Karangpranti Village is a village located in Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency. The local advantage of the Karangpranti village is that there are several superior MSMEs that seek to empower the surrounding residents to build and help improve the economy of the surrounding residents. One of the MSMEs that is quite helpful in providing employment in the Karangpranti village is Abon Hj. Sun. However, the development of MSME Abon Hj. Sun is constrained by the lack of capital and public knowledge about the empowerment of its citizens. So that solutions can be done to overcome existing obstacles, for example, Students hold a Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Socialization, Expanding production land, Assistance for capital submission. The method used is the preparation stage includes a survey or observation, evaluation of problems and preparation, then the implementation phase which includes approaches to the community and MSME socialization, then the evaluation stage is carried out to see the success rate of activities starting from the beginning, the process, to the achievement of the results of activities . If the productivity of MSME Abon Hj. Sun is increasingly being developed so that efforts to empower residents around Karangpranti village will be increasingly realized, so that the welfare of the people can be increasingly created. East Lombok Regency has great potential in agriculture. One of them is Mamben Baru Village, Wanasaba District in the plantation sector Banana is one of the most abundant plantation commodities, especially when the main harvest time arrives, namely from April to May. However, the problem that arises is that the people of Mamben Baru Village are not yet skilled at processing bananas into high economic value products. So that the aim of this program is to provide training in making banana-based preparations. The stages in this empowerment activity start from the preparation stage, the activity implementation stage and the product evaluation stage. The results obtained in this empowerment activity arethe creation of processed products that can help the people of Mamben Baru Village in developing processed banana products into cookies and banana chips so that they can increase community income. So that the formation of people who are skilled in processing bananas into processed products that have their own uniqueness with the flavors offered so that they have more selling power. This empowerment program provides benefits that can improve the skills of the Wanasaba Village community.

The importance of community empowerment and assistance in improving the quality of Human Resources, including infrastructure facilities to support business activities. MSMEs are a great opportunity to develop businesses, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic where there are many layoffs or a decrease in labor wages. Creative ideas, as well as expertise and skill, are very important in developing MSMEs. Chips are very practical because they are dry so they are more durable and easy to serve anytime. Chips are one type of snack product that is widely consumed and favored by the community so that it becomes a great opportunity in developing a taro chips business, one of which has great potential in earning income and improving the welfare of the people of Tambakan village, Blitar Regency. Through legality assistance activities, it is hoped that the community can start processing Home Industry Food Production Permits (PIRT). The legality of taro chips SMEs business actors can certainly increase their productivity because consumers feel safe with the products they consume so that it fosters consumer confidence which in turn can increase consumer purchasing power and is expected to be marketed outside the region. The taro chips product developed by partners that were previously only marketed in local villages with permits and existing brands is expected to continue to grow and increase the income of the local village community

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The implementation of the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative manufacture in Rembang. 2) The role of the Notary as the maker of the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Enterprises. 3) Barriers and solutions in the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Development in Rembang.The approach method in this research is juridical empirical, data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study, performed data analysis by descriptive analytic.Results of the research results can be concluded: 1) Implementation of Creation Deed of Establishment of Cooperative in Rembang which starts with the preparation stage of formation, preparation stage meetings of formation, stage meetings of formation, stage request for approval rights of legal entities cooperatives, and the stage of issuance of the deed pendiiran and 2) As the role of Notary Deed of establishment of cooperative enterprises in Rembang is as maker deed of cooperative efforts. Notaries have the right authority / legal standing in a deed of incorporation of cooperatives. 3). Obstacles and solutions in the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Development in Rembang of the cooperative is a member of the cooperative awareness level is still low, less managerial capacity, and limited capital resources. Barriers of Notary Public Notary is still much limited knowledge of Notary Deed Official Cooperation (PPAK) and the low interest of the Notary Deed Cooperative (NPAK) in Rembang district were registered for the Legal Entity Administration System Cooperative (SISMINBHKOP). Peningkatan Manajemen Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Kursi Bambu merupakan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) sekaligus menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini. Berdasarkan survey dan anailisis, maka dapat diidentifikasi permasalahan sebagai berikut: 1) kurangnya pemahaman terhadap ilmu manajemen bisnis baik secara pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan belum memiliki perencanaan strategic dalam mengembangkan bisnis; 2) terbatasnya pemasaran kursi bambu yang selama ini dilakukan secara konvensional; 3) minimnya kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menguasai pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk menyebarluaskan produk kursi bambu; 4) masyarakat memiliki keterbatasan dalam permodalan sehingga mengalami kesulitan untuk mengembangkan bisnis kursi bambu yang bervariasi, dan inovasi yang menarik sehingga mampu bersaing dan peningkatan pendapatan pengrajin; 5) terbatasnya alat membuat kerajinan bambu yang dimiliki  oleh kelompok  pengrajin   bambu tradisional; dan, 6) modal kelompok pengrajin bambu masih sangat kecil, pada umumnya perusahaan tersebut masih milik perorangan sehingga kekuatan modal sangat tergantung dari kondisi finansial keuangan pribadi.  Metode yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu: 1)tahap persiapan; 2) tahap pelaksanan; 3) monitoring; dan 4) evaluasi. Hasil dari PKM ini, UMKM mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai manajemen UMKM yang meliputi pelatihan peluang bisnis, SDM, dan manajemen pemasaran.Kata kunci: bambu, digital marketing, kursi, manajemenImprovement of Management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) of the Bamboo Chair in Ciranjang VillageABSTRACTIncreasing Business Management Micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM) of Kursi Bambu is an activity of devotion to the community “Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat” PKM at once as an aim from this PKM activities. Based on Survey and analysis, it can be identified problems as follows: 1) lack of understanding to the business management either in human resources management and do not have strategic planning in developing business; 2) the limited marketing of Kursi Bambu is during this is  conventional; 3) the lack of UMKM doers skill in holding digital marketing utilization to overspread Kursi Bambu products; 4) the people have the limited in the capital so that find it difficult to develop the business are varied of Kursi Bambu; 5) the limited of bamboo craft maker is shared by a group of a traditional bamboo craftsman; 6) we got group capital of bamboo craftsman was very small, in general, the company is still owned by an individual capital so power depends on personal finances. The method in this devotion was done in several phases, 1) preparation phase; 2) actuating phase; 3) monitor phase; 5) evaluation. The study aims to design an online marketplace to provide solutions to problems faced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the difficulty to market their products online. One of the problems faced by SMEs is difficult to market their products online. One of the solutions that we provide is by designing an online marketplace to solve marketing problems effectively. We found that SMEs have attempted to market their products through social media such as facebook, twitter and others. In addition, some SMEs also have a website and advertise their products through online advertising. However, many of those who did not know how to market products online in order to increase sales. We designed an online marketplace for SMEs based on the concept of e-commerce to resolve the problems faced by SMEs, the effective marketing. The online market design is made taking into account the needs of SMEs as well as customer needs. Therefore, this study was conducted to SMEs in Malang, East Java, Indonesia  and the people who often make purchases online.With the existence of the online market, SMEs can increase sales lead to increased profits for SMEs.Keyword: Online market, E-Commerce, Maketing

The Impact

The Covid-19 pandemic not only has an impact on the health aspect of the community, but also has an impact on the declining level of the economy and community welfare. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pasuruan City, since the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, poverty in Pasuruan City has increased by 0.20 percentage points. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy of the community in Pasuruan City, as well as solutions or policies that can be implemented by the Pasuruan City Government. The method used in this research is normative legal research using the approach of applying the law, conceptual, and case. The results of the study show that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on various sectors, one of which is the economy of the people of Pasuruan City. So that the situation and conditions need responsive efforts from the Regional Government of Pasuruan City in where the steps from the demand side themselves, could be in the form of (1) tax incentives, loan interest subsidies, and credit restructuring to the firms (including micro, small, and medium enterprises) to jumpstart their activities; (2) employment and income provision for the furloughed (unpaid leave) workers to make sure that the workers have a decent livelihood and to prevent them from falling into poverty; and (3) inclusive protection for the workers, both in terms of social protection and employment agreement. As for the supply side, efforts can be made by (1) increasing access to secondary and tertiary education; (2) enhance the quality of education; and (3) provide training and education for workers and everyone over the lifecycle. So that through this idea it is hoped that it can be a solution for the economic recovery of the community in Pasuruan City due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

The relevance of the research: small and medium-sized businesses play an important role in raising the level of employment of the population, reducing social tension, ensuring a competitive environment, economic stability and innovation growth, creating preconditions for the formation of the middle class. It is one of the most important signs of a market economy and a basis for increasing socio-economic development of the country. Taking into account the complex economic and political situation in Ukraine, there is a need to investigate the current state of small and medium enterprises, territorial entrepreneurial potential in the conditions of deteriorating macroeconomic conditions that will allow them to find out the directions of their development and identify ways to improve their entrepreneurial activity.Hypothesis of the scientific research: it is assumed that the importance of internal factors, defining the state of entrepreneurial potential of territorially localized formations, increases on the phases of crisis and depression of the medium-term economic cycle. At the same time, the importance of external factors increases on the phases of activity and recovery.The aim of the research is to reveal the key elements of entrepreneurial potential, which defines positive dynamics of business activity and efficiency indicators; to suggest the theoretical and methodical approach to the maintenance of methods of state regulation of entrepreneurial potential of territorially localized formations.The methods of the research: it was proved by means of correlation analysis, that the most significant elements of entrepreneurial potential in terms of ensuring positive dynamics of business activity and efficiency indicators are the following: the consumer value creation, the dynamics of the macroeconomic environment, the business competition level and the quality of entrepreneurial thinking.The results of the research: theoretical and methodical approach to the matter of state regulation of entrepreneurial potential of territorially localized formations is suggested; the methodical approach to the efficiency evaluation of measures of state regulation of entrepreneurial potential of territorially localized formations is developed.Conclusions: it is proved that the efficiency of state regulation measures of entrepreneurial activity is defined by completeness of accounting of features of entrepreneurial potential of separate territorially localized formations and their compliance to the implementation phase of entrepreneurial potential.

The government took many initiatives for this sector but still problems persist. The Impact

Lampung City is a city that has abundant pineapple yields. However, most fruits that did not meet the standards, such as fruit that fell from the tree or known as pineapple rejected. Fruits that do not meet the sales standard have a very low economic value and are only thrown into waste. This study aims to increase the economic value of this pineapple with the intention of becoming a substrate of nata de pina. Pineapple has a fairly high content and is approved as a substrate for making nata. The research method used is qualitative, namely by explaining the steps of making pineapple as a nata de pina substrate. The Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises in Lampung City in making processed pineapple products has made a major contribution to the people of Lampung City, especially pineapple farmers. Farmers who used to only sell raw pineapple at affordable prices are now increasing their income because they sell high-priced processed products. The people also enjoy the impact of the presence of nata de pina, because nata de pina is often added to desserts to add sweetness. This research makes reference for small and medium businesses in developing pineapple processed products.
