Comparison of Transparency Index Between Regency and City in South Sumatra and Lampung Province

This study aimed to determine and analyze the comparison of transparency index of each region in South Sumatra and Lampung Province. The type of the study was comparative and descriptive. Data which were used were secondary data in the form of Performance Evaluation of Local Government Implementation. Total population in this study was 32 Regencies / Cities in South Sumatra and Lampung Province. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, 3 regencies and cities did not provide complete data. The method of data collection in this study was document analysis. Data analysis techniques which were used were quantitative and qualitative analysis using independent samples t test. The results showed that the transparency index of South Sumatra Province was higher than Lampung Province. Other results also showed that the transparency index of regions with city status was lower than regions with regency status.

Abstract:The focus of this study is the translation errors contained in the subtitle film Upin and Ipin Terlajak Laris part one (Malaysian language into Indonesian. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are in the form of documents (translation results). Data collection techniques use document analysis. Data analysis techniques 1. Transcribe the conversations in the movie Upin and Ipin, 2. Group the languages of Malaysia and Indonesian 3. Analyze the incompatibility between Malay and Indonesian languages, 4. Conclude the results of the analysis. The results are 20 words that are not accurate in translation.

Abstract   This study aims to determine the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 35 people and a sample of 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling (census). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that government accountability was 60% less good, covering 57% law, 66% honesty, 55% managerial, 61% program, 56% policy, and 64% financial. While public services 65% are good, covering simple 58%, clear 58%, security 68%, open 73%, efficient 66%, economical 67%, and justice 63%. This shows that the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District is 62% of the 100% expected result, which is classified as "good".   Keywords: Government Accountability and Public Services

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

<p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Management of the Agroniaga Bank chosen unilaterally by the people’s Indonesia of Bank.</p><p>Keywords : Rakyat Indonesia Bank and Agroniaga Bank, acquisition, basic considerations,  ownership and governance.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai dasar utama yang menjadi pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia  dalam  melakukan  akuisisi  Bank Agroniaga,  dan  mengetahui  kepemilikan  serta  susunan kepengurusan sesudah akuisisi atau pengambilalhian saham yang dilakukan oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia terhadap Bank Agroniaga ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Queue is a common situation that is common in everyday life where consumers wait in front of the counter to get a turn of service or service facilities. The study aims to determine the performance of the queuing system at the train ticket counter at Yogyakarta Tugu Station. This research is an action research. The population in this study are all customers who come to Yogyakarta Tugu Railway Station to purchase train tickets. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are the method of observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used queuing formulas for Model B: M / M / S. The results showed that the performance of the queuing system at the train ticket counter at Yogyakarta Tugu Station was not optimal.

This study aims to determine aspects of satisfaction and increase knowledge of participants in participating in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) in the Micro and Tsunami Recovery Program for the Disasters of the Earthquake and Tsunami conducted by the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in collaboration with Solidar Suisse. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive, data collection methods of observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques through interpretive analysis approach techniques. The results of the study showed that most of the Sirenja people who participated in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) were satisfied and had understood about the preparation of the RPU on good performance. But it is still low in the practice of preparing RPU.

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This research is located at a Tourism Village Penglipuran, Bangli aims to determine the existing condition and synergy Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwista Penglipuran in the development of tourism in Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bangli. Data collection techniques in this research are by observation, in-depth interviews, and study of the documentation relating to the secondary data in the field. The data have been obtained were analyzed by qualitative data analysis techniques that work with the data, organizing data, sorting them into manageable units, search and find patterns, find what is important, and what is learned, and deciding what can be describe to people other. Results of this study were concluded that the existing condition of Tourism Village Penglipuran includes, physical and non-physical condition. Synergies Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwisata Penglipuran in the development of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran is customary village as a tourism asset owners served as a maker and designer of the policy, while the tourism manager in charge of implementing the tourism policy. Moreover, in the management of the tourism activity undertaken by Pengelola Pariwisata, Desa Adat authorities to supervise all activities of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.

This study aims to measure and foster pleasure in counting with the Jarimatika method. This research was conducted collaboratively with classroom teachers in learning activities in class. The research subjects of Class A Bahrul Ulum TK in Karangduren Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency were 20 students. Data collection techniques: tests, observations, interviews and documentation, descriptive data analysis techniques. The purpose of this study is to help students grow their joy in learning mathematics with the Jarimatika method and help teachers to be more creative in making interesting and innovative methods in the classroom.
