AbstrakKetahanan pangan mensyaratkan kondisi tercukupinya pangan bagi seluruh elemen masyarakat, berkualitas, aman, beragam, bergizi, merata, serta mudah dijangkau. Rumah tangga memiliki peran penting sebagai satu diantara banyak faktor pendukung terwujudnya ketahanan pangan nasional, misalnya dengan pembentukan Rumah Pangan Lestari (RPL) yang berwawasan pertanian organik.Selain memiliki nilai ekonomi, kesehatan, dan ekologi, pembentukan RPL juga akan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan pekarangan dan ruang-ruang sempit di sekitar rumah. Artikel ini merupakan rangkuman dari satu diantara beberapa kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata - Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat(KKN-PPM UNDIP) di desa Montongsari, kabupaten Kendal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja, untuk memanfaatkan limbah biogas atau biosurry sebagai pupuk organik dalam budidaya tanaman dengan teknik vertikultur di sekitar rumah. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pembuatan RPL dengan memanfaatkan bioslurry. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat, yaitu mulai timbul kesadaran dan perubahan perilaku masyarakat. Bioslurry yang sebelumnya belum dimanfaatkan, dapat diaplikasikan sebagai pupuk organik. Lahan kosong di sekitar rumah dan sepanjang kiri-kanan jalan yang selama ini tidak dimanfaatkan, mulai dimanfaatkan sebagai kawasan yang menunjang pangan masyarakat. Lingkungan yang dulu terkesan gersang berubah menjadilebih asri. Oleh sebab itu untuk mendukung keberlanjutan RPL, diperlukan keinginan yang serius dan tindakan nyata dari pemerintah dan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Bioslurry, Kelestarian Lingkungan, Organik, Pangan, Rumah Pangan LestariAbstractFood security exist when all people at all times have access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food. Households have an important role in national food security, by creating the Sustainable Food Reserve Gardens based on organic principles. It has economic, health, and ecological benefits. Sustainable Food Reserve Gardens also will optimize the spaces arround the houses. This article is a summary of one of the Student Community Service - Community Empowerment Learning of Diponegoro University activities in Montongsari village, Kendal Regency. This program aims was to empower the group of housewives to use biogas residue or bioslurry as organic fertilizer in verticulture arround the houses. The methods used were survey, extension, training, and outreach in application of bioslurry organic fertilizer for Sustainable Food Reserve Gardens. This program had positive impact for the community, including the emergence of awarenees and behavior changes of community. Bioslurry can be appliedas organic fertilizer. Spaces arround the houses can provide accessibility of fresh food for community. The village seems to change to become more beautiful. In order for humans could reach the so-called falah (goodness), human behavior needs to be colored with the spirit and norms of Islamic economics reflected in its values. The principles and values of Islamic economics are considerably two inseparable things. The implementation of economic principles without being colored with values or values without being based on principles could keep people far away from their purpose, namely falah. The implementation of values not based on principles will tend to bring with it the normative economics, which would cause it trapped into injustice. While the implementation of values on the Islamic economic development is based on the five universal values, namely akidah (belief), 'adl (justice), nubuwwah (prophetic), khilafah (the government), and ma'ad (results). The five principles are used as the basis for building theories of Islamic economics. But strong and adequate theories not applied into a system will make the Islamic economics just as the study of science without giving positive impact on the economic life. Therefore, based on the five universal values, the three derivative principles should be built into the characteristics and the forerunner of the Islamic economic system. The Islamic economic system makes sure that there are no economic transactions that are contrary to the Shari'a. But business performance depends on the man behind the gun. For that reason, the economic actors within this framework could be held by non-Muslims. The Islamic economics could only be developed if the mindset and behavior of Muslims are already itqan (diligent) and ihsan (professional). It "may be" one of the secrets of the Prophet's statement, saying "Truly I was sent to perfect good character". Because good character could be an indicator of knowing good or bad behavior in determining both the success and the failure of business itself.

Kulon Progo Regency is one of the districts that has many innovations, one of which is community empowerment in collaboration with a modern shop abbreviated as the shop name owned by the people (tomira). This research was motivated by the achievements of the Kulon Progo district government in carrying out development and innovation in the development of the Kulon Progo region by fully involving the Kulon Progo district community through community empowerment. This initiative was taken by the government of Kulon Progo Regency to improve community empowerment and protect the people of Kulon Progo Regency from various economic threats. Considering that in the past few years many modern shops have mushroomed in each district/city, so this is what makes Kulon Progo Regency move quickly to empower the community by collaborating between MSMEs or cooperative with modern shops. This study uses a qualitative method which case study approach. With the empowerment that has been done, the original products of Kulon Progo Regency or local products can be traded in modern stores so that local products in Kulon Progo Regency can compete with national products in these modern stores. The existence of such cooperation will indirectly improve the image of Kulon Progo Regency and lift the original products of Kulon Progo Regency. The lifting of the original products of Kulon Progo Regency will have a positive impact on the community, where indirectly the economy of the community will increase so that there will be prosperity for the community. Kabupaten Kulon Progo adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki banyak inovasi, salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat bekerja sama dengan toko modern disingkat nama toko yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat (tomira). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pencapaian pemerintah kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi dalam pengembangan wilayah Kulon Progo dengan melibatkan sepenuhnya masyarakat kabupaten Kulon Progo melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inisiatif ini diambil oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan melindungi masyarakat Kabupaten Kulon Progo dari berbagai ancaman ekonomi. Menimbang bahwa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak toko-toko modern telah menjamur di setiap kabupaten/kota, jadi inilah yang membuat Kabupaten Kulon Progo bergerak cepat untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan berkolaborasi antara UMKM atau bekerjasama dengan toko-toko modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Dengan pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan, produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo atau produk lokal dapat diperdagangkan di toko modern sehingga produk lokal di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dapat bersaing dengan produk nasional di toko modern ini. Adanya kerjasama tersebut secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan citra Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan mengangkat produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pencabutan produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat, di mana secara tidak langsung perekonomian masyarakat akan meningkat sehingga akan ada kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.

This study aims to analyze to describe the implementation of farmer empowerment, capacity, government capacity in empowerment used in organic farmers and to describe knowledge, development, and empowerment of organic farmers. This research method is a qualitative approach by analyzing all data and information sourced from primary and secondary data with interview and observation techniques in the Biangloe Village, Pajukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, the Agriculture Service Food Security Service of Bantaeng Regency. The results showed that the support program for empowerment of groups of farmers / organic farmers had knowledge, skills in organic rice farming, the abilities that had been obtained had a positive impact on farmers, on the aspect of saving on organic fertilizer financing, improved rice production which was supported by the adoption of planting patterns, prices the promising organic rice, the health side is safer. Several policy aspects in the development of organic rice farming are referred to here. The first aspect; The sustainability of either the national standard or the standard operating language for organic procedures does not have legality, meaning that the government is still in the inland process for assistance that will be provided to organic farmers, both guidance and supervision as well as competent institutions that will be involved. The second aspect; Farmer group institutions have not contributed much in the planning process of organic rice farmer activities in villages and are more focused on inorganic agriculture, but on the other hand, the RPJMDes dominance has been included in the document even though the realization is still considered unsatisfactory for all parties. Prime program planning can still be improved, its coordination and scope can be expanded across SKPD networks across actors / agencies, planning program needs to support organic farming in villages and in general Bantaeng Regency.

Engineers have a vital role in addressing environmental degradation in construction projects. Therefore, engineers’ positive attitude towards the environment is important to ensure that construction projects are carried out responsibly. The objective of this paper is to investigate the factors that influence engineers’ attitude towards green practice. Six factors; Knowledge, Self-initiative, Firm Support, Government Support, Board of Engineers Support and Client Attributes were assumed to influence the engineers’ attitude towards green practice. A self-administered survey with 37 items was distributed to engineering firms in Peninsular Malaysia and 128 usable responses were received. The results show a moderate relationship with 32 percent of the variances in the relationship between the six factors and engineers’ attitude. The results reveal that self-initiative and government support have a significant and positive impact on the engineers’ attitude towards green practice with the higher effect coming from the support from the government (f2 = 0.210) as compared to self-initiative (f2 = 0.058). In contrast, the results provide insufficient evidence about the relationship between Knowledge, Firm Support, Board of engineers Support and Client Attributes and engineers’ attitude towards green practice. The results serve as a guide to the policy makers and engineers to ensure responsible attitude can be adopted towards the environment.

The emergence of e-commerce and express delivery services has significantly transformed business operations and consumer shopping experience. However, the resulting problem of packaging waste, particularly from overpackaging, poses serious challenges to environmental sustainability and human health. Existing research has proposed many solutions from various perspectives, but very few have considered the acceptability and consumer preference for these proposals. Using the value co-creation (VCC) theory, we established a research model to explore consumer preferences for e-commerce overpackaging solutions. A survey of 632 online consumers in Guangzhou and Shenzhen was conducted, and data were analyzed using the SmartPLS software. The results show that establishing a recycling system, government policy, and consumers’ environmental awareness have a significant positive impact on consumer preference, while combined packaging has a significant negative impact. We also found that government policy plays an intermediary role in establishing a recycling system and consumer preference. Based on these findings, we recommend that enterprises establish and improve their packaging recycling systems and that e-commerce platforms provide alternative options to combined packaging. Also, the government should play a guiding and coordinating role for enterprises and consumers, and environmental awareness among consumers should actively be promoted.

Pemerintah lewat Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kota Surabaya telah mengupayakan berbagai program yang diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan pasca pandemi COVID-19 yang sedang terjadi, contohnya dalam pemanfaatan program Urban Farming yang bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan kebutuhan pangan pasca pandemi. Sehingga dari permasalahan tersebut tujuan yang ingin dicapai ialah dapat mengetahui, menggambarkan serta mendeskripsikan bagaimana upaya strategi ketahanan pangan melalui program pertanian perkotaan yang digagas oleh DKPP Kota Surabaya. Urban Farming awalnya ditujukan kepada masyarakat miskin untuk bekal memulai pembudidayaan tanaman yang dimanfaatkan guna pemenuhan pangan mandiri untuk menuju kesejahteraan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini ialah studi kepustakaan. Fokus yang diambil oleh peneliti merujuk pada 5 strategi utama menurut (Hanafie,2010). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam lima indikator yang dianalisis ditemukan fakta yang meliputi, prioritas pembangunan ekonomi berbasis pertanian yang dimanfaatkan di perkotaan; pemenuhan pangan pasca pandemi COVID-19; pemberdayaan masyarakat terkait program Urban Farming; promosi dan edukasi terkait program tersebut; dan penanganan keamanan terhadap jaminan mutu pangan yang segar; bahwa peran dan langkah yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dinilai sangat efektif. Hal ini ditinjau lewat meningkatnya tren positif dalam pemanfaatan program Urban Farming oleh masyarakat Kota Surabaya. Namun perlunya perbaikan proses sosialisasi serta promosi agar program dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa hambatan dan kendala. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Ketahanan Pangan, Urban Farming   The government, through Food and Agriculture Service Office, has pursued various programs that are expected to be able to overcome problems to meeting food needs after the COVID-19 pandemic, for example in the Urban Farming program which aims to address the problem of post-pandemic food needs. From these problems, the goal to be achieved is to be able to find and describe how the food security strategy efforts through the urban agricultural program. Urban Farming was originally aimed at the poor to provide supplies to start cultivating plants that are used to fulfill independent food for prosperity. The data collection technique used in this research method is literature study. The focus taken by the researcher refers to the 5 main strategies according to (Hanafie, 2010). The results showed that in the five indicators analyzed, facts were found which include, agricultural-based economic development priorities that are utilized in urban areas; fulfillment of food after the COVID-19 pandemic; community empowerment related to the Urban Farming program; promotion and education related to the program; and security handling of fresh food quality assurance; that the roles and steps taken by the Surabaya City Government are considered very effective. This is observed through the increasing positive trend in the use of the Urban Farming program by the people of the City of Surabaya. However, it is necessary to improve the socialization and promotion process so that the program can run well without obstacles and obstacles. Keywords: Strategy, Food Security, Urban Farming

Community empowerment is very important for the community, especially the government itself because these activities have a positive impact on the surrounding environment. Community empowerment is also one way for people to work together to make the program that has been issued a success. This study provides an overview of the implementation of community empowerment in the ‘Jogo Tonggo’ program initiated by the Central Java Provincial Government to fight the Covid-19 pandemic and looks at the impacts and strategies of the Central Java Provincial Government in reducing the number of people exposed to Covid-19. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature study method in the form of a review of the Jogo Tonggo new normal era program based on references and data in the field. The results showed that this program was also responded positively by the people of Central Java so that even in the new normal, the government did not hesitate to implement the program to reduce the level of people exposed to Covid-19.

The establishment of Forest Management Unit (KPH) is a solution which being implemented by the government to overcome forest land conflicts in Indonesia, one of its implementation is by implementing partnership programs in agroforestry. This research purposed to analyze the factors influenced community involvement in the partnership program. The data collection were done by giving questionnaire and interviewing the community, the collected data then were analyzed with discriminant analysis (internal factors) and descriptive analysis (external factors). Based on the results of this research, the internal factor that gives positive impact tocommunity involvement is community knowledge about the partnership program. Then, the external factors that give positive impact to community involvement are socialization and community services provided by KPH and related stakeholders. An evaluation should be done immediately by KPH related tomethods of socialization to farmer groups and KPH also need to improve services in community empowerment activities through other similar programs by involving related stakeholders to collaborate. Keywords: agroforestry, community participation, forest management unit, forest partnership program, tenurial conflict.

Technology innovation has become the main driving force of China’s economic growth. Sustainable development highlights the harmonious symbiosis of the economy and the ecological environment. Renewable energy companies characterized by technology-intensive and environmental friendliness are playing an increasingly important role in achieving economic development while alleviating environmental pressure. Therefore, this paper selects the A-share renewable energy listed companies in China between 2014 and 2019 as samples, using the fixed-effect model and the logit model to explore the effect of technology innovation on corporate sustainability. We find that technology innovation has a positive effect on both financial sustainability (FS) and social and environmental sustainability (SES). Due to the imbalance of regional social and environmental development and different degrees of emphasis placed on environmental and social responsibility, the positive impact of technology innovation on SES is heterogeneous between the east and the central and west regions. Moreover, as the strategic emerging industry, although the renewable energy industry is granted lots of subsidies from the government, the results show that when government subsidies exceed the threshold, the effect of technology innovation on FS is weakened. Government subsidies have a negative moderating effect on the relationship between innovation and SES. Furthermore, we subdivide government subsidies into government subsidies beforehand (GSB) and government subsidies afterwards (GSA). We reveal that the threshold effect of government subsidies mainly comes from GSA, while the moderating effect of government subsidies is caused by GSA and GSB. This paper is an expansion and enrichment of current studies on sustainable development and also puts forward feasible suggestions for the government to formulate precise and effective subsidy policies to stimulate technology innovation.

The rural community economic development program in order to reduce poverty in rural areas is carried out with the development of a balanced industry, improving the structure of agriculture and programs to improve the education of rural communities, so as to maintain urbanization. The next program is to increase rural community empowerment programs by environmental preservation programs and strengthening of rural institutions and facilities and infrastructure. By realizing the horizontal top-down policy that includes rural communities, the government is only the general policy holder. Pilot project program by supporting rural production at a competitive level, by strengthening rural institutionalism and improving information and management for rural communities. Various ways in which countries reduce poverty and hunger through sustainable food production and consumption have been established within the framework of global sustainable development goals. This type of research is a qualitative study, where qualitative research by describing activities, phenomena, opinions / thoughts / views and documents, with data analysis techniques systematically compile the data obtained.
