This study aims to look at the effect of ownership dispersion, financial distress, sharia supervisory board and age of listings on the extent of voluntary disclosure in Islamic banks registered with OJK in the 2015-2018 period. The population of the study was 14 companies of Islamic Commercial Banks and the number of samples obtained were 13 companies with an observation period of 4 years. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Statistical results show that Simultaneous that dispersion of ownership, financial distress, sharia supervisory board and age of listings have a positive and significant effect on voluntary disclosure of Islamic Commercial Banks. While partially dispersion of ownership and sharia supervisory board negative significant influence on voluntary disclosure of Islamic Commercial Banks. This study aims to empirically prove the influence of zakat reporting, ICSR, sharia supervisory board and leverage on company performance at Islamic Commercial Banks with an observation period of 2016-2018. The sample in this study is 11 BUS with purposive sampling. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the zakat reporting and sharia supervisory board have a significant effect on BUS performance, while ICSR and leverage have no significant effect on performance

This study aims to determine the influence of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the Board of Commissioners on the Financial Performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study used secondary data from 12 banks.The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. Third-party funds at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia fluctuated. The factors that determine the accumulation of third-party funds are essential for Islamic banks' financial stability and management. This study aims to show and describe the effect of gross domestic product and inflation on third-party funds partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive-associative with a quantitative approach. The population used is Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results show that gross domestic product and inflation partially affect third-party funds in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. Meanwhile, simultaneously gross domestic product and inflation have a significant effect with a contribution of 85.5% to third-party funds in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The increase in third-party funds depends on Indonesia's macroeconomic conditions, the dominant macroeconomic influencing the collection of third-party funds in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

The research aims to predict financial distress at the Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Bank by using analysis of risk, good corporate governance, earnings, capital and size. Using  sample 17 national foreign exchange private banks, and data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression for four conditions, namely all conditions, financial distress conditions, gray area conditions, and non financial distress conditions. The results of this study indicate that the NPL and the proportion of independent commissioners do not have a significant effect on all conditions, financial distress conditions, gray area conditions, and non financial distress conditions. ROA has a significant effect only for all conditions, gray area, and non financial distress conditions. CAR has a significant effect on all conditions, and financial distress conditions, size only has a significant effect on all conditions and conditions in the gray area.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of changes in thecomponents of cash flows (operating cash flow changes, investment cashflow changes , cash flow funding changes), changes in gross profit,and change the size of the company toward expected return stock ofmanufacturing companies which go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

A brand will carry out several marketing strategies to attract consumers. especially for countries with a Muslim majority community, the product must have halal legality. There are several factors considered by consumers to choose the product purchased, among others, the existence of halal labels on packaging, emotional advertising, and diskons. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of product labels, emotional advertising, and discount on purchasing decisions. This research is focused on consumers who have bought Chatime as a bubble drink, Muslim, aged 15-60 years old, and a final consumer. uses a nonprobability sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 participants with Google form. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that product labels, iklan emosional, and diskons had a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The purposes of this research were to determine the effect of the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia on financing, both individually and simultaneously. The performance was measured through Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). These four independent variables to be tested influence on the dependent variable. This research used census method that includes all of the Islamic banks in Indonesia for observational data. Research data observation period from 2009 until 2013 a total of 11 banks. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data.The results of this study found that the Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) affect the financing, both individually and simultaneously. Fluctuations in either an increase or decrease of financing that occurred in Islamic banking in Indonesia is determined by the four independent variables. That is to say, the four independent variables that have an important role in the financing of Islamic banking in Indonesia. =========================================== Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan bank umum syariah di Indonesia terhadap pembiayaan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kinerja keuangan diukur melalui Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), dan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) Keempat variabel bebas tersebut akan diuji pengaruhnya terhadap satu variabel tidak bebas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian sensus, yakni memasukan semua bank umum syariah yang ada di Indonesia ke dalam data pengamatan. Periode pengamatan data penelitian dari tahun 2009 s.d 2013 yang berjumlah 11 perbankan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), dan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Fluktuasi baik itu peningkatan atau penurunan pembiayaan yang terjadi pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia ditentukan oleh keempat variabel bebas tersebut. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa, keempat variabel bebas tersebut mempunyai peranan penting atas pembiayaan pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.
