The purpose of this article is to consider the main features of the market for additional education in the field of business, as well as to identify the key factors for ensuring the competitiveness of an educational organization. Business education is shown from the point of view of the interaction of demand and supply of educational services, identifies the main circumstances that predetermine the structure of demand for these services, as well as the key market requirements for subjects of service supply. The article reveals the main lines of competitive rivalry between participants in the educational process in the field of business, this type of business is analyzed from the standpoint of the need to take into account the features of educational services.

The article deals with the phenomena of lifestyle and educational environment of confessional educational organizations. The methodological basis of the research is based on general scientific methodological approaches (system, comparative, historical, ontological) and special scientific methodological approaches: a system-activity approach, which assumes a motivated solution of problems in the educational process determined by problem situations; a cultural approach that allows us to correlate general, individual and special cultural phenomena, in particular religion and education; an anthropological approach that allowed the interpretation of knowledge from various spheres of life from the point of view of pedagogy. The article contains definitions of the following concepts: «Lifestyle of a confessional educational organization» and «Educational environment of a confessional educational organization». The role of religious worship in the development and functioning of the confessional educational environment is noted. The main factors of the external environment that have a determining influence on the confessional educational environment are highlighted. The author emphasizes the open nature of the modern confessional educational process, which unfolds in the context of a dialogue between all its parties: the religious denomination, the state and the individual.

In the article, the problem of patriotism is considered as a meaningfully changing social phenomenon from the point of view of its nature and essence, which are not invariable. Special attention is paid to the fact that patriotism locked onto itself the unfulfilled hopes of social groups and strata of society, whose expectations turned out to be higher than its political and cultural capabilities. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that it speaks of the dependence of patriotism on a generational shift or generational change, since the emergence of a new capable subject of social action, possessing not only a post-material independent of the departed Soviet nature, but also a new idealized system of values, is capable of predetermining changes in patriotic sentiments in society. The paper argues that various interpretations of patriotism, despite its seeming naturalness and eternity, create the preconditions for the emergence of stereotyped chimerical constructions. It is noted that the traditionally form of patriotic fetishism is the institution of education, reduced to the logic of "service" – to the provision of educational services, built in accordance with a given vertical of values and priorities outlined by the state, within which patriotism is not brought up, but proclaimed. The Institute of Education, for which the frame of education of patriotism has ceased to be an organizing principle, is no longer stitched with strong temporary ties within the direct contact of generations, their semantic dialogue. As a result, patriotic education is poorly integrated into the educational process. Another consequence of this situation is the blindness of the institution of education in modern Russia in relation to generational shifts and their impact on social development. Today it is much more important for the Russian state (its political elite) to reproduce the form of patriotism at the level of official formulas, but not its literal meaning. The article is based on the principles of science, objectivity and creativity.

Abstract The marketing of educational services has become both a priority and a challenge, taking into account the technological changes that have arisen from the aspect of the tools and teaching methods used, as well as from the point of view of the requirements on the market manifested by the bearers of labor demand and supply. In addition, the opening and internationalization of these services has led to an increase in competition in this area, which forces universities to attach greater importance to educational marketing activities. From the point of view of the study of the behavior of the consumer of university educational services, the approach is even more challenging as the offer of educational services presupposes the rendering of an inexpensive, unstable, perishable and extremely variable service in terms of diversity, which requires an extremely complex analysis of the variables that influence the behavior of the “consumer” student, as well as from the point of view of the purchasing decision process, as a result of the action of these factors. In this context, the present paper aims to analyze the necessity of applying specific educational marketing tools, methods and techniques, especially of university marketing, not only from the perspective of the promotional component, which has a leading role in this field, but also starting from to the analysis of the peculiarities of the behavior of the consumer of educational services as a beneficiary.

The article discusses the issues of organizing the educational process in conditions of unforeseen freelance influences, such as accidents, terrorist acts, military or interethnic conflicts, fires, drought, epidemiological situation, etc. It is shown that in a market economy, educational institutions — both state and private ones — reoriented themselves from the planned training of specialists to the customer’s demand for educational services. A new demand-oriented approach to the organization of the educational process is proposed, in which the educational process is presented in the form of a chain “seller — product — consumer”. It is shown that from the point of view of the consumer, the safety and efficiency of educational services are among the important requirements in the face of unforeseen freelance influences. A new structural model of the educational system is proposed, which implies the interaction of two subsystems — the educational infrastructure and the educational process. It is shown that the structural reliability of the educational system is an important indicator for ensuring the psychological and physical safety of participants in the educational process. A new mathematical model based on graphs and hypernets is proposed, which takes into account the mapping of the educational process into the educational infrastructure. The concept of “survivability of the educational system” is introduced as the ability of continuous functioning of this system under the influence of various external destabilizing factors. The task of organizing the educational process in emergency situations from the point of view of the consumer is set as the task of building a hypernet of minimum cost and specified reliability.

This article examines the controversial problems of relations between parents and pedagogues, as well as specific nature of conflicts emerging between them in the educational organization. The author reveals the concept of “conflict” along with the key factors influencing the occurrence of conflicts between parents and pedagogues. Examination of causes and nature of such type of conflicts is carried out for finding optimal methods for settling the conflicts between parents and pedagogues. Humanization of pedagogical approach in education led to the establishment of ambiguous trend in the development of relations between parents and pedagogues. The relevance is defined by the fact that the education system in modern Russia has experienced and continues to experience serious transformations. The acquired results demonstrate correlation between the high propensity towards conflict  of the pedagogue and the nature of conflict with the parents of students. Personality of the pedagogue plays an important role within the system of pedagogue–parent relations. For determining the degree of influence of the revealed factors upon the nature of conflicts between parents and pedagogues, the author carried out a research that included several methodologies. Recommendations are made on improvement of communication competences of pedagogues, namely the ability to resolve conflict situations related to educational process, and particularly, with the parents of students.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена организационной и содержательной трансформацией современного дополнительного образования детей, что, в свою очередь, явилось источником поиска новых трендов в организации работы образовательных организаций. Реализация маркетингового подхода в сфере дополнительного образования вызвана изменением рынка образовательных услуг, появлением новых запросов потенциальных пользователей. Это коррелируется с необходимостью поиска новых возможностей совершенствования качества образования, современных технологий, форм организации образовательной деятельности. Система дополнительного образования более других имеет возможность предоставления услуг специфических услуг, связанных с формированием личности человека, воспроизводством интеллектуальных ресурсов, передачей ценностей культуры. В статье предложены возможные инструменты реализации маркетинговой стратегии образовательных организаций, реализующих дополнительные образовательные программы. Раскрыта сущность феномена маркетинговой стратегии в образовании. Выделены целеполагающие задачи, которые сконцентрированы на изучении и формировании спроса на образовательные услуги, а также на формировании рынка образовательных услуг, востребованных конкретной территорией, обеспечение взаимосвязи производителя услуг и потенциального потребителя, анализ рынка образовательных услуг, стратегическое управление. Все участники образовательного процесса являются максимально включенными в процесс определения образовательных траекторий, а как результат, искоренения унифицированного образования. Статья предназначена для ученых и практиков, занятых в сфере дополнительного (неформального) образования. The relevance of the article is due to the organizational and content transformation of modern additional education for children, which in its turn was a source of search for new trends in the organization of educational organizations. The implementation of the marketing approach in the field of additional education is caused by changes in the market of educational services, the emergence of new requests from potential users. This is correlated with the need to find new opportunities to improve the quality of education, modern technologies, and forms of organization of educational activities. The system of additional education more than others has the ability to provide specific services related to the formation of a person's personality, the reproduction of intellectual resources, and the transfer of cultural values. The article suggests possible tools for implementing the marketing strategy of educational organizations that implement additional educational programs. The essence of the phenomenon “marketing strategy in education” is revealed. The goal-setting tasks that focus on the study and formation of demand for educational services, as well as on the formation of the market of educational services in demand by a particular territory, ensuring the relationship between the service manufacturer and potential consumer, analysis of the educational services market, and strategic management are highlighted. All participants in the educational process are maximally involved in the process of determining educational vectors, and as a result, the development of unified education. The article is intended for scientists and practitioners working in the field of additional (non-formal) education.

Рассматривается возможность использования исторически сложившихся интонационных семантических стереотипов для развития творческой активности учащихся, мотивации познавательной учебной деятельности. Анализируются конкретные варианты использования «мигрирующих интонационных комплексов» для импровизации, сочинения, ансамблевого музицирования на музыкально-теоретических дисциплинах детских музыкальных школ (детских школ искусств), на музыкальных занятиях общеобразовательных школ и различных учреждениях дополнительного образования, включая дошкольное. Именно мотивация способствует достижению важнейшей цели в образовании – экологизации учебного процесса. Это значит максимально вписать учебную деятельность в жизненные потребности учащихся. Положительно переживаемые эмоции в процессе музыкальных занятий способствуют решению очень многих задач. «Пропустить» музыку через себя, «прожить в ней», музицируя, – значит полюбить, понять. Решение весьма сложных вопросов музыкальной педагогики академик Б. В. Асафьев видел в использовании семантического подхода, открывающего и перспективу будущих исследований ученых, и перспективу разработки методики и методологии семантического подхода в музыкально-художественном воспитании и образовании. На основе семантического подхода-анализа исследуются наиболее яркие культурные коды «золотого фонда стандартов» мировой музыки. Представлены некоторые методические подходы-рекомендации и предложения их практического использования в музыкальной педагогике. Сделаны соответствующие выводы по теме исследования. На основе семантического подхода-анализа можно раскрыть феномен музыкального текста, его смысла «не только с позиции фонетики, грамматики и синтаксиса», но и «с точки зрения поэтики, семантики, стилистики». Используя семантический подход в процессе обучения, можно приобрести «навыки устной музыкальной речи» – импровизации, бывшей обязательной когда-то при подготовке музыканта. Необходимо создание «органичной межпредметной связи» между теоретическими дисциплинами и «музицирующей практикой», так как теоретические дисциплины могут и изначально должны быть музицирующими. Вопрос в методике, методологии «погружения» в музыку. Музыкальной педагогике еще предстоит принять и освоить семантический подход, учитывая уровень современной психологии восприятия, выработать методику и методологию учебного процесса, чтобы заинтересовать, увлечь, влюбить в музыку, слушаемую и исполняемую. The article considers the possibility of using historical intonation semantic stereotypes for the development of creative activity of students, motivation of cognitive learning activities. Specific options are being considered for the use of «migratory intonation complexes» for improvisation, composition, ensemble music in the musical-theoretical disciplines of CMS / CSA, in music classes of general education school and various institutions of additional education, including pre-school. It is motivation that contributes to the achievement of the most important goal in education - the greening of the educational process. This means to maximally incorporate educational activities into the life needs of students. Positively experienced emotions in the process of music classes contribute to the solution of many problems. To «pass» music through oneself, «to live in it» while playing music means to love, to understand. Academician B. V. Asafiev saw the solution to very complex issues of musical pedagogy in the use of the semantic approach, which opens up both the prospect of future research of scientists, and the prospect of developing the methods and methodology of the semantic approach in musical and artistic education and training. Based on the semantic approach of analysis the article explores the brightest cultural codes of the «golden fund of standards» of world music. Some methodical approaches-recommendations and proposals for their practical use in music pedagogy are presented. In the effective and final sections of the article, the relevant conclusions are drawn on the topic of the study. On the basis of semantic approach-analysis it is possible to reveal the phenomenon of musical text, its meaning «not only from the position of phonetics, grammar and syntax», but also «from the point of view of poetics, semantics, style». Using a semantic approach in the process of learning you need to acquire «the skills of oral musical speech» – improvisation, which was once obligatory in the training of a musician. It is necessary to create an «organic intersubject communication» between theoretical disciplines and «music-making practice» because theoretical disciplines can and should be musical. The question is the methods of teaching, the methodology of «immersion» in music. Musical pedagogy has yet to be adopted and mastered, taking into account the level of modern psychology of perception, to develop the methods and methodology of the educational process to interest, captivate, to make students fall in love with music heard and performed.

The tasks of increasing the international competitiveness and export of Russian education within the framework of national development priorities are inextricably linked with the need to create a favorable environment for the adaptation of international students based on ecosystem and stakeholder approaches. The development of an integral and multidimensional model of the Russian intercultural adaptation ecosystem for universities and other educational organizations should take place with full recognition of the values of external and internal internationalization in all activities in order to form long-term key competencies. The model of the intercultural adaptation ecosystem should become a matrix and, in a way, a framework solution from the point of view of the strategic development of universities in the global world, taking into account rethinking and sophistication of their mission as a social institution in global partnership.The article offers a comprehensive vision of a model of an intercultural adaptation ecosystem of the educational organization with two contours – internal and external. The internal contour includes four components: values, practices, processes and structures. The external contour of the intercultural adaptation ecosystem of an educational organization also includes four components: inner Russian educational collaborations, international cooperation, interaction with national and cultural communities, and recommendations for authorities.The authors offer a detailed analysis of the factors and priorities of the necessary organizational changes in Russian universities in the context of the tasks of intercultural literacy skills’ strategic development for all participants and stakeholders of the educational process with further transformation into the competence of cultural intelligence.
