This study aims to explain the challenges of teachers in the digital era 4.0 and readiness to face these challenges. Through literature review. The author explains that there are several ways to face challenges education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 through capacity building and teacher skills by playing an active role in school. In addition, this research is to see the role of digital in education and student psychology. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses interpretive analysis of the results of activities based on instruments. The results showed that the digital era 4.0 considered important for teachers to master in the 21st century, including the ability of teachers to use digital-based learning media. While the teacher develops psychology, namely the ability to creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, innovation, problem solving, ICT skills, and character.

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. Abstraksi Nahdlatul Wathan merupakan suatu kelompok kepentingan yang melakukan mobilisasi politik terhadap masyarakat desa Dasan Borok pada saat Pemilu PILPRES RI 2014. Mobilisasi politik ini dilakukan karena Nahdlatul Wathan adalah salah satu pengusung pasangan kandidat calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden RI 2014. Terpecahnya Nahdlatul Wathan menjadi dua Pengurusan Besar berdampak pada perbedaan dukungan terhadap pasangan kandidat calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden RI 2014 seperti Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor mengusung pasangan Prabowo-Hatta dan Nahdlatul Wathan Anjani mengusung Pasangan Jokowi-JK dan masing-masing kubu memiliki massa yang besar di desa Dasan Borok. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui “Peran Kelompok Kepentingan Dalam Memobilisasi Politik Masyarakat Desa Dasan Borok Pada PILPRES 2014”. Dalam memetakan masalah dari penelitian yang bersetting di desa Dasan Borok, Kec. Suralaga ini, maka peneliti menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan tujuan agar data yang disajikan relevan dengan pendekatan yang dipakai. Adapun tekhnik yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampeling. Di samping itu untuk meningkatkan kevalidan data yang diperoleh, maka penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data observasi berbentuk participant observation dan wawancara tidak terstruktur serta dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis domain (domain analysis). Dari hasil temuan di lapangan dapat dideskripsikan bahwa PILPRES RI 2014 dipandang sebagai arena pertarungan oleh dua kubu Nahdlatul Wathan selaku kelompok kepentingan karena perbedaan usungan kandidat pasangan calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden. Sebagai Kelompok Kepentingan, Nahdlatul Wathan berperan sebagai tim sukses dengan menggunakan peran dakwah sebagai media untuk melakukan mobilisasi politiknya terhadap masyarakat desa Dasan Borok pada PILPRES 2014. Hal ini terlihat ketika Nahdlatul Wathan mengadakan pengajian akbar maupun lawatan-lawatan agama dengan menghadirkan pasangan calon presiden yang diusungnya dengan dihadiri oleh ribuan jamaah NW maupun sosialisasi pasangan kandidat ketengah masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh pengurus NW ditingkat cabang dan ranting yang ada di desa Dasan Borok. Kata Kunci: Kelompok Kepentingan, Pilpres, dan Nahdlatul Wathan  Abstract Nahdlatul Wathan is a group interest conducting political mobilization on the society in Dasan Borok in president election in 2014. It is done because Nahdlatul Wathan is a group that brings the candidate of president and vice president of RI in 2014. Nahdlatul Wathan becomes two managing committee which affects the support of the president and the vice candidate of RI in 2014. Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor carried Prabowo-Hatta and Nahdlatul Wathan Anjani carried Jokowi-JK, and each group has a great amount of mass in Dasan Borok. This research purposed at knowing “the role of political mobilizationof group interest in the president election in 2014 in Dasan Borok”. This research is a qualitative research approach utilizing descriptive in order the data is relevant. The technique used is purposive sampling.  The data collection used is observation in from of participant observation, unstructured interview as well as documentation using domain analysis technique. Based on the found data, it can be described that the president’s election of RI 2014 seemed to be a strange struggling arena done by two sides group of Nahdlatul Wathan as the group interest. As the group interest, Nahdlatul Wathan personated as the success team, it was done through religious endeavor or dakwah in the society in Dasan Borok in president’s election of RI 2014. It can be seen when Nahdlatul Wathan held a great meeting (great religious endeavor) as well as a visit of the candidate of the        presidents. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan informasi tentang implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SD Sukorejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri khususnya pada tahap pembiasaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data yakni Kepala Sekolah, Guru Kelas dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahap yakni data reduksi, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SD Sukorejo Gurah Kediri, penerapan literasi masih sampai pada tahap pembiasaan. Upaya sekolah untuk menggiatkan gerakan literasi adalah dengan cara membiasakan membaca buku non pelajaran 15 menit sebelum kelas dimulai, menata lingkungan yang mendukung literasi dan melibatkan mitra dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi. Terdapat beberapa hal yang menjadi faktor pendukung dalam kegiatan ini yakni semangat siswa-siswi dalam membaca buku, terdapat buku pengayaan yang disediakan dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pembiasaan kegiatan membaca adalah belum optimalnya pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah ini karena belum sepenuhnya rutin dilaksanakan. ABSTRACT This study tried to describe about the implementation of School Literacy Movement in Sukorejo Elementary School in Kediri, especially in the process of literacy habituation and development. The research used descriptive qualitative research. Data sources are Principal, Class Teachers and students. Data collection in this study was by observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that at SD Sukorejo Gurah Kediri, the application of literacy was still at the stage of habituation and development. The principal tried to intensify the literacy movement are by getting used to read non-lesson books 15 minutes before class starts, arranging an environment that supports literacy and involving partners in the implementation of literacy activities. There are several aspects can support school literacy in this school that are enthusiasm of students in reading books, enrichment books provided and support from various parties. Whereas the inhibiting factor for the habit of reading activities is the not yet optimal implementation of the school literacy movement because it has not been fully routinely implemented.

INDEPENDENCE OF CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS AT INSTITUTION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION IN THE DAYAK KANAYANT CULTURE. This study aims to get an overview of empirical data information on the Independence of Children 5-6 Years in Early Childhood Education Institutions in the Dayak Kanayant Culture in Nanga Kelampai Village, Tumbang Titi District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic research. Data analysis is Spradley. The data of this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The findings of the study indicate that the independence of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood education institutions in Kanayant Dayak tribal culture is shaped by the roles and attitudes of parents and teachers and the role of the environment. The conclusion of the research shows that independent children are not formed by themselves. Parents need to equip children from an early age to be able to do their own activities without having to rely on parents.

This study aims to explain, describe and analyze patterns of partnership between government, the private sector and civil society in the development of oil palm plantations as well as factors inhibiting and supporting factors. The research method using descriptive qualitative research. Data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that a partnership with a core pattern of plasma and partnership schemes MSA (Management One-Stop), KKPA (Primary Cooperatives Members), IGA (Income Generating Activity).There is a limiting factor and driving force in the partnership. Obstacle factor is lack of knowlegde about partnership and obligations in the course of partnerships at every actor partnership, conflict, limited land, in-consistency of each actor in the partnership, the decline in palm oil prices. The push factor is the regulatory and price.

Children’s role in the research process is often limited to a passive role as subject, recipient or object of data rather than as active contributor. The sociology of childhood considers children to be competent social actors and advocates for them to be recognised as such. This recognition is yet to filter into mainstream research agendas with children often remaining a passive provider to research that seeks to elicit their perspectives. This article presents an examination of the processes that children use when analysing their own qualitative research data as observed within a qualitative research project. It provides insight into the ability to increase the richness of data obtained when researching with children, by including their perspectives and contributions in the data analysis process. Children’s capacity as capable and competent contributors to research beyond the more passive role of participant is described and the ways that children can have a greater participatory role in qualitative data collection and analysis processes are discussed.

This thesis aims to examine contextualization of Javanese gamelan in the liturgy of the worship at the Indonesian Baptist Church (GBI) Ngembak Tembalang. The approach used is interdisciplinary, using qualitative research methods, and interpretative case study research design. The research data was collected by observation technique, interview, and document study, and source triangulation technique to maintain its validity. Data analysis technique is done through the process of reduction, presentation, and conclusion (verification). The results of this study show that, the form of Javanese gamelan accompaniment music in liturgical worship at GBI Ngembak Tembalang is composed of two elements, namely the element of time and melody. Contextualization of Javanese gamelan in the liturgy of the worship at the Indonesian Baptist Church (GBI) Ngembak Tembalang consists of one model, namely model translation. On the model of translation is done through the efforts of Christian identity preservation, keeping mindful of the culture, history and social change, which is owned by the Baptist Church Indonesia (GBI) Ngembak Tembalang.

This study aimed to determine the role of teacher to student's morality education, the strategy of Al - Islam teacher to improve student morality, the supporting factors and inhibitors in building student's morality of 9 grade student in SMP Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research data were collected by using observation, interview and documentation method, then analyzed by using inductive approach and validity test. The results indicated that: activities of moral formation that teachers do i.e. night prayer, tahfidz Qur'an, and dzuhur praying in congregation. Teaching strategies of PAI Teacher used inquiry strategies, approached to student by using a variety of methods such as lecturing method, habituation method, and counseling method. The supporting factors: (a) family factors or parent who has very active role to participate in fostering student's morality, (b) environment or community around the school, (c) the environment around student's residence has been thick with religious thing, (d) school’s rules to prevent student's delinquency. Inhibiting Factors are (a) there was no enough time to foster much morality on student. (b) Lack of school's provision. (c) Different student's attitude and behavior. (d) Uncontrollable student association. (e) Lack of students’ awareness to attend activities required by the school. (f) Inadequate supporting facilities and infrastructures. The environment that continues to experience quality degradation caused by human activities in fulfilling the necessities of life such as the fulfillment of food and board clothing requires that human beings have to sacrifice what is around it for that matter. The role of government and society is very important in maintaining environmental sustainability. For example by optimizing the role of local wisdom owned by the public like Bahuma Batahutn. Bahuma Batahutn is one way of environmental management wisely, owned by the Dayak people. This type of research is a type of qualitative research using ethnographic methods and research data obtained by using data collection techniques in the form of literature review, observation, and interviews related to local wisdom.
