<p><em>Educators are human resources who contribute in the exploration of students at an educational institution. In general, educators should have four competencies such as professional competence, paedagogik competence, personality competence, and social competence.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>As an educator who has the task of developing the potential of learners, it is clear that a teacher should improve his ability with various efforts, including by writing, discussing, following scientific activities, following seminars, and other activities that are able to hone his noble duty as an educator. Because some competencies to be developed are social competence, competence, pedagogy, and professional competence. A good teacher is those who meet the requirements of professional skills either as educators. Herein lies the importance of teachers' professional quality standards to ensure the quality of teaching and learning process</em><em>.</em><em>In addition to being a professional educator, with the certification of teachers is expected to be an economically prosperous educator. In addition to the economic welfare it will obviously increase the motivation of teachers to develop their professional tasks through several activities such as delegation of subject teachers work (MGMP), KKG, seminars, discussion activities and even motivation to continue higher education. Because of the cost of functional allowance to teachers who have passed a certified teacher can really focus on the task of becoming an educator in an effort to educate the nation by no longer thinking about the family economy that has been the burden of teachers in Indonesia. Because we know there are still many teachers who are still far from welfare. Many who have a double profession other than to be a teacher like a buyer of used goods, public transportation drivers, newspaper delivery, fried sellers, and so forth. So ultimately the dignity of a teacher can occupy at the highest social stratification through this certification program</em><em>.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>                   Methods of data collection in this study using literature study. In this stage, the researchers try to select the data (books) that have relevance to the professional policy of madrasah teachers through certification program in improving the quality of Islamic education. Then the authors also use the synthesis analysis that is by handling of certain scientific objects by combining the understanding of one with another understanding, which ultimately can be obtained by the new knowledge of professional policy of madrasah teachers through certification program in improving the quality of Islamic education. The author also uses content analysis that is research conducted on the information documented in the recording, good pictures, sounds, writings and others. </em></p><p><em>                   With this method will be done data analysis and processing scientifically about the content of writing policy of the profession of madrasah teachers through certification program in improving the quality of Islamic education research results indicate that the government certification to teachers intended as an effort to project teachers into educators who are actually able to do their duties with good and professional who have a predetermined standard of competence. Specifically, the objectives of teacher certification are: To improve the competence of madrasah teachers in their field of knowledge, to strengthen the teaching ability of madrasah teachers, to develop madrasah teacher competence holistically so as to be able to act professionally and improve the ability of Madrasah teachers in scientific research and activity activities, information communication technology for learning purposes</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: Profession Policy of Madrasah Teachers, Certification, Quality of Islamic Education</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p>

<p>Secularism and hedonism are now increasingly heavily attacking Islamic education. Contamination of Islamic education by Western culture can lead to skepticism and increasingly distanced students from their Lord. Teachers as educators are the determining factors of success of any educational endeavor.This study examines the concept of educators based on al-Qur'an and hadith and understanding of salaf ulama so that it can replace secular conventional education theories as well as adjust to the competence of teachers contained in PP RI. 78 Year 2008. The results of this study are first, the competence of educators through the study of interpretation Q.S ar-Rahman verses 1-5, Q.S al-Mudatsir verses 1-7 and Q.S al-'Alaq verses 1-5, among them are; Competence of noble character, spiritual competence, competence of science, competence of Islamization of science and science, professional competence, and social competence. Secondly, although teacher competence in Government Regulation and educator's competence in al-Qur'an has relevance overall, but there are interesting concepts offered by the Qur'an that are not found in the Government Regulations on teacher competence. The principal of the Islamic school (madrasah) as the leader of an educational institution is a activator, direction setting of school policies tha will set how the school aims and education in general. Therefore, the principal has a very large role in the scope of the school, especially in improving teacher competence. So the principal as a leader in an educational institution has a big role in movingsubordinates, starting from educating, leading, managing, supervising and making improvements to their  subordinates. It is done to maintain and improve the competencies of educators. To create the quality of proofessional human resources, the principal must have a precise strategy, such as; education supervision, education and training, giving continuous motivation, changing work culture, in order to the teacher competence as a basic element of educators can be realized. These competencies include; pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, professional competence.

Meunasah is one of the basic levels of traditional Islamic educational institutions in Aceh. Which to date continues to be vehement with recitation and other civic activities. aims to find out the origins and the development of meunasah as a basic traditional Islamic educational institution in Aceh. This research applied a literature study by collecting various references. The results showed that meunasah had existed since the formation of the Islamic community in Aceh. The development of meunasah as a traditional Aceh Islamic education institution was only discovered during the period of Sultan Iskandar Muda (1607-1636).

The quality of teaching and teacher plays a significant role in enhancing students’ cognitive and motivational development. The purpose of this study was to identify longitudinal trajectories of student perceptions of mathematics teachers’ professional competence, and to examine how these trajectories were related to students’ engagement and achievement in mathematics and their choice of college major. The data used for analysis were obtained from the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study, a study of 2714 secondary students who were followed up for five successive years. Results showed four heterogeneous trajectories of students’ perceptions of teacher competence, and these trajectories were associated with students’ engagement and achievement in mathematics. In addition, those who consistently perceived their mathematics teachers to be highly competent and whose perceptions of their teachers’ competence became more positive over time were more likely than other students to choose math-intensive majors. These findings imply longitudinal links between mathematics teachers’ professional competence as perceived by their students and students’ choice of college major as well as their engagement and achievement in mathematics.

Indonesia is currently experiencing an education crisis. Education is the key to the success of a nation. Human Resource Improvement is an outstanding problem solving solution. Teachers as educational staff and the main factor in the creation of a qualified Islamic education. Teacher professionalism has an effect on improving the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research research methods in the form of documents. The data analysis technique used was descriptive (non-statistical) analysis technique. The results of the study: First, teacher professionalism in improving the quality of Islamic education can be seen from four aspects of competence, namely pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. Second, the supporting factors are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors while the inhibiting factors, namely the majority of teachers have not fully pursued their profession, there are still universities that produce original teacher graduates, and the low motivation of teachers in improving the quality of the profession. Third, the impact of the low professional competence of teachers is that learning activities are less effective and efficient, learning is less than optimal, the learning atmosphere is less pleasant and comfortable, learning outcomes are less creative, active, and productive.

The article examines the quality of training of cadets – the graduates of higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions (hereinafter – HMEI). The quality of training is assessed by future officers as the main components of their own competencies. The main factors contributing to the improvement of the quality of military specialists’ training are analyzed.In order to assess the quality of training of military specialists during the implementation of research work among graduates of HMEI, a sociological study has been conducted. The main attention is paid to the problem of identifying the current state of the quality of training of military specialists and the identification of factors that will increase the effectiveness of the educational process in the HMEI. The sample was taken in seven leading HMEI: National Army Academy, Kharkiv National Air Force University, Military Academy (Odesa), Institute of Armored Forces of National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, Zhytomyr Military Institute, the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization, Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.The quality of training of military specialists was considered from the point of view of graduates’ self-examination, namely: awareness of their own professionalism; possibilities of realization of individual abilities and inclinations; mastering the methodology of self-education, self-improvement; psychological readiness for professional activity; competence; ability to perform employment duties in the troops successfully.When planning a sociological study, all questions were brought together into five main blocks: socio-demographic characteristics of respondents; level of readiness of graduates to perform employment duties in troops, forces (the formation of appropriate competencies); changes (directions of improvement) in the content and methods of studying in HMEI offered by graduates to improve the quality of their own training; organizational measures that, in future officers’ opinion, should be used to improve the quality of training of military specialists; factors that are more of a concern for graduates after completing their studies;Key words: quality of training, professional competence, graduate of higher military educational institution, sociological survey

This study aims to 1) determine the values ​​of Aqidah Education in "Novel MARS How Meaningful a Mother in My Life" by Aishworo Ang. 2) find out the relevance of Aqidah Education Values ​​in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother is in My Life" by Aishworo Ang with current Islamic education. The research method used by the author is content analysis. This analysis is used by the writer to reveal, understand and capture literary works. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are literature study techniques or documentation by examining various writings related to the object of research. The collected data were then analyzed using the stages of data processing, categorization, and data interpretation. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: 1) The values ​​of aqidah education in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" by Aishworo Ang includes: a) Illahiyat, (a matter of divinity such as about His Essence) b ) Nubuwat, (prophetic issues, scriptures, etc.) c) Ruhaniyat (unseen problems such as spirits, angels, jinn, etc.) d) Sam'iyyat, (problems that can be known through revelation, such as barzhakh , heaven, hell and others) 2) The Relevance of Aqidah Educational Values ​​in Aishworo Ang's Novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure is in My Life" with current Islamic education, which is in accordance with the aims of education aimed at improving the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans having faith and fearing God Almighty, this is in line with the contents of the story in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" which generally contains the values ​​of faith, including faith in Alla. h, faith in the book of Allah, faith in the Angel of God, faith in the Prophet, faith in the Last Day, and faith in the destiny of Allah.

Educational institutions in which there is an educational process, have a function not only in the aspect of developing science, but also have a mission to improve the quality of personality through good character. In this position, the teacher has a role in instilling inclusive values (tasamuh) in the learning process that can be applied in everyday life as well as the process in developing the potential of their students. Each educational institution or each teacher will have different tasamuh values in each habituation or teaching. Get used to communicating with others using the language of unity, namely Indonesian, helping each other, not blaming others, especially fellow Muslims, especially other religions, and respecting different principles and respecting others. This study focuses on the views of Islamic Education teachers about the concept of tasamuh and the actualization of the tasamuh attitude of Islamic Education teachers in the learning process at SMK NU Lamongan, MTs Putra Putri Lamongan, SD NU Banat-Banin Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. This study shows that teachers play a role in developing tolerant attitudes to students in the school environment, social groups and even the community, through habituation and learning Islamic Education. The teacher's perspective on inclusive attitudes also plays a role in shaping the personality of students to be more open and respect all differences.

Differentiated learning technology has been used for a long time. However, with the introduction of innovative educational technologies, it acquires new features and therefore requires additional research. Higher schools are in the process of searching for elements based on a personality-focused approach and introduce the most effective technologies in this process. The purpose of the article is to discusses the implementation of technologies that provide a single differentiation in the process of preparing students. The characteristic of students' work in differentiated educational conditions is presented. Teaching and training students is arranged in groups. As a result, there is a way to prepare competent students, making them highly qualified professionals. The study shows that there are great opportunities in teaching students of a higher educational institution. The formation of competencies with the help of differentiated learning technology becomes more effective, since individual characteristics of each student are taken into account and their interest and motivation to study a particular course increases. Differentiated tasks allow you to monitor dynamics of the development of students' competence, the systematic implementation of a certain type of tasks that are suitable for certain groups of students.The article presents a study of the level of training of students of the University of the 3rd year of study. The study was conducted in 2018 throughout the school year. Our results are based on data obtained from two groups of students with the same number of subjects. The introduction of differentiated learning technology can improve the quality of training of higher education institutions students. With the help of these technologies, each student, building training in accordance with their personal characteristics and professional needs, achieves success in mastering the material, quickly forms professional competence. The results of the study focused on the quality of training showed that differentiated technologies improve students’ performance.

The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of teacher competence that are preferred by the students or according to the students' point of view. This research was conducted from June to July 2021. The method used in this research is quantitative method with survey technique. The survey was conducted through a google form in the form of a questionnaire. There are 110 respondents who filled out the questionnaire in the study. In the research instrument grid, there are four research variables. The results of this study indicate that students prefer teachers who have professional competence, then the second is personality competence, the third is social competence, and the last is pedagogic competence. According to the student's perspective on pedagogic competence, the teacher is still lacking or good enough. So, for pedagogic competence, teachers must pay attention to or be more creative and innovative in the delivery of learning materials so that they can make the class more fun.
