Debate is a common learning method used in the classroom at the secondary and tertiary levels. A lot has changed in the last several years, with learning approaches transitioning from traditional face-to-face to virtual methods. Virtual learning can be dull, unexciting, and monotonous if the instructors don’t know how. Therefore, the virtual classroom debate tutorial (VCDT) approach is introduced to foster two-way participation during the online sessions. Even during the new norm, the practice of virtual classroom discussion improves self-confidence, critical thinking, communication skills and teamwork. The VCDT approach promotes a brilliant way of online discussion in which students are encouraged to speak spontaneously on the subject matters. The nature of debate activities helps sharpen rhetorical skills in a fast-paced virtual environment and enriching the students ability to solve problems. Therefore via VCDT exercises, students practice generating ideas under pressure within timeframe. This study employed 100 administrative science students as respondents, and the sampling technique used is purposive. The students participated in the VCDT session during a class tutorial, and a set of effectiveness scales was distributed after the session. SPSS was used to code the data collected from the respondents, and the students result reveal a good sign.

As part of 21st-century skills, communication is an essential skill for students. Students' mathematical communication tends to below, one of which is influenced by students' self-confidence. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to describe the mathematical communication skills in solving circle problems based on students' self-confidence. Determining the subject using purposive sampling technique, namely from 36 students of class VIII SMP in Madiun, East Java, Indonesia, obtained two subjects with high self-confidence (SCT) and one subject with low self-confidence (SCR). A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. Tests and interviews were used as data collection techniques. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and concluding. The results of this study include: SCT is capable while SCR is less able to meet the indicators of mathematical communication skills both in writing and orally at the stages of understanding problems, implementing plans, and checking back; and SCT can meet mathematical communication indicators both written and oral, while SCR is less able to meet written mathematical communication indicators but can verbally at the stage of planning completion. The level of self-confidence of students differentiates their mathematical communication skills in solving problems. Thus, a teacher needs to design an appropriate question to train students' mathematical communication skills with low self-confidence.

While self concept is an idea, mind, feeling, belief and position known by the individual in relating to others. The purpose of this study is to know a self concept relationship with a self confident. The hypothesis of this study is there's a self concept relationship with a self confidence. In the study, researchers used a quantitative approach in an attempt to test hypotheses that had been drafted. The subject in this study is a teenager sitting in class 7 and 8 MTS miftahul ulum pandaan. The sampling technique used was staggerate stratified random sampling. The analysis of data in this study uses the scale of self concept and self confidence. Data analysis was calculated by using product moment Pearson and acquired rxy by 0.657 with an r-tab 1% of 0.254. Thus there is a highly significant correlation between self concept and a self confidence.

Introduction: The nurses' assessment accuracy and confidence in the handling of mass victims of traffic accidents in the prehospital phase was an important success key of subsequent handling of victims when taken to the hospital, and vice versa if there was an error in providing help could be fatal for victims. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of face-to-face and watch video simulations of the assessment accuracy and nurses’ confidence in conducting prehospital disaster triage of victims of land traffic accidents using the SALT Triage model.Research Methods: Quasi experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The sample size was 32 nurses who were divided into 2 groups, namely the face-to-face simulation group and the watch video SALT Triage simulation group. The samples were taken by non-random sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used was Paired t test and Independent t-testResults: There was no difference in the average nurses’ assessment accuracy and confidence in the face-to-face group with the group watching the simulation video. Statistical test results obtained p value> α = 0.05Conclusion: The sorting mass victims of the SALT Triage model can teach nurses by providing face-to-face or watching a simulation video about SALT Triage. Both ways were equally good at conveying information

The study used qualitative research methods. The research is intended to know and understand in more detail related to the phenomenon of what is experienced by the subject to be investigated, through various data collection techniques conducted by researchers to obtain data on "Family Communication Patterns between Daughter-in-law and In-laws who live in one house in Bendrong Village Jabung District”. The problem is analyzed using the Rogers and Kincaid paradigms. The research method used was descriptive qualitative and the sampling technique used was puposive sampling by interviewing 6 informants in Bendrong village. Data collection taken using interview guides, observations and documentation. While data analysis is collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing and conclusions. The results of the study revealed that where the pattern of communication between in-laws and in-laws often exchanges information, as shown in the chart above, where in-laws are usually the speakers or can be referred to as communicators, while the sons-in-law as recipients of messages or communicants, but usually often exchange positions within the period specific time and situation. Messages or information conveyed both by in-laws and in-laws are usually spoken directly or face to face or indirectly such as through social media mobile phones. In this case there is a reciprocal relationship between the two. Thus, the relationship between the daughter-in-law and the mother-in-law who tends to conflict will get worse if the two of them live together, because the high intensity of confusion results in a higher chance of friction.

The increase in student enrolment and the need  to cater to students of diverse backgrounds have led to the adoption of blended learning in many higher learning institutions. Blended learning, which allows both face to face interaction and on-line delivery, has been adopted into many curricula. One such institution is University Technology MARA which is slowly introducing features of blended learning in its course syllabus beginning with practice to online assessments. However, to ensure successful implementation of blended learning as part of the curricula, there are several aspects for consideration such as learner and teacher readiness for blended learning. This paper examines issues regarding the use of blended learning as a delivery method at UiTM Kedah . The discussion in this paper focuses on learner’ readiness and perceptions of the blended learning environment. The data collected for this study are responses from learners to a questionnaire survey. The research findings form the basis for recommendations for the development of learning and teaching practices using blended learning approaches to enhance learners' learning experiences.
