Marketing is part of the main activities carried out by traders in their efforts to maintain the survival of their business to achieve business goals. Strategy is a process of determining an organizational goal, accompanied by the preparation of a way or effort how to achieve that goal. In particular, strategy is an action that is increasing and continuous and is done based on the point of view of what customers expect in the future. This research aims to find out how the actualization of digital marketing of MSMEs in the era of society 5.0. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through questionnaire sharing. The population in this study is MSMEs Kain Sasirangan in Kampung Sasirangan Banjarmasin City. The results of this study show that Sasirangan MSMEs have used digital marketing in the process of buying and selling their products. It is recognized that the utilization of digital marketing can expand market reach and add new customers, facilitate business management with more flexible time, can be done at any time without having to open a store first, so that the profits obtained are also greater. In addition, by utilizing digital marketing, MSME sasirangan fabric actors do not need a place to sell their products, so the costs incurred are also less. Their lack of ability to use technology, only able to make them do marketing their products traditionally.

Abstract— This research aims to analyze the mastery level of pedagogical competence of PPG teachers of SMK, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang. The research method used was quantitative descriptive and qualitative methods. The data collection techniques were by using a questionnaire, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research showed that the pedagogical competence of PPG teachers of SMK was still low as seen from the average score of each indicator categorized in the less powerful category. The results of this study can be used as an illustration for the future of the learning of PPG teachers of SMK by lecturers in improving the mastery of pedagogical competence. This study aims to overcome the floods that occur in densely populated areas by re-planning existingchannel dimensions. This research was conducted in the RW04 area, Cakung Barat Village, Cakung District,East Jakarta. This region has an area of 25.4ha with flat topography (5-6masl) and densely demographicconditions.The research method uses Quantitative Descriptive Methods. Data collection techniques used are byfield observation and analysis of rainfall data.The results obtained in the form of flood discharge, channel capacity, and plan channel dimensions.Re-planning is carried out on 7 channels that cannot withstand flood discharge by widening the cross section ofthe channel.

As a system, language consists of several elements or levels that form a complete construction. These elements are sounds or phonemes, morphemes, words, phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, and discourses. Furthermore, these elements can be studiedthrough the branches of linguistics that have been available in accordance with theseelements. This study aims to determine the classifcation of the meaning of polysemicmeaning "enak" and to investigate the classifcation of Polysemi meaning of the wordkuchi (mouth) from the point of view of cognitive linguistics. The research method usedis qualitative descriptive (descriptive research) by recording from several references. thetechnical method and data collection are carried out using the listening method and tapping technique, while the advanced technique is a note-taking technique. From the resultsof the study, it was concluded that the word tasty not only means the delicious taste ofa food that is felt by the taste buds, but also the feeling felt by all members of the bodyand feelings. Referring to Article 28H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, the Government has tried to ensure the health of its citizens through the Covid-19 Vaccination program, but there are still people who refuse to be given the Covid-19 vaccination, and this has become a pro and con in the community. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to set sanctions for refusal of Covid-19 vaccination and how the right to refuse the Covid-19 vaccination is viewed from the point of view of Human Rights. This research method uses a normative juridical approach, with data collection from literature studies. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the sanctions for refusing the Covid-19 vaccine were in the form of imprisonment of 6 months to 1 year in prison or a fine of Rp. 500,000 - Rp. 1,000,000. In addition, there are sanctions in the form of delaying or discontinuing the provision of social security or social assistance, delaying or discontinuing government administrative services, and fines. In fact, refusing to be vaccinated against Covid-19 is a form of individual freedom that cannot be forced with all considerations to express his aspirations regarding the risks and consequences to his body. Where this should be respected by the Government as stated in Article 28J Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution

This study aims to analyze income and profitability of processed robusta coffee as a superior product in Tirto Kencono Cooperative. The research method used in this study is a case study. Respondents in this study were manager, suppliers and all people related in the robusta coffee processing unit. The research wasconducted at the Tirto Kencono Cooperative located in Talang 20 Village, Air Naningan Sub-District,Tanggamus District. Data collection was conducted in February 2019 and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research showed that the four products were viable and feasible because the R/C values were more than one on cash costs and total costs. Four products have profitability ratio of more than 0% with the highest profitability ratio was obtained by Green Coffee T20 product (77.40%) and the lowest product was Gendis Coffee T20 (21.24%).Key words : income, profitability, robusta coffee

Conservation is a way of management which is done by men in using natural resources so that it can provide benefit and maintain the potentials to meet the needs and aspirations of the future generations. This research aims to find out the marble mine natural resources conservation in PT.Industri Marmer Indonesia Tulungagung within Islam's point of view. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using interviews and direct observations towards the research object. Data checking is done by using triangulation byinvolving observations, interviews and documentions.The results show that the economic conservation implementation of natural resources of marble mine in Islam's point of view has been implemented and done by PT. Industri Marmer Indonesia Tulungagung and also there are positive impacts towards the community in the form of factory waste management.

The Village

This research aims to describe the governance of Village-Owned Business Entities in Megaluh, Jombang. Data collection with questionnaires and documents. This research method using quantitative-descriptive. The results show that BUMDES in Megaluh was implemented with the purposes of BUMDES and increase the economics of the village. But there are several limitations in the governance of BUMDES, which is the educational background of the management of BUMDES governance was occupied by high school or vocational school graduates (56,1%), the majority of BUMDES characteristics are in the form of savings and loans (56,4%), trade (29,6%), rental (6,3%), and else (7,7%). BUMDES does afford to contribute to village cash or PADes of the still low (2,39%).

This research aims to find out how the SWOT analysis as a strategy to improve competitiveness and obstacles in the Bank of Riau Kepri, Pekanbaru Business Unit. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The SWOT analysis used is descriptive analysis methods, SWOT matrix and SWOT diagram analysis. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and literature. The results of this study are the SWOT analysis as a strategy to increase competitiveness needs to be evaluated again so that the formation of good performance from within and from outside the Bank of Riau Kepri, Pekanbaru Sharia Business Unit in advancing these banks throughout Province of Riau and Riau Islands.

The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the use of SIKD in managing archives in the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, with data collection done through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The questionnaire was distributed to the archive manager with a research sample of 6 people. The results of this study indicate that the average score is 3.35, based on preparations using the Likert scale at intervals of 3.26 - 4.00, that the archive manager is very positive and effective using SIKD in managing the archives at the Department of Library and Archives of Pekanbaru City . And the obstacle faced by managers in using SIKD is one of the network problems, where in the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service the network is sometimes unstable.

The competition between Banks in Indonesia required the existence of a marketing strategy for appropriate banking products and services offered on the state-owned bank in Indonesia, including in Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between variable Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality, to Saving Decision in State-Owned Bank in Jakarta. Methods of data collection using a survey distributed to 127 customers. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis and method of data analysis used in this research is multiple regressions. The results of this study, shows that Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality has an influence on Customers Saving Decision at State-Owned Banks in Jakarta.
