The development of tourism industry can provide opportunities for tourism products including culinary in Dili, Timor-Leste. This article aims to identify types of traditional foods, measure the perception of tourists on traditional food and formulate program to develop traditional food as culinary tourism. Data collection for this article used direct field observation, interviews and documentation study, while data analysis used SWOT matrix. The results of this article revealed that in Dili there were several types of traditional food such as Saboko, Tukir, Kulu tunu or Kulu Gisa could be developed as culinary tourism. In regard to tourist perception on traditional food processing while good on quality of traditional food, food cleanliness and quality of restaurant service. Several programs conducted by the government to develop traditional food are human resource quality improvement, creating market for traditional food, identification of potential local products in each district and assessment of traditional foods.The restaurant owners also develop several programs such as menu adjustment, creativity in traditional food processing, and promotion.

The Village Community Empowerment With Traditional Culinary Business in the Group of Boga Ganesha Buleleng The development of fast food must be balanced with the consumption of traditional foods because fast food is allegedly to be a risk factor for the emergence of various diseases. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of IbIKK group of Boga Ganesha. The choice of location of the research was determined purposively with the consideration that the Boga Ganesha is one of the groups to empower the people with the traditional culinary efforts. The method used in collecting the data in this study was interviews with questionnaire instruments. Based on the research results, the potential of the IbIKK of Boga Ganesha is a kosher, hygienic and healthy traditional food processing. Behavior that was demonstrated by the members can be classified into an excellent category (4,6). The achievement of the implementation of the empowerment program that is included in the category of successful (4,2). Empowerment of program aimed to improve the quality of human resources. In this regard, members of the group should implement their skills so that they can open up business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the family. To support this, the facilitator should use the appropriate method so that all participants can obtain information equally.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of indigenous people’s perceived the quality of life (QoL) on the tribe in the process of tourism development. In the survey, 8 tribes in Alishan were selected as the research objects, and a total of 827 valid questionnaires were collected through random sampling based on the proportion of each tribe's households. After statistical analysis, the findings of this study are as follows: 1. In terms of the influence on QoL, indigenous people’s perceived higher are "I am proud of our tribe". 2. Different demographic variables have an influence on the perceived QoL of indigenous peoples. 3. Those whose family work has nothing to do with the tourism industry have a higher perception of the influence on the QoL. Based on the above findings, this study not only gives suggestions to indigenous tribes and tourism sectors of the government, but also puts forward specific research reference directions for future tribal tourism researchers.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Tourism Industry nowadays is developing rapidly, this must be supported by the development in the field of traditional culinary industry. But in fact, today’s traditional culinary has begun to be forgotten and replaced by fast food or modern food. This research was aimed to analyzed the influence brand image, packaging, brand image and packaging of getuk singkong to the interest of consuming traditional food of young generation. The research methodology that will be used is quantitative. This study use the student of Trisakti School of Tourism for respondents. From the result of this research, it can be concluded that Brand Image getuk singkong will increase by 0,496, Packaging getuk singkong variable will increase by 0,399, and this also supported by the ability of Brand Image and Packaging getuk singkong variables of 65,8% to influence the interest of young generation to consume traditional foods. Based on the result of this study is also suggested to the business influencer to pay more attention to all aspects that exist within the existing product and several factors that can improve the quality of existing product.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Brand Image, Packaging, Interest of Consuming Traditional Food, Young Generation, Getuk Singkong</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Perkembangan industri pariwisata saat ini sangatlah pesat, hal ini juga harus didukung dengan adanya perkembangan di bidang industri kuliner khususnya kuliner tradisional. Namun pada kenyataannya, saat ini kuliner tradisional sudah mulai terlupakan dan tergantikan oleh makanan cepat saji atau makanan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh<em> brand image, packaging, serta brand image </em>dan <em>packaging</em> terhadap minat mengkonsumsi makanan tradisional generasi muda. Adapun metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden adalah mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa <em>brand image </em>dan <em>packaging</em> getuk singkong mempengaruhi minat generasi muda mengkonsumsi makanan tradisional, dimana pada setiap kenaikan satu satuan maka variabel <em>Brand Image</em> getuk singkong<em> </em>akan meningkat sebesar 0,496 dan variabel <em>Packaging</em> getuk singkong<em> </em>akan meningkat sebesar 0,399. Dan hal ini juga didukung kemampuan variabel <em>Brand Image </em>dan <em>Packaging</em> getuk singkong<em> </em>sebesar 65,8% untuk mempengaruhi variabel minat generasi muda mengkonsumsi makanan tradisional. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini juga disarankan kepada pelaku bisnis untuk dapat memperhatikan segala aspek yang ada didalam produk yang ada serta beberapa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk yang ada.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: <em>Brand Image, Packaging, </em>Minat Mengkonsumsi Makanan Tradisional, Generasi Muda, Getuk Singkong</p>

Pemerintah Kota Surabaya bersama Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro (Dinkopum) berupaya mengelola permasalahan PKL dengan membuat sentra PKL sebagai solusi atas permasalahan terganggunya keindahan kota, terhambatnya aktivitas pejalan kaki di trotoar, dan lalu lintas yang menjadi tidak lancar. Sejak pertama didirikannya hingga awal tahun 2020, program Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Urip Sumoharjo beberapa kali mendapati keadaan “mati suri”, yaitu menurunnya minat pembeli yang menyebabkan sepinya sentra. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan manajemen strategi program SWK Urip Sumoharjo oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data melalui observasi dengan mewawancarai pihak Dinas dan PKL disertai dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SWK Urip Sumoharjo sebagai sentra wisata kuliner di Kota Surabaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinkopum, yaitu Menetapkan Misi dan Tujuan, Dinkopum meningkatkan kemampuan usaha mikro dalam mengembangkan sumber daya produktif melalui SWK Urip Sumoharjo; Ancaman dan Peluang, berpeluang menjadi sentra maju dengan promosi serta menemukan ancaman berupa tempat makan modern dan kepekaan pelanggan terhadap produk; Kekuatan dan Kelemahan, pemberian pendampingan & pelatihan serta sarana prasarana sebagai kekuatan yang dimilki Dinkopum dan kelemahannya yakni kualitas kuantitas SDM dan lokasi sentra; Mempertimbangkan Alternatif Strategi, dengan rencana peningkatan SDM; Memilih Strategi, dengan peningkatan kualitas SDM; Implementasi Strategi, dengan pendampingan dan pelatihan PKL; Evaluasi Strategi, Dinkopum belum mampu mengubah pola pikir PKL. Salah satu saran yang dapat diajukan adalah meningkatkan sosialisasi dan promosi SWK kepada masyarakat Surabaya. Kata kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Sentra Wisata Kuliner, PKL.   The Government of Surabaya with the Cooperative and Micro Business Office of Surabaya are trying to manage problems related to street vendors (PKL) by making 44 street vendors centra as a solution to problems with disruption of the beauty of the city, obstruction of pedestrian activity on sidewalks, and unstable traffic. Since it was first established until early 2020, the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) program on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo has several times encountered a "suspended animation", which is a decline in buyer interest which has led to lonely centers. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategic management of the SWK Urip Sumoharjo program by the Surabaya City Department of Cooperatives and Micro Businesses. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Techniques in collecting data through observation by interviewing the department and street vendors accompanied by documentation. Data analysis techniques by, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that SWK Urip Sumoharjo as a center for culinary tourism in the city of Surabaya carried out by Dinkopum, namely Setting Mision and Goals, Dinkopum increasing the ability of micro-businesses in developing productive resources through SWK Urip Sumoharjo; Researching Threats and Opportunities, having the opportunity to become a center forward with promotions and discovering threats in the form of modern eating places and customer sensitivity to products; Researching Strengths and Weaknesses, providing assistance & training as well as infrastructure as the strengths of Dinkopum and weaknesses, namely the quality of the quantity of human resources and the location of the center; Considering alternative strategies, with plans to increase human resources; Choosing a strategy, by improving the quality of human resources; Strategy Implementation, with PKL assistance and training; Strategy Evaluation, Dinkopum has not been able to change the mindset of street vendors. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase the socialization and promotion of SWK to the people of Surabaya. Our study reveals the impacts of various COVID-19-related restrictions on the culinary tourism industry by exploring how street food vendors deal with this unprecedented encounter. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews of 20 street food vendors and later analyzed using qualitative data analysis, focusing on the thematic analysis of coded interview transcripts, as a basis for generalization of our findings. This study unfolds the knock-on effects of the lock-down, social distancing, and movement restrictions imposed on the street food vendors and sheds light on how the culinary tourism industry can become more resilient and sustainable in facing a future or recurring pandemic. Understanding the dynamic impacts of the pandemic will offer insights for the culinary tourism industry and the government in the development of relevant policies to alleviate those impacts and protect the culinary tourism industry in the ‘new normal’ post-pandemic era.

Tourism Awareness Group or abbreviated Pokdarwis is a self-help and self-help group that grows from, by and for the community and aims to enhance the development of regional tourism and succeed tourism development by becoming a government partner in raising public awareness in the field of tourism, increasing human resources, encouraging the realization of Sapta Enchantment, enhancing the quality of products and tourism. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, which is the subject and object of this research is the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) of Andang Taruna Banraas Village. Tourism Care (Study in Banraas, Gili Iyang Madura Island). The role of Pokdarwis Andang Taruna is able to act as a mobilizer for the community where the community has provided support and role as host in efforts to create an environment and conducive atmosphere that is able to encourage the growth and development of the tourism industry and the realization of sapta charm. The role as a partner has been carried out by Pokdarwis Andang Taruna in the form of activities and programs carried out by involving the Government and other parties related to the development and construction of tourist facilities such as lodging, transportation, culinary and etc. although there has not been a maximum cooperation between Pokdarwis and the Government so that there are obstacles in realizing the character of caring tourism.

The global coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic requires the Timor Leste government to make a school from home policy. This policy has encouraged several universities to improve the quality of their distance learning services. However, it seems that the government has not gone deep enough to conduct a preliminary study on each university website's readiness to face this. Based on previous research, the university website impact factor is one of the criteria for increasing webometrics rankings. Still, it is not explained in detail the types of referring pages and domains that can affect webometrics rankings. This research investigates the extent to which R-WIF affects webometrics and examines the factors that can improve the university website's quality. We surveyed the revised web impact factor (R-WIF) at seven universities in Timor Leste to determine their academic sites' relative standing. The results show, although some universities have increased the number of backlinks, the webometrics university ranking prefers backlinks that come from high-authorization sites such as .edu and .gov. The correlation value indicates this phenomenon between R-WIF and Webometrics of 0.464, which means moderate. Universities in Timor Leste need to implement several strategies to improve Webometrics rankings, especially visibility.

Bogor Regency has big potential in agricultural resources with population about 4,2 million of which 20,4 percent work as farmers. Yet, the number of people living under poverty is around 1,1 million. Therefore research to find strategy in alleviating poverty is important. The main objective of this research is to formulate stategies in alleviating poverty by agricultural development in Bogor Regency. Moreover, specific purposes are: 1) Identifying the characteristic and the buying power of people in Bogor Regency; 2) Analyzing the correlation between the poverty rate and the household characteristic in Bogor Regency; 3) Analyzing potential agricultural commodities in Bogor Regency and 4) Evaluating Government Policy in alleviating poverty at Bogor Regency. Methods used in this research were Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and LQ. The SWOT and QSPM Analysis were also used to formulate strategies. Nine strategies, which are alternative strategies to be applied by the government of Bogor Regency, are designed to alleviate poverty in Bogor Regency through Agricultural development. Poverty allevieting in Bogor Regency should be focused on three strategies, those are: 1) Increase of human resource quality of farmers; 2) Development of potential commodities, i.e. wetland rice, sweet potato, siam orange, and mangosteen; and 3) Development of agricultural infrastructure and facility.Keywords: Strategies, Bogor Regency, Poverty, Policy, AgricultureABSTRAK Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi sumberdaya alam pertanian untuk dikembangkan yang didukung oleh populasi yang mencapai 4,2 juta jiwa, dimana 20,4 persen dari jumlah tersebut bermata pencaharian sebagai petani. Namun kenyataannya, penduduk miskin mencapai lebih dari 1,1 juta jiwa. Untuk itu, penelitian terkait perancangan strategi penanggulangan kemiskinan perlu dilakukan. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi dan program penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pengembangan pertanian di Kabupaten Bogor dengan tujuan khusus antara lain: 1) Mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan kemampuan daya beli masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Bogor; 2) Menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat kemiskinan dengan beberapa karakteristik rumahtangga miskin di Kabupaten Bogor; 3) Menganalisis komoditas pertanian unggulan di Kabupaten Bogor; dan 4) Mengevaluasi kebijakan pemerintah dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis LQ. Metode SWOT dan QSPM digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi alternatif. Hasil kajian menetapkan 9 strategi penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pengembangan pertanian di Kabupaten Bogor, yang merupakan alternatif strategi yang dapat dijalankan ke depan oleh pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bogor. Penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Bogor harus difokuskan kepada tiga strategi yaitu: 1) Peningkatan kualitas SDM petani; 2) Pengembangan komoditas unggulan padi sawah, ubi jalar, jeruk siam dan manggis; dan 3) Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pertanian.Kata kunci: Strategi, Kabupaten Bogor, Kemiskinan, Kebijakan, Pertanian

ABSTRACTThis study would like to explain in the description of the efficiency of the government's fiscal policies are applied in conjunction with industry performance amenitas in DKI Jakarta Province. At the moment the Government prohibits civil servants doing activities with the use of hotel facilities, industrial amenitas give a negative reaction to that policy.The study shows that policies impact have not influence occupancy rate. It can be happened cause most the hotel guest come from domestic and foreign tourist not depent only from government demand.Therefore, in order to continue tospur industrial development amenitas, a major foothold should be directed to the tourism industry as a pillar of improving the performance of the industry. To improve the performance amenitas industry, improving the quality of human resources through the knowledge of community needs to be continuously improved in order to innovation and creativity they have developed can stimulate performance amenitas industry.Keywords: Fiscal Efficiency, Amenitas Industry, and Tourism IndustryABSTRAKKajian ini ingin menjelaskan secara deskripsi rencana kebijakan efisiensi fiskal pemerintah yang diterapkan dalam hubungannya dengan kinerja industri amenitas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pada saat Pemerintah akan melarang pegawai negeri sipil melakukan kegiatan dengan menggunakan fasilitas hotel, industri amenitas memberikan reaksi negatif atas kebijakan tersebut. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa tidak ada potensi dampak kebijakan yang mempengaruhi tingkat hunian. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena sebagian besar tamu hotel berasal dari tamu domestik dan asing bukan hanya bergantung pada permintaan pemerintah.Oleh karena itu, agar dapat terus memacu perkembangan industri amenitas, pijakan utama harus diarahkan pada industri pariwisata sebagai pilar meningkatkan kinerja industri tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja industri amenitas, peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia melalui knowledge community perlu secara kontinyu ditingkatkan agar inovasi dan kreativitas yang mereka kembangkan dapat merangsang kinerja industri amenitas.Kata kunci: Efisiensi Fiskal, Industri Amenitas, dan Industri Pariwisata

The objectives of the research are to investigate the influence of destination image and tourist satisfaction on tourist behavioral intention, and to test the mediation effect of tourist satisfaction on the relationship between destination image and tourist behavioral intention. Using accidental sampling method, 400 tourists visited Ramelau Mountain participated in the survey by filling up the prepared questionnaires. While Smart-PLS 3.1 was used for data analysis. The result of the research demonstrates that tourist destination image and tourist satisfaction positively and significantly influences tourist behavioral intention, and tourist satisfaction significantly influences the relationship between destination image and behavioral intention. Empirically the research helps enrich studies on tourist destinations with tourist behavioral intention in countries that just start developing their tourism industry. This study also assists the government in developing natural attractions, culture, infrastructure, facility, accessibility, value, and price to change tourist behavioral intention to visit and revisit, and to recommend tourist destinations to other people.
