Abstract This research is aimed to prove whe of positive and significant influence from the teachers competence, job motivation teachers, job environment teachers, and principals leadership on the teachers performance of state vocational high school in Yogyakarta Special Region both partially and simultaneously. The population of this research were 169 teachers of state vocational high school productive program of turism group in Yogyakarta Special Region. The sample of this research were 118 teachers who represent each school proportionally. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire, which was used to measure teachers performance variable, teachers competence, job motivation teachers, job environment teachers, and principals leadership. The result of hypothesis test shows that: (1) the influence of the teacher’s competence on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (2) the influence of the job motivation on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (3) the influence the job environment on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (4) the influence of the principal’s leadership on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, and (5) the teacher’s competence, job motivation, job environment, and principal’s leadership in aggregate have positive and significant influence on the teacher’s performance of vocational high school productive program of turism group in Yogyakarta Special Region. This study. aims to reveal.the effect of the implementation of entrepreneurship learning and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness students. This type of research is associative descriptive. The study population is all students of class XII at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung. The sampling technique used was proportional to random sampling, and the technique obtained 75 students as samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the. Implementation of entrepreneurial learning has a significant influence on the readiness..of..entrepreneurial grade XII students at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung; (2) self-efficacy has a significant influence on entrepreneurial readiness of class XII students at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung; (3) the implementation of entrepreneurship learning and self-efficacy together have a significant effect of 63.2% on..the readiness..of entrepreneurship..in class XII..students..at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung.Keywords : entrepreneurship learning, self-efficacy, entrepreneurship readiness

The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of  learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of  learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of  learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05).   Keywords: intensity of learning, social capital, result of learning

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the teacher performance in vocational school. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used the Pearson product moment. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher compensation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school.

This research objective to find out the impact of motivation and compensation through teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil district. Collecting data technique used questionnaire and distributed to respondent. Sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Sample for every school are 3 teachers from each major. Totally sample 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used pearson product moment. Analisis technique to answer the research questions are inferential statistic multiple linier regression. Research results showed motivation and compensation have an impact through teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil District.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri dan SMK swasta di Kabupaten Lamongan sebagai badan pertimbangan, badan pendukung, badan pengontrol, dan badan penghubung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi sebanyak 61 SMK (enam SMK negeri dan 55 SMK swasta). Sampel sebanyak 42 SMK (empat SMK negeri dan 38 SMK swasta) ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pertimbangan, kemudian sebagai badan pendukung, dan sebagai badan penghubung, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. (2) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK swasta secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pendukung, kemudian sebagai badan penghubung, dan sebagai badan pertimbangan, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. THE ROLESOF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN LAMONGAN REGENCY, EAST JAVAAbstractThis study is aimedat investigating the roles of the school committee in the implementation of state vocational high schools (VHS) and private VHSs in Lamongan Regency, as anadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediator agency.This study isanevaluation. The population was 61 VHSs (six state VHSs and 55 private VHSs). A sample of 42 VHSs (four state VHSs and 48 private VHSs) was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis.The results show as follows. (1) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of state VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the advisory agency, then the role as the supporting agency, and the role as the mediator agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency. (2) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of private VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the supporting agency, then the role as the mediator agency, and the role as the advisory agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Komitmen Guru, Disiplin Kerja Guru, dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri yang berada di Kabupaten Sleman yang berjumlah 659 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan mengacu table Krejcie dan Morgan. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach’s. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan tingkat signifikansi ditentukan sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen guru terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (5) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kinerja kepemimpinan, komitmen guru, disiplin kerja guru dan budaya sekolah secara simultan terhadap  kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen, disiplin kerja, budaya sekolah, kinerja guru THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL’S LEADERSHIP, TEACHER’S COMMITMENT, TEACHER’S WORK DISCIPLINE, AND SCHOOL CULTURE ON VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER’S PERFORMANCEAbstractThis research is aimed to know the influence of  Principal’s Leadership, Teacher’s Commitment, Teacher’s Work Discipline, and School Culture on Teacher’s Performance in SMK Negeri in Sleman District. This research is a correlational design research that uses quantitative approach. Population in this research includes all teachers in SMK Negeri in Sleman District with a total of 659 persons. The sample measurement in this research applies random sampling technique by referring to Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument trial uses Alpha Cronbach’s validity test and reliability test. The method of analyzing the data uses analysis precondition test which covers normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis proposal uses regression analysis with significance level determined by 5%. The results of this research indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the principal's leadership on teacher performance; (2) there is a positive and significant influence on teacher's commitment to teacher performance; (3) there is a positive and significant influence from teacher discipline on teacher performance as much; (4) there is a positive and significant influence on school culture on teacher performance; (5) there is a positive and significant influence on leadership performance, teacher commitment, teacher work discipline and school culture simultaneously on teacher performanceKeywords: principal’s leadership, commitment, teacher’s work discipline, school culture, teacher’s performance

This is a quantitative research which is done to the twelfth class of Accounting competence program of Ten State Vocational High School Surabaya. This research aims at finding out the influence of ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching and Student’s Learning Achievement to the Student’s Profession Ethical Perception of the twelfth class students of Accounting Competence Program Department of Surabaya Ten State Vocational High School.The sample is taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The amount of sample is 89 out of 114 students of the twelfth class of Accounting competence program department of Surabaya Ten State Vocational High School students.The Research Instrument Test is done first before taking the data. It covers the validity test and the reliability one. The method of collecting data is documentation and questionnaire. Analysis Prerequisite Test which is done is normality test, multicolonirity test, and heterocedasticity test. The analysis done in this research is doubled linear regression one. The result of the research shows that there is  positive and significant influence of ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching to the student’s profession ethical perception. This is shown by t-count  as many as 5.133 with the significant score of 0.000 under the determined significant score standard of 0.05. While student’s learning achievement does not influence significantly to the student’s profession ethical perception. This is shown by t-count as many as 0.765 with the significant score of 0.446 above the determined significant standard as many as 0.05. However, there is positive influence simultaneously of the ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching and the student’s profession ethical perception.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of competence and motivation to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung. The research method was used by Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using Slovin formula which further in sampling with simple random sampling method. This can be done because the characteristics of respondents in this research was homogeneous, that is the employees of PT. Mutiara Agung. Based on the results of this research, there is a significant influence between competence and motivation variables to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung, with using F test, where F count is bigger than F table (38,365> 3,214). Conclusion: There is significant influence which is explained by result from R square is 0,641 which mean that competence and motivation variable give contribution equal to 64,1% to employee performance variable, while the rest equal to 35,9% was donated by other variable which not examined. Suggestions that the authors convey to the company is the competence contained in the company should still be improved and the leader provides motivation to employees such as with rewards on employees' achievment.

This article aimed to determine the implementation of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. The research method used Expalanatory Survey method with data collection technique used questionnaire. Respondents are 80 students grade eleventh from Office Administration major of a vocational high school in Lembang, selected by used sampling technique. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the research revealed that: (1) the classroom management is in the quite effective category, (2) the students' learning discipline is in the moderate category, and (3) there is a significant influence of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. Therefore, students’ learning discipline can be improved through increased classroom management by teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dan disiplin belajar siswa serta ada tidaknya pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada sebuah SMK di Lembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ekspalanatory Survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Respondennya berjumlah 80 orang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) manajemen kelas berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, artinya disiplin belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh antara pendekatan latihan teknis dan taktis dengan ketepatan shooting; (2) mengetahui pengaruh antara kemampuan motorik koordinasi mata dan tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting; (3) mengetahui interaksi pengaruh antara pendekatan latihan dan koordinasi mata dan tangan dengan ketepatan shooting. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan 2x2. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMP Negeri 1 Sumpiuh dan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sumpiuh yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola basket. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dua jalur (ANOVA two-way). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan pendekatan teknis, dan taktis mempengaruhi ketepatan shooting dalam permainan bola basket; (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan kemampuan motorik koordinasi mata dan tangan dengan ketepatan shooting dalam permainan bola basket; (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara pendekatan latihan dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan shooting dalam permainan bola basket. The influence of training approach and eyes-and-hands coordination on shooting accuracy in the participant’s basket extracurricular activity AbstractThe study was conducted in order to: (1) identify the influence of technical and tactical practice on shooting accuracy; (2) identify the influence of motoric capacity within the eyes-and-hands coordination on shooting accuracy; and (3) identify the influence of training approach and eyes-and-hands coordination on shooting accuracy. The study was a 2x2 experiment and the subjects in the study were the students of Negeri 1 Sumpiuh State Junior High School who attended the basketball extracurricular activity. The samples in the selected by means of purposive random sampling technique with total number of respondents 20 people. In gathering the data, a measurement test was administered among the students and the data were analysed by using two-way ANOVA. The results of the study show that: (1) the technical and tactical practice has significant influence on shooting accuracy within the basketball game; (2) the motoric capacity within the eyes-and-hands coordination has significant influence on shooting accuracy within the basketball game; and (3) the eyes-and-hands training and coordination approach has significant influence on shooting accuracy within the basketball game.
