Al The success of a child's education will be achieved if the child has high motivation. When motivation arises in a child, will increase the spirit of curiosity about something. Therefore, there are many ways to motivate students to have a high enthusiasm in learning, namely by applying gifts in the learning process. This study aims to determine how the implementation of gift giving to students who are active in classroom learning and students who excel, and also to determine the effect of gift giving on student motivation in Islamic religious education subjects. This type of research is quantitative research. The subjects of this study were 53 students. The research method used is a mixed method, namely the interview method the author will know how the implementation of gift giving, and the questionnaire method is used to find out how the influence of gift giving on student motivation. To analyze the data, the authors use the SPSS 16 application. The results of this study can be concluded that giving prizes to students who are active while learning, the teacher gives it when learning too, so the teacher has prepared it before entering class. As for prizes for students who excel, prizes are given when distributing report cards after an exam. Meanwhile, the results of data processing by the author by giving gifts to students have an influence on student motivation. The influence of gift giving is 64.1%, while 35.9% of students' learning motivation is influenced by other factors not mentioned and revealed in this study.Keywords: Giving Gifts, Learning Motivation

The background of this research is that after the many cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia, especially in Central Java, make every university learn online / online. The formulation of this problem is how the learning motivation of Upgris PJKR students via online / online during the covid-19 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning motivation of Upgris PJKR students via online /online during the covid-19 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research using a survey. The sample in this study were 89 students of PJKR Upgris. This research sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The data collection method used by researchers is a questionnaire.The results showed that students who were motivated to attend lectures online during the Covid-19 period were 56 respondents or 62.9%, while those who had low motivation to attendlectures online during the Covid-19 period were 19. respondents or 21.4%, while those who had high motivation in taking online lectures during the Covid-19 period were 14 respondents or 15.7%. It was concluded that PJKR Upgris students were not motivated or enthusiastic in attending lectures and only attended online / online lectures because they followed the regulations imposed from the campus only. Based on data processing, it was found that there was moderate motivation in attending lectures online during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 56 respondents or 62.9%. Suggestions 1) To increase student motivation in taking online / online lectures during the Covid-19 period, this can be done by providing additional value for students who fulfill assignments given by lecturers. 2) To increasestudent discipline in taking online / online lectures, the lecturer can impose sanctions on students who do not take online / online lectures. 3) Lecturers can plan learning systems and delivery of more interesting materials such as making pictures and videos related to the lectures being conducted. Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Setelah banyaknya kasus covid-19 di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Tengah, menjadikan setiap perguruan tinggi melakukan pembelajaran via daring/online.Rumusan masalah ini bagaimana motivasi pembelajaran mahasiswa PJKR Upgris via daring/online selama masa covid-19.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi pembelajaran mahasiswa PJKR Upgris via daring/online selama masa covid-19.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survey.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PJKR Upgris yang berjumlah 89 mahasiswa.Teknik sampling penelitian ini menggunakan proposional random sampling.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah angket/kuisioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki motivasi yang sedang dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online selama masa Covid-19 yaitu sebanyak 56 responden atau 62,9 %, sedangkan yang memiliki motivasi rendah dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online selama masa Covid-19 sebanyak 19 responden atau 21,4 %, sementara yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online selama masa Covid-19 sebanyak 14 responden atau 15,7 %. Disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa PJKR Upgris belum termotivasi atau tidak terlalu antusias dalam mengikuti perkuliahan dan hanya mengikuti perkuliahan daring/online karena mengikuti peraturan yang diberlakukan dari kampus saja. Berdasarkan pengolahan data didapatkan motivasi sedang dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online selama masa pandemi covid-19 yaitu sebanyak 56 responden atau 62,9 %. Saran 1) Untuk meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan melalui daring/online di masa Covid-19 ini dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai tambahan bagi mahasiswa yang memenuhi tugas yang diberikan dosen. 2) Untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan bagi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan melalui daring/online maka dosen dapat memberikan sanksi bagi mahasiswa yang tidak mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online. 3) Dosen dapat merencanakan sistem pembelajaran dan penyampaian materi yang lebih menarik seperti membuat picture maupun video yang berkaitan dengan perkuliahan yang dilakukan.   Kata kunci : Motivasi, Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Daring, Motivasi Belajar.

This study entitled "The Relationship of Emotional Quotient with Student Learning Motivation in the Subjects of Fiqh in MA Muhammadiyah Aimas Sorong Regency" which discusses emotional quotient (emotional intelligence) can affect student motivation in fiqh subjects. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence with student motivation in the subject of Fiqh in MA Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong Regency? The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship of emotional intelligence with student learning motivation on fiqh subjects at MA Muhammadiyah Aimas, Sorong Regency. This type of research is quantitative using survey methods and correlational techniques. The sample of this study was the XI grade students of MA Muhammadiyah Aimas with a total of 22 students. In order to obtain the required data, the authors use the Likert scale questionnaire method. The data that has been collected is then processed using the help of the SPSS application for Windows 20.Based on the results of statistical analysis using the help of the SPSS application program for Windows 20, the results of the study showed that emotional intelligence influenced students' learning motivation in fiqh subjects in class XI students.

<p>The purposes of this research were: (1) to understand does Cycle Learning 5E and Brainstorming Methods learning method produce the better mathematics communication capability rather than direct learning method, (2) to understand are students with high motivation have better mathematic communication skills than students with average motivation, are students with average motivation have better mathematic communication skills than students with low motivation, (3) to understand for students with high and average motivation does Cycle Learning 5E and Brainstorming method produce mathematic communication skills better than direct learning and for low motivation students does it produce the same mathematic skills with direct learning. (4) to compare on high with average motivation students, also both the average with low motivation students and high with low motivation students about how Cycle Learning 5E and Brainstorming methods gives them the better mathematic communication skills. This is a quantitative research with pseudo-experiment methods. The population of this research was all the VII grade students of Batang State 1 Junior High School. Sampling method was by Cluster Random Sampling technique. The data collection was using test method and questionnaire method. Data was analyzed by two ways Annova.</p>Result shows that: (1) Cycle Learning 5E and Brainstorming method gives better mathematic communication skills for students rather than direct learning; (2) students with high motivation have better mathematics communication skills than low motivation students, while high and average motivation students have the equal level of mathematic communication skills, and same goes to students with average and low motivation; (3) for all students with high, average and low motivation, the Cycle Learning 5E and Brainstorming method gives better mathematics communication skills than direct learning; (4) on teaching with Cycle Learning 5E and Brainstorming method, high motivation students have better mathematic communication skills rather than low motivation students, while they have equal communication skills with average motivation students. This condition happens also to the average and low motivation students.

This study aims to find out the use of media and the effect of the use of instructional media towards motivation to learn Arabic. This is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study are 94 students of immersion class at State Islamic Junior High School (MTs N) Plupuh Sragen. All students become the sample in this study. The data is processed by using descriptive statistics and correlation test of Product Moment. Based on the hypothesis test, the magnitude of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.4723 greater than 0.207 with significance level of 5%. It can be concluded that Ha that there is "the effect of the use of instructional media to learn Arabic student motivation" is accepted. The results inform that there is a significant effect of media learning towards student motivation, especially in learning Arabic.

Students feel bored when the teaching approach is monotonous and unchanging, making it essential for Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) teachers to provide variations in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to determine student motivation in football material by implementing small-sided games. A descriptive and quantitative research method with a school survey approach was employed, while the data was collected by using questionnaires distributed to 49 students. Then, data analysis was performed by using descriptive statistics in the editing, coding, and scoring stages. The results showed that two and four students had 4.1% and 28.6%, meaning they had very low and low motivation to follow the football material. Eighteen students scored 36.7%, nine had 18.4%, while six scored 12.2%, which means they had sufficient, high, and very high motivation. Therefore, the study results concluded that giving small-sided games made students' motivation to follow football material more suitable. Furthermore, a study with more extensive and varied sample sizes was recommended to discover other solutions to the problem.

Learning motivation is one of the important things that can affect the student's learning process. This study aims to explore the phenomenon of learning motivation of elementary school students. This research is quantitative research using survey exploratory research. Subjects involved in this study amounted to 51 elementary school students. Data collection uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The questionnaire was compiled based on four components of learning motivation, namely the drive for achievement, discipline in learning, readiness to overcome difficulties, and curiosity. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with the categories "always", "often", "sometimes", and "never". The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that in general, the students had high motivation. However, this high motivation is not in line with concrete actions that show their enthusiasm for learning. This is because the motivation that develops is extrinsic. Students learn to get rewarded or to avoid punishment from teachers. Nevertheless, the students are aware of their obligations as students and believe in their abilities. This can be used as initial capital to encourage students to improve their learning achievement.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai pengaruh teman sebaya terhadapperkembangan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII A SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluru kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII A dengan jumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket koesioner. Uji prasarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikanantara pergaulan teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar yang di tunjukan dari hasil rhitung yang dipeolah dengan bantuan SPSS sebeser 0,575, sedangkan rtabel dengan N = 33 pada taraf kesalahan 5% sebesar 0,344, sehingga ρ hitung > ρ tabel (0,575 > 0,344). Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki skor pergaulan teman sebaya yang berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase 66,7% dan mayoritas siswa peda motivasi belajar jugatermasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan presentase yaitu sebesar 75,8%.Kata Kunci : Pergaulan teman sebaya, Motivasi belajar, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know how the thepeers’s influence towarddevelopment of students’s learning motivation at VIII A Class SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The kind of this research used ex-post facto with quantitative research. The population is the whole VIII class at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang and the sample is the students who is in Class VIII A with amount 33 people. The data collection in this research used documentation and questionnaire. Test prerequisite analysis using normality test and linearity test, hypothesis test using product moment correlation test. The result of thisstudy showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between peerassociation with learning motivation which showed from the result of rhitung which if with the help of SPSS shift 0,575, while rtabel with N = 33 at 5% error level 0,344, so r hitung>r tabel (0,575 > 0.344). Furthermore it was found that the majority of students have peer social scores that are in the medium category with a percentage of 66.7% and the majority of students pedamotivasibelajr also included in the category of premises premisesdenga 75.8%.Keywords: Peers association, Learning motivation, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of spiritual intelligence on class X students' motivation to study economics in state high school 3 Padang. 2) the effect of interest in learning on class X students' learning motivation on economics in state high school 3 Padang. 3) the effect of spiritual intelligence and interest in learning together on class X students' motivation to study economics in state high school 3 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with a causative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 323 with sampling using proportional simple random sampling techniques. In order to obtain a sample of 179 class X students. Data collection techniques using a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study found: 1) spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation of class X students in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the value of sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 2) interest in learning has a positive and significant effect on student motivation in class X in economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 3) spiritual intelligence and interest in learning together have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation of class X students in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the value of sig. 0,000 < 0.05.Keywords: Kecerdasan Spiritual, Minat Belajar, Motivasi Melajar

This study aims to find out and analyze what factors influence the learning outcomes of children with intellectual disabilities and dual mental retardation in Islamic religious education subjects at SLB Waraqil Jannah Kec. X Koto Pan Overview West Sumatra. The study only focused on three factors, the first is the type of disability, intelligence level and learning motivation factors. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 29 mentally retarded children and multiple mentally retarded children. Data collection methods used were questionnaire and documentation methods which were then analyzed using the Chi Squaer formula. The results of the study showed that there was no influence of the three research variables with the acquisition of a disability value of 1.19225, the price of Kai Squared was much smaller on the significance table of 5% or 1% or 40.113 <1.19255 <46.963. The acquisition value of the intelligence level of 5.4452558 which is relatively low than the price of Kai Square is much smaller in the significance table of 5% or 1% or 40.113 <5.4452558 <46.963. The value of learning motivation of 0.117347379 which is relatively low than the price of Kai Squared is much smaller in the significance table of 5% or 1% or 41,337 <0,117347379 <48,278.
