This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of government policy on entrepreneurship and infrastructure; 2) the influence of government policy, entrepreneurship and infrastructure on agro-tourism development; 3) the influence of agro-tourism development on community welfare in Petang District, Badung Regency; 4) whether government policies have an indirect effect on the development of agro-tourism through entrepreneurship and infrastructure; 5) whether government policies, entrepreneurship and infrastructure have an indirect effect on the welfare of the people in Petang District, Badung Regency through the development of agro-tourism. Sampling technique with Saturated Sampling involved 91 workers. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The result of research that government policy have positive and significant influence to entrepreneurship and infrastructure, but have no significant effect on agrotourism development and community welfare. Entrepreneurship has positive and significant impact on agro-tourism development, but has no significant effect on the welfare of the community. Infrastructure has positive and significant impact on agro-tourism development, but has no significant effect on the welfare of the community. Agro-tourism development has positive and significant impact on the welfare of the community.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. This study examines the influence of political marketing and political will on public leadership and individual performance. The sample used is the people in Surabaya as many as 265 with a random sampling method. Amos 21 is used to test the indirect effect by using bootstrap test. The result of the research shows that political marketing and political will have a significant influence to the success of gaining public leadership, political marketing and marketing will have no significant effect on performance, and public le­a­dership has a significant effect on performance. For the indirect influence, political marketing and political will on individual performance are mediated by public leadership.

The COVID-19 outbreak is currently spreading to all regions of Indonesia. This virus was suspected to spread from Wuhan at the end of December 2019. Restrictions on people’s movements are one of the government policies that aim to reduce the spread of COVID-19. To find out the performance of government policy, a study on the implementation of restrictions policy to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in West Sumatra has been conducted. This study used the before-after method as data analysis, then the data was examined using the Chi-Square test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the movement of people after the implementation of restrictions movement policy was decreased significantly. The decrease in the need to leave the house was average 57.7%, frequency leaving the house more than 5 times decreased by 80%. Time of leaving the houses in the day, in the afternoon and at night decreased more than 50%, the use of vehicle modes decreased by 14.9% and the number of people traveling outside the house decreased by 23.2%. The performance of restrictions on people’s movement policy in West Sumatra was still not optimal, because many people did not know the detail of policies.

Law enforcement without direction and not based on the three pillars of the justice of law, legal certainty and the benefits to society can break the law anyway even violate human rights. As one of the policies of the government that are not considered mencerminakan the values of justice and disturbing for the people, the government policy that acts of omission or delay in the application of the death penalty. This research is a normative legal normative juridical approach. The data collected is secondary data were analyzed using qualitative methods juridical analysis. Based on these results it can be concluded that in the application of the death penalty there are serious legal issues, this is due to government policies that commit omission or delay in the execution of the death penalty is a violation of human rights as stipulated in Article 28 of the 1945 Constitution.  This research is an associative study with a quantitative approach.With 89 sample of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) which is obtained by cluster sampling technique, consisting of customers which has received a Partnership Program of CSR assistance in Lombok Island in last 3 (three) years (2014-2016). This study used a causal correlation, which have independent variables (influencing variables) and dependent variables (variables that are affected). This research aims to determine the causal correlation between independent variables, CSR on the loyalty of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) on Lombok through the Corporate image variable.Based on the results of the research and discussion it is inferred that : 1) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Corporate Image. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables and Corporate Image. 2) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. 3) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on customer loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables on customer loyalty. 4) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Customer Loyalty through Corporate Image. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan sampel 89 pelanggan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) diperoleh dengan teknik cluster sampling, terdiri atas nasabah yang telah menerima Program Kemitraan bantuan CSR di Pulau Lombok dalam 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir (2014-2016). Hubungan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat (kausal), dimana ada variabel independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi) dan variabel dependen (variabel yang dipegaruhi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen yaitu CSR terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan melalui variabel intervening Corporate image.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR dan Citra Perusahaan. 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dari hasil analisis data juga ditemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel Corporate Image pada Loyalitas Pelanggan. 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil analisis data juga menemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 4) Ada pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR pada Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Corporate Image.Keywords : CSR ; Corporate Image ; Customer Loyalty

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

Sempadan sungai Sa’dan merupakan bagian dari daerah aliran sungai yang mengalir di Kota Rantepao. Salah satu kawasan sempadan sungai yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus adalah sekitar sempadan sungai  di wilayah Tagari dan sekitar Malango’ kota Rantepao.  Sungai Sa’dan ini mempunyai peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari karena mempunyai fungsi ekologi, sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi Pengetahuan Lingkungan, Kebijakan Pemerintah, Kearifan Lokal dan Perilaku Masyarakat Sempadan Sungai Sa’dan Kabupaten Toraja, menganalisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan Lingkungan, Kebijakan Pemerintah, Kearifan Lokal terhadap Perilaku Masyarakat Sempadan Sungai Sa’dan Kabupaten Toraja Utara, dan mengetahui konsep pengelolaan sempadan sungai Sa’dang Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku masyarakat yang bermukim di sempadan  sungai Sa’dan terhadap lingkungan, maka penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  yang mengacu pada Pendekatan Kuantitatif dan kualitatif, artinya penentuan sampling, perekaman data, hingga proses analisis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan maka ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut, Hasil Deskriptif: Pengetahuan Lingkungan dibentuk dari kondisi eksisting dan Konsep Penataan. Hal utama yang membentuk pengetahuan lingkungan adalah kondisi eksisting. Kebijakan Pemerintah dibentuk dari beberapa indicator antara lain Organisasi, regulasi dan Implementasi Kebijakan. Hal utama yang membentuk Kebijakan Pemerintah adalah Regulasi (Peraturan). Kearifan Lokal dibentuk dari         Kebiasaan masyarakat yang turun temurun, Kepercayaan masyarakat setempat dan Adanya Tanggung jawab masyarakat setempat. Hal utama yang membentuk Kearifan Lokal adalah Kebiasaan masyarakat yang turun temurun. Pengetahuan Lingkungan, Kebijakan Pemerintah, Kearifan Lokal berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Masyarakat sempadan Sungai Sa’dan Kota Rantepao. Hal ini menunjukkan Pengetahuan Lingkungan (X1), Kebijakan Pemerintah (X2), Kearifan Lokal (X3) dapat meningkatkan Perilaku Masyarakat sempadan Sungai Sa’dan Kota Rantepao. Pentingnya masyarakat sempadan Sungai Sa’dan Kota Rantepao dalam kegiatan konservasi sempadan sungai sa’dan mengindikasikan bahwa masyarakat telah memahami mengenai konsep sempadan sungai, sehingga tanpa paksaan masyarakat megetahui batasan-batasan mengenai hal-hal yang seharusnya dilakukan dan tidak dilakukan di sempadan sungai. The border of the Sa'dan river is part of the river basin that flows in the City of Rantepao. One of the river border areas that need special attention is around the riverbank in the Tagari area and around Malango', the city of Rantepao. The Sa'dan River has an important role in daily life because it has ecological, social and economic functions. This study aims to provide a description of Environmental Knowledge, Government Policy, Local Wisdom and Community Behavior of the Sa'dan River Border Community in Toraja Regency, to analyze the Effects of Environmental Knowledge, Government Policy, Local Wisdom on the Behavior of the Sa'dan River Border Community in North Toraja Regency, and to know the concept management of the Sa'dang river border, North Toraja Regency. Based on the research objective, which is to determine the effect of the behavior of the people living on the border of the Sa'dan river on the environment, this research is a research that refers to quantitative and qualitative approaches, meaning that the determination of sampling, recording data, to the analysis process of this research uses a quantitative approach. From the results of the research and discussion carried out, the following conclusions are drawn, Descriptive Results: Environmental Knowledge is formed from existing conditions and the Concept of Arrangement. The main factor that shapes environmental knowledge is the existing conditions. Government policies are formed from several indicators, including organization, regulation and policy implementation. The main thing that shapes Government Policy is Regulation (Regulation). Local wisdom is formed from hereditary habits of the community, local community beliefs and local community responsibilities. The main factor that forms local wisdom is the community's hereditary habits. Environmental Knowledge, Government Policies, Local Wisdom affect the Behavior of the People on the River Sa'dan Rantepao City. This shows that Environmental Knowledge (X1), Government Policy (X2), Local Wisdom (X3) can improve the Behavior of the People on the River Basin and the City of Rantepao. The importance of the Sa'dan River border community in Rantepao City in the sa'dan river border conservation activities indicates that the community has understood the concept of the river border, so that without coercion the community knows the boundaries of things that should and should not be done on the riverbank.

This study aims to: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) To determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, 4) To find out and analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. The research was conducted at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering with a research sample of 64 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering and 4) there is no influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the work discipline variable cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering.
