At present, the number of ships under construction, repairing and upgrading, has increased and, accordingly, their marine outputs, which occur when there is an increased number of participants on board, which significantly impairs the habitability of the ship. In such cases, the dynamics of adaptation reactions of sailors to the conditions of navigation may differ from that on active ships and to a greater extent depend on the initial adaptation potential of the organism. This provision was the main hypothesis of the study performed. The purpose of the work is a comparative assessment of urgent adaptation of marine specialists of construction and active ships at marine outputs. Materials and methods. The control groups of 2 crews under construction ships (19 people) and 4 crews of active ships (36 people) were examined using a specially developed complex of clinical, physiological and psycho-physiological methods. The groups of seamen were divided into subgroups depending on the initial adaptation potential of the organism. Studies were conducted — in the pre-shipping period (1st stage); twice during the period of sailing — after 7 days from the moment of going to sea (2nd stage) and 3 days before the end of the voyage (3rd stage); and 4–6 days after returning to the base (4th stage). The results of research have shown the process of urgent adaptation among sailors of ships under construction, when going out to sea, is much more stressful and difficult than a similar process in the crews of operating ships. In addition, difficulties in adapting to the conditions of navigation are largely determined by the level of the initial adaptation potential of the organism, which can serve as a prognostic criterion for unacceptable deterioration in the working capacity of marine specialists. In this regard, it is extremely important not only to revise the existing labor regimes of the crews of ships under construction, repair and upgrade, but also to improve the measures of their medical (including physiological and psychophysiological) support.

The article deals with the issues of environmental (“green”) construction in Russia in relation to the tasks of low-rise and individual development. The article describes the history of the formation of the ecological construction market in Russia and abroad, gives a general classification and the main directions of its development. The ad-vantages of green construction, the problems that hinder the rapid development of ecological construction and the stimulating factors of such development are described. The applicable standards of green construction are indicated, both established by the state in the form of normative legal acts, and voluntary, and the advantages of following environmental standards are shown. Practical examples of ecological construction and problems faced by developers in practice are given. The concepts of Passive House, energy-efficient house and non-volatile house are considered in detail, indicating the ways to use the elements of such concepts in the implementation of real construction at the moment, including some practical examples of technical and technological solutions, as well as ways to further improve them. Examples of low-rise buildings currently under construction using standards and principles of ecological construction are given. The Russian standards of green construction are considered in de-tail, with references to specific regulations and other sources regulating the issues of ecological construction, and the ways of their further development and improvement are indicated. A mathematical model of the order of construction of eco-mobility facilities is proposed, where the capital return indicator is selected as an important criterion, which is determined taking into account the different times of costs for the objects being introduced. Its maximization leads to the choice of such an option, which will be characterized by the largest intermediate volume of input objects, as well as the smallest amount of reduced capital investments, i.e. their more rational dynamics. Thus, this indicator characterizes the efficiency of using capital investments, as well as their return as a result of reducing construction in progress.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second leading cause of mortality among cancers after malignant tumors of respiratory system. One of the most significant prognostic features of CRC is tumor budding (TB), which isn’t widely implemented in clinical practice. The aim of this research: to find the prognostic criteria of recurrence and lethal outcome of CRR IIA and IIIB stages (рТ3N0-2M0), the ratio of tumors with certain differentiation in groups of research was taken equal. Material and methods. The group I was formed from primary CRC without recurrences. The main relapse-free survival time was 5 years (62.5 ± 16.5 months). The ІІ group – primary CRC with recurrences; ІІА – with recurrences during 5 years from the moment when the tumor was removed, without fatal outcome; ІІВ – with recurrences and lethal outcome from genera­lization of tumor process during 5 years from the moment when the tumor was removed. The microslides of CRC were made by using the standard methods. Results. TB was identified in 46.66 % (28/60) of CRC рТ3N0-2M0. The direct relationship between tumor grade and presence of TB was found (Р < 0.05), but TB didn’t define differentiation of the CRC. There was a statistically significant relationship between TB and metastatic spreading of CRC to regional lymph nodes (Р < 0.001). Metastasis was associated with 3 stage of TB, absence of metastasis was typical for CRC without TB. The tendency was found in a larger number of cases of the CRC with TB 3 stage among recurring CRC compared with CRC without recurrence, mainly due to the ІІВ group of the research. Inverse correlation between TB stage and time of recurrence appearance was found (Р < 0.05). TB in central tumor sites was followed by presence and higher stage of TB in peripheral tumor sites (Р < 0.05), that can be taken into account during biopsies of CRC. Conclusions. TB is a prognostic criterion of metastasis and time of recurrence appearance for CRC рТ3N0-2M0, which is mostly typical for tumors in patients with recurrences and lethal outcome at the taken equal ratio of tumors by differen­tiation.

The study is devoted to the objects of unfinished construction (hereinafter - UCO). The problem of the UCOs is urgent both for the regions and for the Russian Federation as a whole. The main reasons for the large number of the unfinished construction objects are analyzed in the paper. The global experience of solving the issue of long-term construction is considered. The unfinished objects spoil the architectural outlook of the city, while the lands are used inefficiently and the necrosis of capital occurs. In Russia, as a rule, conservation of these objects is not done that creates a real threat to life and health of people. The state and society cannot count on the economic effect of these objects, and they do not justify the goals and the means invested in them. Based on the conclusions drawn, measures are proposed that will allow preventing the suspension of the objects under construction at the moment, and complete the construction of the objects that begun earlier.

 The purpose of the study was to identify statistically significant differences in shifts in the indicators of the special working capacity of qualified Muay-Thai athletes in the experimental and control groups of different weight categories during performance of striking techniques using specialised tests. The data from special and scientific literature was considered. A practical experiment was carried out using the Hykso portable strain gauge diagnostic tool. The method of mathematical statistics was used. Forty-five qualified athletes took part in the experiment, twenty-three of whom were included in the experimental group, twenty-two – in the control group, both with and without weight categories. The shifts in the growth of the speed and strength potential of the athletes from the experimental group in comparison with the athletes from the control group of the lightweight category was identified. They are noted in three types of specialised tests of anaerobic capabilities with creatine-phosphate and glycolytic mechanisms of energy supply, in the form of speed and strength components, each separately. The effectiveness of differentiated programs with the use of the Podhurskyi's weight modified sports equipment for the improvement and implementation of speed-strength capabilities of qualified Muay-Thai athletes of different weight categories was established.  Resumen. El objetivo del estudio fue revelar diferencias significativas y confiables en los cambios en los indicadores de capacidad de trabajo especial de los atletas de boxeo tailandés calificados de los grupos experimental y de control, teniendo en cuenta las categorías de peso durante la ejecución de técnicas de percusión utilizando pruebas especializadas. Se realizó el análisis de datos de literatura especial y científica. Se llevó a cabo un experimento práctico utilizando el dispositivo de diagnóstico portátil de galgas extensométricas "Hykso". Se utilizó el método de estadística matemática. En el experimento participaron cuarenta y cinco atletas calificados, veintitrés de los cuales fueron incluidos en el grupo experimental, veintidós en el grupo de control, tanto con categorías de peso como sin ellas. Se revelaron cambios en el crecimiento de la realización del potencial de velocidad y potencia de los atletas del grupo experimental que los atletas del grupo de control de la categoría de peso ligero. Se observaron en tres tipos de pruebas especializadas de capacidades anaeróbicas con fosfato de creatina y mecanismos glucolíticos de suministro de energía, en forma de componentes de velocidad y fuerza, cada uno por separado. Se estableció la efectividad de los programas diferenciados con el uso del equipo deportivo modificado "Peso de Podgursky" en la mejora e implementación de las capacidades de velocidad y potencia de los atletas de boxeo tailandés calificados de diferentes categorías de peso.

The aim of the work was to conduct a comparative assessment of the quality of grilled cheese (halloumi) obtained from the milk of two different breeds of cows. Cheese was prepared accord-ing to the Cypriot halloumi technology, but instead of sheep or goat milk, cattle milk was used. The milk of the red-mottled breed cows differed from the Simmental milk with a higher content of skimmed milk residue, protein, fat and somatic cells. Grilled cheese using hallumi technology from the milk of both breeds of cows meets the requirements of the state standard R 52686-2006 and is bold (according to the Simmental breed) or fat (according to the red-mottled). Grilled cheese using hallumi technology from red-mottled milk has a 7.2% higher yield, 8.1% less mois-ture, is more saturated with lactic acid, but 1.3 times less dense than cheese from Simmental milk. Grilled cheese according to hallumi technology from milk of both breeds of cows is suitable for frying within 6 days from the moment of manufacture.

Known methods of formation of plans of civil engineering in the territory of settlements not fully consider a large number of various factors, and also discrepancy is more whole than planning. The general methods of the solution of a problem of planning aren't developed now because of its high complexity. The purpose of work is formation optimum by criterion of the maximum profitability of the plan of civil engineering at the accounting of a large number of operating restrictions. The objectives are achieved by use of the device of discrete programming for construction plan modeling. It is offered to use two stages of calculations. At the first stage the model of the plan of civil engineering, on the second - model of optimization of this plan taking into account used criterion is under construction. Settlement procedures on the basis of a method of branches and borders are thus developed. The offered approach took place settlement approbation in relation to creation of the plan of civil engineering of the settlement and showed the working capacity. On the basis of these results conclusions are drawn on area and conditions of application of the developed models and settlement procedures.

The influence of heat treatment with antioxidant compositions on the content of biologically active substances during storage of cucumbers is investigated. It was found that the use of the proposed treatment inhibits the activity of ascorbate oxidase by 15–18%, which allows to slow down the decomposition of ascorbic acid by 1.5 times. The content of ascorbic acid in the experimental fruit after storage for 28 days is 1.4 times higher than in the control after 21 days of storage. It was found that in the cucumbers 11–14 sm long, the synthesis of polyphenols continued in the period of storage.  The intensity of accumulation of phenolic substances proved to be different in the treated and control groups. It was shown that thermal treatment with antioxidants slowed the growth rate of total polyphenols by 20% relative to control, indicating inhibition of maturation processes. It was revealed that the activity o polyphenol oxidase during the storage of treated fruits was slowing down. It has been established that the application of said treatment substantially inhibits the degradation of chlorophylls. Rapid loss of chlorophyll caused yellowing and loss of consumer properties in the control groups after 2 weeks of storage. In processed cucumbers only 21 days of storage revealed a decrease in the concentration of chlorophyll in relation to the moment of laying. At day 28 the amount of chlorophylls in the experimental fruit is at the same level as in the control after a week of storage. It has been found that the use of the proposed treatment slows the degradation of carotenoids. The quantity of carotenoids in experimental cucumbers at the end of storage is 21–23% higher than in the control ones. The compensatory function of ascorbic acid, carotenoids and phenolic substances during storage of cucumber fruits is proved.

Mortality from acute selective portal vein occlusion (SPVO) is a matter of concern for surgeons during the management of traumatic portal vein injury. However, mortality rates related to different periods of SPVO remains undetermined. PURPOSE: To determine the mortality rates resulting from different periods of acute SPVO in rats. METHODS: Wistar male rats were randomized into 8 experimental, and 8 control groups. Experimental animals underwent SPVO during 15 to 75 minutes, and control groups underwent sham procedures. All surviving animals were followed up to 14 days for assessment of mortality rate. RESULTS: Death rates varied from 0% in the 15 min SPVO group, to 100% with 65 and 75 minutes of SPVO. A strongly positive correlation was observed between mortality rates and SPVO periods (p<0.001) with either linear or quadratic regression analysis tests. All deaths in the 20min and 25min SPVO groups occurred after 75 min from the moment of clamping (or after 60 min from unclamping); death from 30 or more min SPVO occurred predominantly within 75 min from clamping moment (or within 60 min from unclamping). (Exact Fisher test, p=0.009). CONCLUSIONS: The mortality from SPVO in rats increases with longer duration of SPVO; with deaths occurring later for short periods (< 25 min) of SPVO and earlier for longer periods (> 30 min) of SPVO.

<p>From the moment the Soviet ideology lost its dominion, the RussianStatehas been searching for spiritual bases that can unite society, create its moral constants and the feeling of the statehood. The religion has the potential for the solution of such tasks in modern Russia. However, the Russian society is polyconfessional, which complicates the development of unique forms of interaction between the state and the religion. In the current conditions of the religious pluralism, the confessional policy of the Russian state is deprived of a unificult conceptual basis, which makes it difficult to determin its characteristic features and orientation. Thus, it is natural to appeal to the experience that is authentic to the Russian culture of the past, or search for modern foreign models of interaction between religion and the state. In the first case, the ideal model will be that of the state and confessional relations in the Russian Empire, where traditional way of social life was combined with a long period of interaction between different religions. In the second case, it is modern experience of the USA, where the state and confessional relations are under construction of the conditions of complicated religious structure and a democratic constitutional framework. As a result, the choice of the optimum confessional policy model is set by coordinates ranging from imperial policy of building up a hierarchy of religions up to formation of a civil religion model which received theoretical justification in R. Bella’s works.<strong></strong></p>

The impact of metro stations under construction on the dynamics of real estate commissioning in the adjacent territories from the moment of first mention in the media to the moment of commissioning is considered. The study was conducted on the example of the city of Moscow. Research results show that plans for the construction of metro facilities begin to influence the dynamics of real estate commissioning in the surrounding areas long before their actual implementation. The moment, when information about plans for the construction of new metro facilities becomes available to the public, can be taken as a starting point. Since the announcement of plans for the construction of the metro, the real estate commissioning in the surrounding areas may show several peaks. The first peak is observed 3–5 years after the announcement of construction plans, the second – in the project year of construction completion. The analysis showed the reduce in the volumes of real estate commissioning in the zone of influence of subway facilities after their construction, however, it is necessary to take into account the overall level of urban activity of territories.
