This research aims to empirically examine the effectiveness of mindfulness training to improve the fast boat ship crews’ self-control in X company Bali, Indonesia. The experimental subjects in this research were 22, 12 as the experimental group and 10 as the control group. Collection data was done by using likert scale of 26 items with reliability of  0.889. The data processed using Mann-Whitney tests, the average value of the experimental group is (16.50) is higher than the average value of the control group (5.5), This means the average score of self-control boat crews receiving treatment is higher than whose not given treatment. The result of reaserch is Mann-Whitney U  = 0,000, Z = -3,974, p (value) or Asymp Sig < 0.05 which means there are statistically significant is differences beetwen two group.

Scaffolding is a learning strategy that is used in learning by providing assistance to taste to students based on the difficulties experienced by students. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of scaffolding strategies against the ability of mathematical understanding of grade III SD in Purwakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi experimental research methods and research designs The Nonequivalent Control Group Design with techniques of sampling Non Probability Sampling the sampling type is saturated. The object of this research is the whole grade 3 SD 2017/2018 school year with a total of 48 students (Male = 23, female = 25). Data collection techniques in the study using this type of test in the form of sheets of matter and types of the non test in the form of observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses the construction and validity testing of the validity of the content. The results showed there is the influence of the use of scaffolding strategies against the mathematical understanding of the capabilities of the students. This calculation results obtained from test-t with P-Value calculation results (Sig 2-tailed) for 0.000 which means less than 0.05 significant level. The earnings results of the pretest average score at 29.92 while IE experiment class results average value of experimental class posttest was 73.92. Then for obtaining the value of an average pretest classes control i.e. 30.96 while the average value of posttestnya was 55.17. The use of scaffolding strategies can be used by subsequent researchers to conduct research in the subject matter, having regard to the appropriations used and skills of teachers in the conditioning classes, to obtain maximum results.

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of thick eyebrow formation without shaving eyebrows by applying cream concealer and foundation cream to night makeup, to find out the best results and the panelists' favorite response. This research method is quasi-experimental method with a Non equivalent control group design. The population in the study were students of the Makeup and Beauty of the Padang State University University who had the shape of thick eyebrows and long face shapes. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and using t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that there are significant differences in the results of the resembling indicator of obtaining p>0.05 (P = 0.635), the highest average in the experimental group (X2) is 3.40, at the level of smoothness p<0.05 (p = 0.020), The highest average score in the experimental group (X2) is 3.60, at the level of fineness p<0.05 (p = 0.047), the highest average value is obtained by the experimental group (X2) is 3.47. the best comparison of results is to apply foundation cream (X2). The results show that the advantages of foundation cream are easier to use and are disguised in night makeup

This study is motivated by the low critical thinking skills and learning outcomes possessed by the students of VII grade of SMPN 14 Kendari. This study aims to determine the enhancement in critical thinking skills and learning outcomes on the subject Matter of Heat and Its Transfer. The population of this study were all students of VII grade of SMPN 14 Kendari who were registered in the odd semester in 2019/2020 school year, with total 204 students. The sample of this research was group VII3 with total 41 students as the experimental group and group VII4 with total 41 students as the control group who were taken by using random sampling techniques. The research data were analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Research results show: 1) There is no significant difference between the pre-test average scores of students critical thinking skills in the experimental group and the control group; 2) There is no significant difference between the pre-test average scores of the experimental group students and the control group; 3) The post-test average score of students from critical thinking skills in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group; 4) The post-test average score of the experimental group students was significantly higher than in the control group; 5) The average value of N-gain critical thinking skills of students in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group; 6) ) The average value of N-gain learning outcomes of students in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.

Errors in the use of Arabic grammar is one of the problems that are often faced especially by 2nd semester students Idad al Lughawi STIBA Ar Raayah. The difference between basic structures is the biggest reason for students to make mistakes in using Arabic grammar. The method used to get the results of this study is the experimental method, which was conducted on 74 students as samples from 248 students. The results showed that the average test score for the control group on the pre-examination exam was 74.28 while the average score for the post-experimental exam was 80.57, from which the conclusion was that the test scores for the control group increased by 6,24, while the average value of the experimental group on the pre-experimental test was 76.09 while the average value of the experimental group after the experiment was 93.95, therefore the results concluded that the test scores for this group experienced a significant increase of 16, 95. Then the final conclusion after testing the hypothesis using the t-test formulates one result, namely that linguistic play has a very effective way of improving grammatical errors that occur between I’dad Lughawi Students.

Introduction: One of the obstacles that occur in postpartum mothers is not giving exclusive breastfeeding. According to UNICEF data (2018) the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the world is only around 36%. Papaya fruit provision to postpartum mothers is one of the efforts to increase breast milk production, the aim of this study was to find out the effect of papaya juice pudding provision to breast milk production in postpartum mothers at Sugiharti midwifery clinic of Lubuk Pakam in 2020. Methods: This type of research was Quasi Experiment with a Posttest Only Control Group design and the sampling used was purposive sampling. Samples were 30 postpartum mothers, namely 15 experimental groups who gave papaya juice pudding and 15 control groups who were not given papaya juice pudding with the inclusion criteria of normal postpartum mothers, infants who were given early breastfeeding initiation, mothers who did not consume drugs, herbal / Other breastfeeding smoothing supplements, willing to take part in the research through Informed Consent, were given in the experimental group papaya juice pudding while in the control group papaya juice pudding was not given. Results and Discussion: This research on giving papaya juice pudding was conducted for 7 consecutive days and then measured the volume of breast milk using Breastpump. Based on the results of the study showed that the average milk production of the experimental group was 128.00 and the average milk production of the control group was 91.20, so the difference in breast milk production was 36.8. Then it can be seen that the results of the Independent T-Test test obtained a P-Value of 0.000 (α <0.005). Conclusion: The provision of papaya juice pudding has an effect on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers. It is suggested to midwifery clinic to utilize papaya fruit which can be processed into papaya juice pudding to increase breast milk production in postpartum mothers so that mothers give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies.

Introduction The implementation of nursing clinical learning in Indonesia has several challenges that require innovation in the learning method strategy. The method that has been used so far focuses on the hierarchical relationship between lecturers/preceptors and students, so that there are many shortcomings in learning outcomes. The application of the method of active learning with Peer Learning (PL) and Problem Based Learning (PBL) techniques has proven effective in classroom learning, but its rarely found in clinical learning. Objective The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the PL and PBL towards the achievement of clinical learning in nursing students. Methods The research method used a true experiment with a posttest only control group design, the sampling technique was taken by randomize control trial. An instrument for clinical learning achievement using AssCE. Results The analysis was carried out as descriptive and bivariate. The results showed the mean in the experimental group was 7.059 and the control group was 6.325. Further statistical test results were obtained p-value = 0.001 (p < 0.05) which showed that the average score there were differences in clinical learning achievement development scores. Conclusion Clinical learning using peer learning and PBL methods can directly improve various aspects of student competency achievement.

Emotion is the ability of a person to express the state of mind which he is, but when a person is mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually unstable results in a psychological change and helpless on situations. The purpose of the study was to nd out Effect of SKY yoga and pranayama on emotion among college girls .To achieve the purpose of the study 45 College girls were selected randomly from Coimbatore as the subjects. The subject's age ranged from 18 to 21 years. . The selected subjects were divided into 3 groups. Experimental Group I under went on sky yoga only & Experimental Group II went on pranayama only for 50 minutes per day, six days a week for 12 weeks. The control group was not given any practice. The pre-test and post-test were conducted before and after the training for all three groups. The data collected from the groups before and after the training period were statistically analysed by using Analysis of Co-Variance (ANACOVA) to determine the signicant difference and tested at 0.05 level of signicance. The result of the study showed that there was signicant improvement in the emotion of the Experimental Groups I, II subjects than the Controlled group. Through the SKY yoga and Pranayama Emotion got controlled. The conclusion was that SKY yoga controlled emotions and got reduced the psychological effects depression and stress etc. among college girls.

This research aims to know the effect of group investigation learning on student’s science process skill based on their IQ in SMAN 1 Mataram for eleventh grade students. This is a quasi experimental study using pretest postest control group design design. Pretest was taken to get data of student’s IQ. Posttest was also conducted to measure student’s science process skill. Sample was taken using nonprobability sampling from the population of eleventh grade student in SMAN 1 Mataram.The sample was two group of student each from two class, class XI sains 6 and as experimental group and class XI sains 5 as control group. The average os Student’s IQ on experimental group and control group were equal, both at 112. Learning processes were 12 x 45 minutes long in total. The experimental group showed better average score on posttest where they scored 82.40 on average, while control group only scored 74.83 on average. This value is statistically significant, at p = 0.007, less that 0.005. This result shows that implementation of group investigation can increase student’s science process skill.Keywords: Group investigation, science process skill, intelligence Quotient (IQ)ABSTRACT

Purpose: to reveal the peculiarities of teaching students of higher educational institutions of specializations of sports games and martial arts ski training. Material and methods. To solve the set tasks, we conducted a study in the 2020/2021 academic year with students of the Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture in the amount of 45 people, aged 18-20 years, for three weeks. Students were taught skiing techniques both according to the traditional system (control group) and according to the methodology developed by us (experimental groups). The time for learning the technique of skiing in both groups was the same 15 classes of classical style and 15 classes of skating style for 90 minutes each (according to the work program of the discipline), but the teaching methods in the experimental groups differed. The following methods were used during the research: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature sources, working curricula and practical experience of teachers; analysis of information on the Internet; pedagogical observations; method of expert assessments; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Results: as a result of the study, it was found that students of the experimental group (E1) received significantly better scores than the control group for performing the technique of movement in the classical style, the average score - 6.30, and the control group - 5.68 points (t=3,6; p<0,01), for performing the technique of skating style score (E1) was 6.18 points, and the control group – 5,25 points (t=5,2; p<0,01). Students of the experimental group (E2) for performing the technique of classical movement style received an average score of 5.93, compared with the control group - 5.68 points, no significant difference was found (p>0,05), the average score of the group (E2) for performing skating style was 5.90 points, and the control group – 5,25 points, which is significantly better (t=3,8; p<0,01). Conclusions. The use of different teaching methods, taking into account sports specializations, as well as the development of leading motor skills, has improved the learning outcomes of students of higher education specializations in sports games and martial arts ski training. As a result of the use of simulation and special training exercises without skis and on skis at the beginning of classes on the technique of classical and skating skiing, students of the group significantly improved the mastery of ski training on all indicators (p<0,01–0,05). Physical activity on students in Jakarta is the lowest if it is compared to various regions in Indonesia. The low physical activity has an impact on the declining of health and fitness so that it affects toward the risk of various non-communicable diseases. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of gymnastics rhythm of Gizi Seimbang’s song to the level of fitness on students in State Elementary School Kebon Jeruk 08 Pagi West Jakarta. The type of research uses design experimental quasi research with design of Pre test - post test group control design. This design involves two groups of subjects, one is given an experimental group and one group is not enforced (control group). The population of this study are children aged 10-12 years old with 60 respondents (30 students of gymnastic group and 30 control group students) with gymnastics 3x/week for 12 times. Data analysis use t-dependent test, wilcoxon test because the data is not normally distributed. The result of the research shows that there is the influence of rhythmic gymnastics of Gizi Seimbang’s song to the significant fitness level (p value = 0.0001). Based on the results of this study, gymnastics rhythm of Gizi Seimbang’s song increases the level of fitness compared with control group on students in State Elementary School Kebon Jeruk 08 Pagi West Jakarta.
