Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogis guru dalam pembelajaran seksual pada anak autis usia remaja di SLB Fajar Nugraha Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif yang terdiri dari mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan membuat kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru melaksanakan kompetensi pedagogis dalam pembelajaran seksual anak autis usia remaja sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 74 Tahun 2008 tentang Guru dalam Pasal 3 Ayat 4. Guru mengetahui landasan pendidikan seksual dan pentingnya pembelajaran seksual untuk anak autis. Guru juga memahami karakter anak autis usia remaja dan mengembangkan program pembelajaran seksual sesuai karakter anak autis usia remaja. Guru melaksanakan pembelajaran seksual dengan menggunakan berbagai variasi metode dan media. Guru juga memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran seksual untuk anak autis, namun pemanfaatan teknologi elektronik belum optimal. Guru melaksanakan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran seksual dan mengembangkan perilaku seksual pada anak autis usia remaja dengan pembiasaan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: kompetensi pedagogis, pembelajaran seksual, autisAbstract: This study aims to know about teacher pedagogical competences in sexual learning for adolescents with autism at Fajar Nugraha Special School of Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The data is collected by observation, interview, and document analysis. Data analysis in this research is qualitative analysis that contains data reduction, data display, and verification. The data validity in this research is technical triangulation and sources triangulation. The result of this research shows that subjects understand and implement the pedagogical competences in sexual learning for adolescents with autism that is accordance with The Regulation of Government 74 Year 2008 Abour Teacher, Article 3, Verse 4. The teachers know the foundation and importance of sexual learning for autism. The teachers know characteristics of adolescents with autism and develop the sexual learning program according to the characteristics of adolescents with autism. The teachers use various methods and medias in sexual learning. The teachers also use the technology in sexual learning for adolescent with autism, but using electronical technology hasn’t be optimized. The teachers evaluate the results learning from sexual learning and develop sexual behavior to adolescent with autism by habituation in daily life.Keyword: pedagogical competence, sexual learning, autism

This study aims to identify and describe the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees and to find out what obstacles are the obstacles to the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees at SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency. Is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses purposive sampling technique. There are five roles of the Principal and two obstacles faced by the Principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees. The results showed that the principal of SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency carried out the role of a leader by planning and deliberating; as a manager by creating collaboration between teachers and employees; as an educator by preparing a learning program plan; as an administrator by managing facilities and infrastructure as well as financial administration; motivator by providing motivation with a conducive school environment. The obstacles faced by the principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees are teachers and employees who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties so that it is also difficult to improve their work discipline, as well as obstacles in inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: employees, leadership, principals, teachers, work discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai dan untuk  mengetahui kendala apa saja yang menjadi penghambat peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai di SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Terdapat lima peran Kepala Sekolah dan dua kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember melaksanakan peran sebagai pemimpin dengan membuat perencanaan dan bermusyawarah; sebagai manajer dengan menciptakan kerjasama antara guru dan pegawai; sebagai pendidik dengan menyusun rencana program pembelajaran;sebagai administrator dengan mengelola sarana dan prasarana serta administrasi keuangan; motivator dengan memberikan motivasi  dengan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai yaitu guru dan pegawai yang kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas sehingga kesulitan pula dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerjanya, serta kendala dalam sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang belum memadai. This endeed of  research is to describe the place of the kolintang music ensemble to accompany the singin of the flag ceremony at SMP Sw. St. Paulus Sidikalang. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is flag ceremony. The research focussed on the role of Kolintang music ensemble as song chanting. The data of the final research was obtained from the observations of the flag-raising activities, interview with teachers, student adan kolintang’s players in junior high school and take a documentation. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data validity is obtained through data triangulation, observer triangulation, theory triangulation and method triangulation. The purpose of this research is to know and descriebing  kolintang music. Example, in this research is by using numbered data such as document, archieves, interview results, observation result or also by interviewing more thn one subject that is consideret to have a different point of view.The result showed that : (1) In accompaniying singing at the flag-ceremony, students used the basic notes G, C and F. (2) the tecnic to performed kolintang    were not wheeled with a kolintang played general. (3). After carrying out their duties as chanting accompaniment in the ceremony, students who performed kolintang first practice on kolintang extracurricular activities. (4) in the process of playing kolintang, each player must have a strong feeling so that the technic kolintang is harmonious. Keywords : Descriptive Study, Ensemble, Kolintang music

SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda (State Vocational High school 1 of Samarinda) is a general school that the principal still wants to build the Islamic character values through the 3S culture (Smile, Respect, and Greet), the culture of reading the holy Qur’an, praying together, the culture of discipline and honesty, and ethics in clothing. This research aims to find out the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda. The approach used was qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity test used source and method triangulation analyzed with member check. The data analysis technique used data reduction, presentation and concluding. The result of the research is that religious activities developed by the principal are such as the culture of 3S, reading Qur’an, praying before and after learning, praying together at the school mosque, the culture of honesty, discipline and ethics in clothing. The strategies of the principal in creating the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda were through planning, modelling, habituation, participation, evaluation, coordination, and motivation.

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe in detail the management of LKP during the pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. Data validity checking used time triangulation, subject triangulation and technical triangulation. The result of the research was that in the process of curriculum adjustment involving Mrs. Rosilah as the head of the LKP, Mr. Erwin as the curriculum organizer and Mrs. Leni Susanti as the tutor, curriculum adjustments were made in the form of dividing study groups into 2x a week, there was no change in instructors in the learning process, changes working hours in accordance with face-to-face changes, and the application of health protocols in the face-to-face learning process and during the implementation of competency exams.

This study aims to describe teachers perception on the implementation of sustainable development-based learning in chemistry, physics and biology subjects. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of the research are the chemistry, physics and biology teachers in nine provinces. The data was collected by using interview sheets, questionnaire and observation sheets. According to the analysis data, the result shows that the term sustainable development is still considered foreign by 77,7% of the teachers, the implementation of sustainable development-based learning can be carried out in very good category by 55.5% of the teachers and in good category by 44,44% of the teachers, and 33.3% of teachers have difficulties in implementing sustainable development-based learning. Other results also show that the concept of sustainable development allows it to be applied in all three subjects with the characteristics of the material relating to the environment.

This aims of the research is for describes The Utilization of Museum as learning resources for history learning in DKI Jakarta. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive research type. The components of this research is: 1). What a collection of Museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi and Museum Kebangkitan Nasional that can be used as learning resources, 2). How teachers use museum collection as history learning resources, 3). What a problems in history learning by using history resources of Museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi and Museum Kebangkitan Nasional as learning resources. The research was conducted in SMAN 27 Jakarta, SMAN 4 Jakarta, SMAN 76 Jakarta, and SMAN 89 Jakarta. The data sources consist of informants ( Head of The Museum, Historical Resource Management, Headmaster, Historical Teachers, Students [Class XI IPS and MIPA]), documents (syllabus, RPP, and other documents that can support this research), as well as places and events. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, observation, and document analysis. Data validity using triangulation. Data analysis uses interactive analysis with three stages of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing that interact with data collection cycle.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan museum sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran sejarah di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Komponen-komponen yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Koleksi apa saja yang ada di museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi dan museum Kebangkitan Nasional yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar, 2) Bagaimana guru memanfaatkan koleksi museum sebagai sumber belajar sejarah, dan 3) Apa saja kendala pembelajaran sejarah dengan memanfaatkan sumber sejarah museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi dan museum Kebangkitan Nasional sebagai Sumber Belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 27 Jakarta, SMAN 4 Jakarta, SMAN 76 Jakarta dan SMAN 89 Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif dengan tiga tahapan analisis, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan yang berinteraksi dengan pengumpulan data secara siklus. This paper discusses service-based leadership in Islamic schools. Leadership demands a transformation from the heart and changes in character. True leadership starts from within and then moves outside to serve those they lead. This is where the importance of the character and integrity of a leader to become a true leader and accepted by other people or parties. This research is a qualitative-descriptive research which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Data sources in this study include principals, staff, students. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. As for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data analysis. The results of this research are (a) the principal's leadership has a variety of models that are extraordinary depending on the situation and conditions. (b) Service-based leadership is a new trend for achieving desired quality goals.

This research aims to find out how the application of S}araf in reading yellow book using qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of the study were lecturers of science s}araf, lecturers of Qiraah and Mut}alaáh as well as students of  Arabic program at IAIN Bone. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in three stages continuously including data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification withdrawal stage. The results shows that S}araf learning materials are divided into three stages; S}araf 1, S}araf2 and S}araf 3 by using various methods, including lecturing, discussions, demontation of bags }rif and tadrib. Tadrib/exercise was carried out with bag exercise }rif, practicing to make sentences, analyzing the function and form of words and giving harakat to a reading.  The application of s}araf in reading the yellow book was began by giving harakat to a text to determine its meaning. S}araf, that has a study on the formation of the word is very instrumental in this case. Mastery of the bag will make it easier to read a reading, whether it has harakat or not. The understanding of an Arabic text is not limited to the mastery of any existing mufradat, but rather must pay attention to the form of the word used.

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the use of multimedia in improving students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru as well as supporting factors and inhibition of the use of multimedia. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 5 Buru District Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, from September 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively including: data collection, data reduction, data display and verification and affirmation of conclusions. The results showed that the use of multimedia can increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, where students appear to focus on following the learning process, recording the subject matter, and are happy with the learning using multimedia, students easily explain or answer the teacher's questions PAI boldly and actively in the learning process. Supporting factors and inhibition factors of multimedia use in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru among others, for supporting factors, namely the availability of leptop and computer, infokus, electricity, clean school walls, clean classrooms, and the ability of PAI teachers who are very good in integrating concepts with multimedia in the learning process as well as the availability of special classrooms designed for learning activities using multimedia infokus. As for the inhibition factor is infokus available only one, so it will be constrained when used by other teachers, then electricity is often out and internet access is often sluggish. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, dimana siswa terlihat mereka fokus mengikuti proses pembelajaran, mencatat materi pelajaran, dan senang dengan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia, siswa dengan mudah menjelaskan atau menjawab pertanyaan guru PAI dengan berani dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru antara lain untuk faktor pendukung yakni tersedianya leptop dan komputer, infokus, listrik, dinding sekolah yang bersih, ruang kelas yang bersih, dan kemampuan guru PAI yang sangat baik dalam mengintegrasikan konsep dengan multimedia dalam proses pembelajaran serta tersedianya ruang kelas khusus yang didesain untuk kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia infokus. Sementara untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah infokus yang tersedia hanya satu, sehingga akan terkendala apabila digunakan oleh guru yang lain, kemudian listrik sering padam dan akses internet yang sering lamban. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Batik Dewi Busana yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Lunang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan memiliki ciri khas bentuk motif yang mengangkat kenanekaragaman alam dan budaya daerah pesisir selatan, serta menggunakan zat pewarna alam sebagai bahan baku dalam proses pewarnaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk motif dan proses pewarnaan batik cap dengan zat warna alam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan  teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini informan meliputi: pimpinan dan beberapa orang pengrajin yang mengetahui tentang motif batik dan pewarnaan batik cap di Rumah Batik Dewi Busana. Selanjutnya data dikaji dan dianalisa dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi terhadap pimpinan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: Nama motif yang di produksi di Rumah Batik Dewi Busana  adalah motif tanah liek pasisia dan motif mande rubiah. Pada motif ini terinspirasi dari keanekaragaman alam dan kebudayaan daerah pesisir selatan. Rumah Batik Dewi Busana dalam pewarnaan menggunakan zat warna alam dari ekstrak tanaman gambir yang berasal dari daun dan ranting dengan memakai fiksasi tawas, kapur, dan tunjung.Kata Kunci: motif batik cap, proses pewarnaan.AbstractThis research was conducted at the batik house Dewi Busana located in the district Lunang districts Pesisir Selatan has a characteristic from of motif that elevates the diversity of natural and regional cultures pesisir selatan, and uses natural dyes as raw materials in the coloring process. This study aims to describe the shape of the motif and the coloring process of printed batik with natural dyes. This research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection is done by using observation, interview, anda documentation techniques. In this study the informants included:leaders and some craftsmen who knew about batik motifs and coloring of batik in house batik Dewi Busana. Then the data were reviewed and analyzed by steps of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, data validity carried out by triangulation of the leadership. The results of the study revealed that: the name of th motif produced at the house batik Dewi Busana is the land motif tanah liek pasisia and the motif of the mande rubiah. On this motif inspired by the diversity of nature and regional culture pesisir selatan. The house batik Dewi Busana in coloring uses natural dyes from gambir plant extracts derived from leaves and twigs using alum, lime, and tunjung fixation.  Keywords: stamped batik motif, coloring process.
