The purpose of the study was to describe, and to analyze the Community Information Group in Achieving Public Information in Sidomulyo Village, Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara. Data collection was done by Snowball Sampling method by determining Key Informant using purposive sampling method toward respondent in Sidomulyo Village. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents based on interview guidelines, while secondary data obtained from the book. The results showed that in the absorption of community aspirations and information distribution by KIM is still running well However, there are weaknesses in human resources in internal KIM members busy each - each with a profession so that the performance of KIM less than the maximum. The Community Information Group (KIM) to accommodate the aspirations is already running but does not increase significantly. The form of application in the dissemination of information through blogs, Websites, and Social Media. This is good only to improve communication between the village apparatus and the Kutai Kartanegara Regional Government. The role of coach is expected by KIM Sidomulyo Village because for facilities and services if it can be fulfilled by village apparatus.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing of corn in each marketing channel in the village of Dimembe, Dimembe Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with 15 farmers while secondary data from the Village Office, North Minahasa Statistics Agency and the North Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency. The sampling method used the snowball sampling method. Data analysis methods are analysis of Marketing Channel, Marketing Agency, Marketing Margin and Marketing Costs. The results showed that there were three types of marketing channels, namely the first marketing channel: Farmers to Consumers; second marketing channel 2 from Farmers toRetailers then to Consumers; and the third marketing channel from Farmers to Collector Traders then arrived at the Consumer. Marketing margin on marketing channel I is Rp 213.33 / kg, on marketing channel II is Rp 1,500.00 / kg, and on marketing channel III is Rp 2,500.00 / kg. The highest share received by farmers is in the marketing channel I at 93.90%. While the lowest share received by farmers is in marketing channel III, which is equal to 58.33%. Thus it can be concluded that the longer the marketing channel, the greater the marketing margin and vice versa. And also the shorter the marketing channel the greater the share received by the farmer and vice versa. *lrr + eprm *

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of the role of farmers in the village agricultural extension Rasi, District Ratahan, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The study was implemented for 4 months, namely from March to June 2016. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews with farmers based on a list of questions (questionnaire), while secondary data obtained from the Office of Agricultural Extension Agency for Fisheries and Forestry (BP3K), District Ratahan, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sampling method in this study is using a non-probability. Analysis of data using a Likert Scale based on the answers of 25 questions to measure the perception of the role of farmers to extension workers with total respondents as many as 36 people. These results indicate that the total score of the level of farmers' perceptions of the role of agricultural extension for 3678 and are in the perception index of 81 percent, thus the perception of farmers as very good. Perception is in excellent farmers also on an indicator of increased productivity results, level of innovation ease of extension can be easily put into practice, the results of innovation extension can be easily seen or observed, productivity increased output is larger than before farmers using agricultural extension innovation.

ABSTRAKProblematik penelitian ini adalah : Apa dasar hukum  Peran Notaris dalam Transaksi Pengadaan Tanah Untuk Lokasi Pembangunan Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau? apa peran Notaris  Dalam Transaksi Pengadaan Tanah Untuk Lokasi Pembangunan Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau? dan apa akibat hambatan hukum atas Peran Notaris dalam Transaksi Pengadaan Tanah Untuk Lokasi Pembangunan Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau?Penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan yuridis-empiris yang bersumber dari pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif.Hasil temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa Dasar hukum Notaris dan/atau PPAT dalam pertanahan, didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Peraturan Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor : 1 Tahun 2006 tentang Ketentuan Pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor : 37 Tahun 1998 tentang Peraturan Jabatan Pejabat Pembuatan Akta Tanah. Keputusan Presiden Nomor 55 Tahun 1993 maupun Peraturan Presiden Nomor 65 Tahun 2006, peralihan hak atas tanah tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui/dihadapan Notaris dan/atau PPAT. Peran nyata keterlibatan notaris dalam pembangunan komplek kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau adalah pembuatan Akta Notaris Nomor 9 tanggal 06 Juli 2005 tentang Surat Perjanjian Pelepasan Hak atas Tanah di antara PT Sinar Bintang Sakti dan Pemda Kabupaten Sekadau dan Pembuatan Akta Notaris No. 10 tanggal 06 Juli 2005 tentang surat Pengakuan hutang yang pada pokoknya Pemkab Sekadau mengakui mempunyai hutang kepada CHAN INDRA, dengan jaminan tanah yang telah diterima pelepasan hak atas tanah dari CHAN INDRA selaku Direktur PT. Sinar Bintang Sakti. Perdebatan Notaris berwenang untuk membuat akta yang berkaitan dengan akta-akta pertanahan mengakibatkan keraguan mengenai keabsahan terhadap akta notaris yang terdapat dalam proyek pembangunan perkantoran di Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau.Kata Kunci : Notaris, Pengadaan Tanah, Kabupaten Sekadau. ABSTRACTIn relation to the authority of Notary, as mentioned in UUJN Number 30 Year2004 jo Law Number 2 Year 2014, Article 15 paragraph (2) letter (f), that Notary has authority to make deed related to land.The problematic of this research is: What is the legal basis of Notary's Role in Transaction of Land Procurement For Development Site of Sekadau Regency Government Complex  what is the role of Notary In Transaction of Land Procurement For Development Site of Sekadau Regency Government Complex ?; and what are the consequences of the legal barrier to the Notary's Role in the Land Acquisition Transaction for the Location of the Sekadau Regency Government Complex ?This research is with juridical-empirical approach that comes from collecting data obtained from primary data and secondary data, then analyzed by qualitative analysis method. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis.The findings of the researcher indicate that the legal basis of Notary and / or PPAT in the land is based on Law Number 30 Year 2004 regarding Notary Position and Regulation of the Head of National Land Agency Number 1 Year 2006 regarding Provisions on Implementation of Government Regulation Number 37 Year 1998 on the Regulation of Officials of the Establishment of Deed of Land. Presidential Decree No. 55/1993 and Presidential Regulation No. 65/2006, the transfer of land rights can be done through / in the presence of a Notary and / or PPAT. The real role of notary involvement in the construction of the Sekadau District Government office complex is the making of Notarial Deed No. 9 dated July 6, 2005 concerning Letter of Agreement on the Release of Land Rights between PT Sinar Bintang Sakti and the Regional Government of Sekadau Regency and the Notarial Deed. 10 dated July 6, 2005, concerning letters of recognition of debt principally Pemkab Sekadau acknowledged to have a debt to CHAN INDRA, with guaranteed land that has been received the release of land rights from CHAN INDRA as Director of PT. Sinar Bintang Sakti. The debate of a Notary is authorized to make deeds relating to land deeds lead to doubts about the validity of the notarial deed contained in office building projects in the Sekadau District Government.Suggestions to lawmakers to anticipate differences in legal interpretation in the future, it is recommended that both Law No. 30 of 2004 in conjunction with Law Number 2 Year 2014 on UUJN and the Notary Profession Code of Ethics, to strengthen the explanation of legislation has been compiled.Keywords : Notary Public, Land Procurement, Sekadau District.

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

This study aims to assess the management of coconut farms in village of Tolombukan district of Pasanmainly include land area, production, revenue, and marketing. The results could be input materials andinformation for farmers in increasing production and income of coconut farmers in of Tolombukan districtPasan.The research was carried on in the of Tolombukan district of Pasan which lasted from June 2010 untilAugust 2010. Data taken in this study are primary data that was obtained through interviews to farmersbased on a list of questions and secondary data obtained from agencies - agencies. Sampling method usedin this study is simple random sampling method with a sample size of 20 farmer respondents. Data is presentedin tables and is explained descriptively. The data are mainly in the form of costs, income, and revenue.Results showed that coconut farmers harvest pass once in 3 months so that in one year there are 4times the harvest with an average area of 1.59 ha. The other results of thisr studies are outlined below.The results of the average oil production in the village of Tolombukan district of Pasan of 2375.9 kg ofcopra per year with an average income of Rp4.891.948, 78 per year. In addition to plant coconut, farmersalso planted cloves between the coconut that provide an income of Rp11.734.695, 84 per two years orRp5.867.000 per year. The product of copra and cloves sold at traders in the village Tolombukan own.

This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.

The performance of a village head as head of village government must be able to carry out its main duties, namely leading and coordinating the village administration in implementing village development. The role of the village head is one aspect that stands out and affects the success of village development. The village head is assisted by village officials, as an element of village government administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What is the Role of the Village Head in the Implementation of Development in Mekarjati Village, Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency" and "How the Siyasah Fiqh Review and the Village Law on the Role of the Village Head in Implementing Development in Mekarjati Village". The purpose of this research is "To know the role of the village head in the implementation of village development, and" to know the Siyasah Fiqh Overview of the role of the village head in the implementation of village development." This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data originating from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the Mekarjati Village Head, in the implementation of village development in general, there are still some that are not optimal. This study aims to describe the role of Farmers Group "Tenggang Rasa" to the development of cocoa plants in the village of Inomunga, Kaidipang Sub-district, Utara Bolaang Mongondow District, North Sulawesi Province. The study lasted for 3 (three) months from January to March 2017 in Inomunga Village, Kaidipang Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Utara District. The data used were primary data collected through interviews with all members of farmer group "Tenggang Rasa" which amounted to 15 people as respondents. Secondary data were obtained from the Agricultural Office, the Inomunga Village Office and the District Office in Bolaang Mongondow Utara. The analytical method used is descriptive through Likert Scale and presented in tabular form. The results showed that “Tenggang Rasa” Farmer Group in Inomunga Village has a very important role as learning class, cooperation vehicle and production unit to develop cocoa plant by getting index of role which belong to high category that is 82,85 percent. With the existence of farmer groups, farmers are very helpful in overcoming their problems to get solution for the development of cocoa plants.

Lots of local wisdom with local people. In other words, local wisdom can be implemented as ideas, values, local views that are wise, full of wisdom, good value, which are embedded and followed by members of the community. Therefore, local wisdom can be defined as noble values contained in local cultural assets, in the form of traditions, ideas, and life motto. The Baduy community in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar Subdistrict, is one of the tribes in Indonesia which until now still maintains the values of local wisdom that they have and believe in, amidst the advancement of civilization around them. Research on the local wisdom of the Baduy Tribe in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar Subdistrict, Lebak Regency, Banten Province aims to see the local wisdom of the Baduy Tribe in utilizing forest resources by the Baduy tribe for the sustainable use of non-timber forest products in the form of forest honey. The types of data taken in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of interviews with the community in the Baduy Tribe, Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, Banten Province. Secondary data were complementary data obtained from references which included general conditions of the location, socio-cultural conditions, activities and others. The research was conducted using the snowball sampling method and also using a qualitative descriptive method fpr compiling the result of the research on local wisdom of the baduy tribe.Keyword: Baduy Tribal, Forest Honey, Local Wisdom

 ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF LAYER DUCK FARMING MANAGEMENT IN THE DISTRICT OF WEST KAKAS BARAT. This research was conducted in the District of West Kakas Minahasa regency in July-August 2016. This study aims to determine whether the layer duck farmers have implemented management functions (planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring) in the farming system of layer ducks. The villages of Kalawiran, Paso, Totolan, Wasian, Touliang, Panasen and Tontimomor have designated as study area, based on thecriteria: that these villages have population at least 200 head of layer ducks. The method of data collection was field survey. Data were primary data and secondary data. The sampling method of sample villages determined based on villages criteria that the village has layer duck population of over 200 head and the purposive sampling method of respondentbased on the following considerations: having a population of at least 200 head layer ducks and has been raising more than 1 year. Model analysis wasdescriptive analysis to describe qualitatively. Qualitative analysis was identify and described management principles were carried out in the system of raising layer ducks. The results showed that the characteristics of the level of respondent education were ungraduated of  SD (18%), SD (14%), SMP (32%), SMA(36%). Duck farming experiences were<5 years 2 (9%), 6-10 years and 11 (50%), > 11 years 9 (41%). Scales of duck farming were276-350 8 (36%), 200-275 9 (40%), 315-375 1 (5%). Family labour was 22 (100%). Analysis of management (planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring) showed that almost all of the farmers have implemented the management functions within the traditionally farmingsystem of layer duck. Management of planning were 22 (100%), monitoring 22(100%), while the management of the organization and implementation was only 3 (14%) and 19 (86%) did not recorded the results, since most farmers rely on memory.It can be a weakness in the development of layer duck farming.Layer duck farming use only the family labour. Keywords: Layer duck, farming, Management.
