Objetivo: Analisar a prática profissional de enfermeiros em um hospital privado acreditado, sob o prisma da ética da virtude. Metodologia: Estudo de caso qualitativo, realizado em um Hospital Privado “Acreditado com Excelência” em Minas Gerais. Os participantes foram 13 enfermeiros. A coleta de dados foi realizada mediante entrevista individual seguindo roteiro semiestruturado e observação e submetidos à Análise Temática de Conteúdo. Resultados: Foram identificadas contradições entre os valores que norteiam a organização do trabalho na instituição, cujo enfoque é a acreditação e os valores dos enfermeiros, os quais são voltados para o cuidado. The data collection was performed through an individual interview following a semistructured script and observation and, submitted to the Thematic Content Analysis. Results: Contradictions were identified among the values that guide the organization of work in the institution, whose enforcement is the accreditation and values of nurses, which are focused on care. Objetivo: conhecer a imagem do enfermeiro frente ao acadêmico de enfermagem. Metodologia: estudo de caso qualitativo fundamentado na Sociologia Compreensiva do Cotidiano, realizado com 26 participantes do 9º período de uma instituição de ensino superior. Os dados foram coletados por meio da entrevista individual e analisados segundo Análise de Conteúdo Temática. Resultados: a imagem se postula em um profissional essencial na área da saúde, que organiza o setor, gerencia ações, lidera a equipe, presta assistência aos pacientes e é referência para outros profissionais. ABSTRACT Objectives: to understand the spirituality and the practice of euphemism experienced by nursing professionals in the hospital scenario. Methods: a descriptive, exploratory research with a qualitative approach, carried out with 18 nursing professionals from a hospital in southern Brazil. Data collection took place from September to October 2018, through recorded audio interviews. The reports were submitted to thematic content analysis and the discussion was based on the theory of transpersonal care. Results: four categories emerged from the speeches: Motivational reflection of spirituality in the work environment; Adherence to the practice of euphemism by nursing professionals; Satisfaction and frustration in the practice of euphemism by nursing professionals and; Spirituality as an increase in human faith. Final Considerations: professionals understand spirituality and the practice of euphemism as a tool that helps in motivating the team to face difficulties at work and increase the faith of hospitalized patients.

Objetivo: compreender o comportamento informacional de gestores em uma Superintendência Regional de Saúde. Metodologia: estudo de caso, de abordagem qualitativa, que utilizou como referencial teórico o comportamento informacional de Wilson. Realizaram-se entrevistas com gestores de uma superintendência em Minas Gerais, analisadas a partir da Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: as necessidades e busca por informações estavam atreladas às demandas de soluções emergenciais. Dentre as várias fontes, as pessoas foram reconhecidas em um fluxo informacional verticalizado. Informações de baixa qualidade foram utilizadas, gerando incerteza para as decisões. Interviews were conducted with managers of a superintendency in Minas Gerais, and analyzed from the Content Analysis. Results: the necessities and pursuit for information was linked to the demands of emergency solutions. Among the various sources, people were recognized in a vertical information flow. Low quality of information were used generating uncertainty in decisions. Entrevistamos a los gestores de una superintendencia de salud en Minas Gerais. Se utilizó el Análisis de Contenido para analizar los datos. Las necesidades y búsqueda de información estaba vinculada a las demandas de soluciones emergenciales. Las personas fueron reconocidas como fuentes en un flujo de información vertical. Hubo baja calidad de la información que genera decisiones inciertas. ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the potentialities and limits of the board game Violetas to address violence against women, from the perspective of the professionals who work in assisting the victims. Method: This is an interventional study with a qualitative approach. Thirty professionals from the Casas da Mulher Brasileira (Brazilian Women’s Houses) in Brasília, Campo Grande and Curitiba participated. Data collection was carried out during Critical-Emancipatory Workshops. Data were subjected to thematic content analysis with the support of the software webQDA. Results: As potentialities, the professionals mentioned the game design, the collaborative participation, and the ludicity as learning facilitators, stimulating reflections on the visibility of violence, assistance to victimized women, and the articulation of the supportive network services. As limitations of the study, the lack of familiarity with games, the understanding of the rules, and some issues contained in the game were mentioned. Conclusion: The game proved to be a powerful educational strategy for the training and qualification of the professionals involved in the supportive network.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

O objetivo é averiguar a correlação dos fatores motivacionais e produtivos no contexto institucional da Polícia Civil. O estudo de caso foi conduzido por entrevistas em profundidade com um Delegado de Polícia, um Investigador de Polícia, e um Escrivão de Polícia. A análise de conteúdo foi utilizada. Conclui-se que há evidente correlação entre o desenvolvimento de artefatos motivacionais, sejam eles de ordem ambiental ou individual, com a produtividade na instituição da Polícia Civil. Destaca-se também, que apesar do controle e avaliação dos índices de produtividade serem predominantemente burocráticos, institucionalizados e legitimados, a ligação que se estabelece com a manifestação dos artefatos motivacionais é subjetiva, relacional e intangível nas normas institucionais. Destaca-se este evento neste artigo, porque como foi visto anteriormente, tanto a natureza do trabalho, quanto o ambiente da Polícia Civil, estão em total desencontro ao desenvolvimento de produtividade e motivação no sentido clássico destas vertentes. The aims is to determine the correlation of the motivational and productive factors in the institutional context of the Civil Police. The case study was conducted by in-depth interviews with a Chief of Police, Police Investigator, and Actuary Police. The content analysis was used for fixed grid. It is concluded that there is clear correlation between the development of motivational artifacts, whether environmental or individual order, with productivity in the civil police institution. Also noteworthy is that despite the control and evaluation of productivity indexes were predominantly bureaucratic, institutionalized and legitimized, the connection that is established with the manifestation of motivational artifacts is subjective, relational and intangible assets in the institutional rules. It highlights this event in this article, because as discussed above, both the nature of the work, as the environment of the Civil Police, are in complete disagreement with the development of productivity and motivation in the classical sense of the aforementioned areas.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

The aim of this study was to analyze the meanings and experiences of early contact and breastfeeding of the postpartum women admitted at a Baby-Friendly Hospital. It is a descriptive, exploratory study, with qualitative approach, that was developed in a teaching hospital in the Northwest of Paraná state between November 2011 and January 2012, involving the participation of 16 postpartum women. Data were collected by means of non-participant systematic observation of the childbirths and semi-structured interview. The data collected were analyzed using the thematic content analysis. The results revealed that, soon after childbirth, the child-mother binomial provided the woman with a unique experience, triggering various sensations into the bio-psycho-social-cultural context of each one of the mothers, with feelings and meanings that favored the mother-child bond and the outset of breastfeeding.

Writing activities are essentially not only to give birth to a thought and a feeling, but also a disclosure of knowledge ideas and the life experience of a person in writing language. The study used a qualitative approach with case study techniques. With the research subject grade V students MI ma'arif NU 1 Kaliwangi. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. Analytics Data uses the Miles and Huberman model. Results showed (a) mature planning before the process of dissection (b) the implementation of creative learning with the image media assisted by the LCD, and Worksheet (c) Self-reliance assessment techniques with direct observation, and system point, (d) The lack of introductory media such as dictionaries changed basic barriers.

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.
