AbstrakPenelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang peranan dan kontribusi Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah dalam upaya mengembangkan nilai- nilai karakter masyarakat yang ada di Desa Penatarsewu. Dimana dalam penelitian ini melibatkan ortom Pemuda Muhammadiyah, Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, dan Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah sebagai subyek penelitian.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dengan narasumber, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam hal pembuktian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi teknik dan sumber.Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Peran Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah dalam mengembangkan karakter masyarakat di Desa Penatarsewu, dilakukan dengan mengadakan beberapa kegiatan yang dapat melibatkan masyarakat. 2.)Nilai- nilai karakter yang lebih di terapkan adalah hampir seluruh 18 nilai karakter itu dapat tercapai terutama dalam nilai karakter religius sedangkan nilai nilai karakter yang berhubungan dengan revitalisasi gerakan yang ada di Muhammadiyah AMM lebih banyak menerapkan dalam hal teologi, organisasi, aksi, kepemimpinan dan Amal Usaha. 3)Manfaat yang di rasakan oleh masyarakat adalah mereka merasa dengan adanya perubahan kepada masyarakat terutama para remaja yang bersifat positif, karena sebagaian besar telah memenuhi harapan masyarakat untuk membentuk pemuda-pemudi dengan kepribadian yang baik dan masih berpegang teguh dengan nilai nilai positif yang masih dikembangkan di masyarakat.  AbstractThis research describes about the role and contribution of the Muhammadiyah Young Generationin to develop the values of community character that exist in the village of Penatarsewu. in this research involving ortomPemudaMuhammadiyah, NasyiatulAisyiyah, and Muhammadiyah Student Association as research subject.This research is descriptive qualitative, and data collection in this study using interview methods with resource, observation and documentationWhile in the case of data wetness proof using technique trianggulasi technique and trianggulasisource.The results obtained in this study are:1) the role of the Muhammadiyah Young Generation in developing the character of the community in Penatarsewu Village, by conducting several activities that can involve the community.2) More characteristic values are applied, almost all of the 18 character values can be achieved, especially in the value of the religious character, while the values of the characters associated with the revitalization of the movement in Muhammadiyah AMM apply more in theology, organization, action, leadership and charity Business.3) Benefits felt by the community is that they feel with the changes to the community, especially the teenagers who are positive, because most have met the expectations of the community to form young people with a good personality and still stick with the value of positive values that are still developed in society.

This study aims to find out how to carry out routine recitation, how to plan teenage recitation, and how the role of adolescents in efforts to shape Islamic character in Ngreco Village, Tegalombo District, Pacitan Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, and data collection techniques in this study through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the implementation of teenage study in the village of Ngreco Tegalombo Pacitan, in planning is different from formal schools in general. The process of implementing teenage recitation in the village of Ngreco Tegalombo Pacitan, in outline through several steps, namely: 1) The method used in character education is the method of memorizing and understanding verses of the Qur'an, Muhadloroh and stories. 2) The implementation technique is one week once, Sunday night Monday. 3) Teenage teaching materials, namely the Qur'an and religious material in general. Teenage study in Ngreco Village has a central role in the lives of adolescents in the community. The role includes the improvement of several aspects, teenage studies conducted by adolescents become a place of friendship that fosters the fertility of Islam. It is also a medium for conveying ideas that are beneficial to the Islamic character of adolescents. The results of the formation of Islamic character through teenage recitation in the village of Ngreco, Tegalombo Pacitan are first in terms of reading the Qur'an, second in terms of preaching, third in terms of worship and behavior.

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected all social structures of life, from denominations, socio-culture, tourism and even education. In this condition, almost all activities are carried out from home, including school from home, where at the tertiary level there is one course that must be done directly in the community, namely KKN. Then the solution is online KKN. The program implemented is data collection on various matters related to Covid-19 and education on the prevention of Covid-19. The approach is carried out through social media, namely Whatsapp to the local government to collect data and social media Facebook or Youtube for the publication of activities for making Covid-19 prevention media in the form of posters, infographics and videos. Involving several partners, namely Madrasah Teachers for the socialization of PPE in the form of masks and MTs Teachers for making learning videos. Another program is the creation of an application containing Covid-19 explanations for elementary school students named CO.AP (Covid Application).

The people who live in Anggrasmanis village, consist of various kinds of religions. There are Islam, Christian, and Hinduism. The tolerance between religious communities in Anggrasmanis village was maintained even though it was often tinged with tension and suspicion. This encourages religious figure to build communication. This study aims to describe how the pattern of communication inter-religious figures in Anggrasmanis village, so attitude of tolerance is born. The type of research used  is a qualitative description method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers’ finding communication patterns of religious figures in Anggrasmanis village are linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns that occur in direct conversation between religious figures and direct feedback. The role of religious figures to building tolerance at Anggrasmanis village is by participating in activities at the village such as religious holidays.

ABSTRACT   The objective of thisresearch is to find out about the operational requirements of a Daycare Center (TPA) in order to help the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga getting its operational permit. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of the study are the TPA Bright Minds Management and the Caregivers. Data is collected using observations, documentations, and deep interview methods. The collected data isanalyzed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that there are two main categories of operational requirements, i.e. adminstrative and technical requirements. The administrative requirements include submision of  TPA founder identity, certificate of domicile from the local headman, structure and detailed role of each of the Board members. The technical requirements are legal and valid documents of ownership/leasing rights of the land and buildings, estimated operational costs of the TPA, plan of TPA implementation standards, and some other additional documents. Thus, based on study's results, it is to suggest that the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga, should immediately strategize an application of its operational permit to the authorities.

Color in human life has a very important role. With color, humans can identify something that appears in front of them. There is a strong relationship between color and one’s emotions that can even cause a feeling that is unique to a person. Karo bridal jewelry uses gold as a whole, from bracelets, necklaces to earrings worn by the bride and groom. This study focuses on the role of gold in Karo bridal jewelry in influencing the perception of the bride and groom in living a new household. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the perception of the gold color in the Karo people, especially the bride and groom, had a very deep meaning, namely the value of responsibility, the value of hard work, the value of honesty and the value of prosperity expected in domestic life. The perception of value that arises from the gold color of jewelry reflects that both the bride and the extended family must be able to become role models who have luxurious and effective symbols such as gold.ABSTRAK Warna di dalam kehidupan manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting. Dengan warna manusia dapat mengidentifikasi sesuatu yang tampak dihadapannya. Terdapat keterkaitan kuat antara warna dengan emosi seseorang yang bahkan dapat menimbulkan suatu perasaan yang khas dari diri seseorang. Perhiasan pengantin Karo menggunakan warna emas secara keseluruhan mulai dari gelang, kalung sampai dengan anting yang dikenakan oleh kedua pengantin. Penelitian ini memfokuskan peran warna emas pada perhiasan pengantin Karo dalam mempengaruhi persepsi pengantin dalam menjalani rumah tangga yang baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi warna emas pada masyarakar Karo khususnya kedua pengantin memiliki arti yang sangat dalam yaitu nilai tanggung jawab, nilai kerja keras, nilai kejujuran serta nilai kemakmuran yang diharapkan dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Persepsi nilai yang timbul dari warna emas perhiasan mencerminkan kedua pengantin dan keluarga besar harus mampu menjadi panutan yang memiliki simbol mewah dan tepat guna seperti emas. Kata Kunci : Emas; Perhiasan; Pengantin Karo

The Role of Tourism Office Batu City and Punten Village Government in tourism empowerment is very influential to the progress of Apple Picking Tour which is located in Punten Village, Batu City. This research aims to describe the role of Culture and Tourism Office also The Village Government in manifestation and implementation the mechanism of the tourism maximally. The research uses qualitative method with data collection techniques through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done in several stages, including data eduction, data presentation and taking the conclusion. The results show that the role of Culture and Tourism Office and Village Government in empowering An Apple Picking Tour was carried through collaboration and give encouragement to the society, to establish the Group of Tourism Consciousness/Kelompok Sadar Wisata, and Joint Farmer group/Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Pokdarwis & Gapoktan), having coordination among the Culture and Tourism Office, Village Government and community, and also to have a Development Plan Deliberation (Musrenbang) in a village level. Peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu dan Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam pemberdayaan wisata sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan wisata petik apel yang ada di Desa Punten, Kota Batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu serta Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam memajukan pariwisata secara maksimal, terutama wisata petik apel yang ada di Desa Punten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, diantaranya reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu serta Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam mengembangkan wisata petik apel dilakukan melalui kerjasama dan memberikan dorongan kepada masyarakat dengan membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata dan Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Pokdarwis & Gapoktan), melakukan koordinasi antara Dinas Pariwisata, Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat, serta mendorong adanya musrembang di tingkat desa.

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of legal role of the Village consultative Agency (BPD) in the development of the village according to UU.No. 6 year 2014 about village (Kahianga Village study) and to find out the factors that inhibit the role of the Village consultative Agency (BPD) in development in the village Kahianga East Tomia District. The data collection techniques used more on observation, a dandokumentation interview. The conclusion of this research is the effectiveness of legal role of the village consultative body (bpd) Kahianga in the case that legislation does not go as it should, proved in the absence of the rules that are issued, in the meantime in the case of the function budgeting bpd goes well, proved by always involved in the budget discussion meetings that are done with the principle of transparency and supervision function bpd also goes well seen with the active bpd in surveillance of the village's income and expenditure budget and factors that become constraints BPD Kahianga in the development of the village namely the community participation Kahianga Village to the development program is still relatively low, the level of education is relatively low is a BPD inhibitors communicate well and able to analyze the aspirations or what the next community is in coordinate with the village government and the pattern of parallel relations between the BPD and the village head in the village government , it turns out that in the implementation is colored by the practices of working relationships that are less harmonious and leads to the occurrence of conflicts and shows the tendency to dominate the village chief of the BPD.

The role of humanism and national values are important in the contemporary policy of Uzbekistan. This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

Mobile phones have become commonplace everyday objects in almost all societies regardless of their development stage. The presence of these devices has become a constant on any latitude, as shown by the penetration rate figures for 2018: 65.9%. These numbers, already surprising on their own, reach even higher values among young people. Thus, this paper studies the use of mobile phones, in particular smartphones, by young Portuguese and Brazilian university students. For this purpose, an app that registered all the uses made by the youngsters in their mobile devices, was employed. This methodology allows data collection in a daily context without the participants feeling controlled. A total of 317,938 interactions, registered in the participants devices, shows that the main use given to these devices is as a platform for access to social networks, followed by the sending of messages and the variable “second uses” of the device (watch, calendar, camera, calendar and calculator). Although this is a study in progress, at this stage it is safe to state that the data confirm previous studies (FORTUNATI; TAIPALE, 2014) in which smartphones assert themselves as a verbal written communication platform in opposition to their genesis based on orality.***Telefones celulares no cotidiano dos jovens: um estudo de caso com estudantes portugueses e brasileiros***Os telefones celulares se tornaram objetos comuns do dia-a-dia em quase todas as sociedades, independentemente do estágio de desenvolvimento. A presença desses dispositivos tornou-se constante em qualquer latitude, como mostra o índice de penetração em 2018: 65,9%. Esses números, já surpreendentes por si só, atingem valores ainda mais altos entre os jovens. Assim, este artigo estuda o uso de telefones celulares, em particular smartphones, por jovens estudantes universitários portugueses e brasileiros. Para isso, foi desenvolvido um aplicativo que registrava todos os usos feitos pelos jovens em seus dispositivos móveis. Essa metodologia permite a coleta de dados em um contexto diário sem que os participantes se sintam controlados. Um total de 317.938 interações, registradas nos dispositivos participantes, mostra que o principal uso dado a esses dispositivos é como plataforma de acesso às redes sociais, seguido pelo envio demensagens e pela variável “segundos usos” do dispositivo (observe, calendário, câmera, calendário e calculadora). Embora este seja um estudo em andamento, é possível afirmar que os dados confirmam estudos anteriores (FORTUNATI; TAIPALE, 2014) em que os smartphones se afirmam como uma plataforma de comunicação verbal escrita em oposição à sua gênese baseada na oralidade.Palavras-chave: Estudos de Mídia.
