The data source in the research is the subject of which data can be obtained. In this study the main target data is the headmaster of Ibtidaiyah Darul Fikri and all Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Fikri staff.The purpose of this study is to analyze the principals' efforts in improving the professionalism of fiqh teachers in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Fikri Year of 2016-2017. To analyze the obstacles faced by the principals in improving the professionalism of fiqh teachers in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Fikri Year 2016-2017. To find out what the principals do to improve the professionalism of fiqh teachers in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Fikri Year of 2016-2017.The approach used by writer is qualitative with descriptive design, technique of data retrieval using observation method, interview method, documentation method.The results of the author's research, the head of the school's efforts in improving the professionalism of fiqh teachers is to include fiqh teachers in trainings, seminars, workshops and so forth. The obstacles faced by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Fikri's headmaster in improving the professionalism of fiqh teachers is the lack of knowledge of fiqh teachers in class management, lack of cooperation between fiqh teachers, lack of sense of responsibility. While the evaluation done by the headmaster of Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Darul Fikri The academic year 2016-2017 is a monthly evaluation meeting.Therefore, the headmaster's efforts are good, but it needs to be improved in terms of education in order to become a professional fiqh teacher.

This study aims to describe the improvement in students' ability to find news headlines by using the Jigsaw model in class VIII E of SMP Negeri 16 Jambi City, Kota Baru sub-district, Jambi City in the academic year 2020/2021. The object of this research is students assessment which are scored based on news substance and linguistic aspects. The substance aspect consists of the ability to determine news headlines using the Jigsaw learning model. Meanwhile linguistic aspects include the ability to use news elements, namely 5W + 1H in determining news headlines. The data source of this research is Class VIII E SMP Negeri 16 Kota Baru Subdistrict, Jambi City in the academic year 2010/2011. The number of the students is  41 people from the total class VIII students as many as 162 people. The results of this research showed that the jigsaw model has not been effective in improving students' ability to find news headlines.  It is known from the ability of students in determining the subject matter is still low.  This can be seen from the percentage results, students get a very good categorical score of only 2 people or 4.88%, the good category is either 13 people or 31.70 %, the fair category is 18 people or 43.90 % while the less category is 8 people or 19.51 % as for the average score they get 57.70 and rounded up to 58. Thus the ability to determine the news headlines by students of Grade VIII E SMP Negeri 16 Jambi City District Kota Baru, Jambi City in the 2010 / 2011 academic year is classified as less.

Abstract: This research is focused on studying the function of ideological representation in political theme utterances of "Mata Najwa". The approach in this research is qualitative using the analysis critical discourse perspective (CDA) by Norman Fairclough in order to represent the ideology that is reflected inside the utterances. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences inside the political theme utterances of “Mata Najwa”. The data source in this study is political theme utterances of Mata Najwa. The data was collected by using an observation method. The procedure of data analysis is carried out by downloading the target data, transcribing data, identifying data, presenting data based on research focus, and having the conclusion. The results of this research such as (1) the function of ideological representation for maintaining power can be divided into the ideological representation in order to provide support, the ideological representation in order to deliver positive information, and the ideological representation in order to create a positive opinion (2) the function of ideological representation in order to oppose against power can be divided into the ideological representation in order to criticize, the ideological representation that has a different point of view, and the ideological representation in order to create a negative opinion (3) The function of neutral ideological representation can be divided into the ideological representation in order to convey information based on facts, the ideological representation in order to compare statements, and the ideological representation in order to ask for information. Keywords: the ideological representation, utterances, power, the “Mata Najwa” show Abstrak: Penelitian ini difokuskan pada kajian fungsi representasi ideologi kekuasaan dalam tuturan Mata Najwa bertema politik. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan perspektif analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough untuk merepresentasikan ideologi yang terdapat dalam sebuah tuturan. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata, frasa, klausa dan kalimat yang terdapat dalam tuturan acara Mata Najwa bertema politik. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan dalam tayangan Mata Najwa bertema politik.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode simak. Prosedur analisis data dilakukan dengan mengunduh sumber data, mentranskrip data, mengidentifikasi data, menyajikan data sesuai dengan fokus penelitian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi (1) fungsi representasi ideologi untuk mempertahankan kekuasaan dapat dibedakan meliputi representasi ideologi untuk memberikan dukungan, representasi ideologi untuk memberikan informasi positif, dan representasi ideologi untuk menciptakan opini positif (2) fungsi representasi ideologi untuk melawan kekuasaan dapat dibedakan meliputi representasi ideologi untuk mengkritik, representasi ideologi yang memiliki sudut pandang berbeda, dan representasi ideologi untuk menciptakan opini negatif (3) fungsi representasi ideologi yang bersifat netral dapat dibedakan meliputi representasi ideologi untuk menyampaikan informasi berdasarkan fakta, representasi ideologi untuk membandingkan pernyataan, dan representasi ideologi untuk menanyakan informasi. This study aims to describe the orientation of Nias cultural values ​​in the lyrics of the maena at the falöwa traditional ceremony in Gunungsitoli. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with an anthropolinguistic approach. The data in this study is a snippet of the lyrics of the maena at the traditional falöwa (wedding) ceremony, either spoken orally or a collection of written lyrics. Primary data sources are the results of interviews with informants and recordings of playing. The secondary data source is the maena lyric text in the book "Maena Nias – Means of Delivering Messages and Life Stories of the Nias Society," published by the Nias Heritage Museum, 2018. Data were collected using observation and interview methods. The observation method is carried out using the tapping and nonparticipation and the recording techniques as further techniques. The interview method uses direct interview techniques. Then, the data were analyzed in stages: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) making conclusions/verification. In the analysis process, the researcher also validated the data by applying data triangulation. The triangulation used in this study is source triangulation. The study results concluded that, first, the society of Nias interprets the nature of life as something that needs to be fought for. Second, the society of Nias views that the nature of the work can increase the position and honor of humans in their environment. Third, Nias society view that humans are influenced by space and time. Fourth, Nias society views the importance of harmonious relations between humans and their natural surroundings. Fifth, Nias society upholds human relations with each other.

This Research entitled “Students’ Syntax Error in Making English Conversation, An Error Analysis Study. Basically, it is commonly found that English structure was difficult learned by Indonesian native elementary students. This study was focused on the exploration of foreign language errors and mistakes uttered by younger students. The research method applied in this research consists of approach research, kind and data source, method, and technique of collecting data, method, and technique of analyzing data, and method and technique of presenting the data analysis. A qualitative approach was used in this research and the data source was done by the researcher toward Elementary School 5th Grade Students. The method used in collecting data was by using the observation method and interview method. Then, the result of the analysis was presented by using formal and informal methods. The discussion of the problems was preceded by errors in syntax, such as errors in the scope of clause and phrase, the omission of article and preposition, the omission of the copula be, and error in using to (infinitive). From the result and discussion, it could be concluded that the researcher found some errors in using English done by the Elementary School 5th Grade Students, related to syntax. The writer was aware that this research has some limitations or shortages so it is hoped that this research could be continued in order to get a better result for the society in general.

The purpose of this study was to identify the educational value of the novel Partikel by Dewi Lestari. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a dynamic structuralism approach. The method used in this research is the observation method with the note-taking technique. The data was collected by classifying and describing the elements of literary works that were the subject of the study which emphasized the values that exist in the novel Partikel. The data source is the novel Partikel by Dewi Lestari, while the research data is sentences, phrases, and words that contain an educational value. The results showed that the educational value contained in the novel Partikel by Dewi Lestari is 1) the value of religious education; 2) the value of moral education; 3) social education value is a value that teaches people to be better towards themselves, other people, animals, and nature. The educational value contained in the novel Partikel by Dewi Lestari includes attitudes and ways of life of a person such as being loyal to friends, tolerance, determination, helping and preserving animals and nature; 4) the value of cultural education.

ABSTRACTThe problem raised in this study is how to use multimedia tools to increase student motivation in class VIII MTs Al Mu'in Tangerang City in the subject of Islamic cultural history. While the purpose of this study is to find out how to use multimedia devices, choose multimedia devices, and assess the effectiveness of using multimedia devices in the learning process, related to school efforts in increasing the learning motivation of students in the classroom. The method used in this research is to use the observation method, interview method, and documentation method. Meanwhile, to analyze the results of this study, qualitative descriptive analysis is used which consists of three activities, namely data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. It is known that the use of multimedia devices at Mts Al-Mu'in Tangerang City in increasing learning motivation is by means of teachers using and combining methods of lectures, discussions, and the use of multimedia devices in the form of projectors, videos, and visual media even though the use of multimedia devices at MTs Al -Mu'in at this point is not so significant because of the limitations of the multimedia device itself.

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes by using the observation method and the method of discussion on the subject of the concept of the properties of liquid objects in class V of the Estuary 34 / I Muara Bulian SDN. The results of the study and discussion can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes in learning using observation methods and discussion methods on the material properties of liquid class V semester 2 of 34 / I Lotus Elementary School 2014/2015 Academic Year. The results of student evaluation showed that the use of the observation learning method was better than using the discussion method.

This study discusses the application of the Talking Stick type Cooperative model in the Islamic Education Class IX3 class at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo with the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith in the odd semester of the academic year 20172018. This research is Classroom Action Research. Learning outcomes data collected were analyzed using quantitative analysis and observational results were analyzed qualitatively. The study was conducted in two cycles each cycle carried out in 2 meetings with a total of 28 students consisting of 14 male students and 14 female students. Data retrieval is done by using observation sheets and test results of learning. The results showed the average learning outcomes of students before applying the Talking Stick 68.46 With classical learning completeness 75 after applying the Talking Stick model the results of the study showed the average learning outcomes of students in the first cycle was 79.25 and the cycle II of 88.53. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying it the Talking Stick model can improve the learning outcomes of Religious Education for Class IX3 Students of SMP Negeri 8 Palopo

Learning Biology is part of science that emphasizes providing hands-on experience. During this time students have difficulty learning Photosynthesis material because there are many things that must be proven by experiments and learning that are abstract with the lecture method. To help students understand the material, learning is applied with the observation method which is varied with LKS Word square. This research was designed through Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes of reproductive material in plants and animals through the application of the observation method which was varied with the LKS Word square in class VII A semester 1 of SMP Negeri 1 Binangun in the academic year 2015/2016. The subject of this research is class VII A SMP Negeri 1 Binangun with a total of 32 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning (planning), implementation (acting), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). Indicators of the success of this study were (1) an increase in the percentage of students who received a score of = 61 or the number of students who studied thoroughly increased to 85%, (2) completeness of classical activity =75%. Based on the results of the study obtained data increase in the percentage of achievement of classical learning completeness in the first cycle 83.33% and the second cycle 91.67%, while the classical activity in the first cycle 61.11% and the second cycle 80.56%. The conclusion of this study is that through the application of the observation method that is varied with the Word Square worksheet on Photosynthesis material can improve student learning outcomes in class VII A semester 1 of SMP Negeri 1 Binangun in the academic year 2015/2016. While the suggestion of this research is that the method of observation varied with Word Square Worksheet needs to be applied to other science teaching materials because the observation method varied with Word Square worksheet makes it easier for students to understand the material being studied.

This study was aimed to identify t The Effectiveness of Using Communicative Approach in Teaching the Simple Past Tense. This research employed quantitative research method. The design of the collecting the data that used in research are, questioner method, test method, library method, observation method and interview method. This research was conducted at class of second year students of SMPN 12 Batam in the academic year 2018/2019.  As for the time the researched held on 31 March 2019 until 25 May 2019. In this research, the populations of the study were students in second year students at SMPN 12 Batam in the academic year 2018/2019. There were  students from two classes, whereas the samples are 62 students, where 30 students from class VIII-4 (control class) and 32 students from VIII-5 ( the experiment class). This research was concluded that the effectiveness of using communicative approach in teaching the simple past tense: A case study of second year students at SMPN 12 BATAM in the academic years 2018/2019. The result was the calculation of the t-test, it was obtained that the t-observed was 5.506 and t-table was 2.042 at the level of significant 0, 05. It was obtaining that t- observed > t-table, it means the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and Ho rejected.
