Background: The use of latrines in the village is still unhealthy because of the habits of the people who use pit latrines in the river. The impact of not using latrines is causing diseases, causing odor , and cause pollution. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to to determine the relationship between education, clean water facilities, the role of health workers, the role of community leaders, knowledge of using latrines Research Metodes: This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, the sample was all household in the Sungai Terap 90 people. The analysis used the chi-square test. Results: There is no relationship between education and latrine use, the p-value is 0.957. There is a relationship between clean water facilities and the use of latrines, the p-value is 0.000. There is no relationship between the role of health workers and the use of latrines, the p-value is 0.189. There is a relationship between the role of community leaders and the use of latrines, the p-value is 0.000. Nutritional problems, especially stunting in infants can inhibit a child's development, with negative impacts that will take place in the next life. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of parenting, breastfeeding, the role of health workers on the incidence of stunting in infants at the Gandusari  Public Health Center in Blitar Regency. This research design is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. with the focus of his research directed to be analyzing some of the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in UPT Public Health Center Gandusari Blitar Regency with a population of 163 respondents and a sample of 115 respondents taken by the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis with logistic regression test at α = 0.05. The results showed that there was an influence of parenting on the incidence of stunting in infants (p-value = 0,000), there was an effect of breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting in infants (p-value = 0.008), there was an influence on the role of health workers on the incidence of stunting in infants (p -value = 0.003). It can be concluded that the incidence of stunting in infants at the Gandusari Community Health Center is influenced by parenting, breastfeeding, and the role of the health worker at 33% while the remaining 67% is influenced by other factors. parenting, breastfeeding, the role of health workers are factors that influence the incidence of stunting. Lack of knowledge leads to the formation of negative attitudes towards stunting prevention efforts by mothers and cadres due to lack of information.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus that attacks the human body. One factor that can be overcome by counseling to the community by health workers and community leaders. In 2018, Medan experienced an increase in DHF cases, that is as many as 1490 cases, and the death rate due to DHF was 13 people, this condition is still a health problem that must be dealt with immediately. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the health workers and community leaders with the occurrence of DHF. This type of research is descriptive, with cross-sectional design. The study population are all families in Medan, the study sample as many as 300 families which taken by using simple random sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of health workers in the prevention of DHF was in good criteria only 7.7 percent and the level of support of community leaders in preventing DHF was in good criteria only 9.7 percent. Bivariate analysis shows that there was no significant relationship between the health workers and community leaders with the occurrence of DHF in Medan. The role of health workers and community leaders was still lacking in efforts to prevent DHF. It is recommended that health workers and community leaders play an active role in providing counseling to the public about DHF.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an endemic disease commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions. Community behavior and the role of health workers in DHF prevention significantly influence DHF incidence. This study purposed to determine the relationship between community knowledge and attitude and the role of health workers with DHF prevention in the working area of the Bakunase Public Health Center in 2020. The study design was descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. The research sample was 99 respondents, taken by simple random sampling technique. Analysis of research data used the chi-square test. The results showed that knowledge (p = 0.003), attitude (p = 0.000), and the role of health workers (p = 0.004) were related to DHF prevention. Most respondents had poor knowledge but showed a positive attitude towards DHF prevention. Intensive counseling on DHF prevention is essential to ensure active community participation in DHF prevention activities.

Background Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus that have been infected with the dengue virus. PSN DBD (DHF mosquito breeding areas elimination) is one of the most effective ways to prevent DHF. DHF is an endemic disease in Banyumas regency. This research aimed to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of PSN DHF in the East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. Methods This research was quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach. The populations in this research were 17.289 households and the sample was housewives in East Purwokerto district taken by simple random sampling technique with 96 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by using questionnaires and observation. Data analysis was conducted by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate.Results Education (p=0,129), income (p=0,170), knowledge (p=0,254), attitude (p=0,942), facilities availability (p=0,130), role of community figures (p=0,712) and role of health workers (p=0,635) showed has no significant correlation with behaviour of PSN DHF. Information media exposure (p=0,004) showed has significant correlation and the main factor of PSN DHF. Conclusions: Media exposure is the most influential variable in the behavior of PSN DHF. One of the advice given was to the health institution to should give more various ways of information related to dengue prevention in the community.

WHO stated that 53% of cases were recorded as acute pneumonia, 55% of cases were recorded as deaths due to diarrhea, this was because the mother did not exclusively breastfeed. In Indonesia, the coverage rate of breastfeeding is still quite low, only 54,3%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding in Gogagoman Village. This type of research is an analytic observational with a cross sectional study approach. The number of samples in this study were 122 mothers with simple random sampling technique, data were collected using a questionnaire through interviews and analyzed using the chi square test (α = 0,05). The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal knowledge p-value = 0.012, there was a relationship with maternal attitudes p-value = 0,000, there was a relationship with family support p-value = 0,005, there was a relationship between support for health workers, p-value = 0,000, and there was a relationship between promotion of formula milk p-value = 0,000 with exclusive breastfeeding for babies. In conclusion, the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding for babies in Gogagoman Village are knowledge, attitudes, family support, support for health workers and promotion of formula milk.

Immunization is effective way to reduce morbidity and mortality of infectious diseases. However, there is only 59,2% early child in Indonesia is fully immunized. Health workers have an important role in that practice. Immunization status of children in Ciampea and Kalibata Early Childhood School has not known Their health worker�s role either. Therefore, this study was conducted to know the role of health worker in early childhood students in Ciampea and Kalibata Preschool. This study used a cross-sectional design. With quota as its sampling technique, there were 145 early child aged 12-59 months. multivariate. After multivariate analysis, the result of this study describes there is health worker advice is significantly associated with primary immunization with AOR 5,27 (95%CI: 1,05 � 26,32) dan p-value = 0,043. The mother who had to advise from health workers is 5,27 likely had fully immunized their children. Hence, health workers capacity should be increased to get more fully immunized early child.

Introduction: Anemia is one of the most common nutritional disorders during pregnancy, this anemia can be achieved with iron supplementation. Pregnant women who suffer from severe anemia can increase the risk of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality, the possibility of giving birth to babies with low birth weight. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between health promotion, the role of health workers, and family support with the prevention of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Method: This type of research, quantitative and analytical descriptive approach using the cross-sectional method. The study population was all pregnant women as many as 128 people and a sample of 56 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square with 0.05. Result: The results showed that the prevention of anemia in pregnant women was in the poor category (57%), the role of health workers was not good (55%), health promotion was not good (63%), low family support (54%) in preventing anemia in pregnant women working area of ​​Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Conclution: There is a significant relationship between the role of health workers (P-value 0.04), Health Promotion (P-value 0.012), and Family Support (P-value 0.02) on the prevention of anemia in pregnant mothers.

Based on data from the Jambi City Environmental Service, it is known that from 11 Districts in Jambi City, the percentage of landfills in Teluk Teluk District is in the first place, which is 71%. The research objective was to determine the factors associated with household waste management in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The research sample was 94 housewives who lived in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City using simple random sampling technique. This study was analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that as many as 76.6% of respondents had good knowledge, 21.3% had sufficient knowledge and 2.1% had low knowledge, 91.5% of respondents had good facilities and infrastructure and 8.5% had good facilities and infrastructure. poor infrastructure, 75.5% of respondents have high motivation and 24.5% have low motivation and 60.6% have a role in the role of health workers while 39.4% do not play a role of health workers. The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is no relationship between knowledge (0.631) and facilities and infrastructure (0.911), while for the motivation variable (0.001) and the role of officers (0.002) there is a relationship with household waste management in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City in 2020. encouragement or support from family, closest people and health workers or the local government or local government to be able to advocate / invite the community to no longer be accustomed to littering or burning garbage to be behavior that pays more attention to the surrounding environment

One problem in treating schizophrenia is recurrence. Recurrence indicates the return of symptoms of the previous disease is quite severe and disturbing daily activities and requires further treatment. Prevention of recurrence in schizophrenia can be sought by the family. This study aims to identify factors related to family abilities in preventing recurrence of schizophrenic patients. This study used a cross sectional design. The sample in the study were 82 families with family members of schizophrenic patients obtained using simple random sampling. The results of the analysis have a relationship between the age range of the family (p value 0.012), the role of respondents in the family (p value 0.032), duration of treating schizophrenic patients (p value 0.001) but there is no relationship between the ability to prevent recurrence with the sex of respondents (p value 0.835) and education level of respondents (p value 0.508). Recommendations from this study for health workers provide health education to families to provide an understanding of the ability to prevent recurrence in schizophrenic patients.   Keywords: Schizophrenia, Prevention of recurrence, Family

Introduction: The high level of depression or life problems among adolescents impacted different coping for each individual intending to overcome the problems that occur. This study aimed to determine the relationship between levels of depression and coping mechanisms of adolescent drug users.Methods: This study was a correlational analytic research with cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. This study's sample was 32 adolescent drug users undergoing rehabilitation at the drug rehabilitation facility Rumah Obit Surabaya. Depression variables was measured used the Beck Depression Inventory questionnaire, and variable coping mechanisms used the Ways of Coping Checklist questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the rho spearmen test.Results: The analysis result showed that coping mechanism had a significant relationship with depression in adolescent drug users with p-value = 0.001 (p <0.05). The adolescent drug users mostly experienced mild depression as many as 25 respondents (78.1) and maladaptive coping mechanism as many as 21 (65.6%).Conclusion: Optimizing socialization to increase knowledge about the impact of drug use on adolescents is needed to prevent depression in adolescent therefore they can use adaptive coping mechanisms in problem solving.
