Problem and goal . Since the mid-50s of the 20th century, both Russian and foreign scientists began to actively conduct, and, at present, scientific research on inverse and incorrectly posed problems is being successfully carried out. Often, research on inverse and incorrect problems is carried out jointly by Russian and foreign experts. At present, the results of joint research by specialists on inverse and incorrect problems from Germany, Italy, China, Russia, Sweden, Japan and other countries are discussed at various thematic international scientific conferences and are subsequently published on the pages of scientific Russian and foreign journals. Many such publications can be found in the electronic libraries of scientific publications elibrary.ru, CyberLeninka, in the bibliographic and abstract database Scopus and other bibliographic and abstract databases. The wide availability of such bibliographic and abstract electronic databases allows the teacher who teaches students inverse and incorrect problems to keep abreast of modern scientific achievements in the scientific world and to form the content of a variety of elective courses, including modern mathematical methods and approaches to researching inverse and incorrect problems. When teaching inverse and incorrect problems, the teacher must realize the goals and objectives of not only the formation of deep scientific subject knowledge in students, but also the identification of the scientific and cognitive potential of such training. Methodology. Realization of the scientific and cognitive potential of teaching university students inverse and incorrect problems using computer technologies. Results. Understanding the scientific and cognitive potential of inverse and incorrect problems, their relationship with applied aspects, the ability to use computer technologies in the study of applied problems will allow students, after graduating from an educational institution, to prove themselves as a successful specialist in applied mathematics in general, and in inverse and incorrect problems, in particular. Conclusion. Graduates who have acquired solid knowledge of inverse and incorrect problems, possess modern scientific methods of their research developed by specialists from different countries of the world, understand the scientific and cognitive potential of inverse and incorrect problems, and possess the skills of independent selection of effective information technologies for solving applied mathematical problems will successfully work in research organizations and independently conduct applied research.

At the current stage of social and economic development of Ukraine, the processes of globalization, integration and informatization of society raise qualitatively new challenges in the field of higher education. Ukraine has recently been focusing on European countries, which consider the tourism sector as a priority area for their economic development. This area of ​​investment is very attractive, creates new jobs and is characterized by a high level of efficiency. Therefore, the socio-economic success of the country as a whole depends on the professional training of future tourists. The basis for the development of specialist-tourist skills is mathematical disciplines, including the discipline "Higher and Applied Mathematics". There is an intensive process of mathematization of knowledge, involving mathematical apparatus in the study of natural sciences, humanities, economics and social sciences, which in turn forms a certain level of mathematical culture of students of universities. The purpose of teaching the course "Higher and Applied Mathematics" is to provide students with basic knowledge of mathematics, which enable them to further master the professional disciplines based on mathematical concepts. In this case, considerable attention should be paid to the formation of practical skills, the ability to apply mathematical methods when solving the tasks of professional activity. One of the tools for improving the quality of mathematical education for students-tourists is to update the content of courses that are read in the context of the future profession and modern socio-economic order. When considering a particular material, the idea of ​​its connection with the future profession should be put on the foreground. In this regard, the course "Higher and Applied Mathematics" for students-tourists VNAU contains several critical sections covering all the main areas of application of mathematical methods in the tourism sector. Teaching is carried out in accordance with the typical curriculum for higher education institutions in the discipline "Higher and Applied Mathematics" for the specialty "Tourism", developed by the teachers of the Department of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Technologies, VNU taking into account the principle of professional orientation. Given the fact that for students the most important is the practical aspect of mathematics, the purpose of the course is to familiarize with the basic concepts and methods of studying modern mathematics necessary for further study of professional disciplines, as well as the formation of skills for the correct mathematical formulation of applied problems and the construction of simple mathematical models. The solution of many applications is due to cumbersome mathematical calculations, the need to visually present the results of calculations, check them, so it is advisable to use computer mathematical systems, in particular, Maccats, in practical classes in mathematics. Teachers of the Department of Mathematics of Physics and Computer Technologies are the ones who prefer it. To work with Mathcad, there are basic elementary skills in working with Windows applications, so you need to implement this environment from the first lessons when studying topics such as Linear Algebra, Differential and Integral Computing, Elements of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics. The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process greatly enhances the opportunities of both the teacher and the student's cognitive abilities. ICTs allow to visualize and dynamize the process of studying the discipline "Higher and Applied Mathematics", to personalize and direct the educational process for the comprehensive development of personality, to substantially increase the volume, sources of receipt and the nature of the information necessary for a person, the means of its processing. They can have a significant impact on the methodology of holding higher and applied mathematics classes, requiring the teacher to use electronic textbooks, lecture notes, practical work, the testing system for assessing student knowledge, and global sources of information. They also facilitate the organization of effective independent work in non-attendance time for students. It should be noted that to date there are quite a few tutorials, collections of tasks that contain applied tasks that can be considered at lectures and practical classes on higher and applied mathematics. Work on the creation of such methodological materials is conducted, in particular, at the Department of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Technologies. Thus, changing requirements for a specialist in the field of tourism, which is conditioned by modernity, requires a permanent rearrangement of the structural elements of its preparation. Fundamental disciplines to a large extent are applied, and therefore a qualitative assimilation of basic and basic concepts of mathematical disciplines will contribute to the competitiveness and qualitative training of the future specialist.

The success of a variety of applied research based on achievements in applied mathematics presupposes the existence of highly qualified professionals with not only fundamental knowledge in applied mathematics, but applied mathematical thinking and the world of information, able to apply environmental technologies in applied research, to formulate and justify inferences about the results of the study. Such specialists in applied mathematics are able to identify and understand the new information obtained as a result of research in terms of its scientific and humanitarian value. That is why much attention is paid to the training of such highly professional specialists in the field of applied mathematics in Russia. Methodology. In the process of teaching applied mathematics to students of physics and mathematics and natural science areas of higher education, it is advisable to integrate natural science, humanities, and information technology. At the same time, it is necessary to attract specialists in the field of applied mathematics who have experience in using information technologies to solve applied mathematical problems. Results. The integration of natural science, humanities, and information technologies in the process of teaching applied mathematics allows students to develop a scientific worldview and information culture, to better understand the approaches and methods of applied mathematics as well as the scientific potential of applied mathematics. In addition, this integration allows to identify the fundamental concepts of scientific disciplines, which may not be the basic disciplines for teaching in the field of applied mathematics, but at the same time, play an important role in the methodology of applied mathematics. For example, such disciplines include computer science, philosophy, etc. Conclusion. Training classes with students in applied mathematics, which integrates natural science, humanities, information technology allows to identify the humanitarian, scientificeducational and scientific-educational potential of teaching applied mathematics to justify the positive contribution of information technology to develop students ICT competence.

The article presents a structural description of the functioning of the regional information and communication system “Student and Labor” (SAL). This system is aimed at identifying and developing creatively gifted youth in the field of science, techniques and technology and is focused on the gradual involvement of university students in real work and interaction with leading enterprises in the region. The first cycle of the SAL system functioning is described, which has a complete character and has already led to a concrete result. The bank of information about the leading enterprises of the region that took part at the initial stage of the functioning of the SAL system were formed as well as the bank of 150 themes of scientific research for student projects, which were proposed by the enterprises themselves. All projects are focused on the practical significance of research for the enterprises themselves, as well as for students, their supervisors from universities and scientific consultants from enterprises that have embarked on joint research activities, which at the first stages are mostly of informational and educational nature. The Union of Employers of the Samara Region and the Council of Rectors of Universities in the Samara region are already taking the necessary measures to implement the described cycle of the functioning of the system SAL in the current academic year.

The relevance of the issue under consideration in the article is connected with the confusion in scientific publications of the concepts of “electronic educational materials” and “electronic educational resources”. The article discusses the concept of “electronic educational materials” from the perspective of general systems theory. And their system character is proved. This allows them to be represented as a single complex of structured information of a specific subject area and didactic materials. These didactic materials support the learning process at all stages of its didactic cycle in accordance with the chosen learning technology based on the didactic capabilities of information technologies. It is concluded that the system of high school electronic materials allows to expand the boundaries of the design activity of the teacher, provide management of the student’s thinking activity, to implement a competence approach to the learning process at university

Education like others spheres of life of modern society is in the state of dynamic changes. New formats of universities as well as their missions and roles in the social and economic development are actively discussed by professional environment. A number of external and internal factors that determine the depth and scale of transformation have effects on the development of the system of higher education. The system of higher education is under the influence of the system and institutional dynamics, which dictate the need for changes. The activity of universities as centers of education, science and culture is one of the most important bases of social progress. This role becomes especially important in XXI century, which is based on new knowledge and principles of technological development. First of all a university takes new features in the current conditions of globalization. The fundamental task that needs to be solved in order to achieve the goals of a modern University is the change of meanings, goals and content of education by active participation in the internationalization processes of the system of higher education and by introducing reforms in educational process. Of course new economic conditions (global market and information technologies) require modifications. It was stated that the commercialization of University innovations in Azerbaijan is a relatively new direction, since the country is just adopts the path of an innovative economy. In this regard the transformation of a scientific idea to a product or a service faces a number of difficulties. It was investigated the problem of commercialization of the results of scientific activities of higher educational institutions in Azerbaijan. For the first time Azerbaijan State University of Economics has implemented its rebranding in the educational system of the country in order to strengthen the market position of the educational institution and realization of innovative marketing strategies. The University’s strategic goals were defined under the UNEC brand, and the brand development was successfully continued with the support of the scientific and expert community. An integrative educational environment is created in Azerbaijan State University of Economics and such environment ensures the unity of the “education – science – innovation – commercialization – production system”. It is important to note that UNEC strategy also provides for clustering of economical education and so that it provides for increasing the integration pace of the University into the world scientific and educational space. The article presents the innovative infrastructure of Azerbaijan State University of Economics connected with its integration into the global scientific and educational environment. The paper studies the matters of the international cooperation issues of the University with universities of such countries as USA, EU, Russia, Turkey, which expands the academic potential of the University and increases its competitiveness. The article substantiates the conclusion that the globalization of higher education increases the importance of commercialization of higher education institutions in the field of education and science. The article reveals the successful experience of UNEC University in the creation and implementation of joint educational programs, expanding academic mobility, attracting foreign applicants, conducting joint researches and international scientific events in partnership with universities in the EU, Russia and Turkey.

  EMAC 2019 UNSW Canberra, Australia 26th Nov–29th Nov 2019 This Special Section of the ANZIAM Journal (Electronic Supplement) contains the refereed papers from the 14th Engineering Mathematics and Applications Conference (EMAC2019), which was held at the UNSW Canberra, Australia from 26th November to 29th November 2019. EMAC is held under the auspices of the Engineering Mathematics Group (EMG), which is a special interest group of the Australian and New Zealand Industrial and Applied Mathematics division of the Australian Mathematics Society. This conference provides a forum for researchers interested in the development and use of mathematical methods in engineering and applied mathematics, and aims to foster interactions between mathematicians and engineers, from both academia and industry. A further theme of the conference is the mathematical education of applied mathematicians and engineers. The event attracted participants from around the globe, including: New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. The invited speakers at the 2019 meeting crossed the spectrum of specialities in engineering, mathematics, education and industry. All of the articles included in the EMAC 2019 Proceedings have been critically peer reviewed to the usual standards of the ANZIAM Journal. The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.

As articles' production is growing at an increasing rate in Iran and the world, there is an urgent need for criteria to evaluate scientific publications. This will be achieved by using scientific evaluation. Who benefits from analyzing the information. The Journal of Studies in Arabic Language and Literature is considered one of the accredited and essential magazines in Arabic language and literature in Iran. University and educational institution. This article dealt with a statistical and analytical study of the number of article writers, their testimonies, the extent of cooperation between them, the centers and institutions active in the magazine. Moreover, From this standpoint, the article obtained the following results: 85 articles were written individually, 101 articles were also written jointly, 77 articles were jointly written with the cooperation of university colleagues, and 24 articles were written with the cooperation of different persons from different universities. Shaker Al Ameri and Wafiq Mahmoud Solitain became the most prolific authors with eight articles. Half of the essay topics are devoted to criticism, fiction, and text analysis. Fifty articles were written by the editorial staff with an average of 88/26, which is a large number.

Catur Insan Cendekia University is one of the universities in Cirebon City which is based on technology and management. As an educational institution that has a technopreneur campus slogan, many Catur Insan Cendekia University students have implemented entrepreneurship courses and have developed into new entrepreneurial owners scattered on various social media. However, due to limited space and marketing reach in the campus area, many academicians do not see the product / service offerings made by Catur Insan Cendekia University students. So a work program called Waroeng Mahasiswa was launched by BKM CIC with the aim of being a space for students to market their products / services in the Catur Insan Cendekia University campus area. The Waroeng Mahasiswa work program will be developed into a web-based marketplace application made using the PHP programming language. This marketplace application will also be equipped with an online payment system that is integrated with Midtrans as a payment gateway service provider to make the transaction process faster, easier and more practical.
