Home mortgage or KPR is regarded as an alternative answer for possessing a house recently, Home mortgage should be possible either through Conventional bank and sharia bank. However, recently there have been new alternatives of owning home by using non-bank Islamic mortgage. Where the mortgage can presently be directly handled by the developer without involving the bank. The issues of this Paper are describing the opinion that non-Bank Islamic Mortgage is more sharia than Islamic Banking in providing Islamic Housing, such as no BI Checking, no riba, no fines, no confiscation, and etc.  The purpose of this research is to identify the scheme of non-bank Islamic Mortgage, and analyse the scheme in Maqasid Sharia perspective as Importance foundation in religion.  The methods in this study are descriptive analysis research. The data used  is secondary data and data collection techniques are literature studies. After discussing, the results showed that Non-Bank Islamic Mortgage cause a lot of harm in term of customer and sharia developer it self in Maqāsid Sharia perspective.

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

Abstract. Sale and purchase is transaction that often done by individual or group because there is a transfer of ownership between goods and assets. In practice, sale and purchase is not only done by face to face but also can be done online, as in the case of the sale and purchase of suppliers data at Agen Fashion. This study aims to find out how the transaction practice is and how Islamic law and ITE Law point of view are, whether it is accordance to the laws or not. This research uses qualitative method with normative juridical approach and literature study. The main sources in this study are secondary data that support this research, such as Alquran, Hadith, and the ITE Law. The interviews as data collection techniques are conducted as supplementary data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the transaction is not  accordance with the terms of sale and purchase in Islamic law because there is a lack of clarity (gharar) on the quality of the object and is not accordance as well as the clause no. 9 of the ITE Law because the seller did not explain the object completely.Keywords: Sale and Purchase, Islamic Law, ITE Law, GhararAbstrak. Jual beli merupakan bentuk transaksi yang sering dilakukan oleh tiap individu atau kelompok karena dalam jual beli terdapat perpindahan kepemilikan antara barang dan harta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Pada praktiknya, jual beli tidak hanya dilakukan secara bertatap muka melainkan dapat dilakukan secara online, seperti halnya pada jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion serta bagaimana hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik memandang praktik jual beli data supplier tersebut, apakah telah sesuai dengan hukum yang menjadi pisau analisis dalam penelitian ini atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan studi kepustakaan. Sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang mendukung penelitian ini, yaitu Alquran, Hadis, dan UU ITE. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dilakukan sebagai data pelengkap. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu descriptive analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah transaksi yang terjadi di Agen Fashion tidak sesuai dengan syarat jual beli dalam hukum Islam karena terdapat ketidakjelasan (gharar) pada kualitas objek transaksi, dan tidak sesuai dengan Pasal 9 dalam UU ITE karena pelaku usaha tidak menjelaskan secara lengkap terkait objek yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Jual Beli, Hukum Islam, UU ITE, Gharar

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

The purpose of study aims to determine the growth of restaurant tax revenues and analyze the potential and realization of restaurant tax revenues in Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. The data used to analyze that is qualitative data, the source using primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study descriptive analysis method, which aims to explain about the object. The result of the research shows that the realization of restaurant tax is big enough compared to the potential of restaurant tax revenue. The objective of this research is to know rambutan fruit income ratio during holiday and not holiday. This research was conducted in Talawaan Village Talawaan Subdistrict. For three months, ie from June to August 2015, from preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews to 20 (twenty) respondents of rice farmers and 20 respondents for sellers of Rambutan Fruit and secondary data obtained from the government of Talawaan subdistrict of North Minahasa. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, where the data collected will be presented in tabular form. The results showed that agro-tourism influenced the income of rambutan fruit seller is seen from the day of the holiday increment compared to the day is not a holiday.

In writing this article, it aims to determine the effect of the benefits of creative and innovative ideas in running an entrepreneurial business based in an Islamic economy. The method in writing this article is to use descriptive analysis literature study to analyze the influence of creative and innovative ideas on the entrepreneurial world. The data collection technique is to look for secondary data obtained from sources relevant to the topic of discussion. By taking the title, taking advantage of this idea will have a great opportunity to face existing challenges and have great potential in the face of increasingly fierce business competition today. Because if you don't take advantage of this idea, the business you are running will be unable to compete with similar businesses and consumers will feel uninterested in simple products so that the business we run will experience a decrease in sales levels. Therefore, the existence of this idea will have a considerable influence in the world of economy and business so that consumers do not feel bored to buy and use these products. However, consumers can feel satisfied because they can use products with many benefits that consumers can take advantage. Dalam penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manfaat ide kreatif dan inovatif dalam menjalankan bisnis wirausaha yang berbasis dalam ekonomi Islam. Metode dalam penulisan artikel ini ialah dengan menggunakan studi pustaka analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis pengaruh ide kreatif dan inovatif terhadap dunia usaha wirausaha. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan mencari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari sumber yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Dengan mengambil gelar tersebut, karena dengan memanfaatkan ide tersebut akan memiliki peluang yang besar untuk menghadapi tantangan yang ada dan memiliki potensi yang besar dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat saat ini. Karena jika tidak memanfaatkan ide ini maka bisnis yang dijalankan akan kalah bersaing dengan bisnis sejenis dan konsumen akan merasa tidak tertarik pada produk sederhana sehingga bisnis yang kita jalankan akan mengalami penurunan tingkat penjualan. Oleh karena itu, keberadaan ide ini akan memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam dunia ekonomi dan bisnis agar konsumen tidak merasa bosan untuk membeli dan menggunakan produk tersebut. Namun konsumen dapat merasa puas karena dapat menggunakan produk dengan banyak manfaat yang dapat dimanfaatkan konsumen.

The majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. Ideally, the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia runs significantly, but the facts show that the market share of Islamic banks is still relatively small. This article aims to analyze the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the non-communication method, namely in the form of observation, literature review and experimentation through secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it shows that the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still relatively low. The factors causing the low market share of Islamic banks and the improvement strategy are focused on three sides: Islamic banks' internal elements, aspects of government, regulators, and characteristics of society. In the future, there is a need for strategic steps from all parties to increase the market share of Islamic Banking in Indonesia.

Industri keungan syariah dari tahun ketahun menunjukan tren yang sangat positif. OJK merilis market share perbankan syariah diangka 5%. Salah satu faktor bertahannya perbankan syariah adalah produk pembiayaan. Pembiayaan sebagai jantung dari suatu perbankan. Dan pembiayaan mikro menjadi andalan perbankan dalam menjamah nasabah sampai kepada pelosok desa. Namun, masih kurangnya pendampingan yang dilakukan Bank Umum Syariah menjadikan pembiayaan ini diujung tanduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana optimalisasi pembiayaan mikro di bank umum syariah dalam pengembangan bisnis UMKM nasabah mikro. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penulisan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan dokumenter.Hasil dan pembahasan adalah dengan melakukan teknik COD (Community Orginizing Development) yaitu adanya mentoring bisnis yang dilakukanoleh perbankan syariah itu sendiri atau dengan lembaga mitra bank umum syariah kepada nasabah pembiayaan mikro. Sharia financial industry shows a very positive trend from year to year. FSA (Financial Service Authority) has released Islamic banking market share of 5%. One of the persistence factors of Islamic banking is financing products, which is the heart of banking, and microfinance becomes a mainstay in serving its customer in the countryside. However, the lack of mentoring run by sharia division of convensional banks has made it not well developed. This study was aimed at analyzing the optimization of micro-financing in syaria division of conventional bank in the business development of SMEs micro customers. This is a descriptive qualitative research and the data used in this research were secondary data. Data were collected through literary and documentary study. This research found that the optimalization of micro financing in Islamic banks was done through COD (Organizing Community Development), i.e., the business mentoring done by the Islamic banking itself or by a partner institution of syaria division of conventional bank to microfinance customers.

This research starts from academic awareness when realizing Falak keyword in the Play Store. It shows fifteen Falak aplications by programmers without validated Falak competence.This is crucial, because Falak regulates not only astronomical or social relations, but also theological. One of these applications were developed by Falak youth, namely Muhammad Faishol Amin with his Islamicastro. This research discusses digitization of Falak by Islamicastro and youth Falak contributions. This research is qualitative type that based going exploring. Primary and secondary data collection is done by documentation and interviews. The research data is processed in three stages, codification, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Then data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and inductive thingking methods. The conclusion is Islamicastro helps Falak practitioners by his data accuracy in the field. From literatures, algorithm of Islamicastro uses the ephemeris method, the spherical astronomy, and the renewal of vincety method. Muhammad Faishol Amin are agents of change as UU No. 40 of 2009 whose part is anacted role, prescribed role, and role models.

Abstract Planting of character education must be carried out continuously. The characters that have been planted in school must be strengthened in college. The planting of character education must be taught, familiarized, trained consistently, become character and become a culture, so that the planting of education is not only in school, but must be strengthened into a culture in college. Strengthening the character in college should be more endeavored to make students who are faithful, pious, noble, moral, ethical and civilized based on the nation's noble values of religion, Pancasila, the Constitution of 1945 and the culture of moderating Islamic values. The noble values of the nation from religion and the culture of Islamic values of moderation can be seen from the Aswaja teachings that can be embedded in the teachings that can strengthen character education in universities. This research is a qualitative research conducted at Wahid Hasyim University, Semarang, which is one of the universities that base Aswaja as a foundation for strengthening character education. The source of the data is obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection method is done by interview, documentation and observation, while data analysis method uses descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that the concept of aswaja teaching at Wahid Hasyim University is used as the foundation that underlies all activities carried out on campus, both matters relating to aqidah, worship/sharia, and morals. As for strengthening character education through Aswaja teachings, it was carried out by making Aswaja Center which regulates activities related to Aswaja. The implementation of the Aswaja teachings is carried out through habituation, guidance and consultation related to religious practices. Aswaja's teachings are also integrated in courses according to each faculty. Key Words : Aswaja, Education, Character.
