This community service activity is one form of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity was carried out in order to help preserve the pencak silat banjar culture which is in the Village of Ara Payung. The main problem faced by partners is that in carrying out the training of pencak silat trainers, they do not yet have the ability to prepare training programs, variations in the practice of pencak silat in the art of motion are not many. And the lack of training facilities that exist in supporting a good training process, and supporting facilities. The output targets in this activity are: Trainers are able to make a good and correct training program in accordance with the rules of coaching. Availability of standard martial arts training facilities in accordance with the provisions. The method used to achieve the objectives of this activity is. Coaching clinic for the preparation of training programs for pencak silat coach, and mentoring for banjar pencak silat training. This service activity has resulted in an exercise program that is used in training at tha club, the trainer is able to arrange an exercise program that can be applied in training, increasing the variety of training in the Pencak Silat Raga Insani club. With the training and mentoring activities, the enthusiasm of the teenagers in the village of Ara Payung was higher in participating in the martial arts training in his village.Keywords: Instrument, Talent, Karate.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. AbstrakTujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu tridharma perguruan tinggi, khususnya bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk membantu mitra dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapinya, mulai dari aspek kesertaaan remaja dalam latihan pencak silat, program latihan, dan perlengkapan latihan. Target khusus dalam kegiatan ini dihasilkannnya perlengkapan latihan pencak silat yang standard nasional dalam pertandingan.metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai kegiatan ini adalah metode FGD, Penyuluhan dan sosialisasi bahaya penggunaan narkoba,Pembentukan komunitas olaharaga remaja desa,Pendampingan latihan olahraga bagi komunitas olahraga remaja desa Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah perguaran silat garuda sakti dan Asslam. Jarak kedua mitra ± 20 km dari Universitas Negeri Medan dan dapat ditempuh dengan angkutan umum selama 30 menit. Komunitas pencak silat merupakan satu komunitas yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2010 yang berada di desa Suka Makmur Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Akan tetapi dalam menjalankan program latihannya masih banyak mengalami kendala. Kesertaaan remaja dalam mengikuti latihan yang masih sedikit, metode melatih yang masih konvensional,pelatih tidak memiliki program latihan yang tertulis dan peralatan latihan yang belum memadai.Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya yang konstruktif yang dapat mengatasi mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan kegiatan pelatuhan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah penyuluhan tentang bahaya narkoba bagi remaja, coching clinic bagi pelatih, pendampingan latihan karate, dan penyediaan peralatan latihan pencak silat.Kata Kunci : Komunitas, Olahraga, Remaja.AbstractThe purpose of this community service activity is to implement one of the Tri Dharma colleges, especially the field of community service to help partners in solving the problems they face, ranging from the aspect of teenagers in the practice of martial arts, exercise programs, and exercise equipment. This independent community service activity is entitled the assistance of french travelers visits culture in theVillage of Arts and Culture Jelekong Bale Endah - Bandung. The head of the PPM and members of PPM were acted asFrench interpreter at various activities in the village of GiriHarja or better known as Village of Jelekong. The mainobjective of this activity is to introduce of Arts and culture village of Jelekong as potential tourism assets to Frenchtourists. With this activity, Jelekong is expected  as a center of art and culture which can not only preserve Sundaneseculture but can also be more widely known and be able to develop a variety of artistic and cultural potential that alreadyexists. The activities that have been done are Sundanese culinary cooking demonstrations, painting workshop, Jaipongworkshop, and martial arts workshop. These activities are considered successful because of Jelekong people and Frenchtourist’s participation were high enough in series of activities

<p>Wajok Hilir Village is a peatland, agricultural have been going on for generations. The taro plant is one of the leading plants. However, in the last 10 years, productivity is only about 3-5 ounces per stem. This has resulted in the community no longer interested in cultivating taro plants. To increase the people's interest in planting taro, it is necessary to carry out training and practice by making a demonstration plot as a pilot. This activity aims to educate partners and residents in Wajok Hilir Village about how to farm taro so that productivity increases. The training provided was in the form of education on land management without burning. The method used in this activity is to provide training with the lecture and discussion method and direct practice in the taro demonstration plot. The partner of this activity is the Palaguna Farmer Group in Wajok Hilir Village. This training activity is a community service activity funded by the Higher Education DRPM 2020 through the Village Partners Development Program (PPDM) scheme. The result of this activity is that taro productivity can be increased and at the same time can increase the knowledge and skills of the Partners and residents of Wajok Hilir Village. This activity is also expected to increase the income of Partners in particular and the people of Wajok Hilir Village in general.</p>

Community service (PKM) is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation is inseparable from the other two dharmas, and involves all members of the academic community: lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM the academic community can be present in the midst of the community.The location of Nurul Ihsan Foundation is sufficient to enter the village, so that not many people know of its existence. Even though the Foundation has been established since 1994. Besides educational activities (pesantren), Nurul Ihsan Orphanage also organizes skills training for foster children and the surrounding community to cultivate talents and provide them with certain skills for the future. The number of activities above, the need to continue to develop skills is a matter that has always been championed by the management of the Nurul Ihsan Orphanage Foundation and other institutions. To meet these needs, strategic marketing management counseling is carried out so that the name Nurul Ihsan Foundation is increasingly known to the wider community. It is hoped that more donors will continue to help fulfill the education of the students and orphans at the Nurul Iksan Foundation. One solution that resulted from this outreach was about marketing media and marketing personnel that must be owned by the Nurul Iksan Foundation. PKM with the title: "Counseling Strategic Marketing Management in the Development of the Nurul Iksan Foundation" in general went smoothly and impressively. The students and the foundation's management were very enthusiastic in listening to the explanation of the material provided. This is illustrated by the many questions raised and two-way discussions that occur. Desa Terong memiliki cukup banyak kasus stunting. Perhatian terhadap pemenuhan pangan yang bergizi perlu dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan gizi masyarakat lewat pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan penanaman tanaman buah seperti papaya California dan alpukat yang bergizi bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi dan ekonomi masyarakat sasaran dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Masyarakat sasaran sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlihat dari jumlah peserta saat penyuluhan dan penyerahan bibit pepaya california dan alpukat. Meskipun hasil dari tanaman buah tersebut membutuhkan waktu, masyarakat sasaran merasa bahwa upaya ini cukup membantu dalam usaha perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Bahkan masyarakat berpikiran bahwa penanaman tanaman buah di lahan pekarangan ini bisa menjadi potensi pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis buah. Jangka panjang dari dampak kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat berarti mulai dari level keluarga sampai wilayah desa. Pemenuhan gizi keluarga secara mandiri lewat lahan pekarangan perlu dikembangkan, masyarakat perlu lebih disadarkan. Selain memberikan asupan gizi yang baik, juga bernilai ekonomis. Efforts to increase people nutrition through homegarden utilization with planting california papaya and avocado can be solution here. This community service activity aims to increase people nutrition and economic through homegarden utilization. Method which was used is extension and assistance. The targeted community was very enthusiastic about this community service program, it can be seen from the number of participants during extension and handing over California papaya and avocado seeds. Although the results of the fruit crops need time, the targeted community feels that this effort is quite helpful to improve people nutrition. The targeted community thinks that planting fruit trees on homegarden can be a potential for village development to become a fruit-based tourism village. The long-term impact of these community service activities is significant from the family level to the village area. Fulfillment of family nutrition independently through the homegarden utilization, the community needs to be more aware. In addition to providing good nutrition, it is also economically valuable.

Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak  Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak  sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak.  Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan.       Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang menjadi salah satu pilar tegaknya Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dengan melaksanakan kegiatan ini, institusi pendidikan tinggi secara langsung mendharmakan dirinya memberikan solusi-solusi untuk masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan program Pendampingan dengan kasus yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan masing-masing IKM. Lokasi pengabdian adalah sekelompok industri makanan yang berada di seputaran Desa Kecamatan Godean Kabupaten Sleman. Atas saran dan arahan kelompok, sebagai sasaran khusus dipilih Kelompok PKK dengan beragam kondisi dan kemampuan produksi dengan harapan Kelompok tersebut dapat menjadi agent of change bagi kelompok yang lain. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat adalah, Kesadaran yang rendah terhadap pentingnya keselamatan kerja, Belum adanya perencanaan produksi yang tersistematis, Proses produksi yang masih menggunakan alat tradisional, Tempat kerja yang tidak higienis dan tidak ergonomis, Luas lantai produksi yang tidak optimal, Utilisasi peraalatan yang rendah, Produktivitas rendah Kata kunci: IKM, industri makanan, Produktifitas.     Community service is an activity that is one of the pillars of upholding the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The Village

A clean and healthy tourist village is the main attraction for visitors because the beautiful and clean environment makes visitors feel comfortable. Based on the results of the FGD conducted by the University of Bengkulu LPPM in the village of Rindu Hati, several problems were found, such as the cleanliness of the village, the absence of a garbage disposal site. This of course can cause various problems for visitors and the community, one of which can affect public health and the environment. Efforts that can be made are the Guidance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education to the Rindu Hati village community so that they can maintain environmental cleanliness and health through the proper and correct application of PHBS, increase community knowledge and skills in managing household waste and environmental waste, and improve community skills in disease management. environmental impacts and independently in preventing and overcoming the health problems it faces. The methods used are: health education about waste management, training to utilize waste. The participants who took part in this activity were 50 people consisting of environmental groups, PKK cadres, health cadres, village officials, and housewives. The results of this community service activity show an increase in community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, this can be seen from the community's ability to implement PHBS and utilize waste that has economic value.

Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. The training is planned to be held on October to December 2020.   Keywords: Judo, Physical Condition, Training   Abstrak   Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kondisi fisik kepada para atlet pemula, program latihan kepada para pelatih fisik di Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya proses latihan yang masih minim. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Materi yang dibahas adalah program latihan judo. Pelatihan direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal Oketober hingga Desember 2020.   Kata kunci: Judo, Kondisi fisik, Pelatihan
