Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan aktivitas masyarakat Desa Sambangan untuk menunjang pengembangan Desa Wisata dari unsur attraction ditinjau dari daya tarik wisata alam, daya tarik wisata budaya dan daya tarik minat khusus, (2) mendeskripsikan pengembangan Desa Wisata Sambangan dari unsur attraction ditinjau dari daya tarik wisata alam, daya tarik wisata budaya dan daya tarik minat khusus, (3)medeskripsikan kendala dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Sambangan dari unsur attraction ditinjau dari daya tarik wisata alam, daya tarik wisata budaya dan daya tarik minat khusus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, antara lain (1) aktivitas masyarakat Desa Sambangan yang sudah berkembang antara lain : adanya pemandu wisata (guide), penyediaan fasilitas untuk sliding jumping, swimming dan camping¸ upacara pitra yadnya dan dewa yadnya, kerajinan tangan dari kayu jati dan cempaka serta menjaga kebersihan lingkungan di air terjun, sawah dan hutan. Sedangkan aktivitas masyarakat yang akan dikembangkan antara lain : menyediakan fasilitas untuk rocklimbing dan mini rafting di air terjun, mengelola kembali sawah menjadi kegiatan bertani yang tradisional, mengelola hutan menjadi wisata petik buah, membuka wisata seni dan paket budaya, membuka daya tarik minat khusus cycling dan canyoning, (2) pengembangan Desa Wisata Sambangan dari unsur attraction berkembang dengan pesat dan baik terbukti dengan meningkatnya kesejahteraan ekonomi dan masyarakat Desa Sambangan, akses jalan menuju desa sudah cukup baik, masyarakat semakin sadar terhadap kebersihan lingkungan dan banyak yang mengetahui Desa Sambangan, (3) kendala dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Sambangan antara lain : letak geografis lebih ke pegunungan, sumber daya manusia yang kurang memadai, teknologi kurang canggih, kebudayaan yang berbeda, pemodalan dalam pengembangan wisata baru dan promosi wisata Kata-kata kunci : desa wisata sambangan, aktivitas masyarakat, unsur attraction This study aims at (1) describing the activities of the Sambangan Village community to support the development of the Tourism Village from the attraction element in terms of natural tourist attraction, cultural tourist appeal and special interest attraction, (2) describing the development of the Sambangan Tourist Village from the attraction element in terms of natural attraction, cultural attraction and special interest attraction, (3) describing the constraints in the development of the Sambangan Tourism Village from the element of attraction in terms of natural attraction, cultural attraction and special interest attraction. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used is this study were interview guidelines, observation sheets and documentations. The results of this study, include (1) the activities of Sambangan Village society that have developed include : the existence of a tour guide, the provision of facilities for sliding jumping, swimming and camping, the ceremony of Pitra Yadnya and Dewa Yadnya, handicraft made of teak wood and cempaka and maintain the cleanliness of the environment in waterfalls, rice fields and forest. While community activities that will be developed include : providing facilities for rockclimbing and mini rafting at waterfalls, re-managing rice fields into traditional farming activities, managing forest into fruit tours, opening art tours and cultural packages, opening up special attractions for cycling and canyoning, (2) the development of the Sambangan Tourism Village from the attraction element to develop rapidly and well as evidenced welfare of Sambangan Village, the access road to the village is good enough, the community is increasingly aware of environmental cleanliness and many people know about Sambangan Village, (3) obstacles in the development of Sambangan Tourism Village include : more geographical location to the mountains, inadequate human resources, less sophisticated technology, different cultures, the capital in the development of new tourism and tourism promotion. Key words : Sambangan tourism village, community activities, attraction elements

Danen is located in Sumberadi village, Mlati sub-district, Sleman district, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) Province. This hamlet has the potential of good natural resources and human resources especially active youth. However, this potential is not balanced with the attitude of people who are less concerned about the environment (pro-environment). The presence of littering and degradation of watersheds is a form of the necessity of planting a pro-environment attitude of the community. The development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" is one of the right solutions in accordance with the potential owned by the hamlet. Through the development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen", youths move to be pro-environment agents for the whole village community in particular and the village in general. The method of implementation of this program is in the form of counseling, education, and continuous facilitation. The successful development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" in instilling a pro-environment attitude is characterized by the state of the environment is more beautiful and community activities that pay more attention to aspects of concern for the environment.

The condition of Cepaka Village is that it is strategically located and surrounded by large expanses of rice fields which have been developed into a tourist village. Because in Cepaka village, several villas have been established which are usually inhabited by foreign guests who want a rural atmosphere and have close access to the coastal area. The existing traking routes have not been optimally utilized so that economically, the existence of the traking routes is not yet visible. This traking route is a potential that requires serious management so that the route can be worked on optimally so that later there will be an economic contribution. Of the problems faced, the solution that can be given is to rearrange the traking properly so that it is more comfortable and beautiful so that the route is more attractive. to be visited and can be offered as a package in traking tours. Another solution offered is traking route management, which can be done by recording the number of tourist accommodations in Cepaka village because the restaurants and villas in Cepaka village can later be invited to collaborate to take advantage of the traking route's facilities which are used as mutually supportive packages. agreement with tourism actors regarding rights and obligations so that the contributions obtained are mutually beneficial, determine the entrance of a centralized trekking so that it can invite the attention of the community for their curiosity, involve the participation of the Cepaka Village community in order to maintain environmental cleanliness for the realization of a beautiful atmosphere in Cepaka village

Creating superior and religious human resources is a provision for realizing civil society. The aim of this community service is to prepare superior and religious human resources in Jonjo village through various religious programs in the village. Community service was carried out by ten STIBA Makassar students. Efforts to create a superior and religious Jonjo village community through activities of 1) dirosa; 2) teaching tahsin; 3) teaching TKA / TPA; 4) sunset and dawn rituals; 5) khutbah jum'at; 6) training for organizing the body; 7) pious children festival; 8) tabligh akbar. In general, the student KKN activities of the 3rd batch of STIBA Makassar students in Jonjo Village went well and smoothly. All work programs implemented have been welcomed and enthusiastically by the government and society. The obstacle that becomes a challenge in the process of implementing work programs is that the majority of community activities work as farmers in rice fields, making students need to manage the time for carrying out more activities at night so that the community can be more fully involved.

Cepaka Village is one of the villages located in the Kediri sub-district, Tabanan Regency. The area has a wide expanse of rice fields and people who are still full of agriculture. The dominant community working in the agricultural and tourism sectors is a village that has the potential to be developed into a tourist village supported by the creative economy. In Community Service Activities in Cepaka Village, Kediri, Tabanan The targets to be achieved are the formation of a Tourism Awareness group as a driver and manager of a tourist village by the local community; Village potentials that have uniqueness and beauty and community creativity can be prepared and packaged as tourist attractions in the development of tourist villages in Cepaka village; The creation of village environmental conditions according to the requirements of a tourist village, namely Sapta Pesona (safe, clean, orderly, beautiful, cool, friendly, and memorable). The method of implementing the PKM program, namely conducting socialization, debriefing and assistance to the Cepaka village community who have awareness of tourism activities. The results achieved in the PKM program are guiding in designing a proposal for the formation of a Tourism Awareness Group submitted by the community with an introduction from the Prebekel to be submitted to the Tabanan Regency Tourism Office. The proposal section consists of the background of developing a tourist village, the potentials to be developed as a tourist village, Vision, Mission and objectives of developing the village as a tourist village. The community is aware of its role and responsibility as a good host for guests or tourists who visit to create a conducive environment and atmosphere as stated in the slogan Sapta Pesona..

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. Desa Wisata Jambu berdiri sejak tahun 2018  berlokasi di Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri yang meraih penghargaan  nominasi kategori desa wisata terbaik 2018 dan 2019 pada Penghargaan Anugerah Desa. Pada fase awal pembangunan desa wisata menggunakan modal anggaran yang berasal dari Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung turun ke lapangan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Focus penelitian ini adalah meneliti mengenai permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang responsive terhadap pengelolaan desa wisata. Desa wisata jambu memiliki 17 spot wisata diantaranya yaitu  Kebun Bibit Kediri, Wisata Edukasi Wiwit Padi, Permainan Outbond, Wisata Tubing Niagara, Wisata Edukasi Menangkap Lele, Agrowisata Petik Kelengkeng, Agrowisata Petik Alpukat, Agrowisata Buah Lokal, Wisata Edukasi Menanam Padi, Agrowisata Okulasi dan Tabulampat, Wisata Edukasi Angon Kerbau, Edukasi Pengolakah Yogurt, Edukasi Perah Kambing Ettawa, Edukasi Pengolahan Limbah Kayu “Ask Craft”, Wisata Sungai Sejuta Ikan, Edukasi Karawitan, Pasar Papringan. Pemerintah Desa Jambu gencar mengupayakan tumbuhnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mengelola desa wisata. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan desa wisata Jambu yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta mewujudkan masyarakat desa yang mampu berdaya saing dan mandiri. Dalam proses pengelolaan desa wisata terdapat kendala atau hambatan yang terjadi yaitu tanggapan masyarakat yang tidak responsive terhadap konsep spot wisata yang sudah disepakati. Selain itu kurangnya akses sarana dan prasarana spot wisata juga menjadikan kondisi desa wisata yang tidak kondusif sehingga akan menurunkan daya tarik wisatawan. Kata kunci : Desa Wisata, Alokasi Dana Desa,  Pemberdayaan Masyarakat   Jambu Tourism Village was founded in 2018, located in Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency, which won the nomination award for the best tourism village category 2018 and 2019 at the Village Award. In the early phase of tourism village development using budget capital from the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) with the aim of increasing the empowerment of village communities. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, and data collection methods are carried out directly in the field with interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of this research is to examine the problems raised, namely human resources who are not responsive to the management of tourist villages. Guava tourism village has 18 tourist spots including Kediri Seed Garden, Wiwit Paddy Educational Tour, Outbound Games, Niagara Tubing Tour, Catfish Catching Educational Tour, Longan Picking Agro, Avocado Picking Agro, Local Fruit Agro Tourism, Paddy Planting Educational Tour, Grafting Agro tourism and Tabulampat, Education Tour for Buffalo Angon, Education for Yogurt Processing, Education for Ettawa Goat Milk, Education for Making Rengginang, Education for Wood Waste Processing “Ask Craft”, One Million Fish River Tour, Education for Karawitan, Papringan Market. The Jambu Village Government is aggressively seeking the growth of community empowerment by managing a tourist village. The purpose of community empowerment through the management of the Jambu tourism village is to improve the economy of the village community and create a village community that is able to be competitive and independent. In the process of managing a tourism village, there are obstacles or obstacles that occur, namely the response of the community that is not responsive to the agreed tourist spot concept. In addition, the lack of access to tourist spot facilities and infrastructure also makes the condition of the tourist village not conducive so that it will reduce the attractiveness of tourists. Candisari Village is one of the villages in Sambeng Lamongan District. Candisari village has the potential for the development of tourism with historical branding. The village has a collective memory of the community which, if recorded and retold, will be interesting for educational materials, culinary tourism, forest land in some parts can be developed into an outbound arena, as well as other community activities ie, having a typical papaya production called calina, a sugar cane processing factory brown sugar, and one of the KKN BBM programs that started with the planting of oyster mushrooms and hydproponic vegetables. The various potentials are at least a capital for Candisari Village in arranging it as a Tourism Village. While the main problem in the development of Candisari tourism village at present is the absence of branding and the lack of facilities or publications to introduce it to the community. The purpose of this activity is to improve and develop the potential of Candisari tourism villages to be more productive and bring economic benefits to the village community. The solution used is making brands and making marketing publications through websites and social media. At the end of the activity, the Candisari tourism village community experienced an increase in the quality of life, one of which was the village's potential and tourism.abstrakDesa Candisari merupakan salah satu desa yang terdapat di Kecamatan Sambeng Lamongan. Desa Candisari memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan wisata dengan branding sejarah. Desa memiliki memori kolektif masyarakat yang kalau dibukukan dan diceritakan ulang akan menarik untuk bahan edukasi, wisata kuliner, lahan hutan yang dibeberapa bagian bisa dikembangkan menjadi arena outbond, serta aktifitas masyarakat lainnya yakni, memiliki produksi khas buah pepaya yang disebut calina, pabrik pengolahan tebu menjadi gula merah, dan salah satu program KKN BBM yang mengawali dengan penanaman jamur tiram dan sayur hidproponik. Berbagai potensi tersebut setidaknya menjadi modal bagi Desa Candisari dalam menata sebagai Desa Wisata.Sedangkan persoalan utama dalam pengembangan desa wisata Candisari saat ini adalah masih belum adanya branding dan belum adanya sarana atau publikasi untuk mengenalkan pada masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan dan mengembangkan potensi desa wisata Candisari agar lebih produktif dan mendatangkan keuntungan secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat desa. Solusi yang digunakan adalah pembuatan brand dan pembuatan publikasi pemasaran melalui website dan media sosial. Pada akhir kegiatan, masyarakat desa wisata Candisari mengalami peningkatan kualitas hidup salah satunya dengan keberadaan potensi dan wisata desa.

Green economy is an economic concept that aims to improve human welfare, reduce inequality, and preserve the environment and carry out development that is in line with the carrying capacity of the environment. Tegal Regency has a complete tourist attraction consisting of natural attractions and special interest attractions. One of the special interest attractions being developed is Cempaka Tourism Village, Bumijawa District. This Cempaka Tourism Village relies on the concept of populist economy based on local wisdom and the beauty of the natural environment. The purpose of this study is to inventory the potential and attractiveness of Cempaka Tourism Village and to prioritize the most suitable tourism potential in the development of Cempaka Tourism Village as a means of improving the community's economy based on the concept of a green economy. This paper employs both the qualitative and quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the help of the Expert Choice application. Based on the results, it can be seen that Cempaka Tourism Village has the potential and attractiveness to be developed into a tourist village with the concept of a green economy. The best priority in the development of Cempaka Tourism Village is to utilize the Slumpring Market as an alternative to improve the environment-based community economy.

Tourism Village is a place that has certain characteristics and values that can be a special attraction for tourists with an interest in rural life. This shows that the main attraction of a tourist village is the unique life of the villagers and cannot be found in urban areas, for example showing the unique socio-cultural characteristics of the community. The purpose of this research is to find out that there is a socio-cultural development of the Bobanehena village community in advancing the tourism village. By using descriptive qualitative analysis methods can provide an objective picture of the actual state of the object being investigated. The results obtained are that the community's isorganization and perception of tourists are still weak, so that it affects the support and participation of the community in promoting tourism villages. The community does not yet understand the support that must be given in the progress and development of the Bobanehena tourism village.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion.
