Election is a series of activities in voting. In this regard, the election is regulated in law no. 7 of 2017 here, it  is  explained that how the  participation of  the  connection community in  the  context of participating in the 2019 election process is related to the tittle of thesis described above, so the following problem formulation can be made: 1. How electoral system according to law 7 of 2017? 2. How is the implementation of the election in the connection village? In addition, this type of empirical research, where what is meant by empirical research is research by directly jumping into a research location located in a connecting village. With the results of this study say that as for the stages in the participation of the people in the connection village in the electoral process it can be classified into 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Hence in this regard it is said that the phase of people’s involvement in the ubung village election was very enthusiastic because almost 49.41% of the ubung kelurahan registered and the election list still came to the polls to exercise their voting rights.

East Lombok Regency has great potential in agriculture. One of them is Mamben Baru Village, Wanasaba District in the plantation sector Banana is one of the most abundant plantation commodities, especially when the main harvest time arrives, namely from April to May. However, the problem that arises is that the people of Mamben Baru Village are not yet skilled at processing bananas into high economic value products. So that the aim of this program is to provide training in making banana-based preparations. The stages in this empowerment activity start from the preparation stage, the activity implementation stage and the product evaluation stage. The results obtained in this empowerment activity arethe creation of processed products that can help the people of Mamben Baru Village in developing processed banana products into cookies and banana chips so that they can increase community income. So that the formation of people who are skilled in processing bananas into processed products that have their own uniqueness with the flavors offered so that they have more selling power. This empowerment program provides benefits that can improve the skills of the Wanasaba Village community.

Problems that often arise in the family/ household are quite complex. One of them is economic problems or financial problems, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic requiring careful financial management by making a priority scale where prioritizing expenditures based on needs compared to spending based on desires in order to avoid debt and receivables. The method in implementing PKM is carried out in three stages, namely 1) The preparation stage includes community situation analysis, identification of problems, determining PKM work objectives, determining the theme and schedule for PKM implementation, division of PKM tasks, 2) Implementation stage including presentation of material delivery with the lecture method, question and answer session, mentoring session for making financial management to participants, 3) Evaluation stage. This PKM activity was carried out by implementing the Covid-19 Health protocol which was attended by 20 participants, which were dominated by women who were married or had families. The goal is that these housewives are able to record every income and are able to track daily expenses that have been issued in one month by way of prioritizing financial management. The conclusion from this PKM was that the 20 participants who attended had never done financial management, not because they were unable or unwilling but there had never been any socialization about financial management and the lack of basic knowledge about financial management so that economic problems in finance were always repeated. Therefore, PKM activities regarding financial management are still very important to be carried out with the main target being women / housewives as literacy efforts in financial management so that they are able to distinguish between productive expenditures and consumptive expenditures as financial managers in the family.

The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge about the importance of digital marketing in the era of industry 4.0, as well as provide direct training on making videos as a medium for promotion. The object of the service activity is the entire Management of Omah Smart Farmers Tourism Object (OPP) Kandri Tourism Village and Tourism Awareness Group Managers (Pokdarwis) Semarang City. Service activities are carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation monitoring stage. The results of the service activities consist of the preparation stage in the form of coordination with the Head of the Kandri Tourism Village to find out the problems that exist in the Kandri Tourism Village. The service activity was considered successful, as evidenced by the implementation stage of all participants who were targeted to attend and were very enthusiastic in asking questions during the training. Many participants asked for advice in determining the right material to promote, and various tricks to get interesting promotional media. At the monitoring stage, the service team communicates through social media to find out the development of service activities. Student learning assistance by utilizing secondhand goods aims to increase students' interest and creativity. This community service activity is carried out in several stages including: the preparation stage consisting of observation, interview to parents, delivery of strategies, and material bribery; the implementation stage consisting of socialization of the implementation of activities begins with the approach and mentoring of students; evaluation stage of the assessment of activities that have been carried out. The results of the activities that have been achieved are student learning assistance in preventing the transmission of corona virus, utilizing secondhand goods as a place to wash hands, utilization of used goods as handicrafts, and mentoring students in utilizing secondhand goods as a learning medium.

Karangpranti Village is a village located in Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency. The local advantage of the Karangpranti village is that there are several superior MSMEs that seek to empower the surrounding residents to build and help improve the economy of the surrounding residents. One of the MSMEs that is quite helpful in providing employment in the Karangpranti village is Abon Hj. Sun. However, the development of MSME Abon Hj. Sun is constrained by the lack of capital and public knowledge about the empowerment of its citizens. So that solutions can be done to overcome existing obstacles, for example, Students hold a Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Socialization, Expanding production land, Assistance for capital submission. The method used is the preparation stage includes a survey or observation, evaluation of problems and preparation, then the implementation phase which includes approaches to the community and MSME socialization, then the evaluation stage is carried out to see the success rate of activities starting from the beginning, the process, to the achievement of the results of activities . If the productivity of MSME Abon Hj. Sun is increasingly being developed so that efforts to empower residents around Karangpranti village will be increasingly realized, so that the welfare of the people can be increasingly created. ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mensosialisasikan inovasi teknologi navigasi dalam  bidang  maritim melalui virtual outing untuk anak-anak Jogjakarta Montessori School Elementary Program. Peserta yang  dilibatkan dalam  kegiatan pengabdian  ini  yaitu  Guru-guru SD dan anak-anak kelas 4,5 dan 6. Rangkaian kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan yaitu: Tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaaan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi  persiapan alat-alat navigasi yang dimiliki oleh Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta dan pembuatan materi.  Tahap  pelaksanaan meliputi pembukaan, pemaparan materi dan penjelasan alat-alat navigasi di laboratorium simulator, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab peserta yang hadir. Pada tahap evaluasi, peserta mengisi kuesioner melalui google form, hasil kuesioner yaitu  meliputi: aspek  presentasi  yang  disampaikan  pemateri  memiliki  nilai  kepuasan sebesar 76.27%,  aspek  atensi  yang disampaikan  oleh  pemateri terhadap pengenalan alat-alat navigasi mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 83.05%,  aspek  motivasi tanya jawab mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 88.14%,  rata-rata semua aspek mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 82.48 % Kata kunci: teknologi; navigasi; maritim; virtual outing. ABSTRACTThis community service aims to introduce and socialize navigation technology innovations in the maritime field through virtual outings for the children of the Elementary Program in the Yogyakarta Montessori School. The participants involved in this service activity are elementary school teachers and children class 4,5 and 6. This series of activities includes 3 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The preparation stage completes the preparation of navigation tools owned by the Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta and the manufacture of materials. The implementation stage of the opening, the presentation of the material and navigational tools was followed by discussion and question and answer from the participants present. At the evaluation stage, participants filled out a questionnaire through the google form, the results of the questionnaire include: aspects of the presentation delivered by the speaker have a satisfaction value of 76.27%, aspects of attention submitted by speakers to the introduction of navigation tools have a satisfaction value of 83.05%, aspects of question and answer motivation have a satisfaction value of 88.14%, on average all aspects have a satisfaction value of 82.48 %. Keywords: technology; navigation; maritime; virtual outing

ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan dan mengaplikasikan inovasi teknologi dalam bidang pertanian, yaitu alat deteksi kesuburan tanah. Peserta yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu perwakilan aparat desa, petani dan para pemuda Karang Taruna. Rangkaian kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan yaitu: Tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaaan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi perizinan dan persiapan peserta serta persiapan pemateri. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi  pembukaan, pemaparan mengenai alat deteksi kesuburan tanah dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab peserta yang hadir, kemudian mempraktekan cara menggunakan alat deteksi tersebut, serah terima benih beserta tanaman dan alat deteksi untuk dimanfaatkan dan diaplikasikan dimasyarakat. Pada tahap evaluasi, peserta mengisi kuesioner yang telah disediakan, hasil kuesioner yaitu meliputi: aspek presentasi yang disampaikan pemateri memiliki nilai 73%, aspek atensi yang disampaikan oleh pemateri bernilai 76%, aspek komprehensif bernilai 86%, dan aspek hasil dengan nilai 84%. Serta aspek kognitif bernilai 80%, aspek afektif 87% dan aspek konatif 84%. Maka rata-rata semua aspek yaitu bernilai 82%. Kata kunci: pertanian; kesuburan tanah. ABSTRACTCommunity service aims to socialize and apply technological innovations in agriculture, that is a soil fertility detection tool. Participants involved in this service activity were representatives of village officials, farmers and youth from the Youth Organization. This series of activities includes 3 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The preparation stage includes licensing and preparation of participants as well as the preparation of the presenters. The implementation stage includes opening, explaining about soil fertility detection tools, followed by discussion and questions and answers from the participants who attended. Then practice how to use the detection tool, hand over the seeds and plants and the detection tool to be used and applied in the community.  For activity evaluation materials, the results obtained from the questionnaires that have been filled in by the activity participants are: the presentation aspect explained by the speaker has a value of 73%. the attention aspect is delivered by the speaker was 76%. comprehensive aspect  has a value 86%, and the results aspect with a value of 84%. And the cognitive aspect has a value of 80%. 87% affective aspects and 84% conative aspects. Then the average of all aspects is worth 82%. Keywords: agriculture; soil fertility.

The aim of this community service is to provide education and outreach in understanding the dangers, prevention, transmission, and how to break the chain of the spread of covid-19. The method used in this community service is in the form of education and socialization of a clean and healthy lifestyle to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 with three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The targets of the implementation of this community service activity are residents of Bara Hamlet RT 01, RW 03, Namlea Village, Namlea District, Buru Regency. The result of this community service activity is that residents gain knowledge through the education and socialization stages in the form of distributing pamphlets, free masks, and making hand washing stations.

Student activities in the e-learning system need to be monitored regularly by lecturers to observe their learning achievements. The monitoring process carried out is monitoring student attendance, collecting assignments, and taking quizzes. This will be a burden if it is done regularly, especially if the lecturer teaches many subjects. Robotic process automation (RPA) is a technology that uses software agents (bots) to imitate human work processes to be automated. The objectives of this research are (1) applying RPA technology as bots that can monitor student activity on the e-learning system (Moodle), and (2) measuring the time efficiency of RPA bots in processing their work. The research stages are divided into three, namely: the preparation stage, the RPA implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The preparation stage is carried out to define the problem to be handled, the RPA implementation stage to develop bots using the UiPath platform, and the evaluation stage to compare the efficiency of work time between bots and manually (by humans). The RPA bot was developed on four work focuses, namely (1) attendance monitoring, (2) task collection monitoring, (3) quiz processing monitoring, and (4) email delivery automation. Efficiency testing was carried out on four test scenarios (FR1, FR2, FR3, FR4), where FR2 had the highest percentage of work time efficiency at 754%, and the lowest was in FR1 with a percentage of 165%, with an overall average efficiency percentage of 444%. Thus, through RPA technology, monitoring work becomes faster and saves effort.

Art in the Hindu perspective in Bali have a very basic position, because it can not be separated from the Hindu community relegius. Ceremony in pretending (holy place) also can not be separated off from the arts such as singing, dancing, musical, painting, art, and literature. Temples, temples and the others are built in such a way as an expression of aesthetics, ethics, and attitudes of the people relegius Hindus in Bali. Pragina or dancers in a spirit of selfless ngayah or work offered various forms of art as a form of devotion presented to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa (God Almighty). In it there is a sense of devotion and dedication as a form of longing wanted to meet with the source of art itself and the artist wanted to be one with it because the real art of every human being in this world is the spark of art.. The research method used in this research is the Study of Literature. Literature study is research conducted by collecting information from various sources such as books, theses, theses, journals and others to answer and describe the problem formulation in a study. The purpose of this study is to study the Sacred and Secular Arts in Problems in Religious Social Life: The Perspective of Yadnya Hindus in Bali.
