The main focus of this study was to (1) identify the level of the practices of learning organization, (2) identify the level of teachers’ leadership, and (3) determine the relationship between practices of learning organization and teacher leadership. The theoretical framework of both Watkins and Marsick (1999) and Katzenmeyer and Moller (2009) were modified to form the conceptual framework of the study. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 72 teachers which were randomly selected from six Indigenous Primary Schools of Kuala Langat District, Selangor. The study was a quantitative research. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using the SPSS IBM Version 23.0 software. The results showed that the practices of learning organization by teachers recorded a high level of mean value at 3.87 and at 4.05 for teacher leadership. There was a moderate, positive and significant relationship between practices of learning organization and teacher leadership (r = 0.699, p<0.01). This finding promotes practices of learning organization in schools which may lead to positive changes in teacher leadership. The implication of the study is the practices of learning organization should be practised at individuals, teams and organization levels in schools to improve the leadership skills of teachers through learning continuously.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the activeness of students following extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitudes. This research is quantitative research. The research method used is the correlation with the type of product moment design. The population in this study were all high-class students who took extracurricular scouting education. Sampling using random sampling but the sample in this study the entire population because it is less than 100 then the entire population is sampled with a total of 57. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Prerequisite test data analysis using tests of normality, homogeneity and hypothesis. This technique is used to determine the significant relationship between independent and dependent variables by comparing r_calculations and r_tabels with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of r_calculations= 0.66>  r_tabels= 0.266, which means that there is a significant relationship between activeness in scouting extracurricular education and disciplinary attitude. Furthermore, the significance test results obtained t_calculations = 6.8 ? t_tabels= 1.67303 means that there is a significant relationship between variables for the entire population with a contribution of 43.56% between the activities of joining extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitude. It was concluded that Ha was accepted where there was a relationship between the activities of joining the scouting extracurricular education with the discipline attitude of high class students at 36 Primary Schools in Bengkulu City.

Sharing knowledge and firm innovation are the crucial ways to sustain competitive advantage. This study builds a nested model to test the relationship between learning organization, knowledge-sharing behavior, and firm innovation. Data gathered from 254 employees were used to examine the relationship of the learning organization to employees' knowledge-sharing behavior and firm innovation. The results indicate that open-mindedness, shared vision and trust have positive effects on both knowledge-sharing behavior and firm innovation. While commitment to learning does not shows significant relationship on knowledge-sharing behavior and firm innovation. Communication has significance on firm innovation but not significance on knowledge-sharing behavior.

Interest in learning and the use of textbooks are two aspects that are very influential and have a relationship with student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the learning activities in the XI IPS class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo on economic subjects, the low student learning outcomes are influenced by students' lack of interest in learning and the lack of use of textbooks by students themselves. The research conducted at the XI IPS class at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo aims to determine the relationship between learning interest and the use of textbooks with learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The instrument used in this study was a research questionnaire. The population is 130 students with samples randomly selected for 100 students. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Interest in learning and the use of textbooks have a positive and significant relationship together with learning outcomes seen from the Sig. F change 0,000 <0,05. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes seen from the value of Sig. 0,000 <0,05. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the use of textbooks and learning outcomes of economic subjects seen from the Sig. 0,000 <0,05.Keyword : Interest in learning, utilization of textbooks, learning outcomes

<p><em>The number of medical personnel in the Padang City is still a shortage of the amount required is 83 people, but this time medical personnel numbered 53 people. This research was carried out by combining two types of research are mixed method, preceded by a quantitative research with cross sectional approach, followed by qualitative research. The study was conducted in Primary Health Care Padang City. The population in this study are all medical personnel in the Padang City with a sample of 38 people, with a sampling technique is simple random sampling. The bivariate analysis known there are significant relationship between work (p = 0,023), compensation (p = 0,001), supervision (p = 0,001) and the relationship between employees (p = 0,000) with job satisfaction. But there is no relationship promotion with job satisfaction (p = 0,208). The conclusion of the study there are significant relationship between work, compensation, supervision and the relationship between employees with job satisfaction.</em></p>

Purpose and problem of the study: This study to identify the level of impact of zakat distribution and the level of religious practice among the mualaf (convert) in Selangor. The aim is also to analyse the relationship between the level of impact of zakat distribution and the level of religious practice of mualaf in Selangor. The problem of the study is issues which related to the granting of zakat rights to Muslims and its impact on strengthening the faith of these groups and their appreciation of Islamic teachings. Methodology: This study applies quantitative methodology which involves 454 Muslim converts as respondents and they were randomly selected to get the data of this study. Main Findings: The descriptive analysis findings demonstrate that the level of impact of zakat distribution and the level of religious practice of mualaf in Selangor is at high level, where each has a mean value (4.20 and 4.63). The result of the Pearson correlation analysis proves that there is a significant relationship between the impact of the distribution (r = 0.643, p < 0.01) and religious practice (r = 0.677, p < 0.01).       Applications of this study: This study involves respondents from the mualaf group in Selangor. Selangor has chosen to be the area of study as the total number of muallaf registered in this state is greater than those in other states in Malaysia. Novelty/Originality of this study: The implementation of zakat distribution based on the principals and concepts dictated by Islamic law will give a great impact to the group of mualaf (convert).

 On the other hand, with concern from this research, it can encourage coffee business owners themselves to produce better and quality ground coffee to increase consumers to buy the Banaran coffee powder products. This study aims to analyze the relationship between marketing mix factors such as price, product, promotion, and location to the decision to purchase Kopi Bubuk Banaran in cafee restaurant Banaran Gemawang. This research was carried out in July-August 2018. The location located in the area of ??the Coffee Plantation road. Raya Semarang Yogyakarta Gemawang, Jambu District, Semarang Regency. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Respondents in this study were 50 respondents who visited and bought Banaran powder coffee. Data collection is obtained by means of interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature. The results show that the price factor (X1) has a positive and significant relationship with the purchasing decision (Y), and a strong level of relationship. Product factor (X2) has a positive and significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y), as well as a strong level of relationship. Location factor (X4) has a positive and significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y), as well as a strong relationship level. Promotion factor (X3) does not have a significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y).

Purpose Graduate employability represents a fundamental outcome of higher education. The purpose of this paper is to explore and compare students’ perceptions of their employability through their experience of a simulated or real-life project. The context of the project is a capstone course, implemented in an Australian university, which was designed to enhance employability and foster transferable graduate attributes, including professional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Design/methodology/approach The authors designed and conducted quantitative research to capture and measure students’ perceptions of their employability at the conclusion of a capstone course over three consecutive years from 2015 to 2017. Findings The results of this paper show that students undertaking a real-life project which makes a social contribution reported a significantly stronger development of work-ready skills in managing projects than students undertaking a simulation project. Specifically, interaction with industry and leadership were reported to be more developed. Originality/value The study contributes to knowledge of the relationship between capstone learning and students’ perceptions of employability. It advances the understanding of capstone course design and pedagogy which strengthens the link between learning and work.

The inability of teachers to accept cultural, linguistic, and religious differences caused by racial differences can have a negative impact on unity. The literature suggests that principals can play a role in addressing this issue. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the principal’s role in promoting teachers’ unity and to determine the relationship between the principal’s role and teachers’ unity. This study is a survey design and a quantitative method was used to collect data from 578 teachers in a population of 236,748 teachers in secondary school. The data collected was analyzed descriptively to produce mean value and standard deviation, therefore the level of principals’ role in promoting unity and the level of teachers’ unity can be interpreted. Inference analysis by Pearson correlation was done to determine r-value, therefore the hypotheses on the relationship between the two variables were tested. Overall, principals’ role attained a high level in promoting unity with a mean score of 3.85, whereas the teachers’ unity level was also at a high level with a mean score of 4.37. The result also shows that there was a positive relationship between the two variables but at a weak level with r = 0.20. This paper contributes to the body of knowledge that principals’ role in promoting unity has had an impact on the teachers’ unity level. This finding also shows that the Malaysian Education System Aspiration focusing on promoting unity is relevant and should be continuously implemented. Apart from having theories implication, the findings bear positive input for principals’ training, and also provide input for the teaching fraternity to be more respectful towards each other’s differences, thereby avoiding racism and discrimination amongst them.

Abstract: Domestic violence is a serious social problem and can affect the health and well-being of its victims. Domestic violence statistic showed that there were an increasing number of domestic violence cases from the year 2014 to 2019. The main objective of this study is to examine the knowledge level of the Kelantanese people on the issue of domestic violence. This study used a quantitative research design through the distribution of questionnaires to obtain raw data. The selection was made randomly with a sample of 200 respondents. The data collected was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 17.0. The results of the study suggest that the level of knowledge of the people of Kelantan on the issue of domestic violence is at a high level with the mean value = 3.82 and standard deviation = 0.99. The findings of the study found that the majority of Kelantanese have a high knowledge on the issue of domestic violence. However, the number of domestic violence cases is relatively high. Thus, social support and encouragement from various parties such as friends, family and the authorities are necessary to reduce cases of domestic violence in the community. Statistik keganasan rumah tangga menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan dalam laporan mengenai kes keganasan rumah tangga yang berlaku pada tahun 2014 hingga 2019. Tujuan utama kajian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana tahap pengetahuan masyarakat Kelantan terhadap isu keganasan rumah tangga. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kuantitatif melalui edaran borang soal selidik bagi mendapatkan data mentah. Pemilihan sampel dibuat secara rawak mudah ke atas 200 orang responden. Kajian dianalisis menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Science Social (SPSS) versi 17.0. Hasil kajian mendapati tahap pengetahuan rakyat Kelantan terhadap isu keganasan rumah tangga berada pada tahap yang tinggi iaitu nilai min= 3.82 dan sisihan piawai= 0.99. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa majoriti rakyat Kelantan mempunyai pengetahuan yang tinggi terhadap isu keganasan rumah tangga. Namun begitu, jumlah kes keganasan rumah tangga yang berlaku di Negeri Kelantan adalah agak tinggi. Justeru, sokongan dan dorongan daripada pelbagai pihak seperti rakan, keluarga dan pihak berwajib adalah perlu bagi mengurangkan masalah kes keganasan rumah tangga dalam masyarakat. Cases of disruptive behavior problems such as inattentiveness, bullying, violence, drug abuse, hitting other pupils, teasing others, yelling and complaining amongst pupils in public primary schools in Mathioya Sub-county are on the rise. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between peer counseling activities and pupils’ discipline in public primary schools. A sample size of 196 respondents were selected. The study established that there was significant relationship between peer counseling activities and pupils’ discipline at the p<0.05[r = 0.001, p = 0.001]. This indicates that, in public primary schools where teachers frequently engage in peer counseling activities, pupils manifest few cases of indiscipline. The implications of this finding are discussed.
