In 2012, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners stated that 43% of frauds are detected by tip money. The role of tips for the people is a crucial factor in disclosing frauds. Most often, company frauds are revealed by a whistle blower. This study attempts to observe the dimensions of the existence and role of the organization of internal auditors and the witness protection agency as external factors influencing an internal auditor to become a whistle-blower. It also explores the effects of the internal auditor competencies, the moral attitude of the internal auditor, and the ethical behavior of company’s internal auditors as internal factors influencing an internal auditor on being a whistle-blower. The independent auditors are considered as the population as they are often connected with the internal auditors. They need the information from the internal auditor about fraud or abuse in the company. Questionnaires were mailed to them and analyzed using Partial Least Squares. It showed that only the ethical behavior of company’s internal auditors influenced them to be whistle blowers coupled by a witness protection program. To develop sound corporate governance in Indonesia,a whistle blower system is needed with emphasis on a strong witness protection. At present, Indonesia does not have the whistle blower act.

Human behavior in the sphere of life in general and in the area of job, in particular, depends on both internal and external factors. There are many well-accepted academic theories in regard to internal factors that affect job environment of the employees which eventually lead to their satisfaction or dissatisfaction. The external factors have not got such attention because these are country- specific and culture-specific phenomenon. Each country has its uniqueness which forms unique characteristic within her habitants. These country characteristics depend on various factors, and the fundamentals are those that are apparently beyond the immediate control of their people. History, topography, weather, socio-economic status of the people are few of the prominent factors that affect the job environment of most of the people of any particular country. In this paper, a theoretical evaluation of the effects of such prominent factors has been outlined keeping a farther scope to verify the postulates with real-time data. Navoi's work is valuable and noteworthy as a reflection of the philosophical and artistic think-ing of the period, as a product of conceptual views and research of a talented person. In his poems he meets a philosopher, a lover, a beggar, the owner of a crushed heart; to see time, its vortex, its destruction; the ruins of wickedness, and the radiant waves of goodness. Navoi's lyrical protago-nist is himself. It is as if he set out on a voyage in a vast ocean (world) with his ship (creation). This journey (life) forces him to draw conclusions about himself, the ocean (the world), the people of the ocean (humanity), and its variations and flashes (storm, flood, clarity, and so on). Key words: mature muhaddith, tyrant, apocalyptic area, Eastern poets, poetic manifestation, literary communication and interaction, the spirit of the work
