Every municipal corporation must provide civic services to its population. Since liberalization period, the population and urbanization has increased very fast in Thane city. The density of population is continuously increasing due to growth of industries, services sector and clean environment in city. The commercial and residential complexes, Theaters, private parks, super specialty hospitals, Mall, educational institutions have grown significantly over the period. However, the quality of infrastructure services such as water supply, sewage collection and disposal, health services, water drainage, transportation, park and recreation are still inadequate to rising population in Thane Municipal Corporation area. Therefore, Municipal Corporation should increase its revenue sources through bond financing. Urban planning must be done in a systematic way and on urgent basis for entire corporation area. Municipal Corporation must provide quality services to its population. Municipal Corporation must invest financial resources for welfare of poor people and future planned economic growth of Thane city.

This paper aims to reflect an effort to identify the problems associated with the educational learning process, as well as its function to express some inherent considerations to the most effective forms of the classroom management. Mentioned in this discussion are ways of management for various categories of students, not only from an intellectual level, but also by their behavior. Also, in the elaboration of this theme I was considering that in addition to other development directions of the country, an important place is occupied by the education of the younger generation in our school environments and especially in adopting the methods of teaching and learning management with a view to enable this generation to be competitive in the European labor market. This, of course, can be achieved by giving this generation the best values of behavior, cultural level, professional level and ethics one of an European family which we belong to, not just geographically. On such foundations, we have tried to develop this study, always improving the reality of the prolonged transition in the field of children’s education. Likewise, we have considered the factors that have left their mark on the structure, cultural level and general education level of children, such as high demographic turnover associated with migration from rural and urban areas, in the capacity of our educational institutions to cope with new situations etc. In the conclusions of this study is shown that there is required a substantial reform even in the pro-university educational system to ensure a significant improvement in the behavior of children, relations between them and the sound quality of their preparation. Used literature for this purpose has not been lacking, due to the fact that such problems are usually treated by different scholars. Likewise, we found it appropriate to use the ideas and issues discussed by the foreign literature that deals directly with classroom management problems. All the following treatise is intended to reflect the way of an effective classroom management.

Increasing competition in the Indonesian banking industry has encouraged many banks to improve the quality of services to customers by utilizing information technology developments. Service innovation in the use of information technology encourages banks to enter the era of digital banking services. However, the development of digital banking services also increases the risks faced by banks. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of digital banking services and customer protection for risks from digital banking services. The method used in this study is an empirical legal research method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of digital banking services is regulated by OJK Regulation No.12/POJK.03/2018. The existence of this OJK Regulation is expected by banks as providers of digital banking services to always prioritize risk management in the use of information technology. In addition, this study also shows the existence of 2 types of customer protection for the use of digital banking services, namely preventive protection in the form of legislation related to customer protection in the financial services sector and repressive protection in the form of bank accountability for complaints from customers using digital banking services.

The education based on simulation is an educationalstrategy where students learn from their errors, developing skills, knowledge, competences, etc. in a controlled environment. During the process of teaching by simulation, it is necessaryto execute various types of assessments (diagnostic, summative, formative) in order tomake adjustments or changes in the educational process of the students, therefore identifying areas of opportunity for improvement. With the simulation, different processes can be taught, like interprofessionalism and collaborative work. Nowadays, there is a major concern for added safety and the quality of care for the patients and their families. Therefore, a WHO study group determined the basic interprofessional competences, and has been given the task of disseminating and promoting interprofessional education. Some educational institutions in the US, Canada and Europe have integrated interprofessional and collaborative work in simulation practices. All the activity by simulation must be evaluated in order to provide feedback to the participants and establish improvement strategies. The assessment of the interprofessional work focuses on the evaluation of common skills and competencies among various health professionals.
