AbstrakTujuan kegiatan IbM ini adalah memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadpi mitra dalam mengembangkan usahanya baik aspek produksi dan manajemen usaha melalui proses penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan guna meningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengelola limbah kayu dan triplek bekas bongkaran konstruksi bangunan menjadi produk kretif bernilai ekonomis tinggi yang jelas pangsa pasarnya. Target khusus dalam kegiatan IbM ini adalah meningkatkan pendapatan/kesejahteraan mitra melalui penerapan strategi diversifikasi produk yang berorientasi pada aspek pemasaran dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha mitra. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berupa 1) Produk kreatif (Permainan edukatif, lampion hias dan rumah barbie), yang jelas pangsa pasarnya 2) Mesin listrik pemotong kayu yang dapat menunjang perbaikan kualitas produk mitra, 3) Pangsa pasar baru untuk produk yang dihasilkan mitra 4) Laporan Keuangan/Pembukuan untuk usaha kecil yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau perkembangan usaha mitra; dan 5) Karya ilmiah yang akan diterbitkan di jurnal LPM Unimed. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan kegitan IbM adalah optimalisasi pemanfaatan limbah triplek dan kayu bekas konstruksi bangunan dan manajemen pengelolaan UMKM, serta metode pelaksanaannya meliputi: penyuluhan, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di desa paya pasir kecamatan tebing syahbandar kabupaten serdang bedagai berjarak kurang lebih 58 km dari Universitas Negeri Medan. Di desa tersebut terdapat kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki usaha memproduksi lemari pakaian, kandang ayam, dan meja sekolah yang bahan bakunya limbah kayu dan triplek bekas bongkaran konstruksi bangunan. dan berkeinginan untuk mengembangkan usahanya/ meningkatkan pendapatannya.Kata Kunci: Produk Kreatif, Limbah triplek, Rumah BarbieAbstract The purpose of this activity is to provide solutions to the problems faced by partners in developing their business in both production and business management aspects through the extension, training and mentoring process in order to increase the knowledge and skills of partners in managing wood waste and plywood building construction disbursement into high value economic creami product a clear market share. The specific target in this IbM activity is to increase the income / welfare of partners through the implementation of product diversification strategy that is oriented on marketing aspect and management of partner business management. The output generated from this activity is 1) Creative products (Educative games, decorative lanterns and barbie houses), clear market share 2) Wood cutting machine that can support the quality improvement of partner products, 3) New market share for partner-generated products 4) Financial Reports / Bookkeeping for small business that can be used to monitor the development of partner's business; and 5) Scientific works to be published in LPM Unimed journals. The approach method used to achieve IbM's goal is optimizing the utilization of waste of wood plywood and the former of building construction and management of UMKM management, and its implementation methods include: counseling, production training, business management training, and mentoring. This activity is carried out in the village of sand dune cliffs syahbandar district serdang bedagai is approximately 58 km from Medan State University. In the village there are community groups that have businesses producing wardrobe, chicken coops, and school desks that raw materials waste wood and plywood dismantling building construction. and wish to expand its business / increase its income. Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan Iptek bagi Masyarakat (IbM) ini adalah membantu mitra (Kelompok UPPKS Lestari) dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah utama yang dihadapi khususnya masalah yang berkaitan dengan perbaikan kualitas produk dan pemasarannya. Target khusus dalam kegiatan IbM ini akan dihasilkannya: 1) Peralatan produksi (alat pengering minyak), 2) Kelengkapan dan kelayakan administrasi kredit 3) desain kemasan, 4) Label Halal dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dan 5) Produk terdaftar di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM), 6) pangsa pasar baru. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan kegitan IbM adalah pendekatan kelompok UPPKS dan metode pelaksanaannya meliputi: pendidikan, penyuluhan, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha, dan pendampingan. Rencana kegiatan IbM yang akan dilakukan antara lain memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan serta pendampingan dengan fase kegiatan sebagai berikut: 1) Pemberian alat produksi (alat pengering minyak), 2) pendidikan dan pelatihan Manajemen Usaha (Pengelolaan usaha, pengembangan pangsa pasar dan Pembukuan untuk usaha kecil, kelengkapan dan kelayakan adm kredit), 3) Pelatihan pembuatan desain kemasan (plastik kemasan, stiker dan alat pres) 4) Pengurusan Label halal dari MUI, 5) Mendaftarkan produk ke BPOM, serta 6) pendidikan dan pelatihan bidang pemasaran.. Kata Kunci:  Alat Pengering Minyak, UPPKS, Rempeyek. Abstract The purpose of science and technology activities for the Society (IbM) is to help partners (Group UPPKS Lestari) in solving the main problems faced, especially issues related to improving product quality and marketing. Products Woven or ketak is a handicraft product produced by the ‘artisans’ community in the village of Karang Bayan West Lombok with raw materials from plants ketak. In the process it takes the necessary skills to weave and combine woven ketak with other natural products such as wood, pottery, coconut shell or bone. The marketing of wicker web products has penetrated the export market, especially the Japanese market. Problems experienced by industrial partners or the artisan’s community is the transfer of design from businessmen to crafters (door to door), drying process during the rainy season and business management. Designs are sometimes made by the buyer and sent to the entrepreneur via email. The solving problem that is faced by the producents is the important thing to be done, by approaching the centralized design transfer training (in one place that is done in the partner house).  The next one, making a mechanical dryer with two heat sources located beside left and lower right and LPG-fueled (clean, practical, economical and environmentally friendly). Next step, by providing business management assistance (finance and marketing).

IbM activities carried out in the village Jatisari, local village government has formed groups of fish farmers, but due to constraints in the high feed costs, the number of farmers began to decrease from 20 to less than 5 people catfish farmers. Constraints, high feed costs caused by dependence on the feed manufacturers and fish farmers group is limited knowledge about the creation of alternative feed. Limitations in managing the business also experienced group of fish farmers, especially in production planning and financial of the business, through the program IbM, expected these problems can be finished.The IbM program consist of:(1)business management training (business plan), (2) training of feed manufacturing catfish with the use of local waste and can be as alternative feed, (3) training on mastery of engine technology prill fish pellets simple and integrated with dryers that can be used as an alternative to the rainy season. Outcomes of this program can be formed business group catfish farmers are independent, able to manage the business properly, can make alternative feed and capable of implementing the technology.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the village financial system program (Siskeudes) through the quality of financial reports on the performance of village governments in Batang District. This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach that is by distributing questionnaires. The populations in this study were all villages in Batang Regency. Sample total was 150 villages, consisting of 2 stakeholders (village heads as budget users and village treasurers as financial staff) was selected as respondents in this study. The technique used to determine the sample is cluster random sampling. The method used to analyze data is Structural Equation Modeling. The results found that the implementation of the village financial system (Siskeudes) program through the quality of financial reports significantly affected the performance of village governments in Batang District. This study recommends that financial management training involve all PTPKD (Village Financial Management Technical Tools). The need for a village government budget team (TPAP district) at the sub-district level has the task of preparing and implementing policies in the context of drafting APB district, thus accelerating the planning and budgeting stages of village finances. In addition, regular supervision needs to be intensified, namely with an online monitoring system, and the existence of a reward and punishment scheme so as to improve the performance of the village government.

Zharkovo 3 settlement is located in the south of Western Siberia in the steppe Altai. The site was studied by archaeologists of the Altai State University and they discovered two building horizons: one of the Andronovo time (one house was studied) and the other of the Late Bronze Age (two structures and a soot pit). The paper presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the Andronovo (Fedorovo) ceramics of the Zharkovo 3 settlement. Fragments of 74 different vessels were used to analyze the ornamentation. The method of V.F. Gening was used. The authors conducted the analysis of shapes and ornamentation of the ancient tableware, and analysis of the technology of its manufacture. It has been established that the collection contains vessels of cap- and pot-shaped forms, the predominant technique of ornamentation of which is stamping. The ornamental compositions mainly consist of four or more different motifs. A series of 49 samples, apparently from 47 vessels, was subjected to technical and technological analysis. The method of study of ceramics, developed by A.A. Bobrinsky and follow-ers of his school within the framework of the historical and cultural approach, was used. The potters of the village preferred medium-plastic clay of medium iron content as the raw material. The main recipe for the paste composi-tion was ‘clay + chamotte + organics’. Research into the construction of the pottery has revealed consistent skills in its manufacture. The patchwork-lumpy and spiral-patchwork methods of forming the vessel hollow body, recorded in the settlement, are characteristic of the Andronovo ceramics throughout its distribution area. It can be stated that the Andronovo population, who left the pottery of the Zharkovo 3 settlement, achieved a certain unity of cultural traditions in selection of the raw materials and paste composition. Almost all vessels of the site exhibited the use of the same type of mineral additives — chamotte. Deviations in concentration and dimension of its particles are associated with individual differences in the skills of the potters of the settlement. The presence on the site of individual vessels with pronounced differences in manufacturing technology should be regarded as examples of imports.

Activities to encourage people to be creative and independent with entrepreneurship can be done through partnerships that will provide convenience and become more excited. Rawa Buaya village community partner with the PKK and Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA), conduct entrepreneurial activity for economic independence and help one of Jakarta government programs. Residents carry out the production process if there is a desire or order, therefore the scale of production and marketing needs to be improved. Production process activities carried out have not been continuously indicated that the community does not understand entrepreneurship. For this reason, an understanding of entrepreneurial knowledge is needed in the production process, starting from the right production planning, readiness of raw materials and product diversification in building a business independently of the community, especially the residents of Rawa Buaya village. The activity begins with the provision of entrepreneurial understanding, the right production process and the need for product diversification so that it can make a continuous effort to increase economic independence. Entrepreneurial become the motor of economic and capable of creating jobs, more hope will boost economic growth and contribute to the reduction of unemployment through various development activities production of ornamental flowers and seeds of refined products in the village of Rawa Buaya Palm is expected to increase the number of SME entrepreneurs.

One of the handicrafts in Gorontalo Province is Upia Karanji which is also commonly called the Kopiah Basket. This craft is a typical Gorontalo craft made from Mintu tree bark. During its development, various problems arose from the production process, business management, and marketing. The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) of the solutions offered are in the aspect of production by selecting production support partners so that partners get at least 1 distributor of raw materials. Contribute to the production phase and the implementation of tools that can make time efficient at all stages of production, and the support of tools for partners continues to promote safety at work. Training and guidance on the preparation of financial statements so that partners have a simple financial accounting for their business. Organizational training is provided to partners so as to provide capabilities in and provide work based on the number of members. Design training and guidance for partners so that partners create products that have diverse motives. Marketing management training and promotion demonstrations to partners so partners can practice modern ways of promotion. Assistance with marketing partners so that partners get marketing partners who can increase sales.

Our PKM partners are a family company engaged in the manufacture of T-shirt sheets, which have the trademark "confetti" in Depok area. The problems they face include their limited expertise in utilizing technology for marketing, overlapping employee job descriptions, and financial management which only uses simple bookkeeping.The approach method used in PKM activities is brainstorming to open a mindset about the importance of more professional business management, teaching technology that supports marketing, and making correct financial reports. The solutions offered include proposing the use of current technology, compiling an organizational structure with job description of each role and teaching how to prepare proper financial reports.Keywords: Financial management Digital Marketing, SAAS.

The development of SMEs is still one of the development priorities in Indonesia. One example is the Dewandaru Batik industry in Malang Regency. The business, which was started in 2017 and is engaged in batik cloth production, carries out the production process manually with limited tools. The price that is determined tends to be very cheap compared to batik marketed through the market and online galleries. Moreover, every month's limited production is the impact of the lack of technology used and little marketing. Marketing and utilization of appropriate technology are still the main obstacles faced; therefore, the solution to this problem is digitizing the marketing mix and proper technology. The method used is identifying problem-solving and assistance for increasing industrial innovation and digital marketing. The result of this activity was an increase in Dewandaru's batik industry's productivity with the help of a batik stamp tool and a dipping tub used for the coloring process. Furthermore, increasing quality makes for a broader marketing market. Batik Dewandaru also experienced improvements in business management because it made simple financial reports on the results of business management training.

Mitra program ini adalah UMKM Batik yang memiliki beberapa masalah ketika kami berkoordinasi sehingga kami menawarkan kepada mereka untuk  mengatasi masalah yang mereka hadapi. Tujuan dari program yaitu pendampingan manajemen usaha yang diterapkan dalam bisnis. Beberapa  solusi akan dilakukan dalam program untuk kelompok Batik dalam manajemen usaha, pemasaran dan kualitas. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengelola usaha batik diadakan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Manajemen Usaha. Untuk meningkatkan pemasaran kami akan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan inovasi desain dan strategi pemasaran bagi anggota kelompok batik agar memiliki kemampuan dalam memasarkan produknya  dengan harapan akan meningkatkan  penjualan batik mereka.  Kegiatan ini dilakukan dan  peningkatan dalam mengelola dan memasarkan produk bagi pengunjung yang berwisata di Desa. Dengan adanya berbagai desain batik baru serta bahan kain yang baik  meningkatkan produktivitas mereka sekitar 50% dibandingkan sebelum program. Peningkatan penjualan  mempengaruhi produk lokal lain seperti susu, kopi dan makanan desa.  Pelatihan manajemen kualitas, desain dan inovasi berhasil meningkatkan penjualan produk. Our partners are Batik SMEs who have some problems when we coordinate so we offer them to help solve their problems. The aim of this program in business management assistance that is applied to their business.  Solutions will be carried out in the program for the groups in management, marketing, and quality.  Improving the Business, management Training is held.  We will provide training and assistance on design innovations for batik group members so that they can sell and increase sales. The result was an extraordinary increase in managing and marketing products for visitors who traveled in the village. The existence of various new batik designs and good fabrics has increased their productivity by about 50% compared to before the program. This increase in sales affects other local products such as milk, coffee, and village food. Providing management training, designs and innovations that will increase the sales.
