Jawa Tengah telah lama dikenal sebagai salah satu pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Salah satu kota terbesar di kawasan ini, juga dikenal sebagai salah satu tujuan wisata paling populer di tanah air, adalah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kenikmatan makanan lokal dan sukacita pelanggan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan Yogyakarta, khususnya kawasan Malioboro. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan purposive sampling; kuesioner online disebarkan kepada 193 pengunjung Malioboro, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Kenikmatan makanan lokal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap sukacita konsumen 2) Kenikmatan makanan lokal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat berkunjung kembali 3) Sukacita konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat berkunjung kembali dan 4) Sukacita konsumen memediasi hubungan antara kenikmatan makanan lokal dan niat berkunjung kembali. Wisata kuliner melalui promosi makanan lokal dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat lokal di masa pandemi COVID-19. Central Java has long been known as one of the centres of economic growth in Indonesia. One of the largest cities in the region, also known as one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, is Yogyakarta. This research aimed to investigate the role of local food enjoyment and customer delight on tourists' revisit intentions to Yogyakarta, especially the Malioboro area. This quantitative research used purposive sampling; online questionnaires were distributed to 193 visitors of Malioboro, Yogyakarta. This study utilized PLS-SEM to analyse the data. The results of this research reveal that: 1) Local food enjoyment has a positive effect on customer delight 2) Local food enjoyment has a positive effect on revisit intention 3) Customer delight has a positive effect on revisit intention and 4) Customer delight mediates the relationship between local food enjoyment and revisit intention. Culinary tourism, which promotes local foods, has the potential to improve local community resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

 ABSTRAK Pantai Teluk Awur merupakan destinasi wisata di Desa Teluk Awur, Kecamatan Tahunan, Jepara. Pantai ini memiliki fasilitas yang cukup lengkap dan memadai, sehingga memiliki peluang untuk dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden, persepsi responden tentang potensi wisata, dan nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pantai Teluk Awur. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November – Desember  2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responden yang terdiri dari 40 masyarakat menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan 50 pengunjung menggunakan teknik accidental sampling serta metode kuantitatif untuk mengukur kesesuaian wisata pantai Teluk Awur yang dibagi menjadi 3 stasiun. Karakteristik responden masyarakat, sebagian besar laki - laki berusia dewasa dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir rendah (SD) yang memiliki pekerjaan pedagang dan wiraswasta. Mayoritas responden pengunjung berasal dari Jepara, berjenis kelamin perempuan berusia muda (12-25 tahun) dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir sedang (SMP-SMA). Persepsi responden tentang potensi dan daya tarik wisata Pantai Teluk Awur yaitu cukup baik, dan fasilitas, aksesibilitas serta kepedulian lingkungan baik. Nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pantai Teluk Awur termasuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai untuk dijadikan sebagai obyek wisata pantai. ABSTRACT Teluk Awur Beach is a tourism destination in the Teluk Awur Village of Tahunan subdistrict, Jepara. The beach has  are quite complete and adequatefacilities, so has opportunity for tourism development. The purpose of this research were to know characteristics of respondent, respondent perceptions about tourism potential, and Tourist Suitability Index (TSI) value of the Teluk Awur Beach. The study was conducted from November to December 2018. The method used were qualitative method by distributing questionnaires to 40 local communities respondentusing purposive sampling technique, and 50 visitors using accidental sampling techniques and quantitative methods to measure tourism suitability of the Teluk Awur Beach which consists of 3 stations. Characteristics of the local community respondents, mostly men adults with a low level of education (elementary school) who had jobs for traders and entrepreneurs. The majority of visitors respondents come from Jepara, young women (12-25 years) with the latest education (Junior High Shcool-Senior High School). Perceptions of respondent about potential and tourist attraction of the Teluk Awur Beach are quite good, while facilities, accessibility and environmental care are good. TSI value of the Teluk Awur Beach is in the category  of very suitable to be used as a beach tourism object.

Pantai Karang Jahe merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata baru yang mulai  menjadi tujuan wisata  di Jawa Tengah. Sebagai tempat wisata  baru, Pantai Karang Jahe memerlukan pengembangan dalam upaya menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesesuaian dan daya dukung wisata  serta  mengkaji potensi daya tarik wisata Pantai Karang Jahe, Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2019. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan penentuan lokasi dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling,. Pada Penelitian ini dilakukan analisa Indek Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW)  dan analisa Daya Dukung Kawasan (DKK).  analisis data kesesuaian kawasan menggunakan rumus IKW= [ Ni / Nmaks] x 100 % dan analisis daya dukung kawasan Bertdasarkan pengamatan diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai IKW untuk rekreasi pantai pada stasiun 1, 2 dan 3 tergolong sangat sesuai (S1) dengan nilai 88,88%; 91,94%; 84,72%.  Nilai Daya Dukung Kawasan (DDK) yaitu kegiatan rekreasi pantai dengan luas 1200 m2 sebesar 96 orang/ hari, kegiatan berenang dengan luas 1100 m2 dapat menampung 88 orang/ hari, dan kegiatan bermain dengan luas 1000 m2 dapat menampung 80 orang/ hari. Berdasarkan hasil  analisa IKW dan DDK dapat disimpulkan bahwa  Pantai Karang Jahe sangat sesuai untuk kegiatan wisata pantai. Karang Jahe Beach is one of the new tourist destinations that is starting to become a tourist destination in Central Java. As a new tourist spot, Karang Jahe Beach requires development in an effort to attract tourists to visit. This study aims to examine the suitability and carrying capacity of tourism and examine the potential of the tourist attraction of Karang Jahe Beach, Rembang, Central Java. The study was conducted in January-February 2019. The study used a survey method and the location was chosen using the purposive sampling method. In this study an analysis of the Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) and the Regional Carrying Capacity (DKK) analysis were conducted. Based on observations, the results show that the IKW value for beach recreation at stations 1, 2 and 3 is classified as very suitable (S1) with a value of 88.88%; 91.94%; 84.72%. The carrying capacity of the Region (DDK) is beach recreation activities with an area of 1200 m2 totaling 96 people / day, swimming activities with an area of 1100 m2 can accommodate 88 people / day, and play activities with an area of 1000 m2 can accommodate 80 people / day. Based on the results of IKW and DDK analysis, it can be concluded that Karang Ginger Beach is very suitable for beach tourism activities.

Millennials are typically fond of uploading their travel photos to social media to gain social recognition. Lombok is a tourist destination with considerable potential to increase the value and social status of its visitors, as it offers enough attractions to be considered among the world’s favorite celebrity tourist destinations; it is also globally renowned for its diverse natural and cultural beauty. This descriptive quantitative research aims to examine the effect of self-congruity, perceived social value, and experience satisfaction toward the intensity of using a digital social network to reinforce the identity of millennial users in Indonesia. This research involved 214 respondents who visited Lombok for leisure and used a digital social network to inform others of their tourism experience. After being analyzed with structural equation modelling as the data processor, the results show a direct and positive effect between perceived social value and the intensity of using a digital social network but no direct and positive effect between experience self-congruity and experience satisfaction on the intensity of using a digital social network.

Plaosan Temple is one of the famous new tourist destinations at the moment located in Bugisan Village, Prambanan District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. Beautiful natural conditions become part of the attraction of a tour in the village of Bugisan. In addition to the natural conditions, the Bugisan Village has several values of local wisdom that have been passed down from generation to generation by the local community. This study aims to assess the perceptions of tourists and local communities regarding the values of local wisdom in the Bugisan Village. Based on the value of local wisdom in the Bugisan Village include (1) Cultural Arts: Srandul, Jathilan, Campur Sari, Gejog Lesung, Karawitan, (2)Myth: Mbah Budho Mound and Njamasi Keris, (3) Socio-Economy: Agriculture, Trade, Crafts, Traditional Transportation Models, (4)Local Architecture. Based on the perceptions of tourists and local people, art and culture aspects are considered the most interesting and potential to be developed as the main attraction in the Bugisan Village. This research examines the influence of price fairness and product quality on satisfaction and repurchase on Tokopedia. This is a quantitative research that used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS and Lisrel software for data analysis. Purposive sampling is used to select samples, though it is limited to certain respondents. The minimum sampling size is 10 times the number of research indicators, with a total 149 respondents analyzed. Findings. The results showed that Price Fairness and Product Quality had significant and positive impacts on satisfaction. Furthermore, Product Quality and Satisfaction have significant and positive effect on repurchase, while Satisfaction mediates price fairness to Repurchase and Product Quality.

Pantai Karang Jahe merupakan pantai berpasir putih yang terletak di Desa Punjulharjo, Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Pantai yang luasnya 393,93 ha ini mempunyai potensi wisata pantai yang dapat dikembangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap potensi dan perkembangan wisata di Pantai Karang Jahe dan Mengetahui nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pantai Karang Jahe beserta kategorinya. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2017-Januari 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan data deskriptif dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada 30 responden masyarakat setempat dan 50 responden pengunjung wisata. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan penilaian kuantitatif menggunakan Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) di tiga stasiun. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap potensi di kawasan Pantai Karang Jahe sudah tergolong baik dari kondisi fisik sampai jenis kegiatan dapat dikatakan kawasan ini layak untuk dikunjungi. Perkembangan di kawasan Pantai Karang Jahe ini antara lain pertumbuhan jumlah pengunjung dan penambahan fasilitas / sarana dan prasarana. Pengukuran Nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pantai Karang Jahe diukur di tiga stasiun I, II dan III saat pagi (surut) 100%, 97,61% dan 100% nilai kategori S1, S1 dan S1 (Sangat Sesuai), di stasiun I, II dan III saat sore (pasang) 96,42%, 96,42% dan 96,42% nilai kategori S1, S1 dan S1 (Sangat Sesuai). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Karang Jahe pada pagi dan sore hari tergolong dalam kategori S1 atau sangat sesuai untuk kegiatan wisata pantai.  . Karang Jahe Beach is a white sandy beach which is located in the village of Punjulharjo, Rembang, Central Java. The beach that the extent of this potential 393,93 ha of coastal tourism can be developed. The purpose of this research is to know the perception of society against the potential and development of tourism in coastal Karang Jahe and knowing the value of the Index the Suitability of Tourism (IST) Karang Jahe Beach along with the category. The research was conducted in December 2017-January 2018. This research uses descriptive data processing techniques with a spread of 30 respondents to the questionnaire of the local community and visitors tour the 50 respondents. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique and quantitative assessment Index using the Suitability of Tourism (IST) at three stations. Public perception against the potential in the coastal area of the Karang Jahe already belongs to the physical condition of both types of activities can be said this area is worth a visit. Developments in the area of the Karang Jahe Beach is the growth of the number of visitors, the addition of facilities/infrastructure and facilities. Measurement of Index value the Suitability of Tourism (IST) Karang Jahe Beach measured at three stations I, II and III when the morning (receding) 100%, 97,61% and 100% value of category S1, S1 and S1 (very appropriate), at the station I, II and III when the afternoon (pairs) 96,42%, 96,42% and 96,42% value category S1, S1 and S1 (very appropriate). This suggests that Karang Jahe Beach in the morning and evening belongs in category S1 or highly suitable for Beach tourism activities.

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of village apparatus competence, individual morality, internal control system, and whistleblowing system on the prevention of village fund fraud. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive research design. Sources of data in this study using primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to village officials in Sumowono District, Central Java, Indonesia with 99 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the competence of village officials, individual morality, internal control systems, and whistleblowing systems simultaneously have a significant effect on the prevention of village fund fraud. Partially, the competence of village officials, individual morality, internal control systems, and whistleblowing systems have a positive effect on the prevention of village fund fraud.

Religious awareness among Muslims is increasing. Halal has become a lifestyle for Muslims today, including tourism. The potential for the high number of Muslim tourists has encouraged the birth of the concept of halal tourism. Indonesia has declared itself a world halal tourist destination. Some of the tourist destinations are Central Java. The city of Semarang as the capital of Central Java has tourism potential that can be developed as a halal tourist destination. This study tries to see the level of knowledge of tourists from outside the city about halal tourism in the city of Semarang. The research data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with tourists in the city of Semarang who came from outside the city in a structured manner with a closed and open-ended question model. The research subjects were determined through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed by means of descriptive-qualitative. The research results are expected to provide input to the Semarang City Government in order to strengthen steps to make Semarang City a halal tourist destination.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of overconfidence, herding behavior, and risk tolerance to the stock investment decisions. The hypotheses are overconfidence, herding behavior, and risk tolerance have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. This study is quantitative research, with the population is millennial investors in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The research used 98 respondents was taken using purposive sampling. The data collected through questionnaires with Google form. The method of data analyze used multiple linier regressions with the application of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. The results showed that the overconfidence, herding behavior, and risk tolerance provided a positive and significant effect on stock investment decisions of millennial investors in Semarang City.
