, W-O strategy utilize the funding opportunities from donor agenciesfor forest management and W-T strategy includes efforts to improve human resources through training in collaboration with donor agencies.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing management strategy with the SWOT analysis method can be able to develop business on CV. RIZKI JAYA and the most appropriate S-O strategy used to support increased turnover at CV RIZKI JAYA. Based on the results of the study obtained from the results of the SWOT analysis of the strength score (strenght) 2.68, weakness (weakness) 0.33, opportunity (2.52), and threat (threat) 0.37. From the SWOT diagram can be seen from the difference in the score of strengths and weaknesses, the value of the higher strength score with the difference of 2.35. While the value of opportunity and threat scores is higher opportunities with a difference of 2.15. So that clearly shows that CV. RIZKI JAYA has been on the right track, therefore to support a proven turnover increase that the company's current position in quadrant 1 is a very favorable situation by continuing to carry out aggressive strategies to expand its business and increase turnover. Where the general strategy that can be used by companies is to use the power of the company to take every advantage on the opportunity, which is to improve an effective and efficient management system by establishing good relationships with consumers and other entrepreneurs to make marketing easier for the company, improve meat quality good, and increase HR to be trusted by consumers by participating in training related to chicken farming.

Indonesia as an archipelagic and tropical country, and known as the centre of megabiodiversity. Tropical spiny lobster consists of several species and able to survive without water for a certain period and this excess used to be distributed life conditions.  Spiny lobster fisheries is become an important issue in Indonesia now, due to the catch condition decrease for some decade, and need a policy to manage. Spiny lobster management strategy based on biodiversity genetic of lobster in Southern of Central Java (SCJ) and Special  Region of Jogjakarta (SRJ) waters done by collecting the lobster randomly, and collecting the questioner to fisherman, lobster collector, government and NGO from February-August 2015.  Data analyzed by SWOT and AHP methods.   The management priorities based on highest score. The first priority management based on genetic of lobster is not carried out on an isolated by each districts. Second priority management based on genetic lobster was avoid of each district management. Third priority was  optimizing new fishingground.  Fourth priority optimized of habitat utilization, optimized  fishing time, and increased number of fishing trips .Key word : Spiny lobster, diversity genetic, SWOT, AHP.

Penulisan tesis mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategiyang digunakan oleh Drumblek Gempar, kemudian menganalisis faktor internal daneksternal serta memformulasikan strategi pengelolaan musik perkusi Drumblek Gempar.Metode penelitian mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan Drumblek Gempar ditentukan oleh empatlangkah yaitu, menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari lokasi penelitian, objek penelitian, dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yangterdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data skunder. Ketiga,menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dankelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukananalisis data dan metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasilpenelitian pertama berdasarkan matriks IE strategi pengelolaan pada drumblek Gemparmelalui matriks IE menunjukan pada posisi IV yaitu Growth and Build, strategi umum yangdigunakan adalah sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Keduaberdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT menunjukan kuadran I Expansion, yaitu bahwa situasiyang sangat baik karena ada kekuatan yang dimanfaatkan untuk meraih peluang yangmenguntungkan. Hal tersebut mengarah pada variabel kekuatan poin tertinggi yaitudrumblek Gempar merupakan drumblek tertua yang ada di Salatiga. Lalu pada variabelpeluang poin tertinggi yaitu sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Thesis writing on Management Strategy aims to identify the strategies used by drumblekGempar, then analyze the internal and external factors and formulate a drumblekpercussion management strategy Gempar. The method of research on drumblekmanagement strategy Gempar determined by four steps, namely, determine the scope ofresearch consisting of research sites, research objects, and research subjects. The secondstep performs data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collectionand secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors:internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats).The last step is to analyze data and the method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis. The first result based on IE matrix management strategy on drumblek Gempar through IE matrix shows in position IV that is Growth and Build, general strategy used is as appeal of Salatiga City through drumblek art.

Research with the aim of making an inventory of various types of plants, management, maintenance, monitoring, monitoring of road users and formulating a road park management strategy in Pekanbaru City was carried out in January 2020. The research location was in 21 Median Park Road in Pekanbaru City. Descriptive research approach with observation method. The research sample was determined by 3 daily freelance officers / median park road. and 5 road users per road in Jalan Median Park as well as interviews with the Pekanbaru City Parks and Cleanliness Service Staff. The collected data will be presented in a narrative and discussed descriptively. The road median park management strategy in Pekanbaru City was prepared using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the inventory of plant species diversity in road median parks in Pekanbaru City were Aglonena, Bougenville, Ornamental Banana, Daffodil, Red Soka, Batavia, Oleander, Mawar, Tongue-in-Law, Ketapang Kencana, Palem, Angsana, Bintan, Pulai, Tanjung, Butterfly Tree, Azahra Plant, Japanese Bamboo, Tasbih Flower, Drasena, Yellow Pruning, Ornamental Pineapple, Landep, Tapak Dara, Paris Lilies, Spinach, White Taiwan, Brazilian Lilies, Blood Symbols, Iris, Lantana, White Lilies, Bombay Sutra, Adam Eve, Ruelia Purple Flower. Landscape management (planning, maintenance) of road median parks in Pekanbaru City still has not followed the established SOP. The perception of road users towards the road median park in Pekanbaru City is good, but there are still plants that must be maintained by the relevant Agency. The road median park management strategy in Pekanbaru City is to urge schools in Pekanbaru City to take part in the management of the median park road, involve business and industry players in managing road median parks, planting croton plants that function as aesthetics and absorb pollutants, improve facilities and infrastructure in the road median park, Providing socialization to the community about the importance of preserving the road median park, Providing counseling to casual daily officers regarding the function of the road median park.

<p class="apa">Lecturers are professional educators and scientists whose main job is to transform, develop, and disseminate knowledge, technology, and art through education, research and community services. As professionals, in Indonesia, lecturers are expected to possess pedagogic, personal, social, and professional competences. However, in reality, the professional competences of private university lecturers are still low. It has been established that the masterly of learning materials, the understanding of the pedagogic content and substance, and the use of appropriate teaching and learning methodologies are still low. Thus, the present study aimed to reveal, explain, and find a model of management which can better improve services in the private universities across Indonesia, especially, the improvement of lecturers’ professional competences. The research employed a descriptive-analytic method, which aimed to reveal current events that impact positively on the improvement of private university lecturers’ professional competences. This research, has revealed that the policies of lecturer planning and preparation by teacher training institutions are still weak and less concerned with the aspect of needs assessment or mapping; lecturer competence development has not been handled sufficiently thus, ignoring the stduents needs; the management strategy of lecturers’ competence improvement has not been well-coordinated; the management aspect as well as lecturer continuous professional development has failed to consider reward and punishment, hence affecting lecturer competences.  In the effort for further clarification, SWOT analysis was applied which also revealed that among the factors supporting lecturer development was the high motivation and othe inner personal factors. This means there should be special strategies of management development that positively influence lecturer professional competences and quality.</p>
