Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil program pelatihan wajib latih dan gladi lapang bagi masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Merapi di desa Argomulyo Cangkringan Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model penelitian CIPP. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perencanaan program pelatihan wajib dan gladi lapang merupakan hasil identifikasi BPBD Sleman dan kebutuhan masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Merapi,  pelaksanaan program pelatihan wajib latih dan gladi lapang ini berjalan dengan baik dan melibatkan narasumber yang memiliki kompetensi di bidangnya serta motivasi dan antusias peserta yang cukup tinggi, dan hasil pelaksanaan program pelatihan wajib latih dan gladi lapang ditunjukkan dengan perubahan sikap peserta yang meliputi kemampuan konseptual, teknis, dan sosial. Dampak dari program ini menunjukkan dampak positif yaitu peserta dapat melakukan tindakan pengurangan risiko secara mandiri dan berkelompok, memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki untuk menerapkan rencana kesiapsiagaan di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya.Kata kunci: evaluasi program pelatihan, wajib latih, masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Merapi An Evaluation of the Obliged Training and Field Practice Program for the Community Around Disaster Prone Areas of MerapiAbstractThis study aims to investigate plan, implementation, and result of the obliged training and field practice program for the people in the village of Argomulyo Cangkringan Sleman. This was an evaluation study employing the CIPP. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results are as follows planning program obliged training and field practice program is the identification of BPBD Sleman and the needs of the community disaster prone area Merapi, the implementation of the programs obliged training and field practice program goes well involving the source of information that has competence as well as motivation and enthusiasm of the participants which is quite high, and the result of a training program obliged training and field practice program is indicated by a change in attitude of the participants that includes the conceptual, technical and and social ability. The training programs obliged training and field practice program have an impact that is positive participants can perform the act of risk reduction independently and in groups, utilizing the knowledge possessed to apply the plan of preparedness in the neighborhood of her residence.Keywords: evaluation of training program, obliged training, disaster prone areas of merapi volcano society

A library is a work unit in the form of a place to store collections of library materials that are systematically arranged in a certain way to be used continuously by the user as a source of information. Village library is an inseparable part of the world of education. Villages that have a complete library will be able to develop wider community knowledge. But in reality, the facilities in the village library are inadequate, for example, collection materials such as textbooks, religious books and general information that are only a few or incomplete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the gampong library on the interest in reading religious books for the people in Aceh province. The research design used is a quantitative method, while for the sample in this study are in Aceh Province. The total number of residents to be studied is 300 people. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, the results of the Acehnese community on reading religious books available in the gampong library can be said to be very good, this can be seen from the percentage results where the percentage of people's learning interest averages above 60%. Then it can be concluded that there is an influence of the gampong library on the interest in reading religious books for the people in Aceh province.

Limbung Village Sungai Raya Subdistrict Kubu Raya Regency is one of the areas with a lot of peat so it is a fire-prone area. This is because the people there are still dependent on nature, no wonderland clearing is often done by burning. Fire prevention efforts in the village of Limbung carried out by Manggala Agni and MPA have not been running effectively and efficiently because there is still burning land, especially during the dry season. For prevention efforts that are expected to run effectively and efficiently, direct community participation is also needed to support prevention before more widespread fires occur. This study aims to determine the relationship of community participation in combating forest and land fires with a cosmopolitan level, level of knowledge and level of dependence on the land. This study used a survey method with interview techniques. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and Kendall Tau correlation inferential analysis. The number of samples taken was 96 people using the Slovin formula and the sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The results showed a total score of 2852 participation and at the level of partnership according to Arnstein's theory, the level of participants tended to be low, and there were no significant differences in participation with the level of knowledge, the level of cosmopolitan and the level of dependence on the land.Keyword: community, fires, forest, land, participation.

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi saat ini beberapa waktu yang lalu menyebabkan kelangkaan hand sanitizer dipasaran, hal ini membuat resah sebagian masyarakat. Pembuatan hand sanitizer yang dibuat dengan komposisi yang kurang tepat maka efektivitas hand sanitizer dalam membunuh bakteri dan virus tentunya akan berkurang. Pemanfaatan bahan alam sebagai bahan alternatif dalam pembuatan hand sanitizer. Diketahui  beberapa tanaman yang memiliki kemampuan daya hambat terhadap bakteri yang bisa digunakan sebagai zat aktif maupun zat tambahan di dalam produksi hand sanitizer salah satunya adalah lidah buaya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu produk kesehatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan baik untuk diri sendiri, keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar dalam rangka untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dengan memberi penjelasan kegunaan dan keunggulan sediaan hand sanitizer yang terbuat dari bahan alami yaitu lidah buaya (Aloe vera) melalui video dan pamflet. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dinilai dapat memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat Desa tambakbaya, Kecamatan Cisurupan, Kabupaten Garut dilihat dari antusiasme masyarakat Desa dalam menerima pamflet dan video sebagai sumber informasi yang sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka dalam membuat hand sanitizer berbahan dasar alami (Aloe vera) sehingga bisa dirasakan manfaatnya. Kerjasama antara kepala Desa dan aparatur Desa harus terus ditingkatkan agar dampak positif dapat menjadi dampak berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Hand sanitizer, antiseptik alami, aloe vera, pencegahan virus corona  ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic that occurred some time ago caused the scarcity of hand sanitizers in the market, this made some people nervous. Making hand sanitizers that are made with inappropriate compositions will reduce the effectiveness of hand sanitizers in killing bacteria and viruses. Utilization of natural materials as alternative materials in making hand sanitizers. It is known that several plants can inhibit bacteria which can be used as active substances or additives in the production of hand sanitizers, one of which is aloe vera. The purpose of this service activity is to produce a health product that can be used for both yourself, your family, and the surrounding community to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The method used is to explain the uses and advantages of hand sanitizer preparations made from natural ingredients, namely aloe vera (Aloe vera) through videos and pamphlets. The results of this community service activity are considered to have a positive impact on the people of Tambakbaya Village, Cisurupan District, Garut Regency, seen from the enthusiasm of the Village community in receiving pamphlets and videos as a source of information that is very useful for them in making hand sanitizers made from natural ingredients (Aloe vera) so that the benefits can be felt. Human beings have always left signs of their activities behind them. These signs take both tangible and intangible forms, including buildings, sites, sculptural works, antiquities, rock art paintings, belief systems, and traditions. The people of this millennium have recognized the remains of our fore-bears namely archaeological, architectural monuments, sites, and cultural works as an integral part of the cultural heritage of all humanity. They also recognized the fact that heritage is an invaluable source of information about the lives and activities of human beings and their artistic and technical capabilities over the centuries. The Nigerian Ancient Art Tradition which spans eight thousand years is a product of diverse artists from Dufuna, Nok, Igbo-Ukwu, Ife, Owo, Benin, Tada, etc. Also remarkable are the sculptural works created by late Susanne Wenger (an Austrian) and her New Sacred Art Movement in Osun-Osogbo Sacred Grove, which gave meaning to open spaces within the grove. This paper examines the role played by these artworks to project Nigeria to the global art world. The benefits to Nigeria and the global art traditions and recommendations on how to revive this dwindling economic resource will also be examined. The approach used was to study the artworks produced by some of these artists. Some of the findings were that the works were carefully done with suitable materials that have withstood climate change.

This article aims to find out the developmentidea or paradigm through village financial management based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. In this study, the researcher used a normative research methodby examining the village regulations in depth. Primary legal materials are authoritatuve legal materials in the form of laws and regulations. Village dependence is the most obvious violence against village income or financial sources. Various financial assistance from the government has made the village dependent on financial sources from the government. The use of regional development funds is intended to support activities in the management of Regional Development organizations. Therefore, development funds should be managed properly and smoothly, as well as can be used effectively to increase the people economy in the regions. This research shows that the law was made to regulate and support the development of local economic potential as well as the sustainable use of natural resources and the environment, and that the village community has the right to obtain information and monitor the planning and implementation of village development.

The Handicraft of embroidery “palaminan” in Nareh Pariaman is an old culture product which is used for social purposes. As the time goes, now, the “palaminan” is not only used by the king or noblesse. Right now, it has been used in mostly wedding parties of Minangkabau tradition. It is used as the seat of the bride groom and bride who are called king and queen for a day. Regarding this theme, when we see the several various of palaminan, it looks like been influenced by the Chinese and Hindi/Gujarat Custom. Such as phoenix 9(bird) and lion decorated at the “palaminan”, or for the Gujarat custom, there are embroidery with mirrors that decorate the palaminan. The mirror embroidered for the people of Nareh Pariaman has the meaning “suluah bendang” in the village. The art of embroidery palaminan Nareh Pariaman has many structures which are connected to each other. They can not be separated in each use. The structures are decorated by the many kinds of Minangkabau decoration. Most of the decorating comes from application of the Minangkabau’sphilosophy known as “alam takambang Jadi Guru”. The philosophy has symbolic meaning that contains some lessons about managing humans life, especially for people of Nareh Pariaman.Keywords: beyond culture, motif, pelaminan

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. This research explains the mysticism of mappadendang tradition in Allamungeng Patue Village, Bone Regency, which is believed by the local community as a form of shielding from danger and can resist reinforcemen such as Covid-19 outbreak. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative method and an ethnographic approach. This research was carried out with the aim of identifying the mystical space in mappadendang tradition which was held in Allamungeng Patue Village. After conducting the tracing process, the researcher found that mappadendang tradition which was held in Allamungeng Patue Village, Bone Regency in July 2020 was not a tradition of harvest celebration as generally in several villages in Bone Regency, especially Bugis tribe, but mappadendang was held as a form of shielding from all distress including Covid-19 outbreak. This trust was obtained after one of the immigrants who now resides in the village dreamed of meeting an invisible figure (tau panrita) who ordered a party to be held that would bring all the village people because remembering that in the village during Covid-19 happened to almost all the existing areas in Indonesia, the people of Allamungeng Patue Village were spared from the outbreak. Spontaneously, the people of Allamungeng Patue Village worked together to immediately carry out the mappadendang tradition as a form of interpretation of the message carried by the figure.

ABSTRAK: Inti pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, Faktor-faktor yang mendorong gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna dan akibat gerakan sosial masyarakat Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna? Latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba yaitu keadaan kampungnya yang hanya terdiri dari beberapa kepala keluarga tiap kampung dan jarak yang jauh masing-masing kampung membuat keadaan masyarakatnya sulit untuk berkomnikasi dan tiap kampung hanya terdiri dari lima sampai dengan tujuh kepala keluarga saja. Kampung ini letaknya paling timur pulau Muna terbentang dari ujung kota Raha sekarang sampai kampung Wakuru yang saat ini. Kondisi ini juga yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kampung ini kurang berkembang baik dibidang ekonomi, sosial politik, pendidikan maupun di bidang kebudayaan. Keadaan ini diperparah lagi dengan sifat dan karakter penduduknya yang masih sangat primitif. Faktor yang mendorong adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna adalah adanya ketidaksesuaian antara keinginan pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat yang mendiami Kampung Labaluba pada waktu itu. Sedangkan proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna bermula ketika pemerintah seolah memaksakan kehendaknya kepada rakyat yang menyebabkan rakyat tidak setuju dengan kebijakan tersebut. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna terbagi dua yaitu akibat positif dan akibat negatif.Kata Kunci: Gerakan Sosial, Factor dan Dampaknya ABSTRACT: The main issues in this study include the background of the social movement of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, Factors that encourage social movements of Labaluba Kampung Sub-village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, the social movement process of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District Muna Regency and due to Labaluba community social movements Kontumere Village Kabawo District Muna Regency? The background of the Labaluba Kampung community social movement is that the condition of the village consists of only a few heads of households per village and the distance of each village makes it difficult for the community to communicate and each village only consists of five to seven households. This village is located east of the island of Muna stretching from the edge of the city of Raha now to the current village of Wakuru. This condition is also one of the factors causing the village to be less developed in the economic, social political, educational and cultural fields. This situation is made worse by the very primitive nature and character of the population. The factor that motivated the existence of the social movement of Labaluba Village in Kontumere Village, Kabawo Subdistrict, Muna Regency was the mismatch between the wishes of the local government and the people who inhabited Labaluba Village at that time. While the process of social movements in Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency began when the government seemed to impose its will on the people, causing the people to disagree with the policy. The consequences arising from the existence of social movements in Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency are divided into two, namely positive and negative effects. Keywords: Social Movements, Factors and their Impacts
