The Penata Island, also called the Fishermen’s Contact Village, exemplifies the Indonesian people’s characters in general. These characters are preserved to this day in the village to reflect social behavior of the people as native culture of Indonesia, such as helping each other, a sense of community life, and work discipline. When they have problem, they are able to resolve it wisely through community leaders. When the problem is not resolved, it will be taken to the police and resolved through other legal ways. From the results of this study, the researcher saw a few things that have not been done properly, for example, the fishermen have yet to perform the five-time prayers. Some of them are involved in gambling and liquor-drinking, though it is a restricted case that does not have any influence on behavior patterns of the community members in general especially with regard to the practice of Islamic religious teachings.

Religious harmony is a dynamic pillar of national harmony that must be maintained from time to time. Bulurejo village is a unique village because here there are many differences but they can live in harmony and side by side. In the village of Bulurejo the people are multi-religious, namely Islam, Hinduism, Christianity, Catholicism and Budha who live side by side and blend into one. The diversity that exists is one of the main advantages of the Village of Bulurejo. The aim of this research is to find out the life of the people in the village of Bulurejo in building harmony between religions, as well as knowing the forms of activities that describe the harmony of the religious community in the village of Bulurejo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with a phenomenological approach to the subject of village governance, religious leaders, and community leaders. The results of this study are the Bulurejo Village is a multi-religious village that has a diversity of religions and cultures. Bulurejo village has a religious harmony which can be said to be very good. This is indicated by togetherness in everyday life and doing various forms of activities carried out together including 1). Interfaith meetings conducted every three months; 2) Village cleaning activities are followed by all community members: 3). Religious activities in the implementation involve other people such as religious activities of Muslims, Hindus, Christians,Catholics, and Buddhist:  4). Activities commemorating the Republic of Indonesia Anniversary.

This activity was motivated by the low economic status of the village community, which is located far from the center of the district capital. On the other hand, there is potential for the development of kelor (Moringa) in the village. This community service was carried out with the aim of improving the community's economy through Moringa agribusiness in Pilangrejo Village, Nglipar District, Gunung Kidul Regency. This activity was carried out in January-June 2020, in Danyangan Hamlet, Pilangrejo Village, Nglipar District, Gunungkidul Regency. This activity was attended by the people of Danyangan Hamlet, both men and women. The male participants were those who make a living as farmers. While the female participants were housewives who do not have any permanent livelihood. The number of primary participants were 10 people who were community leaders in Pilangrejo Village. The implementation stages of activities include kelor planting and seedling, training on post-harvest processing, and providing production tool. The implementation of this activity is based on subsystems in agribusiness, namely the upstream (input) subsystem, on-farm subsystem and downstream subsystem. The results of this activity can be said that the piloting of Moringa agribusiness can be one solution that can be done in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Danyangan Hamlet, Pilangrejo Village, Gunung Kidul Regency. The benefits that can be obtained in this activity include the sale of Moringa powder and the use of Moringa as the main menu in the community's food pattern.

Indonesia Society is currently faced with a moral crisis, whether it occurs in young children, adults up to the parents. Morale is greatly needed by the community, in the form of religious humanist communities that are far from the attitude of rebellion, criminality, and selfishness. However, the reality as it is still far from the expectations of society. This is due to many things one of which is a lack of awareness in education, parenting parents are not good, and the bad environment. This is contrary to the notion of humanistic education. Humanistic Education upholds human values capable mencipkan dynamic society there is no issue that destroys human dignity. In this case, the author want to learn about the development of the religious humanist education in the community. The point of this study was Tegalrejo Datinawong district, Tripe regency, Lamongan. Community development humanist religious: first, the people who develop humanity values (honesty, compassion, fairness and mutual respect) and remain in a religious framework in accordance with religious values (habluhablum, hablu minal nature and habluminallah), Second, deciding religious humanist communities were starting from community leaders or leaders who were in the village Tegalrejo, among other village leaders, clerics, religious teacher/cleric as a motivator. Third, measures to develop human society among other religious communities develop positive values, teach moral message to the community, until finally awakened humanist and religious communities.

A presente pesquisa acompanhou as vivências turísticas ocorridas entre indígenas da etnia Ñandeva ao longo dos anos de 2013 a 2015 na aldeia Tabaçu Reko Ypy. Analisou as possíveis consequências e os impactos ao etnodesenvolvimento exercido pelo turismo étnico. Esta comunidade desenvolve e pratica esta atividade como uma ferramenta de apoio à geração de renda alternativa na busca de melhores condições de vida em prol da recuperação do seu território gravemente degradado pela atividade de mineração. Afora isso visa obter um auto sustento que colabore com o resgate das suas tradições. Por se tratar de uma aldeia recentemente formada, nenhuma literatura específica sobre este povo foi encontrada. Basicamente todos os registros e informações sobre a sua política, comportamento social e cultural foram obtidas através de entrevistas semiestruturadas, participação em vivências e doação de registros realizada pelos próprios indígenas. Através deste estudo pôde-se notar consequências diversas advindas do turismo étnico e refletir sobre possíveis futuros impactos. Conclui-se que, através das ações exercidas pelo povo Ñandeva, a possibilidade em se fazer uso de novas ferramentas e diretrizes servirão de apoio para o alcance de um etnodesenvolvimento autônomo sob o olhar de um modelo de turismo inclusivo capaz de gerar renda, que respeite a cultura local e que também busque promover o equilíbrio ambiental. Ethnic tourism as a tool for ethnodevelopment of the village Tabaçu Reko Ypy, Itanhaém-Peruíbe (SP, Brazil) ABSTRACT This research has followed the tourist experiences that occurred among indigenous ethnic Ñandeva over the period from 2013 to 2015 as well as analyzing the possible consequences and impacts on the ethnodevelopment carried out by the ethnic tourism. The village develops and performs this activity as a supporting tool for generating alternative income with the purpose of improving their living conditions and recovering their territory, which was seriously degraded by mining activities. Furthermore, the community aims to reach self-sufficiency so that they will be able to recover their traditions. I should make it clear that, due to the fact that I have dealt with a recently formed village, no specific literature about its people has been found. Basically, all the documents and information about their politics, social behavior and culture have been obtained through semi-structured interviews, participation in field experiences and documents provided by the indigenous people themselves. This study noted several consequences arising from ethnic tourism and reflect on possible future impacts. It is concluded that, through the actions carried out by the people, Ñandeva make use of new tools and guidelines will serve as a support to the achievement of an ethno-development as under the gaze of a inclusive tourism model capable of generating income, that respects local culture and which also seek to promote the environmental balance. <p><em> The ceremony of Penabeng Desa at Sasih Kaenem which is held every year exactly falls on Tilem sasih Kaenem day. The ceremony of Penabeng Desa at Sasih Kaenem is done by making a barrier fence in every border of Desa Pakraman Batuyang, aiming to maintain the natural balance of both the great bhuana and bhuana alit. The problems discussed in this research are (1) How is the existence of Penabeng Tradition? (2) How is communication semiotics in Penabeng Tradition? (3) How is the impact of communication semiotics in Penabeng Tradition in Pakraman Village Batuyang District Sukawati Gianyar?.</em></p><p><em>This research found among others: The existence of Penabeng tradition in Pakraman Batuyang Village, held every morning every year precisely Tilem Sasih kaenem, all the people of Desa Pakraman Batuyang make a guardrail fence in every border of Pakraman Village Batuyang. The means used include pandandui, sungga, centipedes, and turushidup. Semiotics Communication in the tradition of Penabeng in the village of Pakraman Batuyang there are some namely, the process of intrapersonal communication, the process of interpersonal communication and non-verbal communication on the procession of the tradition of Penabengdi Desa Pakraman Batuyang. Impact contained from Communication Semiotics in Penabeng tradition in Pakraman Village Batuyang namely:</em><em> </em><em>Religious Impact affects people's beliefs and culprits, Social impacts affect society's social life and Conservation Impact Culture affect the existence and development of community life.</em><strong></strong></p>

This study was written with the aim of knowing and describing how the Model Approach and Negotiation Strategy of Community Leaders in Resolving Land Dispute Conflicts in Marafenfen Village, Aru Islands, Maluku Province Community leaders are parties who have advantages over the general public and play an important role in making decisions. Land dispute conflicts that occurred in the village of Marafenfen are social conflicts that often occur considering the people who do not really understand the rights to the land they want to own. This article is an article that uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that seeks to describe or describe the object under study based on the facts in the field. then the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis, The results of the research obtained by the author can be concluded that in resolving land disputes, community leaders use Competitive Approach Model but some community leaders do not understand the Negotiation processes so they still have not found an agreement.

Buleleng Regency is one of eight regencies in Bali that is known by foreign tourists as an attractive tourist destination, where the area has a variety of arts, culture and natural tour- ist attractions. Munduk Village has a variety of tourist attractions consisting of arts or culture and natural scenery, in the form of hills, rice fields, and waterfalls that are characteristic of the village. The concept of Tri Hita Karana is the basis for living the daily lives of local people in Munduk Village. Village tourism is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a structure of community life that integrates with the prevailing procedures and traditions where tourists can stay in or close to the village to learn and enjoy life in the village.From the description of the background above, the formulation of the problem in this paper is: what is the role of tourism villages in the development of villages in Munduk Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The research method is done using interviews.Conclusions from the results of the study indicate that the role of the tourist village munduk in Munduk Village, Banjar Subdistrict, Buleleng Regency is as a source of income for the people in Munduk Village other than as farmers, considering the Munduk village area as a tourist vil- lage that is visited by many tourists which in turn can increase the income of the surrounding community. The suggestions that can be asked are: For the Munduk village government should be able to support tourism villages in Munduk by helping to provide funding facilities for devel- opment in order to develop. In addition, the community is given facilities for capital in order to build a business to support tourist villages in the village of Munduk, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency.

The research problem is what is the form of the community's role in preserving springs and what factors influence the community's role in preserving springs in Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with the informants are the government, community leaders, and residents. The results of this study indicate that: The forms of the role of the people of Budo Village play a role in preserving the springs in the village, including 1) by providing motivation and direction to residents, 2) giving the advice to preserve the springs, 3) maintain cleanliness and sustainable 4) maintain survival and provide assistance funds, 5) Be active in community service activities and provide assistance as needed, 6) Take part in preserving springs and being active in site arrangement activities. Some factors encourage or influence so that the need for efforts to conserve springs in Budo Village, Wori District. The factors meant include 1) springs as village assets, 2) springs as a source of life, 3) water as necessities, 4) water is very important for the population.

Tourism is one of the mainstay sectors in Indonesia's national development. The sector is expected to provide the largest contribution to increasing the country's foreign exchange so that the government's efforts to realize the welfare and prosperity of the people are achieved. Various tourism organizers are competing to improve their performance in various ways, including strengthening their existing networks and increasing the competitiveness of Indonesia's tourism businesses. This study aims to describe and analyze the social behavior of local communities in the development of urban tourism in the Thematic Neighborhood (Kampung Tematik). The Study of Social Reality of Local Communities in Kampung Tridi, Blimbing District, Malang City. This research method uses a qualitative approach, and works in real settings, without any engineering of the research object. The location of this research was conducted in Kampung Tridi, located in Temanggungan Ledok, Kesatrian Village, Malang City. The subjects of this study were residents of Kampung Tridi. Results of research the change in the social behavior of the Kampung Tridi’s community occurs due to the synergy between the management of the community and residents, and it is based on the spirit of cooperation to achieve a better community life. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the social behavior of Kampung Tridi community has changed, that is before the village was made as a tourist attraction, the environmental conditions were slum and many people were unemployed, low-income, and had highly irregular personal lives in the environment they lived. But after the establishment of Kampung Tridi, people's behavior also experienced changes in aspects of attitudes, actions, and decision making.

Industrial developments have brought many significant changes in various fields of life, especially agriculture and education. It seems that the transformation of the agricultural sector and fishpond farming in Medang Village, Glagah, Lamongan are affected by the catfish folklore that keep the people concerned for generations. This is a phenomenological research and the results are descriptive and qualitative. The data are described and interpreted hermeneutically. The results indicate that the catfish folklore contains a number of educational values that dynamically developed along with the people's beliefs about the folklore as a myth. This transformation of educational values includes: the value of ubudiyyah, the value of the struggle in the life; and the moral value. This transformation occurs through the intervention of many parties, both internal and external ones, such as the local government, the elders, the community leaders  as well as educators. Other factors are technological development and the development of the fishery industry. This research suggests the stakeholders of the village level, districts, and regencies to make the folklore as a medium in learning the educational values. The society, especially the fishpond farmer at Medang village are suggested to preserve the folklore without preventing it to be known. The scholars and the artists can also bring this folklore to life and present it in a more interesting format, both in a pure and classic appearance and in collaboration so that it can be presented as a myth that has a profound meaning.
