Abstract— This research aims to analyze the mastery level of pedagogical competence of PPG teachers of SMK, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang. The research method used was quantitative descriptive and qualitative methods. The data collection techniques were by using a questionnaire, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research showed that the pedagogical competence of PPG teachers of SMK was still low as seen from the average score of each indicator categorized in the less powerful category. The results of this study can be used as an illustration for the future of the learning of PPG teachers of SMK by lecturers in improving the mastery of pedagogical competence. This article aims to describe the profile of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Arabic Language Teachers in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, the relevance of the academic qualifications of Arabic Language Teachers with Subjects taught in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri, and the competence of Arabic Language Teachers in terms of students' perspectives. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques such as questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that when viewed from academic qualifications, Arabic teachers who already have PBA S1 academic qualifications had a percentage of 80% and other S1 academic qualifications of 20%. Referring to these data, the relevance of Arabic language science to subjects taught based on academic qualifications is 80:20. Whereas if the scientific relevance is reviewed from the professional certificate, Arabic teachers who have professional certificates as professional Arabic teachers are 60% and those that have not been certified are 40%. Based on students' perspectives, the competence of Arabic language teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bangka Belitung Islands Province is as follows: Pedagogical Competence with a mean score of 2.64, Professional Competence of 3.00, Social Competence of 3.03, and Personality Competence of 3.04. The overall average score of the four competencies is 2.99 with the interpretation "Enough". Of the three madrasas that are the objects of research, teachers pedagogical competence is a major issue that needs teachers attention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan profil guru bahasa Arab Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, relevansi kualifikasi akademik guru bahasa Arab dengan mata Pelajaran yang diampu di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri, serta kompetensi guru bahasa Arab ditinjau dari perspektif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika ditinjau dari kualifikasi akademik, guru bahasa Arab yang sudah memiliki kualifikasi akademik S1 PBA memiliki prosentase sebesar 80% dan kualifikasi akademik S1 lainnya sebesar 20%. Mengacu kepada data tersebut relevansi keilmuan guru bahasa Arab dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu berdasarkan kualifikasi akademik sebesar 80:20. Sedangkan jika relevansi keilmuan ditinjau dari sertifikat pendidik, guru bahasa Arab yang memiliki sertifikat pendidik sebagai guru bahasa Arab profesional sebesar 60% dan yang belum tersertifikasi sebesar 40%. Berdasarkan perspektif  siswa kompetensi guru bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung adalah sebagai berikut: rerata skor kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 2.64, rerata skor kompetensi profesional sebesar 3.00, kompetensi sosial memiliki rerata skor sebesar 3.03, dan rerata skor untuk kompetensi kepribadian sebesar 3.04. Rerata skor secara umum dari empat kompetensi tersebut adalah 2.99 dengan interpretasi “Cukup”. Dari ketiga madrasah yang menjadi obyek penelitian, kompetensi pedagogik guru menjadi persoalan utama yang perlu mendapat perhatian guru.

The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the use of SIKD in managing archives in the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, with data collection done through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The questionnaire was distributed to the archive manager with a research sample of 6 people. The results of this study indicate that the average score is 3.35, based on preparations using the Likert scale at intervals of 3.26 - 4.00, that the archive manager is very positive and effective using SIKD in managing the archives at the Department of Library and Archives of Pekanbaru City . And the obstacle faced by managers in using SIKD is one of the network problems, where in the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service the network is sometimes unstable.

Marketing is part of the main activities carried out by traders in their efforts to maintain the survival of their business to achieve business goals. Strategy is a process of determining an organizational goal, accompanied by the preparation of a way or effort how to achieve that goal. In particular, strategy is an action that is increasing and continuous and is done based on the point of view of what customers expect in the future. This research aims to find out how the actualization of digital marketing of MSMEs in the era of society 5.0. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through questionnaire sharing. The population in this study is MSMEs Kain Sasirangan in Kampung Sasirangan Banjarmasin City. The results of this study show that Sasirangan MSMEs have used digital marketing in the process of buying and selling their products. It is recognized that the utilization of digital marketing can expand market reach and add new customers, facilitate business management with more flexible time, can be done at any time without having to open a store first, so that the profits obtained are also greater. In addition, by utilizing digital marketing, MSME sasirangan fabric actors do not need a place to sell their products, so the costs incurred are also less. Their lack of ability to use technology, only able to make them do marketing their products traditionally.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

This study aims to overcome the floods that occur in densely populated areas by re-planning existingchannel dimensions. This research was conducted in the RW04 area, Cakung Barat Village, Cakung District,East Jakarta. This region has an area of 25.4ha with flat topography (5-6masl) and densely demographicconditions.The research method uses Quantitative Descriptive Methods. Data collection techniques used are byfield observation and analysis of rainfall data.The results obtained in the form of flood discharge, channel capacity, and plan channel dimensions.Re-planning is carried out on 7 channels that cannot withstand flood discharge by widening the cross section ofthe channel.

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru.  Land grabs and land tenure are one of the potential conflicts that often occur in the community. One of the conflicts that occurred was a case of land control over the former mine of PT. Antam Tbk. in the Sungai Enam sub-district began in 2005. Conflicts started from different meanings of land between PT. Antam Tbk. with the Sungai Enam community. This research was carried out to determine the dynamics of the conflict over the control of the former mining area of PT Antam Tbk. in the Sungai Enam sub-district, Bintan Timur, Bintan district. This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies selected as techniques in data collection. The results of the study show that the conflict that occurred was still in the phase of conflict over the perception of the land of the former PT Antam Tbk. mine between the official owner of PT Antam Tbk. and the community. The Flores people who currently occupy the land consider that the land belongs to God so that they have the right to occupy the land and make it a place to live and grow crops, this assumption is considered right because they can live for decades without any direct request from PT. Antam Tbk. hasn't moved them yet. While the PT. Antam Tbk. can only make a warning by making a notice in one corner of the land with the writing that the land belongs to PT Antam Tbk.Perebutan lahan dan penguasaan lahan merupakan salah satu potensi konflik yang sering terjadi di masyarakat.Salah satu konflik yang terjadi adalah kasus penguasaan lahan atas eks tambang PT Antam Tbk. di Kelurahan Sungai Enam dimulai sejak tahun 2005.Konflik bermula dari pemaknaan yang berbeda atas tanah antara PT Antam Tbk. dengan masyarakat Sungai Enam. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dinamika konflik penguasaan lahan eks tambang PT Antam Tbk. di Kelurahan Sungai Enam Kecamatan Bintan Timur Kabupaten Bintan. Metode penenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi serta studi dokumentasi dipilih sebagai teknik dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konflik yang terjadi masih pada fase pertentangan atas persepsi lahan eks tambang PT Antam Tbk. antara pemilik resmi PT Antam Tbk. dengan masyarakat. Masyarakat Flores yang saat ini menempati lahan tersebut menganggap tanah tersebut milik Tuhan sehingga mereka berhak menempati lahan dan menjadikannya sebagai tempat tinggal dan bercocok tanam, anggapan ini dinilai benar karena mereka bisa hidup puluhan tahun ditanah tersebut tanpa adanya permintaan langsung dari PT Antam Tbk. untuk mereka pindah. Sedangkan pihak PT Antam Tbk. hanya bisa membuat peringatan dengan membuat pemberitahuan di salah satu sudut lahan dengan tulisan bahwa tanah tersebut milik PT Antam Tbk.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dengan penerapan model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia, dan (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain Kemmis & Taggart, yang terlaksana dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa: pada kondisi awal siswa yang aktif hanya 55,56 %, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 59,10%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 85,50%. (2) pembelajaran IPS dengan penerapan model kooperatif two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa: dari kondisi awal rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 68,61, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 71,94 dan pada siklus II menjadi 82,10. Dengan demikian ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari kondisi awal 58,33%, pada siklus I menjadi 77,78%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 100%. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MULTIMEDIA-AIDED TWO STAY TWO STRAY MODEL TO IMPROVE LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN SOCIAL STUDIESAbstractThis study aims to: (1) improve learning activities by means the implementation of the two stay-two stray instructional model, and (2) improve the learning achievement Social Studies of class IX-A, SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik Sumatera Utara. This study is classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, using Kemmis & Taggart design. The data collection techniques used were observation, achievement test, and documentation. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive. The results are as follows. (1) The implementation of media-aided two stay two stray instructional model in social studies teaching can enchance learning activities and learning achievement. There is an increase in students’ learning activities: in the precycle, only 55.56%, in cycle I, the average score of students’ activities was 59.10 % and it became 85.50% in cycle II. (2) There is an increase in students’ the average of learning achievement: in the precycle, only 68.61, in cycle I, the average score of of learning achievement was 71.94 and it became 82.10 in cycle II. There is an increasing mastery of classical learning. In the precycle, only 58.33% of  students achieved learning mastery, in cycle I, it became 77.78%, and in cycle II, it became 100%.

This study aims to answer the problems regarding the difficulties experienced by students in learning speaking English at the MAN Palangka Raya Class Model SchoolThe research method used in this research is Analitycal Research which takes a descriptive step of combining qualitative methods with quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of class XI.I.S-1 and XI.I.S-2 in MAN Palangka Raya Model which amounted to 65 students. Sampling, researchers used purposive sampling and used homogenous samples taken from one of six types of purposive sampling. The data collection method used is observation, interview, test and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the difficulties faced by the students of MAN Model of the class of xi.i.s class include: the interaction pattern is still simple, this is evidenced by the results of the scores without scores, because the patterns used by students for homogeneous and simple presentations.

This study was aimed to know the teaching method of the teacher, and to know the active learning of students in the classroom. The research method used in this research was a descriptive study. The population of this research was the sixth grade of SD Kartika XX-I Makassar with the sample consist of 26 students. Data collection is taken by giving the test. The students were asked to rearrange the picture in groups. The results found that the method used by teachers is PAKEM method. The result of the average score is 75.05 with a standard deviation of 16.2. It is known that the range of values of 80-100 are 7 people (26.9%) with excellent category, 66-79 ranges of 6 (23.1%) with good category, the range of values 56-65 is 3 (11, 5%) with moderate category, 40-55 value ranges were 6 persons (23.1%) with the category of less, 30-39 score range was 4 persons (15,4%) with failed category. It can be concluded that student activeness in class is good.
