This study aims to analyze and describe the application of Malay ornaments on flat-plane glass media by class XI SMAS Dharma Karya Beringin students based on the principles of fine arts, especially in the aspects of unity, balance, harmony, center of attention, and rhythm. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research were students of class XI SMAS Dharma Karya Beringin and the object of the research was the Malay ornament work on flat glass media totaling 15 students' works using the Census Sampling technique. The results of this study explain that the mean score of the work as a whole is categorized as good with an average of 84.9 (good). Malay ornament works are assessed based on the aspects of unity, balance, harmony, center of attention, and rhythm. The aspect of assessment with the highest score is the balance with an average score of 85, that is, the similarity of the left and right motives is relatively the same. aspects of harmony with an average value of 85.47, namely the harmony of the motives is well ordered. The aspect of unity with an average score of 85.3, namely the combination of several shapes and motifs that are linked appropriately. The rhythm aspect with an average value of 84.4, namely the order in which the motifs are placed in order and the attention center aspect with an average value of 83.7, namely the shape of the different motifs and placed in the middle. If broken down as a whole based on student achievement, the works with the very good category are 0 ornamental works by 0%. In the good category there are 15 ornament works at 100% and works with enough category are 0 ornament works by 0%.Keywords: overview, ornaments, malay.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penerapan ornamen Melayu pada media kaca bidang datar karya siswa kelas XI SMAS Dharma Karya Beringin berdasarkan dari prinsip-prinsip seni rupa khususnya dalam aspek kesatuan, keseimbangan, keselarasan, pusat perhatian, dan irama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAS Dharma Karya Beringin dan objek penelitian adalah karya ornamen Melayu pada media kaca bidang datar berjumlah 15 karya siswa dengan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa nilai rata-rata karya secara keseluruhan dikategorikan baik dengan rata-rata 84,9 (baik). Karya Ornamen Melayu dinilai berdasarkan aspek kesatuan, keseimbangan, keselarasan, pusat perhatian, dan irama. Aspek penilaian dengan nilai tertinggi adalah  keseimbangan dengan nilai rata-rata 85, yaitu kesamaan motif kiri dan kanan relatif sama. aspek keselarasan dengan nilai rata-rata 85,47, yaitu  keserasian motif tertata dengan baik. Aspek kesatuan dengan nilai rata-rata 85,3, yaitu perpaduan beberapa bentuk dan motif tertaut dengan tepat. Aspek irama dengan nilai rata-rata 84,4, yaitu urutan penempatan motifnya sudah tertata dan aspek pusat perhatian dengan nilai rata-rata 83,7, yaitu bentuk motif berbeda dan ditempatkan ditengah. Apabila dirincikan secara keseluruhan berdasarkan capaian siswa maka karya dengan kategori sangat baik berjumlah 0 karya ornamen sebesar  0%. This study aims to determine the work of students in drawing shapes based on the principles of fine art. The objects drawn are fruit and fruit baskets. The population of this study were all students of class X with a total of 324 students, and the sample was 36 students' work. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the overall work produced by applying the principles of fine arts has a fairly good score with an average score of = 81.86 in the category C (good enough) on the principle of unity. Then in the principle of composition an average value of = 80.35 in the category C value (good enough), then on the principle of perspective, the average value = 81.67 in the category C value (good enough) and the principle of dark-light fine acquisition value = 82.15 in the category of value (good enough). So from that the overall acquisition of an average value = 81.51 in the category C value (good enough).

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil karya siswa yaitu dalam menggambar bentuk siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Simangumban berdasarkan  prinsip-prinsip seni rupa. Objek yang yang digambar adalah botol dan gelas. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh hasil karya gambar bentuk siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Simangumban yang berjumlah 124 karya. dan sampelnya yaitu 30 karya dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengetahui bagaimana hasil karya gambar bentuk siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Simangumban terlebih dahulu, mendeskripsikan gambaran yang diteliti dan dinilai berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip seni rupa yang telah ditentukan.Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan karya yang dihasilkan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip seni rupa memiliki kualitas yang cukup dengan nilai rata-rata = 62,13. Secara terperinci, nilai rata-rata berdasarkan kelima prinsip-prinsip seni rupa sebagai berikut: prinsip kesatuan = 63,71, prinsip proporsi  = 65, prinsip komposisi = 64, Prinsip keseimbangan = 59,22, dan prinsip terang gelap = 57,18.Kata Kunci: karya gambar bentuk, prinsip-prinsip seni rupa.AbstractThis study aims to find out the results of students' work, namely in drawing the form of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Simangumban based on the principles of fine arts. This study uses descriptive qualitative method by knowing how the results of the work of the VII grade students in SMP Negeri 1 Simangumban first, describe the picture that is researched and assessed based on predetermined art principles. The findings of this study indicate that the overall work produced based on the principles of fine art has sufficient quality with an average value = 62.13. In detail, the average value is based on the five principles of art as follows: principle of unity = 63.71, principle of proportion = 65, principle of composition = 64, principle of balance = 59.22, and principle of lightness = 57.18. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kreativitas gambar anak dalam mewarnai bergradasi dengan menggunakan oil pastel meliputi beberapa aspek pribadi kreatif, press (dorongan), proses kreatif, dan produk kreatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak yang belajar di Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar. Pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  teknik purposive sampling (sampling bertujuan) diperoleh  sampel  penelitian  yaitu  sebanyak 3 orang anak usia 6-8 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu peneliti mendeskripsikan hasil kreativitas gambar anak usia 6-8 tahun yang belajar di Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar melalui hasil mewarnai bergradasi dengan menggunakan oil pastel. Dari data yang diperoleh maka dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui tes lisan, dokumentasi, observasi, serta wawancara sebagai penilaian berdasarkan pada teori 4P pribadi kreatif, press (dorongan), proses kreatif, dan produk kreatif. Penilaian dilakukan oleh 3 orang, yaitu Pakar Psikologi Anak, dosen Seni Rupa Unimed, dan salah seorang guru pengajar di Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar dengan format penilaian berbeda sesuai keahlian penilai tentang teori 4P Hasil gambar anak dalam pewarnaan bergradasi yang digunakan pada pembelajaran di Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar dikategorikan baik. Hasil kreativitas gambar anak dalam mewarnai bergradasi dengan menggunakan oil pastel di Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar berdasarkan beberapa aspek dari teori 4P oleh Utami Munandar yaitu Pribadi kreatif, Pres, Proses kreatif dan Produk kreatif dikategorikan Baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata = 83,2. Namun, hasil terlihat bahwa aspek dorongan mendapatkan nilai terendah. Dorongan merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak. Sehingga, untuk lebih meningkatkan kreativitas anak dalam mewarnai bergradasi dengan menggunakan oil pastel di Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar perlu ditingkatkan dorongan dari luar agar dorongan dari dalam diri sendiri lebih terpancing.Kata Kunci: kreativitas, mewarnai, gradasi, oil pastel.AbstractThis research was conducted at Studio Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar which aims to find out and describe the results of creativity analysis of images of children in graded coloring using oil pastel covering several aspects of creative personalities, press, creative processes, and creative products. The population in this study were all children who studied at Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar. Sampling using purposive sampling technique (sampling aims) obtained by the study sample as many as 3 children aged 6-8 years. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely the researcher describes the results of the creativity of images of children aged 6-8 years who study at Sukis Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar through graded coloring results using oil pastel. From the data obtained, data was collected through oral tests, documentation, observation, and interviews as assessments based on 4P creative theory, press (encouragement), creative processes, and creative products. The assessment was carried out by 3 people, namely Child Psychology Expert, Unimed Lecturer in Fine Arts, and one teaching teacher at Sukis Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar with different assessment formats according to the appraisal expertise on 4P theory. The results of children's images in graded coloring were used in Painting Studio learning. Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar is categorized as good. The creativity results of drawing children in graded coloring using oil pastel in Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar based on several aspects of Utami Munandar's 4P theory of creative personality, pres, creative process and creative products are categorized as good with an average score of 83.2. However, the results show that the push aspect gets the lowest score. Encouragement is one important aspect to improve children's creativity. So, to further enhance the creativity of children in coloring graded using oil pastels in Sanggar Lukis Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar, external encouragement needs to be increased so that the motivation from within is more provoked.  Keywords: creativity, coloring, gradation, oil pastel.

This study aims to see the ability of students to apply decorative styles with the collage technique made from stickers in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Perbaungan based on the principles of fine arts, namely unity, balance, and rhythm. The theme used is flora with food jars as media. Based on the researchers 'initial observations, the students' decorative works using paint on paper media were still not optimal. As well as the lack of student knowledge in applying the principles of fine arts is a factor driving student work to be less than optimal. The population in this study was all class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Perbaungan with 277 students. The sample was 21 students of class VII-1 (superior) using the purposive sampling technique. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The findings of this study indicate that, in total, the application of the ornamental variety of class VII-1 collage techniques based on the principles of unity, balance, and rhythm has an average value of = 79.5 with a reasonably good category. In detail, the average value is based on the following three aspects: unity = 79.7 (good enough), balance = 79.5 (good enough), and rhythm = 79.3 (good enough) with performance indicators: unity, balance, and rhythm.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the perception of 2017 Geography Education Department students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Medan State University, on the implementation of online-based examinations in the Statistics course. This research is a descriptive study, with the population being all students of the 2017 Geography Education Department, Medan State University. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique, where the sample in this study were all C class students of the 2017 Geography Education Department, Faculty of Social Sciences, Medan State University, totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires) to respondents, then the data were analyzed through several stages, namely editing, coding, scoring, and measuring perceptions with the interval scale method, the mean value, mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. The results of this study are to show that the perception of Class C students of the Department of Geography Education on the implementation of online-based exams in the Statistics subject is good or has a positive value.Keywords: Perception, online exams, and statistics  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Geografi Angkatan 2017 Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Medan terhadap pelaksanaan ujian berbasis online pada mata kuliah Statistik. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dimana sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa kelas C Jurusan Pendidikan Geografi Angkatan 2017 Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Medan sebanyak 26 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket) kepada responden, kemudian data dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap yaitu editing, coding, scoring, dan pengukuran persepsi dengan metode skala interval, nilai rata-rata (mean), median, modus, dan standar deviasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwasanya persepsi mahasiswa kelas C Jurusan Pendidikan Geografi terhadap pelaksanaan ujian berbasis online pada mata kuliah Statistik adalah baik atau bernilai positif.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, ujian online, dan statistik

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who lack academic self-efficacy in undergoing the process of academic activities at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the academic self-efficacy of the students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The variable contained in this study is academic self-efficacy. This research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo using students for the Academic Year 2020-2021 as many as 320 student subjects taken using the proportional sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used an academic self-efficacy scale with a Likert-scaled model. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis with categorization techniques. The results of data analysis showed that most of the students' academic self-efficacy levels were in the medium category (71%), a few were in the low category (16%), but a small portion had high self-efficacy (13%),. The study programs that have are Management study programs with an average score of 70.70, and Law study programs are 70.43. While the highest aspect is generality with an average value of 26.45, magnitude 25.13, strength aspect 18.48.

One of the curriculum’s expectations at the fourth semester of english department in Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan (IPTS) is students are able to write narrative text. But in fact, students’ writing narrative text ability is still low, so researcher conduct a research in that field. The purposes of this research are to find out: 1) the extent of students’ writing narrative text ability, and 2) the significant effect of using character oriented local wisdom based learning model on students’ writing narrative text ability at the fourth semester students of english department in IPTS. The method of research is mix method by combining quantitative and qualitative method. The researcher collected the data by using interview and composition writing test. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique, it was 25 students. The data were then analyzed by using descriptive and inferential analysis, it was t-test formula by Arikunto. The findings of the research are the mean score of students’ writing ability before using character oriented local wisdom based learning model was 53.54 which categorized bad, then after using character oriented local wisdom based learning model was 82.50 which categorized good. The hypothesis testing showed that t-test was higher than t-table, it means that the hypothesis is accepted. It clearly seen that there is a significant effect of character oriented local wisdom based learning model on students’ writing narrative text ability at the fourth semester students of english department in IPTS.

ABSTRACTSurabaya Islamic Hospital Foundation is preparing Jemursari Islamic Hospital to become an educational hospital bacause University of Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya as a medical institution is required to have at least one primary educational hospital. Jemursari Islamic Hospital  has conducted self assessment related to the readiness to become educational hospital in 2017 and resulted in a total value of 88.34%. This research aims to describe the readiness to change at the Islamic Hospital Jemursari in the change into an educational hospital. This research was conducted at Islamic Hospital of Jemursari in period of October 2017-July 2018. This research is descriptive research because it describes readiness to change at Jemursari Islamic Hospital in the change to become educational hospital without any statistical calculation. This research is a quantitative research using cross-sectional method. Sampling method with proportional random sampling technique to get sample of 88 people spread in all work units at Jemursari Islamic Hospital. Data collection using questionnaires readiness guide for readiness assessment consisting of five indicators namely communication, sponsorship, stakeholder, readiness, and training. The results showed that the indicator of communication at Jemusari Islamic Hospital has the lowest average value (4.32) and has a slightly ready level. The stakeholder indicator has the highest average score (5.06) and has a ready level. In addition, indicators of sponsorship, readiness, and training have a ready level. In conclusion, based on these five indicators, most respondents (87,23%) at Jemursari Islamic Hospital are ready to change from non-educational hospital to educational hospital. The advice given is to improve communication related to the change into an educational hospital, so that all indicators become ready. Keywords: hospital, educational hospital, readiness to change

This research aims to determine the perseptions of 2015-2016 class students about the use of the Turnitin aplication to prevent plagiarism in the Library Universitas Bina Darma Palembang and to find out what aspect need to be improved. The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research were 365 respondents. The main data collections method is a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Test the validity of the instrument using the Product Moment, while the realibility test used Cronbach Alpha, with calculations using SPSS 22.0 For Windows. The analysis data in this research used the Mean and Grand Mean formula. The result of the research be conclude that perseptions of 2015-2016 class students about the use of the Turnitin aplications to prevent plagiarism in the Bina Darma University Library in Palembang is a “Very High” category with a  total average value of (4,20), and are at interval 4,20-5,0.  While the aspect that must be improved is the aspect of affection (attitude), with the lowest average score (4,14) compared to other aspects.

The research objectives of this class are: (1) to describe the learning process using the Inquiry Learning Model to improve the Cognitive Ability of the International Trade Concept Students of Class XI Social Sciences 2. (2) to describe how much the students' increase in the cognitive ability of the international trade concept is indicated by the value of the results. student learning using the Inquiry Learning Model for Class XI Social Sciences 2. (3) Describing behavioral changes that accompany cognitive abilities or understanding the concept of International Trade is too broad and often updated with regard to International Trade information related to the condition of the country in society, by using Inquiry Learning Model for Class XI Social Sciences 2 Students using the Inquiry Learning Model for Class XI Social Sciences 2 Students. SMA N 2 Mranggen. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the average score for the Daily Test which is used as the Pre-Cycle is 38.43, only 1 student has completed the KKM, the average score for Cycle 1 which is used as the Pre-Cycle is 43.14 with 1 student who completes KKM, the average value for Cycle 2 which is used as Pre-Cycle is 59.71 with 21 students who complete the KKM. Thus, the average daily test for both Pre-Cycle, Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 continues to increase with the number of each student. above the KKM has increased. In addition, non-test results also showed a change in behavior for the better in terms of motivation and interest in reading. Students show better responses and activities starting from Pre-Cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II. It can be seen that there is an increase in each step / cycle, which shows things that show success in the application of learning models and media madding in learning economics of the basic competencies of International Trade. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui Nilai Rata - rata untuk Ulangan Harian yang dijadikan sebagai Pra Siklus adalah 38,43, hanya 1 siswa yang tuntas KKM, Nilai Rata - rata untuk Siklus 1 yang dijadikan sebagai Pra Siklus adalah 43,14 dnegan 1 siswa yang tuntas KKM, Nilai Rata - rata untuk Siklus 2 yang dijadikan sebagai Pra Siklus adalah 59,71 dengan 21 siswa yang tuntas KKM dengan demikian untuk rata - rata ulangan harian baik Pra Siklus, Siklus 1 dan Siklus 2 tetap mengalami peningkatan dengan jumlah masing – masing siswa yang diatas KKM mengalami peningkatan. Selain itu hasil non tes juga menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku menjadi lebih baik dalam hal motivasi dan minat baca. Peserta didik menunjukkan respon dan aktivitas yang lebih baik dimulai dari Pra Siklus, Siklus I dan Siklus II. Dapat dilihat bahwa ada peningkatan pada setiap step / siklusnya, dimana memperlihatkan hal yang menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam penerapam model pembelajaran dan media madding dalam pembelajaran ekonomi kompetensi dasar Perdagangan Internasional ini.
