AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) terhadap kemampuan sains permulaan anak kelompok B Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus V Kecamatan Klungkung. Penelitian iniadalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment). Desain penelitiannya adalah Non Equivalen Pretest-Posttest Control Group Desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 175 anak Taman Kanak-kanak yang berada di gugus V Kecamatan Klungkung. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak 2 kelas dari 8 kelas anggota populasi, sehingga diperoleh anak kelompok B TK Nurul Huda sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan anak kelompok B TK Kumara Dewa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kemampuan sains permulaan digunakan pedoman observasi yang teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Untuk menguji hipotesis data diuji dengan uji-t. hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap kemampuan sains permulaan anak Taman Kanak-kanak (t=11,278>Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000). Kata-kata kunci : CTL, Sains Permulaan, AUD AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) learning model on the scientific ability of children in Group B of Kondergarten Cluster V in Klungkung Subdistrict. This research is quasi experimental. The research design is Non Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Desain. The population in this study were 175 kindergartens in the V cluster of Klungkung Subdistrict. The study sample wa randomly selected 2 classes from 8 classes of population members, so that the children of group B TK Nurul Huda were obtained as the experimental group and the children in the group B TK Kumara Dewa as a control group. To collect data on early science skills, observation guidelines were used that tested their validity and reliability.To test the hypothesis the data was tested by t-test. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on the science abilities of early childhood kindergarten (1=11,278>Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000). Keywords: CTL, Beginning Science, AUD

This study aimed to determine the effect of the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model with the outdoor approach towards students’ ability in mathematical representation. It was quasi-experimental research consisting of two experimental classes and one control group. It used a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study was the students of SUPM Tegal. Sampling was conducted using cluster random consisting of three classes. The first experimental group was carried out by implementing the learning model of CTL with the outdoor approach. The second experimental group was carried out by implementing a learning model of CTL, while the control group was conducted by implementing a conventional learning model. The research instrument was a 7-point mathematical representation test in the form of an essay. The results of the research were 1) the learning model of CTL with an outdoor approach affected the improvement and achievement of the students’ ability in mathematical representation and was higher than CTL and a conventional learning; 2) the improvement of the students’ ability of representation in the groups of CTL with outdoor approach, CTL, and conventional learning respectively was in high, medium, and low category.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning Model on the Mathematics Problem Solving Ability of Class IV Students on Fractions. This research was conducted at SDN Cikoko 03 with a sample of fourth grade students in the first semester of the 2020/2021 school year. Samples were taken using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The method used is a quasi-experimental research method (quasi experimental research) with a pretest-posttest control group design research design. The data was collected using an instrument in the form of descriptions that have been theoretically and empirically validated. The data obtained were analyzed using the normality test with the Liliefors test, and the homogeneity test with the Bartlett test. The results of the normality and homogeneity tests show that the data are normally distributed and the class is homogeneous. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by t-test. The results of t-test calculations, obtained t count of 8.25 and t table of 1.99 for the significant level ∝ = 0.05 and dk = 62, so that t count is greater than t table (8.25> 1.99), then the hypothesis zero null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning model has a positive and significant effect on students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

Data awal menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat anak usia dini yang belum menunjukkan perilaku yang mengarah pada empati terhadap orang lain, sementara perilaku empati ini sangat penting untuk membina kehidupan sosial. Keberadaan binatang dan tumbuhan akan menjadi objek yang menyenangkan bagi anak sebagai pengenalan karakter dan penyampaian pesan.Anak tersebut meniru perilaku teman maupun perilaku yang sudah dibawa dari rumah. Salah satu upaya untuk mengembangkan kemampuan empati anak usia dini adalah melalui penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbasis keanekaragaman hayati. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan fakta dan menjelaskan tentang perbedaan kemampuan empati anak usia dini berdasarkan pada penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbasis keanekaragaman hayati. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan empati pada 41 anak usia dini ditinjau dari penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbasis keanekaragaman hayati. Subjek penelitian menggunakan anak usia dini di TKB. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Empati Anak Usia Dini, serta analisis data menggunakan Independent Samples t-Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan empati anak usia dini melalui penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbasis keanekaragaman hayati, t=2,310 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,026. Kemampuan empati anak usia dini kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelompok kontrol.Preliminary data showed that there are still young children who have not behaved that lead to empathy for others, while empathy behavior is very important to foster social relationships. The existence of animals and plants is a pleasant object for children and a means of character recognition and delivery of messages. Such as children imitate the behaviour of friends or behaviour that occurs at home. Efforts to improve children‟s application of picture and picture models. This study aims to prove and explain the differences in early childhood empathy abilities by using biodiversity based picture and picture learning model. The hypothesis of this study is that there is difference in early childhood empathy through biodiversity based picture and picture learning method. Research subjects used 41 early childhood from kindergarten group B. Sampling technique using saturated samples. The data collection method uses early childhood emphaty scales, while data analysis uses independent sample t-test. The result of the analysis showed that there was a difference in the ability of emphaty for early childhood through the application of a biodiversity picture and picture learning model, t=2.310, with a significance probability of 0.026. Emphaty ability of the early age experimental group was higher than the control group.

Abstract This research was conducted to find out whether or not The Use of Contextual Teaching and Learning Method was Improve Students’ Understanding on The use of Relative Clause at Sorong Muhammadiyah University. The research method employed was quasi experimental groups. The population of this research was conducted at fifth semesters on English Education Department at Sorong Muhammadiyah University. The sample was chosen by applying stratified sampling technique. This research assigned two groups namely control and experimental groups. Each group consisted of 20 students.. Instrument of this research was test. The research gets the result that Contextual Teaching and Learning Method was effective to improve students’ understanding on the use of Relative Clause. The result of test showed that there was significant progress in students. The results of the research showed that mean score posttest of the experimental group was 84 and the control group was 80. It means that the result of the mean score posttest of experimental group is higher than control group. By using the degree of significance 5% or 0.05 in the t-table it was gotten 2.021. So that t-test value was more than of t-table value (H1: 5,31 > 2.021), So that alternative hypothesis is accepted, while Null hypothesis is rejected (Ho: 5,31 < 2.021). It can be proved that there was a significant on Contextual teaching and Learning method to improve students’ understanding on the use of relative clause. Key words: Relative Clause, Contextual Teaching and Learning.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method on inductive thinking skills concept of recycling water. The method used is a quasi experimental methods. This study was conducted in SDIT Bunayya Tangerang. The population is 36 students in grade five and the samples consisted of two groups, the experimental group who were 18 students and a control group which also totaled 18 students. The technique of this sample is saturated sample. The experimental group is a group that used the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method, while the control group is the group that used the conventional method. The instrument used in the form of the test is instrument with the type of the description test. Based on the hypothesis test was using t-test with a confidence level of 95% indicates gained value t_count = 5,769 and t_(table )= 2.042. t_count value is greater than t_(table ) it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between learning of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method on student inductive thinking. This study aims to determine the effect of contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning models assisted by android-based applications with thunkable on students' interest in learning. This type of research is an experiment with a pretest - posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of SDN Candirejo 02, Ungaran Barat District, Semarang Regency, then for the research sample was class 5 SDN Candirejo 02, Ungaran Barat District, Semarang Regency with random sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is the scale of observation, tests, questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation. Data were analyzed by normality test, homogeneity test, t test and regression test. The results of the research show: (1) There are differences in the use of contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning models assisted by android-based applications with thunkable on students' learning interest, this is evidenced by the significance level > 0.05, i.e. 0.000 > 0.05 using the t test (2 ) There is an effect of the use of contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning models assisted by android-based applications with thunkable on students' interest in learning, this is evidenced by a significance level of < 0.05, i.e. 0.000 > 0.05 using a regression test. The results of this study can be concluded that the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model assisted by android-based applications with thunkable has an effect on increasing student interest in learning.

This study aims to determine the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in the ability of storytelling and cognitive.The used approach research is quantitative research with experimental research model, Where researchers provide treatment in the form of learning by using CTL And make observations in the learning activities of children in the classroom and make measurements before and after giving treatment. The research was conducted using the experimental model design or Quasi Experimental design, which this design has a control group but can not function fully to control the outside variables that affect the implementation of the experiment.  This study used the Nonequivalent Control Group Design, which the experimental group and the control group were not randomly selected. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded there is a significant increase on the ability to tell stories using CTL approach of 9.18> 7.82. As for the concept of numbers there is also a significant increase of 18,0909> 13.2273.

This study aim was to determine the influence of application of cooperative learning model type numbered head together combination with contextual teaching and learning toward learning outcomes of students in SMA Imanuel Palu. This study used quasi experimental design with non randomized pretest-posttest control group. Sample used were two classes, Xb (n=30) as experimental and Xa (n = 30) as control one. The test of student learning outcomes data used the t-test statistical analysis of the two parties. The results of data analysis obtained, the average score of experimental class () was 50.50 with a standard deviation of 9.79 and for control class () was 41.03 with a standard deviation of 11.01. The result of testing hypothesis with the statistical t-test of two parties obtained that –ttable < tcalculation > +ttable (tcalculation = 2.35 and ttable = 2.00) with a significance level α= 0.05 and 58 degrees of freedom, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The result of the data analysis showed that there was any in learning outcomes between students in experimental class and the control class, until concluded there is any influences of application of cooperative learning model type numbered head together combination with contextual teaching and learning toward learning outcomes of students in SMA Imanuel Palu.

This research is aimed at finding out: the use of snowball throwing learning model significant develop the students’ writing ability of the tennth year students of SMA Negeri 1 Halteng. Related to the aim of the research, a quasi-experimental design was carry out. The population was the tenth year students of SMA Negeri 1 Halteng. Two classes chose randomly as sample. As the result, the experimental group consisted of 30 students while the control group consisted of 30 students. The data was collected through writing test which was conducted through two terms namely pretest and posttest. The data required from writing test was analyzed by using t-test and percentage technique. The result of this research indicated that The use of Snowball Throwing Learning Model was able to improve the students’ writing ability. The result of the research indicated that there was significant different of the students’ achievement on writing ability of students who were taught by Snowball Throwing Learning Model and by conventional way (direct instruction technique). It is proved by t-test value of students posttest (3.73) which greater than pretest (0.06). the t-test (3.73) was greater than t-table value (2.021) for 0,05 level of significance, degree of freedom (N1+N2 - 2)= 58.
